My fiance and I bought a used 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer from Renaldo Honda on July 6, 2016. This was our first time going thru the process of buying a vehicle from a dealership. Everyone at the dealership made the process as easy as could be, and explained everything about the paperwork so we would not be confused about any of it. Leah Henline was very sweet and helped us in any way she could. I highly recommended anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Renaldo Honda first, and to ask for her if they see something they like. The finance manager was very helpful as well and worked with us to get our payment where we needed it to be.

This place is awesome. I had a bad experience with the previous owners but the new management is wonderful. They helped me in every way possible. Dean, my dealer, even remember my father whom came in 6 months before. I highly recommend you go to Renaldo. Best experience ever. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to leave with a car but instead of leaving with a used car I got a new one that I like better.

Brought my car in where they had damaged it and She took a good faith dollar. She never followed up to see if her flight by night guy she got to do work had completed the job and never returned my calls. That was her way of getting out of fixing my car. After all she said her guys were not responsible for damaging or wrecking somebody elses car. When you have not had to work to get your own way in life your customers doesn't count. BEWARE of Rogers Honda in Shelby. My car wasn't the only car they damaged and got away with. Also, I had a bad sensor in it and they let it go but Thank goodness I have found a friendly caring dealership to take care of my pride and joy. Honda in Gastonia is GREAT and work for the customer and make sure they fix the problem. Amy You have lost my business and word of mouth goes a long way. Lying doesn't get you nowhere except it makes you and your company fall, especially when I had a person with me.
