Juan was wonderful to work with. From keeping us informed of used cars for weeks, to helping us at the dealership. When the used car was not for us, Juan seamlessly transitioned into helping us to make a deal for a new car. All personnel was fabulous, specifically Juan. I can't think of any negatives at all. Our sales person was Randy Tan and he was great!! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Toyota. He was not the stereotypical car dealer everybody talks about. He didn't pressure us and he listened to what we were looking for instead of showing us something totally different than what we wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Randy and from Toyota.

The last car I bought was from a stereotypical "used car salesman" at one of those "bargain" car lots. I don't really mind dealing with those types (I'm kind of a haggler), but then I went to Reliable Toyota and met Dave Perry, and my outdated expectations were shattered. He surprised me with unrivaled professionalism and courtesy, and made me feel so comfortable that I gave an insultingly lowball offer, and he didn't even flinch.

My husband and I were looking to buy on a Saturday. We went to the Reliable Toyota just to check it out. Like a few different vehicles. Seen a very friendly guy coming to greet us, named Jonathan Grazia. He showed us a few different vehicles, Rava4 and 4runner. We told him that we were just shopping around and going to go to couple of other dealerships down the road. So we did, the other salesman was arrogant and assumed I didn't know what a parking brake was!! We left. We discussed how nice Jonathan was and we liked the 4Runner. We went back, Jonathan was gone for the evening, but Jeremy was there to help. Jeremy was fantastic as well! We showed him the 4runner we was interested in and he RAN to get the keys!! That is a big deal to us, we loved the hustle. We ended up buying the 4Runner on Monday. The entire staff was very friendly and made us feel important. The sales manager came out and congratulated us on our new vehicle and shook our hands and there was eye contact. I am very pleased with Jonathan and Jeremy, not to mention the finance guy! Everybody was great!

We were looking at the possibility of purchasing a used Toyota Tundra but Brian Canizalez, after asking what our needs were, said we were in the ballpark for a new truck and then he proved it! Awesome, polite young man with a wonderful attitude. Toyota really worked with us and we drove home in a brand new Tundra. The only complaint I have is it takes a very long time to fill out all the paperwork, but we realize that is just another step from Toyota to cover all the bases and get things right the first time. Our favorite thing about Toyota is that we know our vehicles will run forever and as a woman I feel safer in a Toyota when traveling long distances by myself. My husband can't stop smiling about his new 2016 Tundra!!!

Having owned our Camry(a black one) for two years, it was showing scratches from the car wash brushes. We made an appointment to have the car buffed, waxed and sealer re-applied. The car looked as good as new when we picked it up. I could not believe how well the paint looked. It appeared to be showroom new. I could hardly believe my eyes. There were no wax streaks, smudges, etc. It was a truly professional job. They even waxed the door jambs. I am still feeling good about the high degree of service that they performed on this car. Thank you. We have NEVER had a problem with the service or people at Reliable. I highly recommend their sales and service staff.

I took my 2003 Toyota Landcruiser in for a timing belt replacement. Dropped the car off at 9:45 am and was told it should be done by 2 pm. Got a call at 1 pm said it should be done by 3 pm. It was 4:15 pm when they finished it. Give me a time and stick with it. I called and made the appointment days in advance. Now I have a rattle under the hood. So I open the hood and the cover over the motor is missing a bolt. Really I dropped nearly a thousand dollars and we missed a 10 mm bolt ? Please next time replace the bolt. Is it that hard ?

I had an amazing week long experience with each department in this company. Unfortunately my car was hit by another vehicle and the insurance company offered Reliable Toyota as an option to fix my car. Dave took excellent care of me at the collision center. I knew everything that was going to happen ahead of time and he was quick and so courteous. I needed to rent a car and they were very friendly and quick as well. When my car was done I dropped off the rent a car and they asked if I liked it when I said I did the representative said I could buy it. The tone of the statement was not pushy. I did not feel like I was going to be pressured but I needed a new car because my son is turning 16. Rex Lyons was my sales consultant and I had a great time working with him. He w as patient and kind. He worked with all of my wants and requests. I was most impressed with how quickly he found my dream car. I test drove 2 cars by my reqest but the second that I admitted to Rex that I didnt know how to find my dream car he listened to me and pulled up the car I bought. He found my forever car the first chance he had to pick one for me. After that he worked with me for the best payment options. Then I met woth Tyler Lorance to discuss insurance and finalizing the deal. He was very accurate and kind. He made sure I knew everything about the insurance they offered and everythung about the car I bought and about the company. He even gave me pointers on how to pay less interest. I never felt pressured during any of the process and no matter how many questions I asked or how many requests my requests were met not only with patience and respect but also with a more generous suggestion. My business belongs 100% to Reliable Toyota and when I go in I will remember to say hi to all the wonderful people who took care of me. As far as my car....I love it more and more every day!

We researched the 2014 Highlander online and found it attained high ratings from consumer road tests. At that point we researched what we could expect to pay for the vehicle also using online websites. We wanted to buy local and Reliable made us an offer. We attempted to negotiate price to no avail. We then priced the same model Highlander with dealers in Joplin, St. Louis and Kansas City. They all offered the vehicle for a much lower price. We contacted our salesman at Reliable and discussed the offer on the same make, model, options and color from the dealer in Kansas City. Needless to say we made the trip to Kansas City and saved over $2000. So now we only use Reliable for Toyota warranty service.

Love my 2014 Tundra 1794 Series. The truck rides like a dream. Wouldn't buy anything but a Toyota. I researched the vehicle I wanted at the Reliable Toyota website and Jacquelyn arranged my appointment time and everything went just as promised. The worst place to buy a Toyota. My wife and I went shopping for a Toyota and the sales people did not know what they were talking about. We even heard some guy yelling at some employees. If that is the way the managers treat their employees it's no wonder why we found a better deal and better service in Joplin. That dealership will even deliver the car to your house and pick it up for service and we live in Springfield. It's to bad because it would be nice to be able to buy local but, I mean this you will find better service and better prices at other dealers than this one.

On February 18 my husband and I purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Reliable Toyota Used Car Center. The vehicle had a 3000 mile warranty. Three days after purchasing the car I was driving it and it died in traffic. I immediately called the salesman, Zach, to tell him what the car did. I told him if they dont fix it, I just want my check back and they can have the car back. He assured me that the warranty would fix the problem. Zach gave me the number to Pearl at the Audi dealership to make an appointment. I call Pearl Moffett. I took the first appointment that she had available. The day before my appointment my daughter came down with the flu and I moved my appointment to the next available appointment after that. When I brought the car in they had it a couple of hours and then called me to say that their computer will not produce a code giving any indication what is wrong. They also could not get the car to reporduce it. They sent me on my way. The car continued to do the same thing. I spoke to Pearl again on april 18th. She told me that her mechanic was no longer with them, therefore they can not work on the car any longer. She said I would have to start the process over with the service center across the road. Then she told me she did talk to someone that was giving the guess that it was a wiring problem with the ECM. On Tuesday April 22nd. My husband went into the dealership to have them fix the car. When he got there he was sent to 4 different people at the dealership, but while he was there they would not look at the car. They told my husband that he would have to take it somewhere else to get the car fixed and refused to help. That same evening I went to Toyota and spoke this time to Matt, the sales manager on duty. Matt was very understanding. He called the mechanic to see what was going on with the car. I heard him tell the mechanic that if the car is having that problem then it is dangerous to drive and we need to fix it. Matt assured me that if we brought the car back to him on April 25th he would get the car repaired. I even agreed I would pay the deductible, but he said that I would not need to. My husband called the dealership the morning of the 25th to let Matt know what time he would be there with the car. When he called he found out Matt was no longer with the company and was told that since he is not here, they will not help with the car. I called the dealership to talk to the person filling in as the sales manager which was Tony Subblefield. He was in a meeting. I told his secretary what was going on and that it was very important that I speak to him. I left my name and number and said if I don't hear back I will try later. Within the hour Tony Stubblefield called back. He was very defensive. I told him I was just trying to get his help. I told him that we bought the car from them and we are just needing help in getting it fixed. He had pulled my file and he read to me what the complaint was with the car. I told him that what he read to me was not what I told Pearl the car was doing. He got very aggitated at that point and stated: that if I can't have a civil conversation then it can end now. I said to him that I am very calm. You are the one that is aggitated. I told him that I was just looking for Toyota to have the intergrity to help me with this car. He got even more aggitated and told me that his mechanics have no way of finding out what is wrong with the car. He continued on to tell me that if I wanted the car fixed then I need to go to the Jeep dealership or a mom and pop shop to have it fixed. Since they would not do anymore than hook it up to their computer, we still do not know what is wrong with the car. Not diagnosing the car is not honoring their warranty that came with the car. They can't even tell me that it is not covered under the warranty, because they refuse to diagnose the problem even though I have to pay for the diagnosis time.

We looked online for a certain type of vehicle and saw that Springfield Reliable Toyota had the most vehicles for us to look at so we drove the almost 2 hour trip to the dealership. Once we got there they explained to us that most of their vehicles we saw online were ones they could get in six different states and they only had two on the lot. Ok, so they had one in the building that was brand new that they pulled out for us to test drive. Once they got it out of the building, a different salesman came running out telling them that it's already sold but the person wasn't sure when they were going to be able to buy it but they wanted it. ARE YOU SERIOUS? We were there to buy it today and they could have ordered another for the next person but it was just no. So we were left one to look at. Nobody even knew how many they had on the lot and if they were sold or not. The worst part about this is we were also going to look at a new vehicle for me as well. So we were going to purchase between $60,000 n $70,000 in vehicles but they had nothing we wanted in their lot and had no clue of what was already sold. I will never buy anything or encourage anyone to buy anything from this company. I was so upset and so was my husband. Word of advise, if a vehicle is selling very well, maybe you need to get more and get rid of the vehicles not selling so well.

I have owned Lexus vehicles for the past ten years and have purchased three. I always take my cars to the local Lexus dealer, and have had excellent, honest, professional service from them, including Tony Graham Lexus in Ottawa, ON, Lexus of North Hills, near Pittsburgh, PA, and Lexus of Dublin, near Columbus, OH. Having lived in Springfield a year now and dealing with service advisors at Reliable Lexus, I find that they don't rate very well in comparison. This came to a head for me recently, when I discussed my concerns about service work with their service manager. He lectured me on the high mileage of my 10 year old vehicle, interrupted me, and dominated the conversation aggressively. I was stunned. What a rude awakening. Reliable Lexus could learn much from observing the truly sincere and helpful customer interactions from the three dealerships above.

Tried to get information by using the internet because I live out of state and was interested in a vehicle on this lot. Was told to send pics and info on my trade in and they would get back to me. This went on for over a week. I was repeatedly ignored. They must not value out of state customers or women customers. Horrible service!!

We had been searching for a car for several month, and chose this location from which to purchase our car. Everything from the initial contact, information on the car, and pricing to the delivery was flawless!! Michael was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and took over an hour of his time to explain about every button in the car. Since we live in another state, we weren't sure that everything would go as smoothly as it did. There were no unpleasant surprises - they delivered on their word. We would fly up any day to buy a car from them. We have purchased numerous cars from dealers in the past - and this was BY FAR the best experience we have had. Thank you to all of you!

My husband and I visited Reliable BMW on a weekday morning, and asked to drive an X5. The staff was happy to help. We took a quick test drive with the salesman. He was very well informed about the features of the vehicle, and was very laid back. At the end of the test drive, we left. No high pressure sales or turn overs to the manager. The next day I emailed our salesman about the vehicle we wanted to build. After a few emails back and forth, we agreed on a price. A few days later we paid the deposit and placed our order. I have honestly never experienced a more laid back buying experience. From the initial visit to the dealership to the delivery of the vehicle. I honestly thought BMW would be a high pressure buying experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. I just wish that finance guy of theirs was a little more on top of things. He took quite awhile to get back to us, more than a week. I'm guessing it's because we weren't sitting there waiting on him. But our salesman and his manager were top notch. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have had three Toyota's repaired here and one purchased. My first repair experience is from 5 or 6 years ago. They replaced the valve cover gasket on my Previa and ended up stripping out 2 bolt holes. Nobody told me about it or bothered to repair it. I happened to see it by looking at the repair job myself. Several phone calls and dealer visits to remedy the situation, very dissapointing. I bought a Prius at another dealer and had Reliable try to remedy a steering issue I had. Three visits and an inspection by a company representative gave me no satisfaction. I purchased a Prius from these folks recently. When it came time for the "extras" to be installed, the window tint was wrong and the pin-stripe looked cheap and they forgot the little Toyota logos. All these things I reviewed with the service advisor before the car was sent off-site and I even left a note stating my wishes. I had to rearrange my schedule to make another trip back to fix the first two items. I'll be darned, they pulled off the heating elements on the rear window when the cheap tint was removed necessitating a rear window replacement which now has an optical illusion making all cars coming up on me look like they are 10 feet tall! Ther are plastic clips broken off from the repair job that tuble back and forth when the hatch is opened or closed. Great stuff when you have a new car! Did I mention that I had to pay $100 to remedy the window tint issue? Sales; Didn't feel like anybody "worked" all that hard for my business or that I got a great deal. And when I mentioned about the window tint debacle, it was just ignored. You will see I gave "average" or "fair" scores. That's because I always feel like it's a gamble when you bring your car in for repair at the dealer. So, to be disappointed is about right. Likewise with the buying process. If the planets are in alignment, you might walk out not feeling overly violated.
