Definitely FIVE STAR worthy.I've had plenty of bad experiences at multiple car dealer ships. This is the one place that I can honestly say is the BEST place to come. I bought my first car is 2011 and didn't have ANY problem with it EVER! This year I decided to upgrade so I came back and am even happier. They make me feel at home and have always gone above and beyond to accommodated my needs . Everyone there is very helpful especially Peter and George.I will tell everyone I know about them and I will keep coming back! Great job guys!

nothing but awesome service.

The moment i walked on the property was treated with the up most respect. From the salesman to finance and even the owner went out of their way to make sure i got the car that i wanted. I came in to get an oil change and the shop manager made sure i was taken care of. Cant stress enough my recommendation, if you are looking for a car, or truck this is the place to go.

I almost did wrong by not giving Reslan a chance

Spent the whole day looking for a used Pontiac Solstice. First went to 2 other dealers who tried to pressure us into the wrong cars (which were pretty lousy). Last stop was Reslan Motors. What a difference! Sam (salesmen) was fabulous! He had two Solstices waiting for us. He remembered both my name and my wife's. The quality of the cars presented was so far beyond not only the others was saw elsewhere that day, but far beyond our expectations. I had earlier filled out our financial data on line. The application was easy and simple to fill out. They did not ask useless questions. They quickly approved me (not easy with my credit history!). We fell in love with the first car Sam showed us. We said we wanted it, but had a fear that the rate was going to be too high. They had researched our credit history and got us a rate 5 points below what we expected. They also gave us what we wanted for our trade-in. Don't make the mistake we did: go see Reslan first. One last thing. Our GPS could not find Campo Road. Just use 'Highway 94' instead and then they are easy to find.

Best dealer we've ever been to.

Unbelievable! We were looking for a used Pontiac Solstice. Contacted 3 dealers. Reslan was the last on the list to visit. Dealer 1 has a piece of junk (Check engine light, dents, poorly maintained and very poorly repaired car). Dealer 2 was slightly better, still some error lights on, the car was trashed on the inside and the 'salesman' told me that I could only get a 20%+ loan. By the time we drove up to Reslan, our hopes and expectations were pretty low. What a surprise: First the salesman (Sam) has 2 solstices waiting for us, ready to go, spotless, well maintained. Sam had remembered my name, and my wife's name. We took the first one on the test drive and it was so beautiful, so perfect, we did not even drive the second. They gave us what we wanted for our trade-in, they got us a loan for 6% (We had terrible credit). The car came with a warranty and an option to extend that warranty. The finance guy was very professional and friendly. He had researched our credit and found a bank we had done business with years back that got us the great rate (for us). And the GM is a very kind religious man. People talk about good service and great dealer, but RESLAN is the BEST we've ever met. If your GPS won't find Campo Road (like ours did), just use Highway 94 instead. 11932 Highway 94, in Spring Valley. Again, don't waste your time at other dealers, try Reslan first. If they have the car, it will be quality and at a fair price.

5 stars for 5 star service!! My boyfriend and I purchased vehicles from them on June 6, 2015. Me a Maxima, he an Escalade. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with all of the staff. Daniel, Sam, Peter, George and Ruben. Our experience was totally hassle free. They really take good care of their customers. Even AFTER the sale. It was our best experience in doing business with a dealership....Ever!! If you want a good deal and you want to be treated right, by an honest to goodness dealership, go to Reslan Motors!! We did!

The place of choice to buy a used car

After shopping stressing with different Dealerships who were offering cars that I did not want, and very high interest rates and pressures to buy, I went to Reslan Motors Inc. on Campo Road. I was greeted by George who right away put me at ease, found us a beautiful Honda Pilot, understood our economical situation and with the help of Mr. Peter the finance manager got us an excellent rate with a low and affordable monthly payment. We left happy, and we recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a quality car and good treatment.

Great Customer Service and Completely Satisfied

It was a real pleasure/experience doing business with Reslan's motors financial assisting Peter. My wife and I purchased two vehicles over a year ago from Reslan Motors and both encounters were great experiences doing business with our local car dealership.Few occasions my wife and I brought the cars back for service and no questions asked... Service manager Ruben and his mechanic's were always very knowledgeable/respectful/patient and prompt to service our cars as needed. My wife brought our cars in for service occasionally. She dealt with manager Daniel and service manager Ruben directly. She had great customer service from all the workers that assisted with her at the dealership. I referred an acquaintance that purchased a vehicle from Reslan motors as well and I will do it again if need to. My past experiences has made me completely satisfied. I'll be back..... Good/Done deal!!! Go Aztecs.......

DISHONEST used car lot.

DISHONEST! I was quoted one price by Reslan's Motors finance person by the name of Peter. Based on this conversation that I had with Peter, I then drove over 20 minutes out to Spring Valley. The next day I had made an appointment with my mechanic in San Marcos, I paid my mechanic to take over an hour of time to inspect the van. I spent several hours out of my work day getting this done. When I returned I spoke to the sales person who goes by Sam, and told him that the price that Peter gave me would be acceptable. Sam went back and forth several times from his office to Peters back to his office. Sam finally told me that their finance person made a mistake, that Peter, their finance person, did not know how much they paid for the van! I know this was not Peter's first day on the job. Again, let me repeat what I was told, Their finance person did not know how much they paid for the van and made a mistake. After I have already spent half the day having my mechanic inspect the van, they now wanted over $800.00 more! I believe that as a single women, going in there to purchase a van, they took advantage of this fact and they were disrespectful as well. I would strongly recommend to not consider engaging in a business transaction with this used car lot.

Returning Customer!

We have purchased several cars over the years from Reslan and the experience and customer service has always been top notch! When we needed repairs on the vehicles, they resonably priced and always true to their word. I have sent several friends their way and would recommend them time and time again.

Amazing, Real, True no doubt

Don't even know were to start, upon arrival to Reslan motors we got welcomed by Daniel and Sam they both offered us bottles of water and soda for refreshments that was a pretty good start..they asked me what kind of car I was looking for which, I said I want the black SUV Toyota Sequoia and Sam and Peter they said went through some details and Peter guaranteed me They will make sure I get it.The man went through banker after banker to get me the best loan and he came out of his office time and again reassuring me. And finally He said you got aproved take it for a test drive while I start the paper work OMG that was the far best easy car buying I have ever seen. People these guys are good..Thank you so so so much my two girls were happy when we went out to dinner that night in our new Sequoia. Thank you Peter, Sam, Daniel. I will surely recommend Reslan motors to anyone. my kids don't have to wait at the bus stop thank you

Before I had a dealership that I always went back because the way they treat their customers. After my experience with Reslan Motors, I was blown away. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel a customer care, it was more like a family member care... The only thing that I can recommend to you is, give yourself the opportunity and stop by, you deserve it... I purchased a jaguar, and I'm very happy.!!!! Thanks to Sam , he was my friendly advisor. Here you can stop and talk to the top person in charge or the bottom and you have the same family experience. EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!! EXCELLENT

If you are looking for a used car, look no further than Reslan Motors!! My experience was nothing but positive. I bought a used Mercedes Benz, having to replace my 92 ole Betsy 300E Benz with over 200,000 miles. I live in Huntington Beach, 100 miles from Reslan Motors. What brought me to Reslan was not only the car, but the excellent customer service, starting with speaking with George, who was courteous, and extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. He assured me the Benz I bought was in excellent shape, and they would take care of necessary repairs. He seemed very genuine, and as it turns out, definitely is. In fact, every single one of the staff were friendly and helpful, They went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service, from putting a full tank of gas in the loaner car while they fixed my purchased car, to following through on repairs of every single thing they said they would do., and the repairs were perfect. Was it worth it to drive all the way from Huntington Beach? You bet it was!! I am so very grateful to these guys for having INTEGRITY and . now having a car I feel safe in, and enjoy the ride. Great staff Great cars Great Service

I saw a Mercedes that I liked on line. I called and was greeted by a nice secretary who transferred me to George, who was very courteous and straight forward. He gave me all the pros and Cons and answered my concerns without hesitation. I felt at ease and came in to see the car. It was very clean and ready for showing. I test drove it and liked the way every thing went. Ii got a good finance rate. I brought my other car to their service department and Allen Handled all of my concerns. I know that my next car will be with Reslan Motors. A have told all of my friends about them.

Outstanding Good Old Fashioned Customer Service!!

Can't put into words what a great experience I had at this place!! These folks are the epitome of customer service!! My experience(s) in the past regarding vehicle purchases have ALL been negative. As a result, for obvious reasons I hated going to dealerships. Not so at this place. The customer service began even before I arrived!!! My BMW was on its last leg so I was in the market for another vehicle. I called and was assured that I would be taken care of and indeed I was!! From sales to finance to detailing and even repairs. These people don't train people to be friendly they hire friendly people. The salesman introduced himself and left us alone to check out all the vehicles. We were never stalked. While there I noticed a couple who had purchased a vehicle from Reslan and had returned for service so I decided to speak with them, they said that this was their 5th vehicle and they had been coming to Reslan for years. Well I finally picked a vehicle but I had a few questions and concerns. Not only did they address every issue I had THEY actually put it in writing before I could even suggest it!! Thats when I knew I was in the right place. These folks make you feel special like you are part of the family. I know most of the people in each department BY NAME! I bought my car about two weeks ago and I stop by almost daily to say hello. Before I finish this review there are two things I want you to remember...First, there is no such thing as a unique product. That is to say you can go anywhere and buy any number of identical items for a comparable price. The folks that get my REPEATED visits (and hard earned money) are the folks that understand this and realize that what separates them from countless other places is immpecable customer service. Reslan Motors understands this!! Point two, I assure you I am a real person, I am in no way shape form or fashion related to these folks. This is a great place. If you are in the market for a quality vehicle from a quality dealership do yourself a great service and come see these folks, they are awesome! I am certain that you will agree. It is highly unlikely that I will ever purchase another vehicle anywhere else. Period.

I can't say enough great things about these guys. I bought a used Mercedes after my loyal and faithful Volvo wagon with 200k, that I love, needed to be replaced. I was very skeptical at first, never heard of these guys and you know, YOU CAN NEVER TRUST A USED CAR SALESMAN-UNTIL NOW!!!!!!!These people are simply customer service at its best. They treated us very, very well and all seems to be working just fine, and they made sure it will by taking care of every one of my concerns. I really cannot believe how these guys do business. they made me rethink what a used car salesman means. They are completely honest, have integrity and will do all they can to be sure you get the right car and then make sure it is a quality car, even after the sale. Sam, Daniel, Ruben, Peter, Alan, the amazing other Mechanic that I am embarrassed that I cannot remember his name, and the rest of the guys, I soon will be calling them Family as I plan on bringing my new car to them for my future service needs. REALLY!! Used car dealership with Integrity WOW!

Reslan Motors Inc... The way car buying should be! When I arrived at Reslan Motors Inc, I was unsure about buying a used vehicle, I had a budget and was looking for a luxury vehicle. Peter and the staff at Reslan made my car buying experience so easy. They answered in full detail any question I had... What I thought was a problem, they had a solution. I'm never looking for a dealer again, I know Reslan is the way to go! If you don't believe me, check them out yourself.. I guarantee you'll be glad you read this review!

Didn't fix my car

My car needed to be fixed..they kept it over night... Next day they said it was done...went to pick it and it was as if my car just spent the night there..same problems....

So far I have to say WOW!!!

So far I have been dealing with Peter, and he is on the ball! After submitting a credit ap online for a car they have that I was interested in, I got a call in less than 30 mins. It was late so he was going to try and call the banks in the morning to get me and answer back on approval. But to my supprise he called me back 5 mins later and said good news, he was able to get ahold of one bank and got me approved already, and with little money down and great % rate. So I'll be headed down there this friday to finish the deal!!!! So far So Good!!! See you soon Peter, regards David G
