I have bought 7 cars from this dealer. I will never buy another. The latest ones are a 2013, 2014, and 2016 Nissan sentra and a 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer. I live paycheck to paycheck as a lot of us do. I traded my 2014 sentra in for a 2016. I got a 5.99% rate. My credit had gone up 100 pts so I didn't understand. Then 2 weeks later got my wife a lancer and co-signed and she got a 3.69% rate. But if she got the ricart gap insurance for 900.00 and the ricart oil change program for 595.00 included. We got approved for Ally finance then if we got those two items included we could get the 3.69% rate. Didn't really think about it till I re-finance my car with wright patt credit union a week later at the same rate and got the payment lowered 27.00 to where I wanted to be. Also Ricart charged 900.00 for the gap coverage and Wright patt charged me 290.00. They make deals with these finance company and squeeze as much as they can out of your. They play on your emotions to get a new car. Then they say ding and dent coverage for a year. IT DOES NOT COVER A SCRATCH! Jeremy Youngs final comment after explaining all this and the service department issues not mentioned were guess we have to part ways. You are right. I will never buy a car from this crooked dealership again and will let everyone I know my experience. Had nothing to do with sales Darrell and Nick.

The main reason we go to Ricart is our salesman. We arrived he was with another customer we said we would wait on Jeremy. Cameron said he could show us some. Cars while we were waiting he is very good and knowledgeable as well. But we waited on Jeremy to complete the sale. We are very happy with our purchase once again. Excellent service and exactly what we wanted.

I was taken back when I pulled up to the garage door, it opened, I pulled in, and was greeted by name and my service items were confirmed immediately. The process was explained and approximate wait time. When complete the service person came to me, reviewed the service, which was just an oil change, but I did have a minor warranty issue, the at was easily resolved.

About as good as you can get buying a vehicle. John was great. One day dealing. Another day spent finalizing. Loved the upfront online pricing (better than TrueCar and Costco), the lifetime powertrain warranty and the availability of a lifetime bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Found a good car and the sales man stayed late to help me out. The price was excellent and couldn't be touched by other dealers. This is the second car I bought here. I did decline the warranty and gap protection and they didn't go past my comfort zone in trying to change my mind which was good. Since they sold the car at such a low price the gap protection was mathematically unnecessary and a not worth the price for its risk/reward ratio. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. Each car's case is different. Do your research and the math. The interest rate was great that I received for my credit score category. Oh and lastly did I ask for touch up paint and floor mats and they were ordered the first time and I didn't have to ask a second time. They shipped them to me upon my request so I didn't have to drive 60 miles round trip to pick them up. I will probably buy my 3rd car there in 10 years from now. You get an A++ Score.

Overall, I had a great experience at Ricart. Pete was fantastic as a representative and answered all my questions and concerns with full sincerity. He was friendly not only with me, but to my two friends who came to help with the car-buying process. However, working with Jake was not the best. I felt very pressured by his sales, and he actually pushed me along to financing without giving me a chance to negotiate a price. In fact, he never told me the final cost of my car. Luckily, finance was more understanding and allowed me to re-negotiate with Jake. During our second meeting, he came off very strong and stood in the doorway until I asked him to sit. If not for this incidence my experience would have be picture perfect. With all this, my interaction with Pete was still phenomenal and made my car purchase an exciting milestone in my adult life

I was a little disappointed because the mailer they sent to me contained a bunch of incentive offers but- of course- none of them were applicable to me. I found that a bit disingenuous. I also didn't like having to deal with several different people in order to complete my purchase. It felt a little bit like they were trying to hide the ball. I did end up purchasing a vehicle that I am happy with, and I liked Chad H. (Our sales person ) he was nice. It was a very busy day and everyone was helping several customers at once. We ended up having to wait a really long time (several times) which I didn't love but understood since it was busy.

We have shopped around for about 3 months and found Ricart to be the most willing to deal with us as well as the most knowledgeable. We have been to many dealerships and I had researched the Rouge online. Jeremy answered every question without hesitation. We received the best price and the best service here. They were very friendly and got us thru all of the paperwork in record time. At one point Jeremy even offered to go to sub way and get us something to eat. He also took the time to explain every detail of our new car and even setting up my i phone with my car. We have purchased several new cars and have never had the attention to detail that we had at Ricart. I received a follow up call from Jeremy a couple days later to see if we had any questions come up that he could help us with. I am amazed at how Ricart's has managed to take such a huge operation and carefully tailor it to fit the customer's individual need, No matter what the reason for visiting Ricart's Mega Mall, from the time you drive through the checkpoint, to going to the sales office, or going to keep a service appointment, every staff member is consistently inviting, enthusiastic, courteous, and well informed. Ricart's has mastered the art of Customer Service! I appreciate how this staff seamlessly works together to make each experience a genuine pleasure.I would be remiss not to especially mention Dwen Thomas. She is truly a Ricart's Nissan treasure. Her expertise and ability to go beyond the call of duty ensures that I would not consider going to any other dealership for any of my automotive needs.

Loan Officers made promises they did not keep, and when this was pointed out, the response conveyed to me that they attached very little importance to keeping promises.After some time, I received an official apology from Ricart's designated official apologizer. I told her that I still wished that the loan officers would apologize for making promises and then not keeping them. In due course, I received a letter signed by Sean & Janda stating that they regretted the "miscommunication." As far as I can determine, there was no "miscommunication." They made promises to me and then failed to keep them. And as of this date, they have never apologized for it. Maybe they think this is good business practice.I still don't know.

Amber was very knowledgeable about the Murano. She was thorough, took her time, and was extremely pleasant to work with. If the money for our trade in had been better, we would have bought the car the day she showed it to us. She helped work through a mutual agreement trade deal to make the sale later in the week. We were quite satisfied with her salesmanship skills.

Went on a Friday night to purchase a new truck and after about 4 hours of negotiating and signing papers we drove out in our new Frontier. We had truck to trade in that was in need of repair. We told them exactly what was wrong with it and how much it was estimated to fix it. They told us they would give us $3500 because it would not cost them that much to fix it. At this point I felt like they were playing "good cop" "bad cop". Our original sales associate told us to take the deal of $3500 because if we brought it in to do an estimate we would not get as much. He said take the deal now. We decided we would go ahead and make the deal. We signed paperwork for about an hour and drove off. When we got home we realized it did not have a tow hitch.. I went out and spent $350 to add this to the truck. About 2 weeks past and I received a letter with a late fee from the bank we had our trade in with. The loan was never paid off even after we rolled over the balance to our new car loan. I called Ricart and they asked me if I was not truthful with them when I told them about our trade. I told them I was more then truthful and they new everything that was wrong with the trade in. About 2 hours later I received a call stating they would now only give us $500 for our trade and would have to re sign our paperwork. I asked them how they could go back on our original agreement.....He did not answer and just said we would need to re do the paperwork. I decided to return the truck and went to Buckeye Nissan and made the deal with them. They were very professional. I later found out Ricart was saying we lied about our trade and did not tell them everything. I never lied about one thing. They just wanted to make their quota for the week. If I decided to go back on our agreement do you thin they would have let me out of it....NO. I should have listen to other people I know that have had similar bad experiences with Ricart. I would seriously re think purchasing any car from them. Ricart does bad business.

I was looking for a Nissan Rogue and got an email from Ricart. I visited Ricart and for the first moment I step in the dealership I felt really great. Pete Bonzo greeted me and explain to me the cars, test drive process, etc....a super nice guy who knows his subject matter extremely well. Never pushy, showed the basic, medium and top options and explained the differences and was really honest. Then his manager and the finace manager...ALL a great team.Ended up purchasing the most expensive one with all the options and I have enjoyed it very much so far.Follow up calls and emails have been great.

I was very happy to purchase from Ricart. I was extremely close to purchasing from another dealership(Nissan North), but they wouldn't work with me on my payment goal. I went back and forth several times with them coming back to me with offers that were outside of my price range. I ended up leaving Nissan North and told them that I was heading to Ricart. I called Ricart and they had the car that I wanted ready to go when I arrived. It was simple - I told them the car and price, they helped me get there by explaining the various incentives and payment plans. Seriously - I'm happy and I can honestly say that I had a smooth, easy to understand process for purchasing my Nissan. Ben Clark, Mike Jones and Jake Worley were awesome. While I've owned dozens of cars over the years, this was my first new car purchase. The staff at Ricart did a great job of not pushing a new car on me, but guided me by indicating features, benefits, pricing, incentives, etc. of a new car purchase in comparison to a used car purchase and let the data speak for itself. Matt Writsel was awesome to work with...hands down the best car salesman I've ever met. He's extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He did a great job of listening to my needs first rather than trying to push a car model that would make him the most money. After listening to what I needed, he was very honest about which car he would purchase and which car was the best bang for the buck. In working with Matt, I had 100% confidence in pulling the trigger on the spot to buy a new Altima.

This was the first dealership that me and my girlfriend went to. We met with Matt and he made us feel very comfortable and he listened to our wants and our needs in a new car. He didn't put any bells and whistles on anything. Everybody was straight to the point and honest with us. We both walked in with poor credit and with the help from Richard Montgomery he gave us the best deal that he could with what he had to work with. He sat down with us and didn't make us feel like we were bad people for having poor credit. It was the best experience we could of asked for. My experience at Ricart Nissan was just excellent. I arrived about 10 minutes before the dealership was open and was just going to wait in the car. Matt Writsel met as at the car and invited us in and invited us coffee and waters (it was pretty cool outside so we were happy to be indoors). I had done previous research so I knew what car I was interested in. Matt pulled up all the available automatic Versa models that were available because I was interested in the color options. Matt was very personable and both my father and myself were very comfortable with him. After signing all the paperwork and getting ready to leave, I noticed a small flaw on the bumper. Matt took us over to the service area and made sure we were comfortable while that got taken care of. Both Matt and Jeremy Young wanted to be sure that we were satisfied with the car after the minor flaw was fixed. I enjoyed working with both of them and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new car.

We came to the dealership on a rainy Saturday in the late afternoon, where I all I knew is I wanted an AWD SUV. Matt met us at my car and was very eager to help us. Mr. Young said the internet price was only available through Nissan standard financing, not my own private financing. One of the worst dealership I've seen. Their internet prices were low, so I went there last week to buy New Nissan Altima. I was made to wait 30 mins before I could talk to any sale associate. Then, I was shown the car, which I really liked, but as it got late around 7:30pm, I decided to buy the car next day. As soon as I reached home, I found out that the price of the same car online got raised by $1000. I was working with Joseph Eddy and his manager. We didn't feel pressured at all to purchase a car and he took us through every feature the car offered, explaining the differences between the models. I would recommend him to anyone who is going through the car buying process. When discussing the purchase price and monthly payments, we were introduced to Jake Worley. This is where the process became stressful and unfavorable. He did answer most questions we asked, however his demeanor and attitude were terrible. Yes we were trying to negotiate a better price and take advantage of the offers for a 2013 model, however he acted as if we were being unreasonable and didn't even want to entertain our presence. We did end up purchasing a car for more than we should have, if I could redo it I would not have purchased the car for that amount. We were then greeted by Aaron Madry who was an outstanding guy that offered add-ons for our new purchase. He was very educated on the products and services he was trying to sell, and was very nice and welcoming. We then were greeted by Rodricka Black to finalize our loan, she was friendly and explained everything we needed to know about a car loan. Our experience was wonderful aside from the negotiation process with Jake Worley. After going through this first car buying experience, if dealing with another person like him in the future, a car purchase will not be made.

I went to Ricart as an after thought on purchasing a new vehicle, I already had a deal worked out with a competitor that I was content with and planned on closing. I was promptly greeted by Lyndsey, I could tell he was very busy and gave me his full attention. Never got the pushy salesman feeling from him and being an engineer is the single biggest deal stopper. I needed information to make a decision, pressure will only stop the process until I can do my own research and validation. Lyndsey was a pleasure to talk to; hes quite an educated man with a very diverse/ interesting background. His knowledge goes way beyond automotive sales, not to mention his attention to detail on Nissans currently rebates/pricing actually got me a better deal, more features, and lower apr for financing than what I had previously worked out at the other dealership. I had visited another car dealership the day before coming to Ricart, was not a great experience. I had purchased a Sportstrac in the past from Ricart and my daughter had reminded me how much Ricart had grown and the different dealerships you had on one site and suggested I come here. I knew I wanted to downsize to a smaller less gasgussling car. I really wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted however I did know what my budget was as well as what I wanted in a car. The other dealership wasn't able or willing to go the extra mile ( that your employees were and did) to get me in the car, without the options that I didn't need or the options that I wanted within my price range. However Chad, Aaron and Jeremy were not going to let me down in anyway. Chad continued to bring me cars and Aaron continued with each car to get the best price. When I finally did decide on the car I could afford and truly loved and wanted Chad, Aaron and Jeremy made it a reality for me. The Inteligent Key in our 2010 Altima happened to die on us Saturday March 23, 2013 as we were returning from our cabin property in The Hocking Hills and while in-route home to our Westerville residence. We are not customers of Ricart Nissan but since we were very near to your dealership, we decided to see if we could have the matter attended to. This would have been about 1:30 Saturday afternoon and the store was very busy at that time with both sales and service. We expected the worst and in fact felt the issue may not be resolved at all. Long story short, we were in and out in just shy of ten minutes! The Ricart service and parts folks very promptly and professionally corrected our small mechanical problem and we were on the road again. As mentioned previously, we are not Ricart customers but I dare say that we would not have been able to secure the same treatment at our home-town Nissan dealership. Our hats are off to you for the fine experience and I should like to say that other dealerships could take a lesson from your store on how to handle customer service. He was so believable that I called Dwen Thomas that morning to see if I could upgrade from the 2012 Nissan Sentra (which I had just purchased on January 06,2012) to the 2012 Altima. She enthusiastically encouraged me to come in. When I got there I experienced the same comfortable environment that I had received when I bought my first car. Purchasing a car is generally a tedious and timely process, but purchasing a car from Ricart's (particularly Dwen Thomas) is just like going to visit a favorite relative. Dwen is friendly, warm, extremely knowledgeable, and above all professional. Shannon Marcum was reassuring and highly resourceful. Janda Beresford made signing all of the necessary paperwork a breeze! I appreciate how this staff seamlessly works together to make each visit to Ricart's MegaMall a pleasure. Whenever I visit Ricart's MegaMall, I am amazed at how they have managed to take such a huge operation and carefully tailor it to fit the customer's individual need. I came to Ricart after a horrible experience at Lindsay Honda. This was my second time purchasing a car from Ricart. Before I had purchase a new 2008 Nissan Sentra from Ms.Thomas. In August 2011 I purchased a new 2012 Honda civic from Lindsay Honda. I was sold a car that was made with no A/C. The salesperson at the time mention the car had no a/c but in a joking matter.Playful enough to where I thought he was serious. Basically Honda was not willing to work with me and put me in a car with a/c even after contacting them 20 mins after leaving the lot. I didn't want out my contract just a car with a/c. That was the worst car experience I had ever had(If you would like to hear my full story and circles Lindsay Honda took me through please read my complaint on Better Business Bureau). Anyways! I kept the car for about 6 months to build some payment history and contacted Ms.Thomas and with the helpful assistance of Ms.Thomas she took compassion in my situation and got me out my car and into a new 2012 Altima. My experience at Ricard Nissan was positive in every way. Jeremy Harr was knowledgable, friendly, and most of all PATIENT! I went to Ricard convinced I wanted an Elantra, and after much test driving, was looking into two different cars, my boys spied the shiny red Cube on the showroom floor. Jeremy got it out of the showroom and after about 10 seconds behind the wheel, I was in love! Spacious inside for my growing boys, and very responsive. We took it to the beach last month, the Cube drove great, handling the mountains well with four people and fully packed. The gas mileage is pretty great-I seem to be averaging between 29-31mpg between my highway and city driving. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I love the quirkiness of the Cube--we definitately get a lot of looks and questions. Thank you, Jeremy for the hours you spent with me over two days helping me get to my perfect vehicle! I typically don't buy on the same day that I visit a dealership. I found Josiah to be a friendly and an informative person to work with. He convinced me that Nissan was the right car for me in a very comfortable and low pressure way. I've bought nine now from #1Ricart and my last two from their Nissan store. They still lease like champs, unlike a lot of manufacturers these days! So I m 2 months out of terming my Mazda lease and I know I ve got some incentives to lease another Mazda, so I was content just waiting till my term date and working with the Mazda guys at Ricart (they rock too!). Then I get an email from Ricart Nissan, saying they know my lease is almost up and wanted to let me know about some ridiculous lease deals going on now...Okay, I m always up to save some money. True to their word, they were able to step me up in vehicle and lower my payment...Needless to say I did not pass go, I did not wait two months, I drove the new AWD Rogue home that my girl wanted, but thought would be outside our budget!Big thanks to Adam, the Internet guy, who obviously has his pulse on keeping customers happy and well informed, the Bonzo brothers, Joe and Pete. They worked together to show me all the features of the vehicle and got me in and out quickly, but without feeling rushed. Also the sales manager, Shane, that went over lease options, took time to answer all my questions and I had plenty. So far no complaints, I just hope I can convince those guys that my tenth new car from them should be free! Ha!! Seriously, go see these guys if u want a new Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Ford or a used car they can sell it all.

I had purchased my last car here at Ricart and since I had such a great experience, I thought it was only natural to come back for my next one. This time, I was looking for a Nissan Maxima and of course I contacted Dwen Thomas & Shea Sohovich (my previous sales people) to locate the car. Once again, Ricart had exactly what I was looking for and they worked a great deal! They called to schedule an appointment when the car was ready, it was delivered on time and detailed. Again, it was a smooth and seamless process and they both spent quality time with me going over the new car features and getting it all set up. We visited on a Friday before our vacation, we gave the dealership a $500.00 deposit and was told they would have the car we wanted on the following Saturday (May 31, 2008) when we got back. We only heard from them when my husband called the dealership. He was told they were working on it. We called Saturday morning and they did not have the car said that they could not get it and would refund the money. He went in that Monday after work and was told he couldn't get a check because it was after 5 PM they knew he was coming and could have had the check waiting and did not. They were not only unprofessional but could have cared less that they put us out that money. My husband bought a car that same Saturday in less than four hours at Germain Ford, now they had service that can't be beat. These people we should have looked into before we even visited its amazing how many law suits they have against them. regardless we now have to wait for our money luckily we had enough in the bank to make a deposit at Germain! any other month we might not have.
