Came in for a warranty repair for a brake booster (due to squealing brake pedal). Part was ordered and on hand when I brought the vehicle in. I was told it was a two hour job, but turned into about a 4-4 1/2 hour job. They gave me a rental for the day at no charge and I returned same day to get the vehicle. I drove away and immediately returned because the brake pedal was going almost to the floor before stopping the vehicle. Turned out they needed to bleed the brakes a little more then all was perfect. Stephanie was my service advisor and she is very good. Friendly and very accommodating. There is a lot going on at the dealership with the renovations, etc., but I'm sure things will be running quite smoothly once all is complete. They've always been a great dealership for me and this is my second Nissan vehicle I've taken to them for service. My first Nissan vehicle was purchased from them many years ago.

Ok, bad news is- I went in for standard oil change. At 90k miles I learned I needed extensive work done. I called Mike back & requested consideration for my years of loyalty. Mike was able to re-examine and finalize at a reasonable price. Furthermore, Warren was given the assignment of shuttling me back and forth. Great guy! I came in because I had tire cut and I had purchased the safeguard warranty. Not only did they not have the tire in stock ( for the rogue, the most popular car nissan sells in 2016 and they had nearly 60 on the lot, I counted while waiting.) I was treated multiple times as if I knew nothing and if I was really sure my tire had an issue. The warranties are a waste of your time and money at this place. Do not buy here or service here unless you absolutely have to. Bad business, bad service and bad attitudes.

I dropped my car off for an Oil Change and also had a fastner missing on a cover under the car. They replaced the fastner at no cost and gave me a car wash as well so, it was actually a very nice visit!On the down side; It took about 90 minutes for the service. Not a problem in this case but they advertise this as a 30 minute express. Also, when I pulled in, it took a while to get someone to talk to me. 4 services advisors and 3 customers and I had to wait around before I could check in. I tried to call for an appointment but only got voice-mail saying leave a message.

They give you a fair price and good options to start with to get that uncomfortable negotiation out of the way. The waiting room must be expanded; it is just too small. When I was in there the other day, people were literally having to step over each other. I do not ever remember so many excuse me, pardon me, I am sorry. People were sliding over, moving legs to prevent getting bumped, and the poor techs had to hang over the back of chairs to brief the customers, some going down to the floor in front of beside of and behind the customers for their briefing. Some people were going outside to just stand and wait for their cars. I finally did the same thing.

The men working in the service department are very friendly and helpful, especially Skipper. He took the time to talk to me and make sure I understood everything going on with my car. It took about an hour and 45 minutes for my car to get a 10,000 mile service. It was towards the end of the day, so the waiting room was full and there was trash around it. They do provide water, coffee, chips, etc. The customers just weren't cleaning up after themselves.

I take my X tetra to them for repairs. They are always very good and make sure I'm comfortable while waiting or if I need a lift. If the car needs to stay for more than a few hours they provide a rental for me.I don't give it 5 stats just cos I was trying to find out how much I would have gotten for my Xterra, If I traded in for an used car and the sales peep never call me back.

I recently bought a 2016 Rogue from Regal Nissan and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Regal or the vehicle I purchased. I initially test drove the vehicle over a month ago and told Hasna (my sales rep) that it would be 1-2 months before I was ready to purchase. I let her know that I was going to test drive some other makes/models. She was extremely professional and allowed me to do my due diligence. She followed up without every being "pushy" and she answered all of my questions when asked. When I finally came in to make my purchase, she had the car ready for me, and allowed me to take another test drive. Everyone at the store went out of their way to greet me and make me feel special. I was pleased with the amount they gave me for my trade. (Thank you Tom & Michael). Even the finance part was a great experience. Chris laid out all of my options without ever pressuring me. I highly recommend Regal Nissan and would definitely buy another car from them.

The GM is the greatest thing about the dealership. Not that the service department guys are not nice, they are. But they are just really, really busy. Even when you set an appointment, if you do not have a loaner car, you will wait for up to couple hours just for an oil change. This last time, I wasn't told that Mr. Vaughn had set up a loan car for me until I had waited for 1.5 hours. Again, not really blaming anyone, had lots of folks waiting. I am ready to buy a new car and I am not really sure I will go back to buy it there but if there are ever any issues, I will certainly say that Mr. Vaughn is the best GM I have EVER seen. He takes care of his customers the best he can!

My experience with the service center here is always slow. I make appointments mid-day, mid-week to minimize busyness, but time expectation is never communicated and simple oil changes always take 90mins. I need to find a better mechanic, but keep coming back and keep being disappointed. They say they are slammed with recalls, but what about paying customers?

I've been working with the Regal Nissan Service Department for about 17 years now. The Regal Technicians have maintained my Nissan truck through 325,000 miles of dependable service. Paul Smith is always a great help when I need service on my truck. This was a big influence regarding where I purchased a new vehicle. I know that Regal Nissan will provide the same great service on my new Altima that I've received on my 1997 Nissan. Andrea Barry and Stephen Lancaster did a great job on the sales side with my new Altima. Stephen Lancaster was great to work with and the pricing was excellent. The process of buying my new Altima was quick and efficient. I am still trying to wrap my head around the great deal I received at Regal Nissan. Regal is definitely the place to buy a new Nissan.

I would highly recommend asking for him when buying a car. I hate car buying and always feel I'm getting swindled but Stephen answered all my questions and responded right away when I had questions. To our surprise our great service didn't stop with Stephen. Dan helped us with the financing and he provided us with all our options without the high pressure financing sales tactics. Due to a rear-end collision, my daughter was without a vehicle. After being the recipient of customer"no-service" at other Nissan dealers, she located a demo from Regal Nissan. I also was searching at the same time and found the same vehicle We were contacted by Pam Roberts and the salesman Willie Speight within a very short time. The 2015 Altima was exactly as advertised and was very well-priced. Young Mr. Speight promised us a "surprise" and he delivered. He was able to offer my daughter the vehicle at price that was $1500 less than the Internet price. Because this demo was Nissan certified, extra protections were part of the package. Once the deal was approved, Chris Garcia made the financing almost painless. Recently took my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder in for service and was so impressed with the every step of the process - little to no wait, friendly maintenance coordinator, superior technical expertise in all aspects of vehicle maintenance by the mechanic, comfortable wait room and thorough review of every issue my older model Nissan was experiencing. The coordinator helped me choose the things that needed to be done now and the things that could wait 3-6 months or even a year. He made me aware and signed me up for their rewards program which saved me 10% and gave me points to spend on my next visit. I was provided a rental car as they proceeded to accomplish the work I requested. My vehicle was completed when promised and now purrrrrrs like a kitten at a competitive cost. I highly recommend the Regal Nissan Maintenance Team to get things done right, on time, and in a professional manner.

I have been servicing my older 2000 Nissan Altima at Regal Nissan in Roswell since 2004 and have always been very happy about my service experience with them. Even though I moved to Suwanee, GA and have other Nissan dealers nearby, I prefer to take my car only to Regal Nissan. Recently, I bought a Nissan Leaf and visited the dealership for my first service. Though I did not book an appointment, I was gladly accommodated for my car service and everything went on well, as always. All the staff at Regal Nissan have worked there for a long time and it tells a lot about this dealership and their management staff. I believe this one of the very few family-owned car dealerships left in the Atlanta Market. A special word of thanks and appreciation to my service advisor Marshall Hadley who always takes good care of my car, whenever I visit Regal Nissan. Very friendly and professional. Overall, I feel its easy to get in and get out after a service visit at Regal. Even if I have to go there on a week day, its easier to get back to work, as they are conveniently located right off the Exit on Holcomb bridge off GA-400. Found a car, shoved out the door to "look at at home". Called me the next morning, we discussed price, trade in, etc. HE TOLD ME....."You've got a deal", bring the title, registration and check". HE set the time for us to be there. I asked if I could put earnest money on it, and he said, "OH, you don't need to do that", I'll call you if it starts to sell. ON the way there, he called and said "its about to sell", AGAIN I asked about earnest money. He said, "we can't do that, company policy.........unless, like....you know.....you were out of state or something and we knew you were coming in, then we could.". Seriously...out of state they will take earnest money, but after THEM calling ME, and saying " you have a deal", 15 min away and he sells the car out from under me, because its "company policy" not to take earnest money. In the future, if you ever decide to buy from these people, tell them you are out of state. Apparently the benefits are better and they care more than if you're local.I even told him, "you are one of the few car salesmen I've ever trusted", boy he made me eat those words.

Which is not usually the way I would describe purchasing a vehicle. Chandler was very inviting and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The process was seamless and only took about 2.5 hours from the time I arrived. I found the car I was interested in online. Called in to ensure it was still available. Informed Chandler that I would be there in 10 min. He had the car waiting for me, AC running. I loved the look of the 2011 Moonlight White Infiniti G37 Sedan. Nice rims and tinted windows. The inside was very nice and the ride was fantastic. I provided some preliminary info and the manager checked out my trade in. They gave me top dollar for my 2005 Buick Rendezvous with 141k miles on it. It was a well taken care of car. The financing was effortless and I never felt pressured. Very happy with my decision!!

Our family currently has four Nissans which we have serviced regularly at Regal, including recommended maintenance and detailing; fortunately, we have only had to use their body shop on rare occasions. We are always greeted by name upon arrival and made to feel very special by Marshall Hadley, who has done all of our service work in the last 8-10 years now. He makes sure we have a ride to work if needed and a specific time to pick up our vehicle, even if it has to be after service department hours. We get a call at work for more information as necessary, or usually to tell us that the work was finished and our invoice is taken care of on the phone, saving us time. I don't think that I have ever picked up one of our cars or vans dirty; they are always cleaner inside and out than when we left them and the work is explained, along with vehicle inspection forms at each visit. We have bought several cars from Regal, have been recommended to another dealer for a car that they may not have had in stock (even as far as California to ship a special car in for us), but the service keeps us coming back. Through good times financially and bad, they have always been there to help us maintain our Nissans so that we have very few unscheduled visits and we appreciate all that they do for us at every visit. It's why we don't ever need to go elsewhere for our service!

We had visited the dealership several times to look at Pathfinders. My wife had her heart set on a certain color and style and we almost bought a 2011 year end model, the price was great(better than we had ever seen on a Pathfinder) but we could not fit it into our budget at the time. We heard that the body style would change with the 2013 models so we went back again and found a 2012 Pathfinder with only 12,000 miles in the right color and began the process of negotiating a price. We dealt with M.J. who worked with us to really try to get us into my wife's dream car. We bought the car and the experience was great. I had vowed several years ago to never deal with a new car dealer again but I'm glad we did. I have always received fair prices on the cars I purchased at Regal Nissan. However, it is the service department that ensures I return to Regal and it is the service department that lets me comfortable recommend Regal to friends and family. I have all of my service done at this dealership. The prices are fair and the quality of work has been uniformly excellent -- whether I received an oil change, major service, tires or bodywork (I have done them all!) The men and woman I have dealt with in the service department have been more than competent -- they have been honorable. There is never any drama and no back and forth number swapping when you go to select a vehicle. You pick the car, tell them what you can do, and they figure out how to get you in the vehicle. I have a 2003 Nissan Frontier. I bought it new from Regal.I am very particular about my little truck - only use Regal Nissan's service center. My favorite advisor is Marshall Hadley - I've used him pretty much since day one. I have never had a bad experience with him - trust him to tell me what needs to be done. He never adds on needless repairs to pad the pockets of Regal. I have been lucky with my little Frontier - no major work has been needed ( except for body damage repair from an accident) in the almost 11 years I have owned it. I love my little truck, love Marshall and love regal Nissan! I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

My wife has been a customer of Regal for years and I needed some work done to my non-Nissan vehicle. She's always raved of the service so I thought I'd give it a shot (car is out of warranty and not a fan of the "chain" fix it shops). I was not disappointed. The brake job and full syn oil change were priced right and the customer service was exceptional. I was kept in the loop about how long it was going to take (finished ahead of schedule mind you) and my service manager went the extra mile to inform me of some potential issues they noticed and estimates. I've checked around at other shops to compare the prices for what he found and will no doubt be back at Regal for the repairs!

Long story short, I own Nissan's Flagship car the GT-R, and I currently have the car down at a shop that works on GT-R day in and day out. My car is currently modified with basic bolt ons as well as the turbos. The shop has been contacting them back and forth for me to get a warranty claim for the TSB bellhousing issue which is a common part that causes a loud rattling underneath the car. Due to the fact that Nissan Dealerships claim that Nissan Corporate/warranty department would not warranty the part because my car is modified which is complete lies, is because I spoke with a Nissan Representative from Corporate and they said that as long as the part isn't damaged from your modifications we have no reason not to warranty it. In this case it is, because the bellhousing has nothing to do with my parts that I have upgraded, and they are denying warranty work, at first they were going to warranty the part and have the shop do the work, but after I found out that Nissan Corporate allows dealership to sublet out work to 3rd party shops and still allow to file the claim so that the consumer would not have to pay for warrantied parts. After telling the dealership this whole new found information, they decide that they don't even want to warranty the part, they want nothing to do with it. This shows the immaturity of this dealership in trying to help a fellow Nissan owner. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a used 2013 Altima. Most of the deal was done on internet or over phone. I live about 40 miles away and didn't want to go there and hassle all day. After making an offer they said we were close so i went there. Didn't appraise my used car for what I wanted but was probably close to what it was worth as it had 192,000 miles on it and the check engine light was on. They made an offer and i made a counter offer and they accepted it with no problem. If you want a used car, I would highly recommend talking to Chandler Van as he wasn't pushy at all and seemed to be genuinely concerned with making me happy. Only problem i had was I had to wait about an hour to talk to the finance guy but I am glad I did as he got me a finance rate that was half of what I had been approved for at my credit union. Dan Hoffenberg was the finance guy and he was very considerate and also seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting me the best deal. He even called up somebody personally to get a fantastic rate. Chandler explained the car to me and has answered a few questions I have had about it since the purchase. Would definitely go back if I ever want another used car. I don't usually write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience and with Regal everything was exceptional.

The sunroof on our 2010 Murano LE literally exploded while driving. It left a huge crater, much larger than a basketball, in the middle. The $42,000.00 car is less than 3 years old but over the warranty mileage. We did purchase their very pricey extended warranty. Nissan refused to accept responsibility for an obvious part issue. Moreover, Regal Nissan refused to make it right even though this is the 8th automobile purchased with them over a 25 year relationship. The response from Nissan and Regal were not what one would categorize as "good customer service" nor does it reflect good business ethics, in my opinion!

I like how we handled the negotiation over the phone. Being hundreds of miles away from Atlanta may have forced them to go through the process online to my advantage. None of those "please come to the showroom..." experience. I knew what I want, the hi-lo range of what I want to pay etc. and my batnas (better alternative towards a negotiated agreement). Only problem is I had to go there and sign the agreement but that's okay, it was worth the trip. Good experience overall. DO NOT TRUST THE FINANCE TEAM!!!!! What started out as a positive experience, ended up in a VERY negative. I Went into Regal Nissan car lot with my own financing because I was reluctant to have Regal pull it due to the multiple inquires that would happen. But my salesman, "Good News" Willie talked me into going through dealership financing for a lower interest rate and they would only pull it ONE time. NOT THE CASE! When you run your credit through the Regal, they pull your credit report and then farm it out to about 7 different lenders resulting in multiple inquires thus bringing your credit scores down. I went from a 712 all the way down to a 695 in a day. I was lied to by their finance team and their sales team. I asked how they were going to fix this issue and their response was, "There is nothing we can do, if you choose to not do business here again that would be fine." Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Even "Good News" Willie turned into "Bad News" Willie STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE LIARS!!

I've owned three Nissan vehicles and have had all serviced at Regal. I have always found them to be friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I've never had to take back a car for re-work on an issue. Pricing is in line with what I'd expect from a dealer but I have a belief that no one knows how to fix a Nissan better than a Nissan dealer so I'm willing to pay a little more sometimes to get a higher level of expertise. At the end of the day, I don't look forward to going to the dealer for service, but Regal makes the experience quick, pleasant, and fair and I don't have to go back to fix what's already been fixed. I'd recommend an appointment versus just dropping by.

I have never felt so used and abused by a dealership in my life, specifically by one person. I came to Regal to purchase a new 2013 Altima. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I was directed to Marc Taylor, stating he is good at what he does and works great with customers. This, I came to realize, was a lie. I was constantly being pushed and told I needed to buy something else other than what I wanted and could afford. Marc kept trying to sell me a more expensive Altima, and even a new Maxima. I told him that I could only afford so much and I wanted a specific model. He kept telling me his numbers were down and his sales were low and he needed this sale to keep his job. I felt like a number and a statistic, versus as a person or as a customer. After trying to leave numerous times and being promised a better deal, I walked out and left. A few weeks later, I came back and dealt with Mike O'Ryan. I had a GREAT experience with him. He was super nice, sold me the car that I wanted, and made me feel like a real person and like a real customer. Please steer clear of Marc Taylor. He puts on a fake face in front of you, but only thinks of you as a number and as a dollar sign.

I not only purchased my 2012 Altima from Regal, but I have used them for all service as well. I had used the dealership for service to my prior Nissan vehicle and the efficiency, courtesy and honesty of the service department was instrumental in my decision to purchase my new vehicle from them. I never wait long. I get the service I ask for without pressure to include other unnecessary service. I always get complete information on what was done, what was found, what might need to be done in the future and quick complete answers to any questions I might have. One visit with my prior vehicle, the service tech told me that they had replaced a part that was part of a recall. I knew nothing about it, wasn't having a problem, but they took care of it for me eliminating the need to return for the part replacement when Nissan notified me of the recall. I love my Nissan vehicles (been driving them since 1978, then Datsun). I don't believe there is a better made vehicle nor one that is as problem free as Nissan. That said, I don't believe there is a better dealership than Regal to take care of my car(s). To top it all off, I always get a complimentary wash and vacuum each time I take my car in!!!

I was searching for a late model 4-door Nissan Frontier with manual transmission. Regal Nissan, Atlanta, GA area, contacted me concerning a vehicle on their lot. I responded by asking for the Carfax to determine if the vehicle was involved in a storm or other potential damage causing event. Since I received no response, I can only assume Regal did not want to share the Carfax. Of course this makes me suspicious of the vehicle and the dealer.

My husband and I came in for a new pathfinder and we worked with Mike O'Ryan since we had bought our previous car from him and it was a great experience. Me and my wife just purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S from Regal Nissan. And we couldn't be happier with it. The car is very nice, almost luxureous and drives smooth, steers direct and has enough pickup left at high speeds to pass that annoying car that keeps driving in the fast lane when the slow ones are empty (you know who you are!). Anyway, my thanks go to Ben Bjostad from Regal Nissan who sold us this car. He was friendly, knowledgable and to the point and never pushed us to buy anything we were not perfectly satisfied with (I hate pushy salesmen, thank you Ben for not being one of them).

I own Nissan 2010 Altima and from last few months I observed increased level of engine noise which was not common. As I drive daily I love my car so much I take take good care of it, so I observed change in the engine noise and went to check up to couple of dealers and none of them found any problem with the engine or noise. They said the noise is common. I was so frustrated why they can't find that something is wrong in the engine noise. They didn't even bother to do full diagnostics of the engine. But I was frustrated, disappointed and not happy any more to drive my car. In this situation I visited Regal Nissan dealer service center. The moment I enter into the service area I could find the difference they receive their customers when compared to experience I had visiting to other dealers in my whole life. They were so friendly, welcoming and more than happy to listen to the customers problem. They said they will take care of the problem and thats it I was convinced that they will really find the problem and fix it. They took the road test and just driving 0.2 miles the technician said "Yes, there is a problem in the engine noise and this is not normal". Later he took some time that day and did so much diagnostics to find the root cause of the problem. He explained me the diagnostics he did and the problem he found. (I know this problem is very difficult to find because of the fact that only the person who drives daily can only know that the engine noise was not normal). One of the pistons in the engine had a problem. This was very very unusual for the car that only have 23000 miles. Dealer worked with Nissan company to get the new replacement of the lower engine. After the parts have arrived they finished the work within a day and ready to go. This work was so big and tedious but they did it very very well. I was little worried just changing the lower part of the engine instead of changing the complete engine, but they assured me that everything will be fine and not to worry. They did exactly what they promised. Oh, another fact is my car also had a alignment problem. Once I had done at another dealer and it was not fixed so I went for lifetime wheel alignment with Firestone and still it was not fixed. My experience with this dealership was fantastic I done my car wheel alignment here and it was so perfect. Even I got free rental car from this dealer during the period (5 days) they had my car to fix the problem. After engine part replaced and wheel alignment done when I drove my car I felt like I am driving new NISSAN car. Everything was right engine was so silent and perfect alignment. The advisor Paul Smith was so patience to my phone calls to update me on the progress of the work and I made 3 personal visits and all the time he welcomed me and took me into the garage to show me the progress of the work and the status on the parts order etc. I also greatly appreciate the great work done my technician Adam.

OK,my wife was in an car wreck(no one hurt)..We needed a tow truck a rental car and everyone was closed, so I called Regal Nissan and got Brian Jennings!!!He is the "BEST":):)I told him we were in a wreck and on the side of the road,our Nissan Altima needed to be towed and we were stuck... HELP!! Brian took care of everything for us:) we got our car towed to Regal and Brian even came up with a rental car for us when they were out of them. Did i mention it was past 7pm in the evening and they were closed but thier they were waiting to take care of us!!!!Here is the BEST part of the story;we did not PAY for anything.. that is right.. nothing!!!Brian took care of the insurance company!!!! paid the tow and coverd the rental so we did not have to pay for anything( the insurance company told us they would reimburse us after we paided for everything up front with a total of $400)nice right! Regal Nissan have maintained my Altima and now my Maxima for quite a few years now. The quality of service is EXCELLENT. Repairs and warranty work is done without a runaround and done right the first time. The staff are very pleasant to deal with, and are always professional and helpful. Regal Nissan obviously places a very high priority on customer service and standard of work. If they have a difficult problem, they will get Nissan support involved. They don't push back on warranty work, or just report "No Problem Found". If there is a problem, they will fix it! Honestly, I get better service from Regal than I did from the local Lexus dealer when I had a Lexus a few years ago. Regal is the reason why I keep coming back to Nissan. I am a VERY satisfied customer and am happy to give them a 5 star review!

I have purchased a Quest van, two new Armadas and a used car from Regal, having dealt with them for over 10 years. I have found their entire staff to be very friendly, always treating me as someone special when I'm there. I live at least 45 minutes from them, but have never taken my Nissans to any other dealer for service. For years I dealt with Martha in the service department. She was very professional, yet at the same time treated me as if we were family. Each time I go in for service, they are quick to offer me a ride to anywhere in the area that I want to go, and have always repaired or serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. They have bent over backwards to handle my repairs in a way that was effective, yet affordable to me. My husband drives another make truck, and deals with other dealerships, so I know that this is not always the case in the automobile industry. Regal Nissan in Roswell was the most conveniently located dealer for me who had the car I was interested in. We arrived right at closing time on a Saturday evening, and we're greeted by Michael, a friendly salesperson. We asked for a test drive, and after a quick check with management, we were allowed to take the car out for a spin. We really liked the way the car handled, but weren't thrilled with the color of the interior. This being the only car on the lot that had all of the features we wanted, we decided that we were still interested. We left that evening with a promise to come back for negotiations the next day. Michael called us the next day to make sure we were still interested. We were, and so we returned in the afternoon to begin the negotiation process. Michael was friendly the entire time during price negotiations, if somewhat distracted at times. After a lengthy negotiation, it was getting late in the day and we were still $500 off of the price we were willing to pay. The sales manager (who we never saw or spoke with) refused to negotiate further, so we walked out. The salesperson remained courteous. Since we had already spent a large amount of time with the new car research and purchase process, after a quick ride around the block we decided to go ahead and pay the price that had been quoted. The dealership was closing, but we found Michael in the lot, and he was very excited to see us back and was ready to complete the deal. He quickly ran inside the dealership, to return a few minutes later. His approach this time was notably less enthusiastic. His body language showed that something was wrong. When we asked what had happened, he said, "You're not going to believe this" and quoted a new price, several hundred dollars higher than the last quote. After confirming he was serious, we voiced our displeasure at this type of game, and ended all negotiations. This was a very surprising and disappointing end to a long process. We feel that Michael was very friendly the entire time, and believe that the process breakdown was not due to his actions, but due to those of the sales manager who we never met. We would not recommend this dealership for a purchase unless you are willing to pay a high price for the vehicle. We will not be returning for sales or service.

We have been going to Regal for about 7 years now. We have purchased 2 Pathfinders from them. They have consistently outperformed my expectations and are, by nine miles, the best dealership I have ever done business with. This is particularly true in the metro Atlanta area where our dealership experiences have not been good overall. They have been honest with me without fail and for that alone, I recommend them. In seven years of service history, they have only made one mistake which they immediately admitted and repaired at no charge. We have only had one serious repari problem (a transmission issue)and they came through for us in a big way and had the car back in the same day washed, vacuumed, and ready. Very rare in my experience. We own 2 Nissan Pathfinders and will not service them anywhere else. As I have told the service manager and the owner, I do not have time to babysit cars, they have kept our cars in good order and on two occasions have gone far and above the call of duty. I was not prepared to buy that day, but I did come back the following Sunday ready to make a deal. This experience was far different. The original sales associate was not there so I worked with a newbie - I have no complaint with him because he is just learning the ropes. The training sales associate, however, started out pushy and aggressive from the start and only got worse as we tried to work out a deal. I was looking for a specific color combination and package, which Regal had exactly one vehicle on the lot that matched. I decided to test drive it and immediately noticed that it was very dirty inside, did not have a sticker on the window, and had nearly 200 miles on to odometer. The sales associate tried to convince me that the 'trip miles' of around 33 was the actual mileage. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, since he's new, but it did not make me feel comfortable. I also noticed that this Murano had a considerably rougher ride and more road noise than the previous one (on the same route). So the first thing I asked when we got back to the dealership was for Regal to find a car from another area dealership. I was told immediately that they would do that but I'd pay full sticker - no room to negotiate on price. I eventually ended up talking with the sales manager on duty, who basically came out with a price a few thousand dollars higher (yes higher) than the one the sales associate had already told me was his best offer. I was trying to get a match on an advertised special from another area dealer, and the sales manager was dismissive and even mildly insulting. Things that really make me uncomfortable with Regal Nissan:- Sales staff I worked with was pushy and aggressive, even argumentative- Lowball on the trade-in- Unwilling to check with other area dealers to find the right car- When presented with another dealer's advertised special, both sales and management called the other dealership "crooks"- Pressure tactics such as "last shipment" and "will be sold out soon"- Manager suggested I should look at lower-priced models

ABSOLUTE WORST experience in shopping for anything I have EVER had!! My husband and I were on a mad search for a car since we had just sold ours... we stopped into REgal Nissan a quote "family owned dealership" ... yea BS! Eric was eager to wait on us and swarm us as soon as we got there... we were still parking and he was following out car. We went to look at the car we were interested in and told him just what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to be in....we decided to take one on a test drive... AWFUL experience!! The car was on FUMES... and said 3 miles until empty when we started it up....wow.... Eric was nice and first and seemed willing to help... as we went driving we started pointing out all the things we didn't like about the car... first it was DISGUSTING inside... Eric assured us that they did a 140 point inspection on it... hmm...apparently, they should have done a 150 point inspection because there was all kinds of dirt in the floor, a dead bug in the back and a used straw sitting chewed in the seat... yea... real inspected. The visor kept falling down in my husband's view going down the road... the car was a piece of crap. Eric kept trying to say "they could fix these things" ... we told him he couldn't come off the price enough to make us look at the car. So then, he takes us to a car we totally couldn't afford like I told him our budget when we walked in.... and tried to "push" "running the numbers" on us...we told him no and thanks anyway. The next day starts BLOWING my phone up... I was in contact with 8 different dealerships...he called me more than all of those combined.. I tried to nicely ask him to e mail me to contact me and stop calling...he kept on. Finally, he called me on a Saturday morning at 8:35 in the morning... what kind of people work this early? We didn't answer... he called again at 10:15 and my husband answered and asked him to please stop calling....Eric proceeded to argue with my husband and then hang up on him. Then he sent me RUDE e mails immediately following... totally immature and totally a horrific experience. I see now why this dealership got such bad reviews... AWFUL experience.. luckily, we met the people at Gwinnett Place Nissan who truly care about their customers... I would direct anyone to maket he drive and take the time to go there...I can assure you, they will not hassle you. If you do go to Regal, I'd ask for anyone but Eric.

went to get a nissan pathfinder. they had a beauty on line. went to see it and the saleman was ready to push it on me. IT was infested with bugs. I mean cockaroaches.bad. babies and big ones and they were in the rubber of the doors. my kids are like look , look , look. the saleman played it down like there was ONE bug. the car was infested, wondering why it was below blue book value , etc. they cant get rid of it. it has all little dirt which is cockaroach poop. I was so turned off with the whole thing that I am now buying a Ford and everytime i think of Nissan i am going to think of this car. we had to go in it to drive to the other side of the lot. NOW paniced went home and washed my kids and myself. Sooooo gross. The best is the salesman said he was going to have it cleaned and as we were leaving he parked it back on the lot for the next sucker. BEWARE and stay clear of the silver pathfinder. all of them for this matter. so disappointed with most of the dealerships we have been to for a car.dont go to Gwinnett Nissan either, they are a mess and very dishonest. left a review on them too. I am tired of wasting my time. Its ashamed. Bugs Bugs Bugs.

I've been a buyer for manufacturing (I'm a C.P.M.) for many years, and I do purchasing for a living. I've been in some drag outs with vendors before, but Regal took the cake. I know buying a car can be stressful, but I did my research and really tried to get them to deal with me fairly. 1) They jerked me around on price for two days (yes I went back-see below)2) The sales manager frequently raised his voice to me and berated me with diatribes3) The finance manager didn't review any of the existing warranty information because I told him not to give me the sales pitch on add-on warranties.Like I said, I deal with salespeople for a living, and these guys were babies about everything just because I wanted to get the price down to where it should have been at the start. I guess if you want courtesy and respect from Regal, you have to pay sticker. It was the only dealer within a reasonable distance (next closest was well over an hour away). Even with that, the only reason I bought it from them was because I was able to get the price to be right (it was the last day of the month at the beginning of the financial meltdown, and I worked them for two days to get there).

These guys are thieves. I was a single mother with a son just starting sports in a new area without local family support. I needed to move from a compact vehicle to an SUV for sporting equipment (football) and more room to include his friends. I knew the car I was interested in but didnt know much of anything about purchasing a new car. I stopped by one evening, just to look at the vehicle - my mistake! The devil salesman couldn't have been more conniving. He kept me there as long as he could, telling me he would work a magical deal and make the numbers fit for me. I grew incredible tired as the night drew on and my son was very impatient and getting restless. The salesman new when to strike - I was just ready to get home. He came up with a number that seemed to fit with my budget so I went home with a new car. I woke up the next day realizing I must have been swindled. I checked with family and friends who could help me understand the numbers and found out that sure enough, Id been clearly taken advantage of. I was horrified that I had allowed that to happen. I called and let them know I wanted my original car back and that I understood I had a grace period to make this return. They told me it wasnt possible the deal was sealed in essence, they told me I was screwed and deal with it I didnt know where to go or what to do. I tried again soon thereafter and was told my original car was already gone its not surprising since they probably made an additional $10 grand or more on that car. I will hate Regal Nissan, the salesman, the managers always and forever! The only good thing that came from this experience is that I know now NEVER to trust car salesman and when I go car shopping I go fully knowledgeable, with support and put up a fight for whats right and fair!
