Pete was awesome! He listened to what I wanted (and my price range) and helped me find the perfect vehicle. No pressure no gimmicks! I love that he was with us for the whole process, he wasn't running off to help other potential clients like at other dealers. I really like the fact that he had kept in contact just to check in and make sure everything is going ok and that I haven't ran into any questions or issues! We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle.

I have previously bought 2 new cars from Ricart in the last 2 years and this car was going to make 3 in 3 years. Last weekend I had a very bad experience. This was not ordinary compared to my previous experiences. I swore I was never coming back, I left a post on their Facebook page explaining what happened. Ricart responded quickly to my post confirming I should not have been treated the way I was treated. They did not try to argue with me, they simply gave me their consumer advocate. I must say I was very pleased with how they attempted to fix their mistakes. As a result of their response, I plan to return for future purchases. They righted ALL of the previous wrongs. Additionally, I get my cars serviced here and have for years. They have always been honest with me, telling me when I could get parts cheaper elsewhere. Shea in sales gets two thumbs up! Nick in services does as well. Thank you Lynne Dewitt for your professional response. Jason for the extra time!

Darrell was amazing and made a car buying experience with a 1 year old little boy very enjoyable! Our little boy actually cried when we got in the car and had to leave! Also Darrell gives wonderful follow up and called us that night to make sure we made it home ok. My husband and son previously purchased their cars from Ricart (after prior research on their own) with the assistance of Sales Associate Jesse Hernandez. I heard nothing but praise of the young man and their dealings with him and the whole process. When it was time for me to get a car and our research was once again complete, it was automatic to search out Mr. Hernandez for his assistance yet again. On the evening of June 25, 2015, I was pleased to have a face to go with the name so well spoken of. I was not disappointed. Jesse met my husband and I with a friendly hello (remembering my husband and son), and a huge smile never to be forgotten that drew us in.We already knew what we came to consider buying. Jesse made the process seamless and enjoyable allowing us to test drive the car with great conversation while answering all of our questions. Upon completion we knew we wanted to purchase the car. Making Jesse aware of this we let him know that we would contact him on the next day to confirm our decision and set a day/time for purchase if the car was still available. We did as we said, the car was still available and thus we arranged to meet the morning of June 27th. All went pleasantly well. It was a delight to be assisted by Mr. Hernandez. I took my car to Ricart for a routine oil change which I had no issue with. However, during the routine courtesy check they found that I had two license plate lamps that had burnt out. Now to the good part, the service consultant came in and told me they were out and they had a few in the back which would could $36.00. Are you kidding me??? I went to Advance and picked up two lamps for a little over $5.00, and it took me less than two minutes to install both lamps. Im just throwing this out there if you get a quote that doesnt seem right check into it before you pay too much for a part that you can get for much less elsewhere.

I had an appointment but somehow got lost in the system...No worries!!! Ben stepped up and took care of me. Pete Bonzo very well showed me a service excellence of professionalism and mindfulness. As a business scholar at a business school, I can say for sure that my assessments are unbiased and I already have recommended my fellow workers that they should look for Pete when they go to Ricard.1. Mindfulness As an Asian customer, I had the preconception that American dealers try to rip off Asian customers. Pete really helped me to lower my guards and fully trust him. Contrary to other dealers that I've met so far, he also talked about his personal life (e.g., marriage or current events). Such a friendly relationship building helped me to lower my guard and fully trust him. Other than such conversations, while I was waiting in the lobby, he constantly showed up and showed that he is still taking care of me and my transactions. This very much made me understand why I was waiting and it did not feel long at all.Another point that I really liked on his service was that he consulted me on my trade-in. If he had not informed me, I almost had spend a ridiculous amount of $1,500 on a minor problem at another dealership. I truly appreciate his consultation. The last point that I want to mention is that he memorized my name. I know that it is very hard to pronounce Asian names. Yet, the effort that he showed, impressed me a lot -- a mindful service.2. ProfessionalismFirst of all, as a business scholar, I was very much impressed of Ricard's agile service operation system. All transactions were very optimized and time efficient. Regarding Pete, I asked several questions that I had in mind. He very well showed a deep, sophisticated knowledge from both the technical as well as the core design concept of KIA -- Option building, horse power, steer handling, drive experience etc..I also was very interested from my academic standpoint. I asked a few questions and his answers surprised me in the sense that he very well knew Ricard's competitive advantage. He knew that Ricard's dominance in Ohio is due to a mass sales strategy so that none of the auto dealers in Ohio could compete with Ricard directly. Another question was what the advantage of working in a family-owned business. His answer was impressive and I totally agreed with him. His answer was flexible communication and administration, and a well appraised incentive system. Everything in all I was very impressed by Pete's care and the professionalism that he showed me. I really would like to thank Pete for his kindness. The staff seamed a little short handed on the day we bought our car, but Joe came to our rescue and took us to look at the new Sorento choices. He was very knowledgeable and confirmed our beliefs that this would be an excellent choice for us. I didn't care to deal with Jake, didn't seam to have the right personality to be in sales, and just kind of seamed frustrated that I thought I could get a better offer from another dealer, than the first offer he presented me. I showed him the competitors offer online to which the offer price was then lowered to what I thought should have been the original offer. Anyways, this is going to be a vehicle we have for a very long time, and the lifetime warranty and proximity to my home is why I chose Ricart.

Everyone was so helpful and attentive including sales people, managers, and financial employees. I really felt like they cared about me and worked to find me the best car and financing for my current situation. Jason took his time to answer my questions and find the car best suited for me. He seemed to understand what I wanted more than I did. This was a difficult situation for me due to the recent death of my husband who took care of our cars. We will never purchase a car from Ricart Kia again. The entire process consists of working with several different people, from the initial car search process to the negotiation process and so on. They will low ball you on your trade in and are very inconsistent when it comes to proposing purchase prices. Be very careful on how you approach the car buying process with this company.

I would like to commend Darrell Tumey for making my buying a new car a very pleasant and enjoyable one.He made you feel at home and relaxed, he never forced his way to a sales pitch where most customers feel annoyed. At first I was shopping for a used car but was so frustrated at the sales associate who looked like he wanted to make a fast sale, to me he doesn't deserve to be with Ricart at the first place. I've been car shopping for a while online. I came across Ricart Kia's website and found what I wanted. I went to the dealership and worked with a great salesman, Chad Householder. Chad made the car buying experience easy and not stressful. I always get stressed out when I buy a vehicle, but I didn't this time. I would recommend going to this dealership.

First let me say, I hate shopping for cars. I am that drive by person that never gets out. However, everyone I dealt with was fantastic! I didn't feel overwhelmed or hounded at all. When I wanted time to decide, both Ben Clark and Matt Kamppi walked away but were right there when I had questions, and even when I got thirsty (thank you Ben for using your last $1 bill on us LOL).Prior to coming to the new lot, we checked out the used lot. We spoke with both Jesse H and Thomas R and they were also great to work with.Each person was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite and fun yet not fake and pushy.I would never have thought I would ever recommend a dealership, but thus far my experience has been wonderful! My wife and I had originally chose to lease our second vehicle from Ricart Automotive because everyone at Ricart seemed genially committed to our customer experience, extremely friendly, respectful and committed to your needs and wants on earlier visits and purchases. We were contacted promptly in response to an online request about our trade-in and our need for certain options on our next vehicle. An earlier visit to Ricart a few months ago was not the best experience as the value of our trade was several thousand dollars less than other offers after the trade valuing team appraised the vehicle, and we could not make the negative equity fit into our budget on a new car. However we found out later and on this particular visit that Ricart will match any current written trade-in value from another buyer/dealership, so it was easy to return and work on selecting our new vehicle.My advice to new or used car shoppers is to have a real good idea if not a list of your must haves (options) and what you are willing to sacrifice for a certain brand, if you are loyal to a certain brand or style of vehicle. The Ricart product specialists are very good at what they do, but it is much easier if we do not ask them to be mind readers. Are product specialist was able to find us the car that fit all of our spoken must haves within our budget. Any regrets about our purchase is around not having a list of things we could compromise on to put ourselves into a vehicle brand or style that we have history with. That said, we are extremely confident in the vehicle we chose and would recommend others to visit Ricart and give them the opportunity to match you with the right car for your needs, wants and budget. The Ricart team is truly committed to you and they will help you find the right vehicle at the right price.

I purchased a 2014 KIA Soul from Ricart Kia on 3-22-14 for my wife. I am a senior and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and usually the experience is anxiety provoking, however, it was light years from that at Ricart. I never thought that I would fill out a review as positive as this one about a automotive dealership, but I am and I am doing so very sincerely. I worked primarily with Matt Kanppi and Jason Motter both of which impressed me with their kind, courteous, and professional approach. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and addressed all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Matt worked diligently with me in completing a purchase which pleased me and was fantastic to work with. Although we liked the car they are the main reason I purchased it from Ricart. I have never been more impressed in a dealership than with Ricart KIA. In addition to Matt and Jason, I talked to four other members of the Ricart staff and they were all extremely nice to me and my wife. Ricart is very fortunate to have a staff that represents them as well as those that I dealt with. Also I cannot end without commenting on the dealership itself..........all I can say is wow! I have never seen a dealership as huge and as professionally tuned as Ricart. The icing on the cake was when I received a e-mail Video from the General sales Manager, Shea Sohovich, thanking me and offering any future assistance that I might need. Our experience at Ricart Kia went very well. After we browsed through the lot, we went inside and was immediately greeted and that person called and got us someone from the sales staff to help us. His name was Matt Writsel who came to assist us. We explained to him what we needed, how we had to consider what we bought financially and price-wise as we needed to add on a loan balance from a car we had that was recently totaled in an accident - this being the car we had to replace. The car we had was totaled and their settlement did not cover all our loan. Matt knew just what to show us price-wise and was so very, very helpful and so knowledgable of the Kia's. We were able to relax with him - he was such a tremendous help to us when we really didn't know where to start in this process. He was sympathetic with our situation and once we decided on the Kia Soul that would work in our budget, he explained all the features so very well. From beginning to end, it went so well - with Matt and with the financial paperwork end of it also. At the end of our sales experience, Matt was working with another customer at the same time, but at no time did he make us feel rushed - he went to our new car with us and took as much time as we needed to explain details to us. He's an exceptional salesperson!

Salesman was noce and knowledgeable but everything else was shady and crooked. After the salesmen had left a gentleman who I forgot the name of talked to us about pricing and garunteed we would get the price we saw online which was just shy of 16k. Also said we could get 500 off of the car if they could match our banks loan so we accepted. Now when we get back to finance and the gentlemen who I also forgot the name of told us the price we were financing which was 500 off sticker price. I was quite upset and he assured me with an invoice saying he could not take anymore off the car which doesnt make sense when they list it at less than 16k online. So not even trying to do what he can with the price, again he just assured thats the best they could do. Now I have received 2 letters stating my loan was denied by not one but two banks. Why would you let someone drive off a lot when I wasnt approved? If I didnt need the car as bad as I did I would have walked out. I have told everyone who has asked about the car about how bad ricart is. And it will stay that way until ricart can prove themselves a good dealership. I love the car, Aaron was nice, but the way they trick you is awful and I feel bad for anyone else who gets a car there. I love the car itself but ricart is dishonest and makes buying more stressful than it already is.

I had set out to view vehicles (after searching online) as I was interested in possibly trading in my previous vehicle. The search directed me to Ricart (never been to Ricart before and Ricart's selection was astounding)...not to mention the price (being affordable). I was really interested in a Kia, specifically the Sorento (the look, style, design). As I arrived, I was greeted by Nate Keasey. He greeted me promptly, ask me what I was interested in and how he could help. Fast forward to the Kia's, Sorento, white one...he ask if I wanted to test drive...did that, liked it a lot and then he ask if I would like to see what the price/payment could be, etc. Worked out all the details and own that Kia today. Nate was phenominal during the whole process (I was at a dealership prior to visiting Ricart, but the other dealership I went to, made me feel as if I wasn't fitting their standards or the "clientell" that they usually deal with). Nate walked me through every process from start to finish. He even spent time after the deal was done to show me all the upgrades in the vehicle and how to operate them. Nate is a great addition to the Ricart family and he's converted me to being a Ricart return customer. Husband and I came in on 11/13/13 knowing what we wanted and our price range, we had previously looked at Hatfield Kia, but they were not able to meet our price but wanted to sell us a used one, with no warranty in order to meet our price range, NOT! Then we came to Ricart Kia, I am glad that we did. The staff WAS excellent in making it possible for us to drive home Wednesday night with a new car, and not just ANY new car, it was THE car that we wanted and within the price range that fit our budget and best of all, it came with a full tank of gas and the full warranty. I never give excellent scores, because face it, most people do not earn that type of respect from me, there is always something that keeps them from it, but, I have to give it to the Jeremy(s) they definitely went above and beyond my expectations. My son will be looking for a new car next summer and I will send him first and foremost to Ricart and hopefully he can meet the Jeremy(s) and get the brand new car that he has always wanted, but has never gotten.

I bought my car at ricart kia. Joined the VIP Service Club. It took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I bought the full synthetic package. This includes 6 oil changes and 6 deluxe car washes to be used in two years. I got my car serviced in August of 2013. In October I noticed my car was acting sluggish. I went to my local Valvoline Oil Change shop. Ricarts Tech did not tighten my oil plug. I was leaking oil and starting to run low. I've tired to call them. I left a message for the manager of service. They are too big too care. You call and you get people who don't know how to solve any problems. On top of that with the VIP club your supposed to get discounts on parts. When you look at your bill they don't print the full price and your discounted price.Ricart doesn't care that I bought my car there and a service tech doesn't know how to tighten an oil plug. There is a Hugh disconnect between staff and management.

Brett Geiger was super helpful in helping us pick which options were best for us and was nothing short of friendly and knowledgable. I had lots of questions and he had an answer for them all. I have shopped at this dealer in the past and never sealed a deal. I always thought of this dealer as a Walmart type business. To my surprise I found out this dealer is not. The only comparison to Walmart is the inventory , they literally are getting new inventory all week. The best part is they are family owned and they are no Walmart. They are a car dealer that employees and supports alot of members of the community. My family members,friends have all bought and recommend Ricart. I grew up close to Ricart and have watched this dealership grow. I can remember playing mud volleyball where they now have thousand of used cars. What made the sell this time was the knowledge of Aaron Andrews . He found the value and price I wanted. I shopped at several other dealers . I just simply came into Ricart and there price and inventory beat the others. The free car wash for life and the availability of an on site maintenance shop, all helped seal the deal. I no longer live close to Ricart but it was well worth the trip. My wife and me are more than pleased with our new Kia Forte . I will stop in when I visit my family in the area to see the Ricart family and get a free car wash or have my vehicle serviced. Who knows I might set down and buy the Ford Mustang I have always wanted someday.

He as well as all the other family members fell in love with the Kia Soul when they seen what Mom purchased. The experience I had was great. I spoke to Hatfield KIA first and told them to give me there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told them to call me the next day after they sharpened there pencil. They called me the next day and gave me another price a little lower but still not where I wanted it. I email Ricart and got a price from one email that was $2000 less than Hatfields best price. I called Ricart KIA location and told them where I wanted to be. He told me to come on down and they would see what they could do. I meet with Rollin after I arrived and gave him the price I wanted. He took it to the finance department and that was it. I offered to pay the dealer fee, title and tag out of my pocket and they gave me the car for the price I wanted to pay. We went to the dealership looking into buying a Kia Sorento. The sales consultant who helped us, Lindsey Burks, was really friendly and treated us very well. He was very attentive and was sincere in helping us, and we really appreciated all that he did for us, even though we weren't successful in getting the Sorento that we wanted. However, the Sales Manager, Jeremy Young, who came in to negotiate with us treated us very badly. As soon as he talked and said his first two sentences to us, he was unfriendly, arrogant, and judgmental, and I knew right away we weren't going to be able to buy a car. He was very insulting as well, right off the bat, and we didn't even stand a chance with him. He made us feel very small and cheap, and he thought we couldn't afford the Sorento and was uninterested in helping us or negotiating with us. And with that very bad experience, we will never go back to Ricart Kia again. I'm sure we will find our Sorento somewhere else; at another dealership where we would be treated fairly.

My family and I were extremely impressed with every aspect of the purchase of our new Kia Forte SX Koup. I live about two hours away; but starting the process online helped narrow down the vehicle options; identify the costs/discounts; and allowed me to communicate with Shea to determine the terms of the loan. Once at the dealership lot, Joseph Eddy had the vehicle waiting for me at the door and we took it for a test drive. I was majorly impressed with the layout of the Ricart lots and variety of options available. Joseph Eddy was extremely personable and made my son and his friend feel very much a part of the experience. Shea made an effort to stop by and introduce himself to all of us. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Joseph would quote times and details of each step in the process and he was very accurate in his time allotments. He told me it would take about 5 mins to evaluate my trade-in; and I could have set my watch by him. I have already told a bunch of people how impressed I was with this dealership. I feel because of their volume and capacity, they don't have to use trickery or deceit to sell a vehicle. They were very straight-forward and very informative. Joseph was patient and very knowledgeable of not only the car/brand that I purchased, but of any brand we discussed with him (in general conversation). My son has also said that when he is ready to purchase a vehicle, he will be going back to Ricart and Joseph Eddy. I am also very impressed with the Kia brand in general. The warranty that they provide shows me that they have confidence in their product. That made me feel good knowing I was purchasing something that had value and quality. Based on a friend's experience, went to Ricart to buy a Soul and sought out Mr. Burks specifically. Lyndsey was knowledgeable and friendly and something I thought was funny, he explained alot of the Soul's features to my wife although it was going to be my car! I will go back to Lyndsey for my next purchase for sure. He was great. Everyone was friendly but I feel that I should have gotten way more from my trade-in and I think their slogan "We're dealin'!" is iffy. I did not get the color I wanted and because the Soul is in short supply I settled on the only one they had, a silver. Because of that, Ricart threw in free pin-striping or an armrest/console. I opted for the pin-striping which is scheduled for next week. The only downside to my experience was that it was soooo long. We spent almost 5 hrs before we drove off the lot and that was with the only Soul they had with the manual transmission. There are so many people to talk to and think they could streamline things a bit. Ms. Black, however, who did our paperwork was fast and all knowing. She knows what she is doing and has all the answers. Back to Lyndsey...Once we were finished with Ms. Black, Lyndsey explained everything about the car with a shortcut version of the Owner's Manual and even set up the Bluetooth connection between my phone and the car. My daughter and I were greeted by Jeff Baumgardner as soon as we got out of the car. I was looking for a Kia Soul, he immediately took us over to look at them and started explaining everything in detail. Inside the car, the hidden compartments in the trunk, outside of the car, etc., he was very thorough. I had been to four other dealerships in northeast Ohio over a three week period and never received the warm reception as I did at Ricart's. Everyone was so professional yet friendly. Never felt pressured into purchasing a car but knew that is what I wanted to do anyway.I commented to my daughter several times what a difference it was going to someplace where everyone knows their specific job and is well informed. From the time we drove in to the used car lot, we had nothing but a great experience. We stopped at used cars, talked to a salesman and the manager and concluded that we could get a new Kia for what I wanted for the same price as the used one. They informed us we would probably be happier with the new one since we would still have the new warranty. Then to Kia new cars. They had exactly what I wanted and the color too. My Daughter and I picked out the car and then,we went up the next day to finish the deal. Joe Eddy was very informative, not pushy; pleasant, not phony; knowledgeable, not arrogant, and all the things and ex-sales manager looks for in a sales employee. I had a great experience with Ricart Kia while purchasing my 2012 Kia Optima EX Premium. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Jeremy Harr did a great job of following up with me periodically and informed me when new Optimas came in and were available. Once I actually found the Optima I wanted, sales manager Jeremy Young worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my trade in and the payment that I wanted. Lindsay Burks greeted us with great respect and knowledge of the Kia line of vehicles. Lindsay was not a high pressure salesperson as we have seen in the past at Ricart, but seemed to there to assist us as customers. Lindsay was accomodating and very curteous throughout the visit. We did not purchase the day of the initial visit, but we did go back the following weekend and made the purchase of a 2012 Kia Sorento, mostly due to the professionalism of Lindsay. I originally went to compare cars and view the Sportage firsthand and was never pressured. I left the first time really liking the Kia lineup but was undecided and the sales manager and Jason respected that...letting me leave without a hassle (unusual in my past experience with dealerships). I originally hesitated to go to Ricart because I read some bad reviews but I'm glad I made my final decision to return a week later. I brought my child and a neighbor boy and just like the first visit, Jason the salesperson provided all of us with something to drink. The kids raided the vending machines and were a little hyped on sugar awhile but were well tolerated by all the staff. I printed from online an advertised sales price of a car that was very fair and it was honored and they gave me a fair price for my trade. The price I paid was lower than the True Market Value (TMV) price that's posted on Edmunds.com. It was a smooth, easy transaction and I really didn't have to negotiate. If you're being given a fair price there's no need for all that back and forth stuff. I didn't want any additional stuff and was only asked once if I wanted anything added and my answer was "no" and that was that. It wasn't brought up again. Jason was thorough in explaining all the options of my new Optima and synced my iPhone to the car then demonstrated how to used the cars' blue-tooth to make calls. I left knowing I had a great deal and best of all the oil change prices are very reasonable at the dealer AND they report to carfax. They also offer FREE carwashes as long as you own the car. So now its up to me how I treat my new car by getting the carwashes frequent and using their dealer for oil changes so I can create a carfax history that will keep the value of my car up. Overall, I've bought at least 8 cars now and this was by far the easiest and least pressured I felt at a dealership. Thanks

I went to the Ricart dealership to look at two vehicles, I only looked at them I did not drive them. I was not offered the opportunity in the Mazda sales area because they just did not get the keys and I was ignored and then abandoned while in the KIA store. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and we sat around Ricart for three and a half hours waiting for someone to do something. I left the dealership angry and without driving the vehicles I was interested in driving. Ricart sales members can call me daily for weeks to get me to come out to the dealership to check out their deals on vehicles. When I make the time to visit the dealership I get a newbie who has no idea how to sell a car or anything about the vehicle he is trying to sell me. The KIA store sales staff and internet manager Gregg Hunter emailed me and made several phone calls to me every day for three weeks. Then I am ignored when I came out to see them. Then a manager argues with me about having to wait, then tell sme that I need to stay longer because I am no allowing the sales staff enough time to do their job. He yelled at me and aggressively walked towards me when I told him I was tired of waiting. After angering me, he then asked me if he could save me some money today as I was walking towards the door to leave. It appears that sales staff and managers intentionally make customers wait for mediocre service and have no issue using intimidation tactics.

Nick Sohovich provided EXCELLENT customer service as our sales person. We were in the market for two cars and Nick patiently test drove multiple models with us over a 4-month period. We decided on the Kia Forte and came into the dealership the day before Thanksgiving to confirm the price and Kia financing rates that we had been given a month before. We were on a short schedule, but wanted to confirm prices/rates and set an appointment with Nick to purchase a vehicle the day AFTER Thanksgiving. It was Nick's day off so we worked with Sales Mgr. Aaron Madry. We knew which model and which color we wanted (which wasn't in stock at Richart)...so Aaron was DETERMINED to sell us a car that was in stock --with more features than we wanted to pay for. Although Aaron did give us an EXCELLENT price on the IN STOCK car...it was frustrating that he wouldn't even consider searching for...or giving us a firm price on an out of stock car (which ultimately would have cost us less and been EXACTLY what we wanted). Ultimately we agreed on a price for the stock car ONLY TO FIND that Aaron wouldn't accept a deposit to hold the car for two days while we checked out our other personal financing options. The only option Aaron gave us was to commit to filling out all of the purchase and financing paperwork THAT DAY (the day before Thanksgiving) rather than Aaron accepting a $100 deposit and setting an appointment to fill out paperwork the day after Thanksgiving (at that point were out of the car shopping market and were researching financing optionsNOT looking for another car or another dealer). Finally, Aaron said that he would call us at the end of the day IF the stock car was still unsold so that we could set an appointment to purchase it the day after Thanksgiving. Aaron didnt call us back as he promised and his my way or the highway sales routine ultimately led us to look for another dealer who actually DOES put the customer first. My only regret is that our salesman NICK SOHOVICH gave excellent customer service and lost a commission because his sales manager took the HIGH PRESSURE approach. We paid $100 more for the same car at HATTFIELD and were treated with respect. This is our SECOND bad purchase attempt experience at Richart; and, with all of the other dealer options in the Columbus market who are willing to earn our businesswe wont go back.

I had a goal they had a goal we meet in the middle and got the job done. Was a great experiance, will tell everybody that asks me and show them what a great little car this is. This small hatchback has enough room in it to seat a larger sized person in the back seat nicely, passenger front has a lot of room also. Easy in and out for a person with bad knees and legs,just low enough to slide right in and not be hurt them selves. Please go out and let the salescrew show this mighty little giant of a car. I have been shopping for a car for quite a while. I recently stopped by Hatfield to purchase a 2012 KIA Optima and while they gave me a very good price they seemed almost disrespectful to my wife and I. I emailed Don and he sent me a response stating that he would take care of us. We arrived at the dealership and Bob was there ready to work a deal for us. From beginning to end, good experience. Bob always answered my phone calls and was honest yet helpful over the phone. I had a somewhat new car from another dealer/manufacturer that I wasn't happy with and wanted to trade it in. They were more then willing to work with us and my concerns of changing to a new car. No matter what we wanted or asked if they didn't have the answer they got it. We took over a week to make our decision and they weren't to pushy about that. Our overall experience with them was wonderful. We bought a car from Ricart about 4 years ago and thought to try them again for this one. Usually we don't go to the same dealer twice. But both times was a very pleasant experience with them. Overall, I am very pleased with the sales experience at Ricart. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and brought information concerning optional configurations that would meet my needs at a lower price point than options provided by other dealerships. There was very little pressure to buy - especially when it came to optional services and features. That was refreshing. Everyone from the sales representative though the manager, finance official and accessories rep was helpful, friendly and efficient. My only suggestion would be for better quality control in prep of the vehicle... even so, I need to take into consideration the lateness of the purchase and the fact that the prep person was working beyond normal hours.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Lyndsey Burks at Ricart for being the best Sales Representatives that we have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about our Kia Optima and extremely easy to work with. We told him the 1st time we met him that we weren't there to buy that day. He didn't pressure at all; he simply gave us all the information we needed to make our decision, let us drive the car, and told us he was there when we were ready. It was his approach, demeaner, and knowledge about the vehicle that brought us back. We had previously visited a much higher pressure dealership earlier that week that had turned us off to going back to the other dealership. Lyndsey makes it very obvious that he cares about the customers and about the vehicles and strives hard to make the right match between the 2. He listens very well to our needs and is excellent about giving great advice and stearing us in the right direction. We have gone back several times to talk with Lyndsey since purchasing our Optima and keep in touch online, and we've been recommending him to our friends who are in the market for a vehicle. Ricart has an excellent employee in Lysndey Burks; to say that he goes above and beyond is an understatment. Don has always represented the facts about the cars I have considered and taken his time in helping me to compare models and leasing costs in relation to my budget. In all cases, and this is why I trust them and will continue to do business with them, is because they never rush me or push me into a particular car. They want to know what I want, and they want to work with that. I am in sales too, so it is always a pleasure to do business with other sales people who pretty much have the same style I do.
