Jamie House, our internet AND on-site sales representative followed us from start to finish and was EXCELLENT. She was knowledgeable and communicated well, both through the internet/email and in person. Raymore would have been a perfect experience except that after making the deal, the Sales Manager tried to make a last minute money grab, after all the details had been worked out.

From the moment I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted warmly with smiles and hellos from every worker I came across. It was also nice to have the people whom I worked with to buy my truck come over to me in the customer lounge to say hello and ask how I was doing and about my truck! My truck was serviced quickly and I am very satisfied with the mud flaps that I had ordered and installed! Thanks again and keep up the excellent work!!!

I had no intention when I came in, to buy a brand new vehicle. Jamie Sardo showed me the various scenarios that convinced me to buy the new 2014 model for the same as a preowned. He bent over backwards to help me. Truth be told, I was ready to back out due to some stressful events, but he helped me get through. I am very happy with the car and the experience.

Everything was great but when I left, I couldn't see my car anywhere. I finally found it parked two rows back and had to walk though snow to get to it. I wasn't wearing boots so that was fun! Thank you

I went in for a evap check engine problem. That got fixed as well problems i didn't know I had and fixed them fast. It was under warranty and I had to pay 100$ deductible.

Service was excellent. I was just upset that I had to pay for rebeading of a tire. I thought it would be covered under my 30 day warrantee being that I just bought the car 1 week ago.

Overall it was good, but it took about an hour for an oil change & tire rotation. It would be great if this could be quicker (30 min). Also, I thought with this service it would cover a check of the fluid levels and top off, if necessary. I found out the next day that my windshield washer fluid was low.

I purchased a truck from here previously and I guess I at least expected a phone call when inquiring on making a new truck purchase. Instead I received 2 computer generated emails. I got a call from a very excited Summit Chevy in Auburn. Needless to say I spent my hard earned money with the people that had the time to call and talk to me.

i just got a truck from them things where great everybody should shop there my truck had some damgage with in 23 hours off buying it they went out of there way to fix the prombles gave us a loaner car all free of charge even gave us tickets to that fridays ball game free of charge for my family and my wifes family too way to go raymore
