Shopping for a replacement mazda3, had some poor experiences before hand with the service department but sales team is solid, so I tried to buy a car from them again. Not much interested me on the lot besides a new 2017, but no reason to really engage since we still have 2016s to pick from, ready to leave but the Manager was dragged in. He was informal and very quiet, and did not offer much after I was ready to leave, except for 10+ minute time suck. There was follow up with me and the sales guy, on a car but after typical "urgency" talk, the price they delivered was mediocre.

All prices on their website were not honored when I visited the dealer. The only reason I went to look at the vehicle was the advertise price. Horrible practice of bait and switch. DO NOT go to their location and expect them to honor their own advertised price on their used vehicles. There sorry excuse about having a technical issue is just another example of a dealer to avoid.

I bought a used Mercedes SUV in September...the transaction was sleezy from the beginning. After driving the car for a week, I took it in for a few minor things, brakes squealing, the car pulling right & the back up camera didn't work. They had my car 5 days...they couldn't replicate the camera problem, said the brake were fine(2 weeks later my BRAKEWEAR light came on) and they said they did a front end alignment. Once home I Read through the paperwork & found out the alignment wasn t performed because they didn't have the proper tool....so they lied to my face. I called & went back & forth with the service guy...but nothing was ever done. I went in at 6 months for my free oil change & was told my tires were so bad they shouldn't let me drive off that lot...he said I had put 10,000 miles on the car...I said no..here's the mileage...I have put 6,000... His response....close enough. I don't remember his name, but he was extremely rude!!! Anyway....this was by far my worst experience ever in the car dept. it was my first & last used car purchase...& I would never step foot in the dealership again & would tell everyone I know the same. Thankfully I was able to get rid of the Mercedes!!

Tyler initially responded to my request for information through edmunds.com. After some research, I visited the dealership to test drive a Mazda3, and possibly look at used inventory. Tyler is very knowledgeable regarding the Mazda vehicles, the history and current direction of the brand. He is also very informed on non-Mazda vehicles and able to draw comparisons to help me make my best choice. After test driving a few cars, I drove away in a new Mazda6 Touring, at a great price. Tyler made my experience much easier and more fun than I thought buying a new car could be. I will recommend him to my friends or family looking to buy.

When I first started taking my brand new car in for service, it was great. I often spoke with a Young Man name Brandon. The last several times I have been there, Brandon has not. Everytime I go in they can never find my lifetime warranty on service for my engine and transmission. They try to charge me every time when it should be free. Then they act like its a hassle to look up my information to find out that I should indeed NOT be charged. Last time I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation, I was accused of having work done on my car somewhere else because THEY lost one of my lug nuts. So that means I drove 6,000 miles missing a lug nut from their mistake and then I got blamed for it. They eventually told me they would just throw one on there for free. Not only do they no longer offer car washes on the weekends... MAKES NO SENSE but they make you wait for hours upon hours even when you are their first appt on a sat morning. Well as of today I have a leaking tire, I called there to ask about the warranty I bought on my tires and received nothing but attitude. So now I am taking my tire somewhere else to get fixed. So I go look in my car and what do you know....... after the last time they rotated my tires they did not put the Lug nut locks back. I am very very very displeased and dreading the phone call I am about to make to them about my lug nut keys. Thanks MAZDA SERVICE!!! Thanks for NOTHING! I am fed up! Im not really sure what happed to the guy Brandon, but i really suggest they hire someone equally as efficient and nice.

Was interested in a vehicle here, only to find out about more than $1,500 in bogus "fees", not plainly stated in the online price. Those responsible should be truly ashamed of themselves. Don't believe what you see online, folks.

Purchased 09 mercury milan from salesman Chris germanakos in used cars. Driving home from the dealership abs light came on so I immediately texted him and stated light came on and he said it was on when he drove it. Also 6 disc CD player didn't work. 2 days later I take it back to service. They tell me abs is not covered in their warranty which is Maryland state inspection items only. I was horrified hearing the problem would cost over $1500. I call Chris and let him have it. He said the car is fine it is safe and he didn't know it wasn't covered under warranty but yet he stated he had "been in the business for years". I call xxxxxxxx. He saw I was a young woman and took advantage of me. He knew the whole time is wasn't covered that's why he let me drive off the lot without saying a peep. If he was a good salesman he should have stated he saw the light on when he drove it and said IDK if it's covered under warranty. He is a scammer in my book and would not recommend anyone use him.

I have lived in Baltimore for just over 10 years. Approximately 8 or 9 years ago I had a major problem with the '96 Ford Taurus I owned. I went to a nearby shop, but they no longer did the type work I needed--I had a blown spark plug. This person recommended I go down RT. 2, pass Bob Bell Ford and go to Rich Morten. They did the work for me. But the car had lost most of its' oil during the incident, so I asked if that was going to be a problem. The service consultant sent me back to the service technician who had done the work. He explained to me why it should not be a problem. I was very impressed with him. I had never before gone to a dealership for non-warranty service. However, ever since this first time experience Rich Morton is the only place I bring my car and my son's car for service. Three years ago, I bought a 2009 used MKZ from Rich Morten. (I have not bought a new car since the '96 Taurus. I've had good results with upscale used cars. The one caveat I would add is that in the last couple of years the dealership has dropped Lincoln and become solely a Mazda dealer--my son's car is a Mazda. I continue to bring my Lincoln to Rich Morten. And their has been turnover in the service department. So far, however, I continue to be satisfied with the service I receive from Rich Morten.

I'm not sure why an oil change and alignment should take 3 hours! I had an appointment and I did tell the service representative that I would be waiting. I was told that the two items should be finished in less than 2 hours (an hour and half to be exact) and that's why I chose to wait. In the future, tell a customer with an appointment the truth!!!

I have a 2002 Lincoln LS that has been serviced by Rich Morton(RM) since 2010. At that time they were a Lincoln dealership but Lincoln has moved on. I remained at RM because they retained many of the Lincoln mechanics and their service has always been superb as it has been recently. I would have rated them a 5 star rating, but recently an aftermarket component was used for a repair and it apparently was not compatible. After lengthy troubleshooting and a couple retrurn trips to RM the solution was to obtain the OEM Motorcraft part which corrected the problem . Lesson learned for me is to insist on an OEM component to reduce compatibility/configuration issues. Obtaining the OEM part may delay a turnkey repair and the use some aftermarket parts does have risks. Thank you Dan Reid. He was very helpful during this service and I also thank Jim for the friendly ride to and from home while my Lincoln was in the repair process.

I purchased my CX5 at Rich Morton's and I drive out of my way to take it there from Silver Spring for service. I make an appointment and let them know I will be waiting for my car. The wait time is always very reasonable and works for me. I can spend time in the lounge watching tv and handling emails, phone calls etc. One thing I had been thinking was service is great here but it sure would be nice if they would run my car through the car wash especially this time with all the road salt on it. Wouldn't you know when I went out to get my car it had been washed and looked brand new. They absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Tyler was terrific. He quickly gave me a great price that was much better than Tru Car or what other dealers were offering. He was patient and got me a solid price on my trade-in as well. He thoroughly knows his business and made sure that I was comfortable with the dealership, the car I bought and the price I paid. There were none of the last-second changes or haggling and I really appreciated that. I tend to be very cynical about the car buying process but I feel like Tyler treated me great and I would 100% buy from him and Rich Morton Mazda again.

The last two times I visited something was wrong. The first time the technician didn't put my door panel on completely. This time the technician didn't return my wheel lock. I had a rear left light repaired at Rich Morton Mazda last Tuesday. I was told the repair would take about 1 1/2 hours and it did. I was able to wait in a nice customer room with wide screen TV and Computer. The work was completed in 1 & 1/2 hours as noted. The car was washed and vacuumed inside. I am pleased.

I was looking to buy a used Mazda 6. As usual, visited a few dealerships and websites and read reviews. I stop the search when visiting Rich Morton Mazda, I was attended by Shan Marfani, very nice person, a gentlemen, cero pressure and knew well the story of the car I was looking.After a test drive, plus the security of buying from a reputable dealer, I went ahead with the purchase, after wifes approval of course. Even though I live in Chevy Chase, it was worth the drive to Pasadena MD. They had the best price security combination in my book. What really made the sale was Shan; the morning I drove there was snowing and coming from two 2 other dealers that were kind of pressuring me to go ahead with the purchase, I instinctively back out on those situations... with shan It was easy and direct.I highly recommend the drive there if you are coming from Chevy Chase, Bethesda area.

Making the appointment was the only easy part of the service. I arrived on time, but the service person Emily that had helped me for the past few years was not there (probably no longer with the company). The gentlemen who helped me asked if there were any problems that needed to be addressed during my regularly scheduled appointment. When I answered yes and explained the issue he told me unless it was really obvious there was nothing they could do. How about answering "we will look into that". Instead he treated me like I was a stupid female that didn't know what I was doing. On top of that they said I need a regular simple brake job, they quoted twice as much as anywhere else. When we picked up the car my husband tried to clarify the price and the service rep was rude and just answered "yep that is our price!" and then he made a snide comment about my husband as I was walking out of the door. I purchased my car new from Rich Morton and have had all my service work competed through them, I am also in the market for a new Mazda. My dealings with this dealership has been a challenge because of a past warranty issue on a vehicle purchased there. I will say they went out of their way to obtain a satisfactory result for me. The entire staff there always seem to have the customers best interest in mind. Would I purchase there again? Yes. Would I reccomend this dealership to friends or family? Yes.

This was probably the smoothest car buying experience I have had. After doing some research I decided on a Mazda6 and saw that rich morton had my desired configuration in stock. I put in a request for more information and was contacted by Tyler within 10 minutes. He answered all my questions and even let me run the car past my house to make sure my computer equipment for work fit in the trunk. Negotiations were quick and the process took less than two hours!

In a sea crowded with liars and con men, Ryan Wiegan separates himself from the stereotypes. His care and attentiveness is unprecedented in this field. He not only tries to help every customer in a custom and unique way, but he does this dispite the moronic management that he is surrounded with. It is truly surprising that there are still car salesmen out there that aren't just conserned about the bottom dollar and telling the customer what they want to hear in order to make a sale and then dissapear. This dealership is miles behind the competition when it comes to customer care and service, but Ryan is clearly the exception. Where ever he works at, I would highly recommend working with him when you need a new vehicle.

My uncle and I were very close. He worked at a Honda dealership in Annapolis where everyone knew him and his family (me). I've only driven Honda's and when he passed I found it hard to give up the car we bought from him. I ended up giving my brother my car which I bought from him (at a family discount) and was going to automatically just get another one from the same dealership. Why wouldn't I? They knew me, right? It felt like family when my uncle was there. When I went in to look around it was far from it. The place was empty and it took them well over an hour for anyone to ask if I needed help. I knew everyone in there, they were all at my uncle's funeral. They all shook my hand there. But when I needed help or guidance I got terrible salesmen. There were no questions as to what I was looking for. The clear vibe of their agenda was pouring out of everyone there. I left. My brother and I used my old Honda for about a week as I shopped around. And one day I saw my friend Devin Hughes facebook post about working for Mazda. I needed a car. He was selling cars. And really nice cars at that. I've never bought or leased a car before but the whole experience, Devin, the familiarity, the kindness and patience of his managers, the other salesmen and saleswomen all chiming in...it was a team effort and felt like a family walking me through it. I've never bought a car before or leased one, but the bar has been set if I ever have to again. Where I thought I would be treated like family, I wasn't. Where I was going for the first time, I was family.

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra SR about 6 months ago from this dealership. I was a little skeptic as the dealership is about 90 minutes from my home, but my salesman Tyler was more then willing to provide me with some extra pictures and close ups of the vehicle. One of their biggest advertised perks was the Advantage program, granting me free oil changes and a guarantee on my engine. I was informed that when I arrived that in order to keep these perks, all of my service must be done at the dealership. Admittedly, I was a little bummed because of the distance, but they assured me that they would do everything they could to accommodate me. I have finished my second service appointment and I can say they have owned up to that expectation. The staff was quick and friendly during my first visit, and gave me a loner vehicle upon request for my second, so that I could run some errands. I hope to keep this car for a good amount of time but will definitely be going back to them for the next one!

I leased a 2016 Mazda 6 in July. I came to the dealership late in the evening and the gentlemen working with me stayed well after closing time to work a deal with me that I felt was fair. They never were rude or inconsiderate with me, regardless of time. They were both focused on making the deal right for me and getting what I wanted out of it. This dealership has a bad rep for some reason, but I don't see it. Maybe attitude on ones part has something to do with it?

My salesman told me, they will look at the car, but will only fix items under the State of Maryland Inspection requirements..This dealership should be investigated for their business practices. I never thought my first time car purchase would turn out like it did.. They sold me a car with engine, brakes and sensor related problems.. I bought this vehicle in October and it was a bad purchase.. I will make sure my voice is heard all over the State of Maryland to make everyone aware about this horrible dealership! My wife and I test drove a truck we were going to purchase after taking the time later to test drive another truck like it from another dealership. We wanted to compare the 4 cylinder at Rich Morton's to the 6 cylinder that was at the Toyota dealership. Chris and Dwight who were the sales staff were polite, easy to talk straight shooters, but their manager walked away from us and pretty much told us to take a hike when we informed me we received two trade in prices on our current vehicle at $3500 and $4000 from reputable dealerships. We were not there very long and didn't even discuss financing, but the manager addressed us and told us his viewpoint and informed us that we should go elsewhere because the prices at his dealership were "real'. It is worth noting that when I told my salesman that I had a trade and how much I was already offered elsewhere the manager walked up and asked for my keys and then took my car for a ten minute test drive without even asking or informing me he would be doing so. I think it is worth noting that I would have quickly bought the truck if he had just said he would give me $3500 for the trade. But, he was so rude with his "real" numbers and acting like we were the stubborn party that I felt it warranted to give him a review that was fitting. And, I have never wrote an online review in my life.

We were assured by the service manager as we approached the end of the 30-day warranty period that this was a "known" problem to them and we could rest assured that they would stand behind this car. After another attempt to correct the problem shortly after the 30 day warranty expired, we took the car to BMW of Annapolis. What was diagnosed very quickly was a $4,500 Vanos repair. Rich Mortons refused to repair the car. We were told by the General Manager that we were a bunch of "whiners" and that they were not going to fix the car because the warranty was no longer in place. BUYER BEWARE

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and although the sales guy was friendly, I was not pleased with their games they played with the pricing. Point blink is, this dealership has no integrity. They tried to offer me 2500 less dollars for my trade in then I was previously offered and they tried to screw me on the price of one of their new cars... They wanted to sell me their vehicle for 3k more than the upgraded trim of the vehicle I was looking at. How can you sell me a Touring at 3k more than you have your grand touring advertised for online???????? Lying, selfish, no good....

Drive past this place to anywhere else, avoid this dealership at all costs. My sales rep who was living with the manager at the time told me flat out lies about what I was getting and when I confronted the sales and service manager they basically told me oh well your loss. My family purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and they have royally screwed us over. I would never reccomend this dealrship to anyone, all warranty and service agreements are complete shams. Rich Morton continues to be my dealer of choice although they no longer are a Ford/Mercury Dealership. I made a huge mistake of taking my Ford Truck to Koons Ford for a rebuilt transmission because they were closer to my home. That decision was the worst mistake I have ever made with a vehicle as Rich Morton has handled all of my other work with wonderful service. I trust them completely with my vehicle and I much appreciate how they have taken care of my Truck over the years. The staff is wonderful and I especially appreciate Emily's assistance since she has taken over my service requests from Frank (who retired) who was also wonderful. I believe this is all due to the superior management of Dennis Elliott as a great team is usually the work of a great leader. I'm not that close to the dealership but I will not use any other service dealer.

To resolve the situation that occurred in September, Rich Morton's GM and AGM righted the wrong. Through the whole process, they held my hand and were very apologetic. They were able to wipe the slate clean and provide excellent customer service. After this transaction, I would recommend his dealership to anyone in MD looking for a vehicle.Ask for Neal, Joe, or Tyler. They will definitely take care of you and you will not be disappointed with the customer service.

I arrived to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Told Saleman I was a cash buyer. He wrote up the selling price including finance charges? He would not let me leave to get my check to buy the car until he had my information? What info? He wasn't sure. Turned out all he needed was my birthday? Then, he acted like I was stalling by asking how long it would take me to get the check (once he finally released me)! When I returned with the check, the paperwork (Remember, it's a CASH deal) was Still. Not. Ready. He proceeded to show me around the dealership" Service and Waiting areas, etc. Paperwork still not ready!!! I left and got lunch and let him worry if I was coming back!! Then the paperwork Lady said my check was for $20 less than what she calculated!! Even though it was EXACTLY what the salesman quoted me. Won't be going back there!

I bought a used Corvette from Rich Morton Mazda and it did come with a warranty. Richard (the sales person) was an amazing person to deal with. He was very fast and he made the process of buying and trading-in very convenient. Jimmy (the manager) and John (the financing person) were awesome too. I was treated with respect and they were willing to work with me.I went to the service department twice to fix warranty small issues with the car and they fixed the issues very promptly. Both times Brandon was extremely friendly, kind and polite when I brought my car over there. I submitted a ticket request on Monday night and I got an email response early morning on Tuesday to bring my car over at 9:30 am. They identified to issue very fast and they were able to correct them.I love their waiting lounge, it does have a WI-FI that let me work from there while I was waiting. They may need more power outlets for people who need to recharge their laptop or phone.I am very happy with both the sales process and the service team. Thank you again Rich Morton Mazda team!

I thought long and hard about whether or not to write a review on my experience with Rich Morton Mazda and I feel 100% obligated to share. The buying process was great. Hands down great customer service at the beginning. Shan Marfani was awesome and very professional. That's where the buck stops. Before we signed the contract we were promised (our mistake) that what seemed to be a very small problem would be taken care of by the service department. Our car stayed with the dealership for two weeks and they refused at first to properly fix our vehicle. Neal J. tried everything under the sun to fix the car the cheapest way possible. He did not want to eat any cost for fixing our vehicle and continued to ignore several of my phone calls. He is the General Manager and he refused to take the proper measures to thoroughly fix our vehicle. It was a constant battle to try and get an issue that we pointed out before we signed the contract and was assured by Neal J. would be fixed. The car was under warranty but Neal would talk around the real issues and claim he was trying to help but didn't want to pay to actually fix the issue. I was actually yelled at over the phone by a supervisor there and the only person who remained professional was Shan. It is absolutely crazy that higher up management needs to take another class in TRUE customer service. My husband and I were extremely stressed out by the back and forth and lack of concern for our sacrifice as the customer. We finally got our car back and everything is fine. The service department and Shan took care of us but once the sale was final, Neal J. and the sales reps completely changed. It was a nightmare and I highly suggest to make sure you never take a dealer on their word. WAIT and get everything in writing because all changes once they make the sale. Rich Morton Mazda does not deliver on its word!!!

I went to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle and I was prepared to negotiate a fair price for all. The sales manager stated the usual we cant go any lower the normal sales tactics. Well as I continued to do a search for another vehicle today that price that couldn't go absolutely any lower is magically 1000 cheaper with taxes would have still come out less expensive than what I was willing to pay. I had check in hand and ready to make a deal. Maybe it is just me and i may have rubbed them the wrong way having my own financing and done research on the vehicle and having prices in a 150mile radius and being an educated shopper. On a positive note if you do go there see Mike if you do go there he is an excellent young man that will try his best.

I was referred to Neal Johnson by my friend Jeff Alt, the Used Cart Manager. I had met Mr. Alt in April, 2013, when I purchased a used 2010 Mazda 3 at Rich Morton's Mazda. Although I liked the 2010 Mazda 3 very much, I was not happy with the way outside contract salesmen were brought in to clear out the used car inventory at Rich Morton's by offering deals that most customers could not turn down. After i had the car I was pretty satisfied with the deal until I found out the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value was about $12,000 in April, 2013 - almost half of what the salesman sold the Mazda to me!! I believed all the nonsense that the salesman told me, like the Mazda 3 was worth $30,000 new in 2010. The whole thing left me feeling used, but I did not got yo Mr. Alt until I had decided I wanted to buy a new 2014 Mazda 3, and I knew I would get a low trade-in on the 2010 Mazda 3.Mr Alt, when I approached him with the details of the bad experience told me that he would be willing to look into it for me, and since I wanted to buy anew car from Rich Morton, I felt that they could work something out for me. I first met Neal Johnson last night when he called me at home and told me that Jeff Alt had told him the details of my situation, and that he would like to tale over for Mr. Alt and help me. Neal Johnson had a special position at Rich Morton, including investigating situations like mine with other unhappy customers.Mr.Johnson was honest with me when we talked in his office. He told me that he could not really compensate me by adding more value to the 2010 Mazda 3. In fact, because the 2014 models had recently been introduced, the 2010 was worth even less than when I bought it last April. He asked what what I wanted in a new car. I showed him the MSRP of the 2014 Mazda 3 Grand Touring I Series (about $25,000), and I said I expected that I would have to have them order it for me. Mr. Johnson told me that they had a new Mazda 3 on the lot that was the color I wanted, but it had more options (top of the line). I told him that I did not think I could afford that model (MSRP: about $29,000). He asked me if I could buy nit if he sold it to me at dealer cost. He wanted to compensate me in some way for the bad experience in April.After more conversations with Mr. Johnson and his finance officer I saw that we could settle on a deal tat I could handle, so I drove home in the brand new 2014 Mazda 3 with options I had only dreamed of!! I felt very grateful to Neal Johnson for his sincerity and his desire to compensate me for my bad experience. My opinion of the Rich Morton Mazda dealership has greatly increased in the last the days!

Rich Morton Mazda was the best experience I have had in purchasing a car! Our salesman Ryan was friendly, helpful and right on target for our car needs. He was able to set us up with a Certified Pre-Owned car that only had 700 miles on it! and the car comes with a full warranty as if it were a brand new car! The dealership gives us oil changes for the life of the car! Ryan made the transaction smooth and easy. I was able to take possession of the car moving quickly through the finance department as John was friendly, helpful and got us the best interest rate! They gave us a full tank of gas at delivery and the car was clean as ever!I was the owner of a 2008 Saturn Outlook which died at only 87,000 miles. The transmission stopped working. Rich Morton Mazda was the only dealership that was willing to trade my Saturn for my new Mazda 3! We are so grateful to them for helping us out of such a terrible predicament. We could not have been happier that at Rich Morton Mazda.

The buying process I had at Rich Morton's was seamless. I had been looking at cars for close to a year. I went to many dealership around the area Ford in Lanham, Toyota in Bowie and Glen Burnie, Nissan in Glen Burnie and Honda of Bowie and various used dealerships on Richie Hwy and in Glen Burnie. Friday night I expressed interest in a certain Mazda. The following morning I had an invitation from Ryan Wiegand that the car was available and I was welcome to come in for a test drive. Upon my arrival, he answered a few questions for me and then handed me the keys and said "let me know what you think". Ryan and his colleagues were exceedingly responsive to my wishes, put me at ease, and did not hover over my shoulder. That same day I left with a new car (exactly meeting my needs) and the anticipation of forming a continuing relationship with people and a business which had already demonstrated a solid understanding of Customer Service!

Throughout this time we have experienced some of the worst possible customer service by car dealerships, but not with Rich Morton Mazda and its staff. The saleman (Ryan Wiegand) has made our car buying experience simple and easy. Ryan took the time to actually listen to us about what we needed. I can't say that for other dealerships who seem to have an agenda to sell us what they wanted to sell. Also, I must say we did not feel pressure from Ryan to make a purchase at any point. My wife and I do not rush into large purchases, such as a car, and Ryan understood that. In addtition to listening to our needs, he always took the time to explain every little detail from the car's features to the purchase options (lease, finance, cash buy) no matter how many times we asked him to go over those details. THIS IS LONG FOR GOOD REASON:First, as checked off above, my overall experience was excellent. For those interested in EEO statistics, I'm an over 50yrs old blk male. (this was not requested by the dealership) My 2001 nissian maxima se, got t-boned(lady ran a red light. no injuries) that resulted in front end and passenger side damage. I talked to David who very throughly explained the insurance proceedure. The car was towed to the body shop within a few hrs of the accident. My insurance co. gave them 10 days to complete repairs which was surprisingly done to my dismay. I had a 'new' camaro (ins.rental) and didn't want to give it back :-) the worksmenship (I checked) was very good. It would have been 'excellent...' I was told the paint chips on the front of the hood wouldn't be visible after they put a powder coloring and clear coat on it. Well I got the CLEAR COAT which made it look better than when it came in. Maybe they forgot the powder. I'm not upset. It wasn't part of the damage. As for custormer service, both David and Russ were very informative, cordial and professional. Actually showing me the extent of damage and how aspects of the repairs would be preformed, ie...the use of the hydrallic puller for frame/grill repair. I felt totally at ease. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. David is in the wrong line of work and is probably underpaid! He deserves an 'Oscar' for his high engery personality. I'm not suggesting he's phoney, in any way, on the contrary, he's quite engaging. Lastly, prior to the above accident, I broke out my rear vent window to retrieve my keys I obviously locked inside. (note: if you have to break a window DON'T break the vent one. the driver or passenger windows are easier to replace if you do it yourself.) In the intrum, I taped it up. I got a replacement from the junkyard but couldn't do it myself. Anyway, I forgot to mention it to Russ or David while they had my car. Upon picking it up, I noticed the tape and mentioned to them I wish I had brought it to their attention. Well to my surprise, they told me to bring it in (whenever) and they would take care of it 'NO CHARGE.' First I thought they joking or setting me up for the 'big take' but a week later I took it by and an hour later it was done, NO CHARGE!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I look forward to doing future business w/them. I'll be sure to let know how that works out. DON'T USE, SELL OR GIVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OUT FOR ANY ADVERTISING/PROMOTION ECT...OR THE WORLD WILL HEAR ABOUT IT!

The dealer I was going to sold the Mazda 5 I was interested in and didn't bother to tell me until I got there, needless to say, I did not buy anything from him. I'd previously visited this dealer to have the power-steering pump replaced on my Mazda3 before the recall. The service was great then. After Mazda did the recall I had to return because Mazda customer service (who frustrated me a great deal) told me I needed to return to have the car "inspected" to see if the power-steering pump was in correctly. I talked with Dan at Rich Morton and he was very good at interpreting what Mazda customer service stated incorrectly, replaced the power-steering pump again, and made sure that everything was done to make sure I could get my repayment for the $594 power-steering pump from Mazda. He hooked me up with a loaner vehicle for a few hours so I could still keep my plans for the day and he and his crew were able to complete the recall again and provide me with the paperwork from the previous replacement. Dan and his crew were friendly and professional, and they wanted to make sure that despite my frustrations with Mazda customer service I was still satisfied. I will come back for any other repairs to my car simply because of this event.

I bought a 2010 Navigator from this dealer, and I am happy that when I walked into the show room the person that greeted me, Mr. Steve Rittmeyer is the most humble car salesman I have encountered in recent years and I have encountered a lot. He listened to my needs, unlike other salesmen that I have encountered before walking into this dealership. This dealership did not have what I was looking for in stock but he make sure he searched around the area until he found my specific need in the state of Ohio. Highest quality of work and extremely helpful.When I brought my car in, the hood really needed to be repainted -- after first "UN-oainting" what was originally on it. That was fixed with complete success at Rich Morton.A few months later I was driving at 60 MPH on a highway where a TABLE was laying upside-down in the left lane. Its thin metallic legs, facing upward, weren't visible until too late; my car hit it and spun it around. The damage wasn't severe but there were areas on the surface that were "slopped-up." I brought it to Rich Morton, where that was taken care of. As extra help, above-&-beyond, a rear-view mirror was more firmly secured by adding a dab of some bonding agent. I found the car on Auto Trader dot com and this dealer offered the best price and best shape vehicle that I was looking for. I found a 2005 Toyota Solara convertible that had low miles and the exact color and options I was looking for. Arthur was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I am in NC and this car was in MD and i had to request that Arthur have the car taken to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection and with out hesitation he offered to have the car taken to the shop for me. He also went and got it and took it back to the dealership after the inspection was done. We discussed the price and other concerns and we came to an agreement that I was going to purchase it and fly up for delivery. The car was very clean and my test drive was wonderful. I fell in love the with the car immediately. It was very well cared for and in great shape as promised. The dealership provided financing that was just as good as a deal than any other place I could secure a loan from. The finance manager also provided me an alternate route that allowed me to not travel through the congested area around D.C. What a nice added touch that was. I bring all three of my vehicles; a 2008 Mazda 6, a 2003 Ford Expedition, and a 2003 VW Passat, to this dealership for repairs and service for very good reasons. Frustrated with poor service at my non-Mazda dealers' shops, and completely satisfied with Rich Morton's customer service and attitude when buying the Mazda 6, I switched them all over to Rich Morton for routine maintenance and non-routine repairs. The service team is outstanding -- honest, prompt, and skilled -- they have done everything from routine oil changes to tuneups to water pump and window replacements on all three makes/models and the result is always great. The prices are also extremely competitive, and I don't have to worry about hidden charges, "fat fingering" hours required for services, or inflated markup on parts. Going to Rich Morton was a wonderful experience for me. I have owned only two cars in my lifetime so far and they have both been Mazda's. I went to Rich Morton to trade in my used car as well as to buy a Mazda 5. I spoke to Jim on the phone and he was very nice and welcoming and when I went to the dealership I met with Steve Rittmeyer. He was,very friendly, warm, welcoming and very attentive to all my needs. I loved the fact that I was not rushed and I was allowed to make my decisions without feeling like I was being forced to do so. He was very patient with what my most important need was which was getting a car that was within my budget. One of the best traits for me in working with Steve was Integrity, which is very rear in general in the world today. I bought my car for what I was promised, they kept their word and that to me is priceless. Steve was very honest with me, going through all the details of my new car with me. I came in with a scrape on my Lincoln actually thinking I needed to get some work done. I was greeted at the door, asked to come in and sit down and the Gentleman went out to look at my car. He buffed the scrape out in less than five minutes and you can't see it was ever there. I am very impressed with the service and how efficient the personnel are. I can't say enough about this shop. Terrific service.You should know that this is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with the body shop and for the same reason. As was the case the first time I was treated with respect and friendliness. The Gentleman I dealt with as well as the other man in the shop were very kind. All three of the above employees made me feel very special. I had a slight problem with the last Mazda I bought from them and they immediately turned the bad situation into a good situation where I tell everyone about my experience with them. The new Mazda MX5 I drove off in was the 3rd one I have bought there and I am very pleased with the car, financing, service, and extra attention I always get when I call or visit. I really get annoyed at car dealers or retailers in general who talk down to you and act like they could care less about you problem. It's not all about what can they do for ME, it is about what are you going to buy from US. I totally did not have this experience at all.I have been in customer service for many many years and I have always given at least 150% and jumped through hoops to make my customer happy no matter how big or small the issue may be and ensure they do not walk away disappointed or discusted as I do and have. I walked into the dealership expecting to find a cliched waxed mustache snake oil salesman. What I got was a pleasant surprise. I bought a used car from this dealership in January of 2010, the sales person, Sean, was fantastic. 8 months later I was in the market for a second car so I went back to the dealership for a new car. Richard Wade was my sales associate, and he seemed pretty friendly at first, if a little bit crude when he spoke. I decided on a $30000 car, and made my commitment. When I went to inspect the vehicle there were some scratches to the paint, so he said he would have it fixed. I also wanted a remote start which I was told would run me $600. (They were out of the grand touring in a color I liked, so I got the touring and figured I'd just add the remote) A full week and a few days later I was told the car was ready for me to pick up. I got there and the touch-up paint looked like a 3rd grader had done it, and my $600 remote start... no, he "had it sent down the street" and a $70 remote start (I priced it) had been installed. I asked the question if the cheap aftermarket would void my warranty, Richard told me not to worry about it and to just go away. I called the Mazda national line... the corporate office confirmed that if there were any electrical problems that could be attributed to it, the warranty would be void. (I have the tech package, sunroof, etc.) So my brand new $30000 car no longer had a warranty. In the end, it went up to the service manager, Frank (Frank seemed like a nice enough guy, he is abrupt, but helpful), who had it all replaced (nothing for free, I still had to pay for it) and Richard refused to even acknowledge I existed next few times I went there to check on my car... which was ready after yet -another- week. Fortunately you can only slightly tell that the touch-up paint was done... on my brand new car. =( As for my other car, I took it in for basic service (oil changes) a few (3) times, and the wait is always HOURS long! Their problem free loaner car problem is a joke, I think they only have 2 loaner cars which are probably being used by the employees. This is a shady dealership- avoid it!!!

I bought a used vehicle from a salesman, JP. He gave me incorrect information, including information regarding the warranty. When problems arose with my vehicle, I was about 200 miles over the warranty (but not the warranty miles that JP told me nad the miles I thought I had). Therefore, I had to pay for these issues. They were obviously not caused by me, but no one was willing to reduce the service price or pay for it. Additionally, JP no longer worked for the dealership. How convenient. I will not buy a vehcile from here again, nor will I recommend anyone else to buy from here. I only get my service work here so that I do not void my power/tran warranty. Although, I am sure that if anything does happen they will give me some bs excuse as to why they won't pay for it.

He took the information down and promised to call me back that day. Twenty-four hours go by, and I get no return call. My experience with Rich Morton Lincoln Mercury has never been anything but excellant. They great you as soon as you enter the building and the customer service is always friendly. I have had my care serviced there a few times and had never had a bad experience. I brought my car in this week, they provided me a loaner car and had my car fixed the nexted day.
