I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Rick Ball Ford in Sedalia Missouri.. It was on a Saturday. I had spoke with Jeff Ahnen several times by email and phone and had set up a time to test drive the escape on the lot.. When I got there it was ready waiting for me.. I drove away a few hours later proud owner.. It had a crack in the grill that I did not notice Jeff told me of it and had me bring it back in the following week and they replaced it.. Wonderful friendly service.. Always helpful and polite.. I will purchase my next Automobile from Rick Ball and hope to have Jeff my dealer..

After 11 years with my Escape, it finally reached a point where it was time to purchase a new car. I have bought all my cars locally and this would be no different. Went in to Rick Ball and immediately was greeted by people we knew. They made sure we were taken care of and every need I had was met. The sales manager even offered up more than I had even anticipated. Within 2 hours I was driving off the lot with a new Escape. Randy Goodman and Kent Buckhalter both took such good care of us. When I stepped onto the lot I was immediately greeted by Jeff Ahnen and he was very polite. I had told him that I have never bought a car for myself before and that I had no idea what to look for and what to stay away from and warned him I would have a lot of questions. Every time I asked him a question, even when it was a silly one, he always remained patient with me and you could tell he was happy to help me out. We were coming home from the Lake of the Ozarks and decided to stop in to see if they had a good clean Ford Truck on the lot, found one that caught my eye, a 2012 Ford F-150, with low mileage, this one looked brand new, just like it had come off the showroom floor. Can not say enough good things about Rick Ball Ford, and especially our salesman , Jeff Ahen. We live in Basehor, KS, a 2-1/2 hr drive from Sedalia, MO. Our salesman did everything possible to get the deal that we wanted......long story short, we went back a week later and sealed the deal, they agreed to put a Tonto Cover on the Truck in place of the camper shell that was on it and they had to special order it in. We got a great deal and met some great people. Want a great salesman who is professional, kind and courtesy and not pushy , we highly recommend that you ask for Jeff, he will do everything in his power to get the deal you want.

First of all, the new Rick Ball building in Sedalia is VERY nice! Jeff was the person I dealt with when buying my vehicle, and I have to say he was AWESOME! Not once did I feel pressured. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he was quick to get it. He was very friendly, and patient (as I am not the easiest person to deal with, and my girlfriend is even worse). I definitely recommend at least talking to him, if you're in the market for a new vehicle. And the company, in general, was actually a delight to work with. They really do go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for.

My husband & I went shopping for an Edge because we had driven one as a rental car and loved it. Our budget was very tight so we expected all we could afford was a used one. After looking at several, the salesman found that they had the exact car I wanted, but it was new and too much money. They gave us extra for our trade-in (way more than it was worth) and discounted the new one so much that the final cost was not very much more than we were prepared to pay for a brand new one! So I got my very first ever brand new car! Thanks Rick Ball Ford and thanks Mike Jenkins.

I went in today to get "the works" done on my truck. It was my first time and I was thankful for the friendly service. As I jokingly mentioned not to look at how dirty it was, Don Goodall, a member of the service team, offered to give my truck a complimentary wash! He then explained how the Loyalty Card worked and gave me one. I really enjoyed the comfortable waiting area with free soda, tea, and coffee(not to mention Starbucks!). I found a rare 7.3L Powerstroke Superduty crew cab short bed with a manual transmission at this dearlership. I immediately went to check it out; was a little high priced because of the rust it had, but still a nice truck. Alas, I wasn't allowed time to think it over! I kept being bomboarded with the question, "so, are you gonna buy it?" Well I was interested in trading in my car and when I mentioned this the salesman, Vincent, immediately acted like checking out my trade-in was going to be a huge job that he didn't want to do. He said "so if we go to all this work test driving your car, check it out and come up with a price and everything, will you buy it?" HOW DO I KNOW BEFORE I HAVE A PRICE??!!! I used to be a car salesman myself and would never have treated a customer this way. Then they offered me $1500 for my $7000 car and left the impression if I won't do the deal I will be the biggest idiot in town for wasting all their time. Guess what, they wasted it! I still liked that truck, but by then I was all confused and irritated and could not think straight enough to come to a conclusion, so I left and never went back! Nice truck, guys but I won't be buying from you anytime soon, sorry!

I purchased an F150 from Rick Ball Ford and was very pleased with them. Jeff Ahnen the Sales Rep came in on his day off to meet with me after we had exchanged emails. We live in Lake of the Ozarks and had one day I was able to come up and Jeff met my wife and I. We test drove the vehicle and bought the Truck that day. When we came back I had asked to get wheel well protectors put on it. They had not come in and we met Rick Ball himself and told him we were very pleased with the guys there. As we were leaving the Service Manager came out and said the delivery was there and he could put the Wheel Well protectors right away, my wife and I went and ate lunch and came back and the truck was ready. This saved me an hour back to Sedalia to have them installed. I oversee Customer Service for North America for a Pest Management firm and we strive that our people are engaged to make a great customer experience. We had that with the team at Rick Ball!

We love our new Expedition. The sales staff especially Jeff and Chris made the experience very easy and enjoyable. We explained that we were leaving the very next day on a vacation to Alabama and Ryan made sure all the paperwork was ready to go that same day. The vehicle was wonderful on vacation and very roomy. It got good gas mileage especially for a bigger vehicle. As parents of boys who play a lot of traveling soccer and baseball this vehicle will be big enough to stretch out and have plenty of space for all the sports equipment. I came in yesterday to have an oil change on my Ford Explorer. I had an 8:30 appointment. I arrived at 8:20. I also had a 10 a.m. meeting in Warrensburg. Ryan welcomed me at the door. He assured me that my vehicle would be ready in time for me to make my meeting. My vehicle was not ready until 9:30. By the time I paid and left, I arrived at my meeting 10 minutes late. Ordinarily I would not have minded, but in this instance I had a different circumstance. In addition, I was charged for the oil change which should have been free due to another Ball error on another occasion. We have always been more than satisfied the way we have always been treated by all of you, especially Vincent, but this time I felt I should share this with you. Just purchased a 2013 Mustang V6 "used". Jeff Ahnen was my sales consultant. Came in on a Friday from Kansas City, MO on my way to Warsaw, MO to look at the car (found it on Cars.com). Looked it over, test drove it and told Jeff I would be in touch with my decision. He never once pressured me to make a decision. He simply let me know how to reach him and if I wanted to move forward he would welcome the opportunity to help me. Called him on his cell phone early the next morning (he was off and headed to a MU football game). Gave him my offer over the phone. He had Chris the sales manager call me right back. Their counter offer was still less than I expected to pay. Told them I would be up in 45min to a deposit on it to hold until I could bring the check in the next weekend. I was treated like a king. Went back the next weekend to give them the check and take the car home. Car was clean as a pin and ready for me to drive back to Kansas City. The entire closing/F&I process was a breeze. Never ever was I pressured to do anything or buy extras. They simply presented some options to consider and let me make my decision. This was the BEST experience I have EVER had buying a car. This small town dealer will definitely be my first stop for my next purchase!!!!!!

I went to Rick Ball to buy a new car and was not impressed with how I was treated. I was not allowed to test drive any vehicle to figure out which one I wanted until I applied and got approved. I applied for the loan and was told I would hear something in a couple of hours. When the time came and went I called them and once I finally got a hold of the gentlemen helping me I was told it would be the next day now by noon. The next day came and went and I tried several times to get a hold of someone to help me and never got a return call back and ended up having to go back to Sedalia to find out anything which was 30 miles away. When I got there I was told I did not get approval... 3 weeks later I went to a different dealership (Ford) and was treated a lot better, had great communication skills used with me and guess what I got a new car. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang for Rick Ball of Sedalia. This was by far my most amazing car buying experience so far. Jeff was an amazing sales rep and Chris Boulais made sure everything I needed was taken car of! All my future car purchases will be from here. I was trading in my old vehicle and everything was smooth and quick, normally people dread going to the car lot in fear of being there for 6 or 7 hours but I was in and out in no time!

Came into Rick Ball Ford-Sedalia to get repairs on my 2003 Ford Escape. I'd used them before and love their service and honesty. I decided to walk the showroom and lot. After comparing my repair costs and being shown several cars on the lot I soon found an upgraded vehicle at a very good rate. There was no sales hassle and I was given a better than expected trade in value.
