Update on my Lemon

So 3 visits, 4 fenders, paint, electrical, and 76 days later of my vehicle in service. My truck was pieced back together. I dropped my truck off for the final repair attempt on the 3rd of Oct and didn't get it back until the 10th of Nov. They had 15 days to complete the repairs by law and still couldn't manage. Not only that I asked if they put enough miles on it to make sure its ok. Well I wait 5 hours because its not ready. When I finally drove off the lot the truck went into reduced engine power on the highway. So I lost power to my truck and a burning smell filled up the cab. I had to limp it back to the dealer where they had to work on it again and make me wait more. I got it back and went home. Next day i started it up the engine check light came back on again. So it went back to the dealership where they couldn't fix the problem and cleared the codes. Thats when the wanted me to look at another truck and said its indeed a lemon. So they kept my truck over the weekend and said they'd call me on Monday. No call so Tuesday I called and they said they won't do anything for me and to get a lawyer. Ive owned it about 5 months now. The service manager finally admitted that my truck is a lemon. But they will not do anything until a lawyer is involved. I have retained on and its awful and bad business they treat people this way also Im a disabled vet and if they do this to me they'll do it to you. In all Ive lost count how long I hadn't had my truck but I still pay on it over 80 days in service. Still no one is willing to work with me. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. They'll lie and cheat you out of your money.

I have tried to negotiate a deal on a 2017 corvette grand sport . I called and e-mailed the dealership people numerous times. They continued to send e-mails to me not addressing my reply, but telling me how great the dealership was and can give better service etc. I told them I might trade a viper and I wanted to discuss on the phone with someone an estimated deal . I gave them the info on my cars vin number, year, etc. the corvette I like is red with black interior at your dealership. I really tried to e-mail your people, Amanda and Catherine numerous times with an infomercial from them. I told one of them on the phone what I wanted (I was outside or working with a lot of noise so it was hard to hear). I them called days later and talked to Gus who asked for pictures of my viper and would call me back. I sent pictures and called twice to make sure he got the pictures. Nothing from him. No call ,nothing. This all has happened from October 14 thru October 29. Apparently your dealership has some many customers you don't need anymore. There other Chevy dealers I will now deal with when another corvette will be available. The one I liked is still sitting on your lot for over a month. I will contact Rick H and let him know about the interest he is paying as the car has not sold yet. Thanks for nothing, Ron mc guigan

My over all experience with this dealership since I got my 2016 Colorado four months ago. My sales experience was good they do the typical push you into stuff you don't want. Finance was the same but an easy process. The General Manager Jason House did a good job on swapping me out of the truck I was currently in. So now for the bad. The day i signed the conract buying my new truck, it was pulled around into service for air to be put in the tires. June 18th was the date my truck started acting up and it would not run and was having some kind of electrical problem. Keep in mind that I was about to sign to buy this truck. I was notified until after the paperwork was done that something was wrong with it.The service manager showed me my new baby and it was messed up air bag light were on, any and every warning light you could think of came on and that it disabled the functions of the truck. i. e. airbags, traction control, ac/heater controls anything you could think of and some minor paint defects on the hood and fender. When I said I didn't want the truck and to get another one and that I should have been told before signing the paperwork. I was told there wasn't anything they could do. It spent 10 days in the shop. I put the manufacture on notice. I filled out the customer survey gave it bad ratings as it should be. I get a few text messages the next day. It was the General Manger telling me how unhappy he is about my survey. Got my truck back it started to vibrate and the paint wasn't fixed. Shop visit number 2. It spent a total of 27 days in the shop from the Sept 2nd to the 29th. They couldn't fix the issue and gave me the truck back not fixed. Not only that my fender and hood was swrilled up from a buffer they used on it and it was bad. So I got my truck back in worse shape I gave it to them in. I had put the manufacture back on notice again. They scheduled a final repair attempt and have engineers out working on my truck. So now on to shop visit number 3. I dropped my truck off on Oct 3rd and its still in the shop today is the 19th. My truck is still there. So the problem is, after the had engineers look at it. I'm missing a part to my airbox and the fender was bowed out a bit. So the ordered a new fender, painted it, put it on and its defective body panel again. So they are getting the truck a 3rd fender now. Besides the serious electrical problem the truck had, new body panel if they can get one to fit, paint, all the time in the shop over 50 days now and counting. I feel like I'm going to get back a pieced together truck that feels like its been in a wreck. Don't get me started on the deprecation of its value. Thats not what I paid for and its a very expensive diesel. So all this and theres a case with the BBB doubt they'll give me a reasonable offer. GM has been fighting me ever since the dealership doesn't seem to care on bit. If I get treated this way, Im sure you will too. I should not have to continue to pay 577.00 a month on something they either can't fix or I cannot drive. By the VA Lemon Law this truck more than qualifies and no one has offered a replacement, refund, or even say sorry.

Ricky Bryan is an outstanding client advisor. He was pleasant, courteous, patient & thorough. I was provided necessary information & given opportunities to drive the car before deciding to purchase. I was ill during the process of completing the transaction so a lot of extra effort on the part of Hendrick personnel was required to get it done. This is the third car I have purchased from the Short Pump dealership & have always found the sales, scheduling & service personnel eager to help. The fact that you have a courtesy van is very important to my being able to use your service department.

Beware of te Service Department. All Service Writers work on commission and will sell you what ever it takes to make them and the technicians money,NOT worried about what is best for you and your vehicle... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Service "manager" is highly impersonalble! Look at the dealerships website and watch the turn over rate between sales and service..........

Poor customer service. I am a returning customer and have also sent 2 friends in past 2 years to this dealership to buy cars. I was promised a call back on a Saturday and never heard anything so I made a call and was promised monday and still never heard anything back. It's been over a week. I told my business elsewhere and will not recommend or be back to hendrick chevrolet. This was unacceptable

I recently purchased a 2015 Buick Encore from Josh Griff at Hendrick. He worked with me to find exactly the car I was looking for and gave me a great deal. This was my first car buying experience, and needless to say, I was very nervous. He gave me a variety of options and was extremely patient as I debated the different features. His knowledge of the cars and warm personality made this an easy decision and I would definitely recommend him for a great car buying experience.

I stopped by the service department to see if they had a part I was looking for in stock and if they could possibly do the work on my Chevy to try and save me time during a busy week. Full disclosure, I'm not a mechanic, but I can work my way around most cars or trucks from brakes to spark plugs oil (and apparently now oil sensors), so I knew what I was looking for. Long story short, they tried to tell me that the part I needed was $260 and that the total cost of the work was going to be about $580 and take three hours. I got the part from Pep-Boys for $50 (AC-Delco) and was able to change it out in an hour and 30 minutes by my self. These guys are just crooked.

I had a good experience with the parts department so I decided to return to them when I wanted to purchase a new truck. Long story short do not go there. I drove a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali with 6k miles on it. It was the general managers truck. They wouldn't budge on the price and still wanted full price for the truck with the 6k miles on it. I had Roman Alvarez as my salesmen and he was terrible. I couldn't understand him half the time. I also spoke with mark Joseph the finance guy and he was rude. I ended up going to Haley Buick gmc and bought a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali from them with 4 miles for 7k less than Rick Hendrick wanted. Terrible dealer and terrible experience. By the way, I don't ever write reviews but I wanted to go out of my way to make sure everyone knew what a terrible experience I had. Go to gmc Buick Haley airport. They will treat you great!

totaled my car on 10/22/15. I placed a few inquiries online and received several calls from sales people who were pushy, and didn't want to sell me what I wanted. John Singleton called from Rick Hendrick and listened to what I wanted and was looking for. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Gus, Paul and John. They found the car I had inquired about sat me down and really were interested in giving an amazing car buying experience. Manny, the finance Manager was equally as awesome when handling my contract. I had to return to the dealership a few days later to get my licence plates swapped out and Paul greeted me as if I were an old friend, Manny did as well. I have never been so impressed with a dealership and the level of care and professionalism in my life. I despise buying cars. Dreaded it. After that day. Rick Hendrick has a customer for life. I'll never buy anywhere else. Thank you so very much for changing my mind about buying cars.

I am new here from Chicago. I leased a vehicle a few months ago in Illinois and moved here. We needed a new dealer to help us out with the scheduled maintenance that is required by our lease agreement. I decided to try this dealership.I called this morning to see if they had any appointments available for oil change, since my car is due. The lady on the phone said yes, no problem, and that I can come in at 10:00. I came in at 10:00 and when I got to the service desk the employee told me I was not in the system for any appointment, even though the lady over the phone took my name and phone and email address. Where did that information go? I asked him if I could get an oil change or if I should come back another time. He said, "We can get you in. It sounds like they didn't make an appointment but just put you in as a walk-in". So the phone people dont know what the service people need. Red flag. I asked him how long it would be and he said between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes. I said that would be ok and that I would need to wait. He took my car info and said it would be quicker to make an appointment next time. Wasnt he just listening? I said, "I thought that's what I was doing over the phone when I called earlier." He said, well they wouldn't have all your info (VIN number, etc.), and that's why they could not initially do an appointment over the phone. He told me that next time, since I'm now in the system, I should not have any problems. Okay, fair enough, but the lady on the phone should have told me that. He escorted me to a nice waiting area and I was impressed by the facility. Free beverages and lots of comfortable chairs, charging station, etc. I figured an hour wouldn't be a problem.Two hours later, I still hadn't heard anything so I went to the desk. There were 4 service people there at computers with nobody waiting. The man who initially checked me in was on the phone, so I approached another person. I asked her how much longer it would be for my car. She said I would have to talk to the guy that checked me in. Really? You can't look up my name and car? She has the same job as he does. I went over to him and waited. He got finally got off the phone, ignored me, and immediately picked it up again and made another phone call! I was standing right there looking at him. Finally another person (one of the other 4) asked if HE could help. My guess is that the lady probably could have helped me too but didnt want to. I said I had been waiting for an oil change that was supposed to take no longer than 1.25 hrs and that it had been 2 hours. By this time the original guy got off the phone and said he was sorry. He said it would be another 45 minutes! I reminded him that he had quoted me 1 hr to 1.25 hrs. He said smugly, "That was before I knew we were short 2 technicians." I said, well if its going to be another 45, please let me have my car now because I can't wait that much longer. I would make an appointment instead to come back another day. He said, "Let me go check on it and see if it's up there." He came back 4 minutes later and said, well it's already been started, the oil is draining, so I can't stop it now. I then asked, "so it will be another 45 minutes?" He said, "No, they have started it now so it should be about 20 minutes." Guess what? It still was another 50 minutes! This makes me think infact that my car had not actually been started, but that the guy just didn't want to have to explain to somebody why I left without the service being done. He essentially trapped me there, forcing me to go ahead and wait the 50 minutes extra. I have to pick up my kids from school at 1:05!Finally at 12:49 a different guy came out to give me my keys. I said to him, "So I guess you guys are short a couple of techs, right?" and he said, "No, actually we're not". Really?! I told him "The other guy said they were short techs and that was why I was having to wait so long". He said, "I wasn't aware of that." I get the feeling like they are just screwing around with me. They have no respect for my time here. If the guy found out they were short handed or delayed the thing to do would have been to communicate that to me so I didn't waste my whole morning on a service that they said should take 20 minutes. I understand delays can happen and would have happily come back another day, but I don't understand lack of communication, especially when there are 4 people sitting at customer service desks with no people waiting. They should have found the time to come and tell me it would be an extra 2 hours. Furthermore, there were 2 other customers sitting there with me, one of whom was in the same situation. He had been waiting since 10:15 with a 10:30 "appointment" for an oil change, and another woman who was waiting for another service that she was grossly underquoted for. There is no way I'm coming here again, not for service, and not for purchasing a car.Nearly 3 hours for what should have taken 20 minutes, WITH an appointment. Horrible. Even doctors don't make you wait that long for an appointment!

I came in with my own financing from my credit union, but Mannie said that he could get me a better rate with GM Financial and that he did. I am so thankful that I had this team on my side. I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu and I must say my experience was amazing, Paul made my first NEW car buying experience enjoyable. I appreciate the feedback from the first point of contact which was my internet application. Mr Sington the representative that set up my appointment was the reason I drove past the Chevy dealership 5 minutes from my home and took the trip 30 minutes away for a car. From the time we walked into Rick Hendrick, Paul made sure my WANTS as well as needs were met, he honestly went above and beyond for me and I am more than grateful.

I brought in my 2015 Traverse as I had a loud in the rear end when I went over speed bumps and small bumps. I had asked for a car to use if I dropped it off Thursday evening, but none were available, so I had to just take it down on Friday morning. I was late, but they were still able to work my car in. Within about an hour, my car was completed and I was on my way.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation. This was my first visit to your facility, my second Chevrolet dealership visited for an oil change since my move to Richmond in January. As a former out of state Chevrolet dealership employee, I always judge/critique stores I visit. My advisor, Ted, was courteous and polite. His ETA for the completion of services was fairly accurate, and the property, inside and out, was immaculate. I drove past another Chevrolet dealership to visit your store and after the positive visit I had, I'll continue to do that in the future!

I came in to finance my first car. I was looking at a 2015 Chevy Malibu. Once we had got all my info an stuff down we went to look at the car an I was excited that I had picked the right one. When we got back to the dealership I needed to have more for a down payment. I didn't have the down payment because I was waiting for my insurance to send me a check for my last car. They worked hard to get the deal done an only thing we had to do was get the check in.

We purchased a 2015 Equinox LT. It is our first new car purchase in 16 years. From the moment we stepped onto the lot & met our salesman, Mike Khoury, we were comfortable & impressed. Mike and our finance guy, Doug, were great at meeting our expectations & explaining and answering our questions. We left feeling more like we visited a "Mom & Pop" family dealership but with the service of a large corporate one. We hope to come back for a pick up truck soon.

I am completely satisfied with the staff assisting me with the purchase and the staff I met on my tour of the showroom, offices, and lounge. I am the happiest person I know right now. I look forward to the relationship with the Hendrick Company as they will take care of me for the next 5-6 years.

Jay did a great job and I could not be more pleased. To start, he did a great job of communicating throughout the few days of the repair. If I called and left a meeage he called back in a short period of time, and called me before I had to call him. I did not feel like I was trying to chase hime down. Sounds like a small thing but it is not the norm. He also went well above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly - including escalating an initial decline with my third party warranty company to ensure they covered their portion of the repair. He had the car completed when he said he would and it looked great inside and out. First rate service!!

I purchased a 2015 gmc terrain,the website listed that it was 24,995. I tried toget it lower but they wouldnt do it. After spending over 4 hours there waiting for the finance manager to stop saying ten more minutes every 30 minutes so that he can get all the paperwork ready. I told him that i did not want the extended warranty or the gap insurance.well he made me get both of them.he also said my first payment would be in two months but it ended up being in 30 days.he also charged me a thousand dollars for accessories that were already on the car,like tint.i didnt realize that until after i carefully looked over the paperwork the other day.so i ended up paying over 31000 for a car listed 24000. Plus he messed the paperwork up several times.

I brought in my 2015 Chevy Traverse for its 9,800 mile oil change and tire rotation and had it performed on the GMC/Buick side. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 1 PM appointment, and knew I may have to wait longer. The service rep told me the workers were at lunch and would be back at 1 PM, and my car would be 1st. I went to the waiting room, got a cold drink, set up my laptop computer and settled in for a long stay. Within 30 minutes, the service rep was back, telling me that surprisingly, my car was done! I couldn't believe it! I had barely gotten my computer booted up and they had finished my car already! So I quickly packed up all of my things and went to pick up my car. He told me that there were 2 brothers, and one was ready to go to lunch, the other wasn't. So they worked on my car together, one the tires, the other the oil, and got it completed in under 30 minutes! I was so pleased!!! That was the shortest wait I have ever had at any place for an oil change, let alone also rotating the tires around. I sure would love to have all of my work done on the GMC/Buick side, but he assured me this was an unusual time and to not expect it every time. But it was wonderful service regardless and I commend these service technicians for going above and beyond. B Clark

Had done my research so pretty much knew what I wanted when I walked in. So just inquired who would be the best Buick specialist and could not have been introduced to a more seasoned professional than Client Advisor Ricky Bryan. The Encore which Ricky brought around had just come in to Hendrick's inventory the previous day, had single digit miles on it, and matched my request exactly. Ricky was also so kind to involve my 86 year old Father, then sharp pencil bottom-line figures with my boyfriend. Easy car buying experience. Completely satisfied with my choice. I was initially told they would not take care of the peeling black paint on the wheels of the truck I had purchased but thanks to the GM Jason House,Facebook and dealerrater they took the truck and gave me a loaner vehicle and redid the wheels. I am VERY happy with the way they look and have been assured they were prepped and done right and should not peel. That being said I would add that my first review would have been 100% positive if they would have taken care of it when I first took it back. I would definitely buy from them again bc I LOVE MY TRUCK!

I am a ford person but fell in love with a 2012 white Silverado truck with big tires and black wheels. Loved it bought it and a few days later the black wheel paint started to peel off. Really. 3 days peeling paint so I took it back and was more or less told "too bad" they would not make it right. Hendricks would fix them but they would only peel again because they couldn't do it the right way and they would peel again. Here's the thing. It belonged to a manager that works there and I believe they touched up the wheels knowing it wouldn't last. How is that the right way to treat a customer that spent 36,000 on a truck knowing a manager owned it and covered up something that made the truck special. I am pursing this further and will update the outcome. Until then beware of the used vehicle you might want to purchase there.

I was excited about going to look for a new vehicle. I met with a sales rep and described to him my maximum budget. The rep continued to point me toward trucks that were $10,000 over my maximum budget. I communicated my concern about the budget and was assured that he could find something that would work for me. We took a test drive as he showed my all of the features. We got back and he wrote up a buyer agreement and then commented "I'm not trying to sell you a car tthat's too much for your budget but this is the price of what we drove", needless to say that t it was 10,000 over my budget. I felt as if the sales person had no regard for my time. I left the dealership very disappointed. A sales manager called that evening to ask about my experience and I told him of my dissatisfaction. He tried to "find" something that would work with my budget. We exchanged some phone calls but they never called back with a concrete proposal. Our last exchange ended with them planning to call me back (I never got the call).I purchased a new vehicle from another area dealer 2 days later.

Pat always provides this type of quality customer service and the the repair technicians have always performed the work and returned my truck to me as clean as it was when I bought it in. Brought my vehicle in for warranty work on my 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. The paint was bubbling/chipping, the dealer came to the conclusion that it was the result of acid rain. They got the warranty work approved through GM and attempted to fix it. After about two weeks the rain washed away the wax and we could see the white swirl marks all alongside my truck. This would be the first attempt. When it was brought to the dealers attention they brought in a paint supplier that provided them the materials and it was discovered that the dealer had missed some steps in the process in order to correct the mistake. Therefore the dealer paid an off site company to come in and detail our truck, in the hopes that it would correct the mistake. Two weeks after we received the vehicle, again the rain had washed off the wax and we could now see "bullseye" marks along both sides of the vehicle. Here is the point. The process started in September. We are now having to wait for further information on 5 January, 2015 (5 months) in before they can determine who is at fault, whether it be the dealer, or the paint supplier. The dealer doesn't want to accept responsibility and is trying to ensure that it wasn't anyone else's fault prior to them accepting full responsibility. I am now finding it hard to trust anyone there as a result. They take the shortest route, instead of fixing the mistake. I would be very hard pressed to purchase a vehicle from this dealership as a result of this encounter that I am having. I definitely am having a hard time with allowing them to touch my vehicle a third time due to the previous comments, and wouldn't recommend them to someone I disliked. Long story short, Take your business elsewhere.

This has to be the worst dealership in the Richmond, VA area. The salesman I initially dealt with NEVER FOLLOWED back UP with me after I made the trek out to the dealership to get my potential trade appraised. after several months, I received a nice email from another salesman at Hendrick following up, asking why I did not make a transaction from my initial visit a few months earlier... After telling him what had happened, he felt bad and asked for more info on my trade and some financial questions and said he would come back to me with a rundown of the deal.... that was almost 5 days ago now, and no reply even after I emailed them politely a few times since. These people are out to lunch and rude.

I had a great purchasing experience here. Great price for the exact used vehicle that I had been looking for. They gave me the Blue Book value for my trade in with very little haggling. However, I had a horrible experience with the service department. I needed to replace the transmission in the car that I had purchased there 6 mos. previously. They told me it would be ready 2 days later, it wasn't. They never called me to update me, or ask if I needed a courtesy car/ rental car. I called GM customer support to explain my problem with the transmission and they told me that someone would call me from the dealership to offer further assistance. No one ever called from the dealership. I called GM customer support again, and they told me that the same person from the dealership was supposed to call and tell me that they would take $50 off of the $3000 transmission. (There's a long story about the documented problems with the transmission in this GM vehicle that is not the dealership's fault.) When I picked up the car 2 days after they said it would be done, no documentation of the warranty on the transmission I had just purchased. I had to ask the very nice woman at the counter to put it on the invoice. The pittance of $50 that was supposed to be on the invoice wasn't there. There was no documentation of exactly what transmission they put in the car. I had to call the Service Manager to request all the information that should have been given to me in the first place. In talking with GM customer support and the dealership, the person who was supposed to be taking care of the issue had the same name, but was given 4 different job titles during my conversations with them: Customer Experience Manager, Service Manager, Service Adviser, and District Specialist. 4 job titles that apparently had nothing to do with the ability to pick up a phone and call a customer. Of course I received a prompt phone call from the elusive employee after speaking to his superior. He was apologetic, but the damage had already been done. Aside from the disastrous communication issues with this dealership, the counter staff, employees, and mechanics are all very nice and helpful. The waiting lounge is large, comfortable, offers free beverages, TVs, and chargers for electronics.

G.W. Walker, in internet sales, was my salesman. He did an excellent job. This experience went the way I had planned. Find the car, settle on a price, get a value for the trade, then deal with financing. No pressure at any point in a the process. I did not have my trade with me, just the title, and GW drove with me back to my house to drive the trade back so I would not have to do that myself. My recommendation is to do your standard homework on the car you want, get the pricing, and what deals are out there, then contact Dominion via their website so you'll deal with G.W. The delivery manager Matt was also easy to deal with. He checked with me to see if there were any options that did not come with the car that I would like. He did try to sell me a paint and interior protection package but was not pushy. When I said no thank you he did not try to push me and it ended there. Financing was handled by Mike Z. and he was also easy to deal with. He explained the pluses and minuses of all of my lease options again without pressure or trying to force me towards a particular option.This is the second car I've bought from Dominion and I will be back for my next car.

I purchased a used Subaru Legacy from this dealership, had it checked out by an independent mechanic, and it checked out ok. One day after I purchased the car the alternator starting going bad. They agreed to pay only half, so I asked to have it done by my mechanic who I trust. Just after the 30 day standard warranty runs out the car begins running really rough so I take it to my mechanic who tells me the tensioner for the timing belt is bad, and the timing belt and associated parts all need to be replaced. It also had an outstanding recall that I didn't know about until my mechanic pointed out that the engine cooling fan was malfunction and that Subaru would replace it for free. I understand the risk I took when buying a used car, but spending 1400 in repairs not 30 days after purchase left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never trust them to do any work for me or sell me another car again.

Josh did a great job in helping me purchase a 2013 Tahoe. He was very patient and attentive to meeting my purchase goals. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with my buying experience, which I was, and he has followed up with me post sales to make sure that any question I had was answered completely. My sales rep Mike Khoury was great! However a few days after I made the purchase the car started to make some weird noise. I took the care back to be repaired and was told that I would be responsible for 50% of the bill even though the car was purchased with a bad part. The sales rep awesome, overrall customer satisfaction two thumbs down! I would not recommend Dominion to anyone.

I've made three purchases from Walt over the last 11 years, and each time has been an effortless experience where I felt I received a great product at a great price. In those same 11 years, I've also had 100% satisfying experiences with the service staff at Dominion every time I've needed service - whether just a oil change or something more major - as will occasionally happen in over 500,000 miles of driving! I start with the web site of Buick, as with all the car makers, they offer a build your own function, but they also offer to "check inventory" which lead me to work with Kent and Matt. I visited Dominion with the mission of seeing the inventory item that I found on the web. I was lucky to run into Kent when I got to the dealer and he was taking me around the lot looking at their inventory. The car I was interested in wasn't there. Unlike many sales people, Kent didn't try to talk me into something else... he listened to my wants and desires, understood that I thought the dealer had something else to offer and he set out to find out how to bridge the communication "problem". There wasn't a problem, Kent dug and searched and he found the car that the Buick web site had given us... it was being driven as a demo, I bought it and was relieved that I found a sales person who actually listened to what I said. I went to Dominion Chevrolet Buick GMC to look for a new car. I found an new Orange 2012 Chevy Sonic on their lot. The salesman Kent Cole came up to me and asked how he could help me. I told him I was interested in the Chevy Sonic. He went and got the car and brought it to the front and gave me the keys so I could take it for a test drive. I fell in love with the Sonic and had to have it. Kent was awesome to work with. He was so nice and upfront and not pushy at all. He made buying a new car a pleasant experience. I have bought many cars before but from now on I will be going to Dominion and seeing Kent for any other vehicles I need to purchase. Everyone at Dominion was great to work with. Even Ted Linhart came out and said hello. Mike Zaremba was so nice in Finance and working with Matt Mescke to get the paint protection and inside of my car done so its good and protected was great. We have worked with Kent Cole on the purchase of several vehicles over the last decade and a half. Kent has always been friendly, upfront, and genuinely interested in our needs and not what the dealer is pushing. When we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle, we of course called Kent. As always, he was right there for us from the beginning to the end and made sure this was an excellent experience. I most appreciate that there is no run around, no back and forth, and no surprises. This time, we also had the pleasure to work with Mike Zaremba in Finance. Again, very up front, made the numbers work and did not pressure us with a ton of add ons a the end. If all car purchasers could work with Kent and have the same service that we have had, then everyone would look forward to that new car rather than dreading the purchase process.

Visited for a Malibu test drive. I was greated as soon as I opened my vehicle door and I thought "Here comes the pressure and hard sell". Just the opposite. Saleman was friendly and not pushy at all. After we chatted about what vehicles I had and what I was looking for he gave me the keys for a test drive. My wife came by after work and took a look at the car and met the saleman. I came in to get my car fix, and ended up leaving with a new Car. While waiting for my car to be looked at I decided to go look around the car lot. On my way back inside Kent Cole ask did I find what I was looking for, with his help he answer all my questions and I left with a new car.
