I'm writing this review because I felt compelled to share what excellent customer service I received from Drew Sroka, Angie Lazaro, and Chris Shumard during the purchase of our new Subaru Outback.Drew gave me the most in depth tutorial of the 2017 Outback I could have ever imagined. From the hood, engine, and transmission to the roof rack and all the amazing safety technology installed in the vehicle (and everything in between). He answered every question I had and was extremely thorough in showing me all of the unique features (RAB, Adaptive cruise, cross bars in the doors, etc...) that make the Outback Limited so great. He knows his facts and he knows them well! What an asset to the dealership.Angie was extremely responsive when I had questions. I particularly appreciated the breakdown she gave me of taxes, title & fees and how quickly she has responded to my e-mails. When you work in a fast paced environment, time makes all the difference.If you're looking for an honest dealership with knowledgeable, non-pushy sales people, Reedman Toll Subaru is for you.

I was told they inspect, clean and change oil before it goes on the lot. I purchased a vehicle and took delivery after closing hours but was told car was being cleaned. If in fact the oil was changed then the oil remaining life % should have read somewhere in the high 90"s ..IT WAS AT 24%. Now don't tell me they changed the oil. I did not want the Reedman Toll sticker on the back, "no problem" they said. It was still on. As far as cleaning the vehicle .....not done also. They put on a good front/presentation but don't live up to their own billing. As we started buying the car when it was light outside and no need for the interior lights to be on .......THE INTERIOR ACCENT LIGHTS DON'T WORK. Sorry Reedman first time and last time.

I have responded to several nice trucks and they are sold. Approximately 2-3 weeks later the same trucks are still listed on Cars.com and I contacted dealer again and they are sold. So this is just my opinion that they put these really nice trucks at reasonable prices that are sold and this dealership uses these "trucks" to get responses. In my case the dealer tried to switch me to a more expensive truck. These practices should be reported to your state's officials in charge of consumer affairs.

18 mos ago purchased used truck ..20 days ago took truck in for transmission problem.Good thing we purchased extended warranty..took 8 days to diagnose . warranty company approved repairs and car rental for 5 days, that was 10 days ago.still no truck and i have to pay remaining balance on car , Service mgrs clueless and rude. I have to wonder will i get a quality repair if it is ever done ??

ALL of your staff were very helpful, negotiated a good deal with a monthly payment that was affordable. The entire process was went more smoothly than previous purchases made at Reedman. Still need to shorten the delivery process by about an hour, but otherwise very well satisfied. Financing & delivery staff went above & beyond in their service!

After searching for a used town and country for 6 months, I finally found exactly what i was looking for at Reedman-Toll. After finding it on cars .com, I sent a email to request more information. after receiving a automated email, i responded by saying i was looking to get specific information on the vehicle. Out of the 20 plus dealers i contacted this way, Reedman-Toll was the only dealer to respond with a personalized response. The internet manager, Scott, responded and kept a great line of communication for the entire week until i had time to pay them a visit. Because i live 2hrs from the dealership, I called Scott before i left to insure the vehicle was still available and ready for purchase. I am glad I made the trip because the vehicle was exactly as they described it to me, and there were no "surprises" when i arrived. When we arrived at the dealership, we were offered complimentary refreshments, which was nice after a 2hour drive, and Scott introduced us to Louis, who helped through the whole process. Louis took us to the on site test drive track were we drove the car, before going back to complete the paperwork. Buying a car from Reedman-Toll was a very painless experience. Louis and Scott went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we comfortable, and didn't just try to push a vehicle on us. i will definitely buy another vehicle from them, and would highly recommend you pay them a visit if you are purchasing a vehicle.

Our salesman, Paul was friendly, courteous and patient. All of our concerns about issues with the vehicle we wanted were addressed and promptly resolved. The morning after purchasing the vehicle, I ran over a piece of metal on the road and destroyed one of the brand new set of tires they had just put on. They graciously replaced the tire at no charge. The technical and management staff did an excellent job resolving the transmission issue with our Dodge Journey. Communication was courteous and prompt. My experience at Reedman, like every experience, was great. The staff is, service writers and technicians, are all very pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed my experience getting my car serviced at Reedman's express service center. I brought another vehicle in the previous Saturday and had the same great experience. I will be bringing a third vehicle in when it is due for it's oil change. I also signed up for the maintenance plan that was offered to me. It seems like a great deal. Even without the maintenance plan, the prices are competitive with Jiffy Lube and other express service centers. I will surely be back for my next service and my family and I have been long time customers of Reedman, dating back to the 60s and we continue to come back.

My wife and I had been researching buying a used Kia Sorento for about a month. We were looking for a black SUV with a 3rd-row option. We found what we thought was a super fair price and drove out to look at the car. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Jeff Nagley, who answered important questions on the phone before we drove down to see the car. The car was on the showroom floor and Jeff quickly moved the cars around so we could take the car for a test drive. The car had a lot of scratches on the side of the car, but drove very nicely on their test track. We had come prepared with our own financing and Reedman was able to beat our best rate. Once we made the deal, Reedman Toll threw in four free oil changes and a tire rotation plan. They also wet-sanded and fixed all of the scratches on the side of the car in their body shop. Reedman's auto body department really did a nice job correcting the paint on the car and it looks brand new! They even treated us to lunch while our financing came through. Overall, we had a great experience at Reedman Toll Auto World and we would recommend this dealer to any of our friends and family!

Worse experience i ever had at a dealer i was told to bring in $2000 cash an my pay stub as i was approved wasted 3 hours of my life due to SCOTT SCHAFETZ lies i didn't even get accommodated for driving an hour for nothing. I told him if i wasnt approved dont waste my time. He came back to me saying i was approved. Even though he knew my current situation.So i came in to only walk out very DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!! Had a delay in starting which I brought back to dealer in January. After 6 months and six visits with my Subaru they still did not fix my car. And while there to be fixed my interior would get greases stains which they never cleaned. Went to a new Dealer for a second opinion it was fixed in 24 hours. Would never go back to Reedman's again. I reached out to Management who sent me back to the person who caused the problems.

Originally I was set to purchase a used vehicle that was sold before I could visit the dealership, and this happened twice. From there, Steve provided a view of 6 to 8 alternate vehicles in which we were able to work through email and phone to come to agreement. With a deposit over the phone, I was able to travel to Reedman Toll on a Saturday which is the only day possible for me to view the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was significantly better than the photos and I could not be more pleased with my purchase of a pre-certified 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ. Reedman has a vast selection of vehicles and we would definitely purchase another vehicle from Reedman in the future based off he value and service we received.

I went shopping for a new SUV at 31 weeks pregnant and couldn't have had a better experience at Reedman Toll! From the internet salesman, Scott to my awesome car salesman Mike Bowers and then Ryan in finance, my experience was wonderful and top notch. Mike was considerate of my pregnancy and made sure that the cars were started and the air on before I test drove each vehicle...he was patient and willing to show me whatever I wanted. The financial aspect was great! Ryan had a great attitude and was super personable. I told them what we were comfortable paying and the price we would not go over and he went over and above all expectations!

I went in with a budget and a couple cars, slightly out of my price range, in mind. Mickey (Harris) made it happen!! He was pleasant through the whole experience and very patient with a person who takes a while to make a decision, me. He pushed for this deal to happen! I am very appreciative! Also, Bob (Deblasio) was great to work with on the financial end of things. He explained everything well and had a great sense of humor. It was a long day so he worked his hardest to get us out as quickly as possible. His trainee, Sarah, was very nice too!! AJ, who helped throughout the process when Mickey wasn't available, was very accommodating. He had a great disposition and mirrored my excitement of having a new vehicle after 10 years. Jack Engelhardt was our sales rep, while we went through the process of buying a car. He was patient and understanding of all our questions and concerns and never once tried to rush us through the process. We had looked at other places for a car and the sales reps there treated us like a purchase instead of a person. I never felt like just a purchase while at Reedmans. Michael Baker was the business manager we dealt with on the money end of the purchase and he was just as nice as Jack was. He was very understanding of our financial limits and didn't try to push us over those limits. And he made filling out paperwork easy and painless. Overall the process of buying a car was made easier because of the employees at this dealership. The dealership itself is very comfortable and inviting for customers. This is nice because as anyone knows buying a car is a process that is not done in just a few moments. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Ordered a 2015 Chevrolet SS with a manual transmission which required a long build and shipment time from Australia. Overall, my original salesman left but I was greeted by John Howley who took over my order. He was very kind, generous, and honest with me throughout the entire process. Considering the entire time frame from the day I put down my deposit to when I took ownership of the vehicle was somewhere around 230 days, he was very diligent in checking in on the status of the car daily. John did an amazing job, and I would recommend him to any friend or family member who wants to invest in a brand new Chevrolet. My entire experience was very pleasant, and even through such a long waiting period, when I received my vehicle, I was over the moon and could not be any happier as the vehicle I purchased and imagined in my dreams was EXACTLY delivered to me. From the final holdout in a family of GM owners (grandfather was a GM employee) I consider myself very proud to own a GM product and will keep my business with Reedman Toll Chevrolet.

I bought a brand new Jeep here in 2014. After shopping around they could not be beat on price. The sales guy (John) was attentive but not pushy, respectful, and patient. Got me exactly what I wanted at the best price without jerking me around. I will always go back and give them a first shot at my new car business. Their service department on the other hand is a joke. The wait is always longer than they say, no one ever gets back to you about appointments, not open on Sundays. But the icing on the cake for me was when I found out my last oil change I got done at their express center, the tech used an impact gun to put the plug back on. I sent two emails about this but no one ever responded. When I finally took the vehicle in I explained the situation and that I needed a new oil pan because there was no way the plug was coming out due to the tech cross threading the pan. They told me it would be 480 dollars for a new oil pan unless the express center manager authorized the repair. As expected when I spoke to the express center manger I got "my guys would never do that, you must not know what you're talking about, they are trained better than that, there's no way" After 10 minutes of rude exchanges with the manager Joe I asked to speak to whoever his boss was. I was told he was out on medical leave and could not be reached. Then I asked for his phone number and magically he was willing to authorize the repair. He made the condescending phone call to the service center in front of me. Trying to make it sound like he was doing me a favor if anything and not like he was rectifying a problem that started there. Then I had to wait 5 hours for my car without the offer of a free demo or rental. From all of the waiting room chatter I took in I'm not the only one having problems. In short I would happily buy another car there, but I wouldnt let them work on my vehicle if they offered to pay me.

Chevy Equinox was purchased. Alex bates was my salesmen. He was very nice and knowledgable about the vehicles. Questions that he didnt know he found out for me. He had a very nice demeanor. I purchased a car years ago from reedman and i was satisfied with my service then. The next car i purchased i didnt get from reedman and i regret not doing so. The 3rd vehicle i purchased is the equinox and i am very pleased with my choice of dealership. I have had a very pleasant experience with service and professionalism. Reedman staff are straight to the point. I thank you for a wonderful experience. And i surely will come back when its time to buy a new vehicle.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, I was shopping around through Cars.com - found various dealerships by me that had a specific model I was looking for - I had submitted interested at reedman first, and got a call/vm the next day but I didn't return the call til about a week later, since I was going back and fourth with other chevy dealers running my credit and working out a deal - I spoke with Richard whom immediatly tried to get me to test drive, since the dealership was far from me, I had them work out the financing the next day- since my credit is in a rebuilding stage Kevin the finance manager was able to work up a deal, I honestly knew he was working to get me approved - suddenley he called me gave me the good news and I headed out to PA - I got far less than what I hoped for with my trade-in but they were able to make the payments lower thus saving me around $1.3k in the life of the term - Rich was great calm, cool, respectful - and he was impressed by the teams interest in closing the deal - The car is great, no complaint - got it for a bargain!!! This place is really a mess. From the layout of the dealership, to the sales staff and financing office, and most of all the service department, the entire experience is really not very good. Working with Reedman Toll is an exercise in More's Law -- everything will go wrong. Inventory is about the only good thing, but that will bite you, too, if you're looking for something specific because they generally won't sell anything that's not in their own inventory (i.e., no trades w/ other dealers). Find someplace else that cares more about their customers.

Took car for recall after waiting for more than 6 months for reedmans to get the part. Had them fix the signal while it was there. They had the vehicle entire day, and when I got it home, half hour away, learned from my daughter (her car) still NOT working.I immediately called back, and they gave me manager Bill. Bill was not helpful at all, no appology for my wasted time and no guarantee that they would refund, or fix at cost. He said I'm not gonna pay you to come back here! I told him it should have been checked before driving off the lot, he says they did, but obviously not, now he started blaming my daughter for breaking it on the way home! Completely arrogant, rude, unprofessional!! I made arrangements to bring it back next saturday, and he pretty much hung up on me before saying goodbye. I never raised my bouce, was calm and rational throughout the conversation dealing with customer service myself. Obviously Bill has no managerial or customer service skills!! I will post an update when I go back to see how they handle this, and if not done professionally, will ho over Bills head! Don't go here if you don't have to! Even dropping off, the entire staff is less than pleasant! But they'll take your money!

My wife was looking to trade in her 2012 Chevy Equinox for a new Lincoln. Thankfully we connected with Shane Davis at the Xchange Center. After an hour or so my wife finally found the car she wanted and with the great help and assistance from Shane, she purchased a new MKZ. Shane was so great to work with that I decided it was time for me to get into something newer. Shane and I immediately set up an appointment to start the process, and two days after my wife purchased her car, I was driving off the lot with a used Acadia that was certified pre owned and essentially brand new. The business manager Anne Moser was also nothing short of spectacular and I will and have been recommending Reedman Toll to everyone I know. Thanks Shane and Anne for the best car buying experiences we ever had.

Since I have bad knees, my salesman drove me from car to car for me to try them out. He was so considerate. I test drove several and wound up with a dream of a Chrysler 300. Several weeks later, my window wouldn't work. I called, made an appt., they had to order the part, and they fixed it with no hassle. My family has always had a wonderful experience with Reedman since the early '60's. We always come back for more.

I had purchased a car in 2001 from Reedman and had a real good experience. So now that I was getting ready to possible replace my 2006 Charger I used the Inter net Reedman site to see what my car was worth. Sight unseen I received a pretty good value. So after visiting a near-by friend I decided to stop and look at new cars and get a better appraisal. I felt it was closer to acceptable so I talked to the Chevy sales to see what was available and costs. I really liked the Impala and John Howley worked up some pricing to consider. I visited several Chevy dealers in my area and I really had to bicker for pricing. I called John and explained what I was looking for and we worked out a better deal and I in the long run, ended up getting more of a car than I originally wanted. I spent a little more $ and bought a fully loaded Impala 2LTZ. The willingness to work with me and explain the differences and values of the car helped me make my decision. Overall I would do it again and would recommend Reedman-Toll to anyone anytime.

Fake inspection sticker put on my car

Purchased a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. The inspection sticker showed it was inspected when they received the car (according to car fax). However, when I looked at the car there was a crack in the windshield, bad vibration, oil not changed (dirty oil) and a fluid leak. The claim they changed the oil but it still had the reminder sticker from where the previous owner took it. Keep in mind the car was already inspected. They did address the issues of the vibration (needed new rotors) and the crack in the windshield. However I was told they "fixed" the fluid leak just to come to find out the "cleaned" the fluid leak. I again took it back and WOW they fixed the leak. Besides the fluid leak this should have never been put on the lot with an inspection sticker since most of the items are PA Inspected related. Since the sticker was just "thrown" on the car I decided to have an independent mechanic review the car. Not to my surprise the car needs ball joints. Another inspected related item that should have been fixed. Spoke to upper management and they are unwilling to fix that problem. They are stating they has their best mechanic go through the car. The problem I have is that my extended warrantee company will prob refuse the claim because it is an inspected related item that should have been fixed at the dealership. Another issue is when I purchased my 2012 Camaro off of them I noticed on the certified paperwork that everything was just checked off as the mechanic did it in one swipe. After I had the car for about a month a notice a bad smell coming out of the vents. Come to find out that the cabin filter was never replaced, but it claims it was on the report. Too much sneakiness from Reedman. Even after speaking to my attorney they say it sound like they put profit before safety. Please take caution when buying a used car off of Reedman Toll. Also, I would advise not test driving the car on their test track as you will not get the real feeling for the car in real traffic. Good Luck!

I took my brand new 2013 Chevrolet Sonic for a service bulletin to replace the torque converter seal. The repair caused 4 other problems that I discovered and constantly went back and forth to repair over 6 weeks. These included a starter installed incorrectly which caused my car to die. They did not fill my ATF all the way which caused the car to shift rough. They did not reinstall the 3 bolts on the drive axle which damaged the seal and caused another ATF leak. The technician had also decided to re-route the entire front harness of the car which ripped out the wiring for the oil pressure switch which I repaired myself, because I did not want to bring it back and have them break something else. The technician obviously did not care about my car, and I don't care to go back. The service advisors were very nice and more than willing to help, but the 2 technicians that worked on my car were lazy. It is a risk to take my car there for service.

Although Reedman Toll was not listed as a participating member on the 1% below factory invoice certificate I got through my workplace, they honored it w/o fuss. We went through just a brief negotiation on the trade in but it was friendly and they gave me a decent deal. Overall it was a very friendly and low pressure process. I'd recommend them and highly recommend my salesman, Craig Kirk.

purchased a 2012 chevy cruze new, no complaints; serviced the cruze- excellent service! recently purchased a used 2010 challenger -worst costumer service experience of my life went in on a friday discovered and test drove the challenger, took an immediate liking, rep was friendly exchanged emails with him over the weekend. in emails we discussed price initial cost was 259/mo (60) w 1500 down. I told him i wanted to be at 220/mo; he said lets make a deal and confirmed 220/mo in a phone msg. we set up an apt to meet on the following friday to test drive. I sent two emails that week confirming 60 month financing that were unanswered, i also followed up with the maintenance work they were performing on the vehicle; as we discovered a sound from the wheel during the test drive and a few dings he said he would get out. as the week progressed i confirmed our friday evening apt a few times including 3hours before. I came in with my 3 children to take a final test drive only to find the car wasnt available. the excuse was it was in the shop getting the repairs done. I was disappointed that i was not contacted before driving 30 mins w 3 impatient kids. I asked to talk prices and he kept me and 3 impatient kids waiting for over a half hour and had nothing. i offered to leave and come back in the morning as we were picking up our cruze from the service dept (which has been excellent).I asked him to email me the exact prices that night and call me in the am to check status of car. He did neither. I followed up with the sales manager where i was informed that the price was now for 72 months; I was upset at being mislead; but more irritated about that lack of communication. I expressed that to the sales manager who was the most defensive and antagonistic manager ive ever spoken too. I had to take a step back to remember i was the one offering to spend thousands on a car. he ultimately gave me the inital quote of 259/mo after explaining that this reflected a huge loss on their part. curious as his loss on price and warranty were the exact same as the first price the rep quoted me ultimately i agreed after waiting for a week with less the acceptable communication. I ultimately brought the director into the situation. he was initially more pleasant to work with. I purchased the car after closing last week. I pulled away and realized there was one key. I feel there is a need to have a spare. it took two emails for the rep to respond and he said there was a cost and would get back to me on price. 5 days later after not receiving a quote i contacted the director and he was defensive as par for the course; still no quote or key a week later... I have never felt less appreciation for my business. no accountability, deception, antagonistic tone. my family always buys american car, up until this point from Reedmantoll; this experience was bad enough that i would not entertain the purchase of a car from them again; again our experience in the service department has been opposite as they have been accommodating and polite

Finance manager wouldn't tell me what my interest rate was but only wanted to tell me monthly payments. When I was finally told what interest rate applied to the sale he responded saying 14%. I did all the calculations on a auto loan calculator and it was actually 17%. Said that no banks would take my loan at a lower rate. Needless to say bought an exact match of the truck we were loking at the next day at 8% interest. Highway robbery!! Thought cause I was young he could get over on me. Wouldn't recommend this dealership if any financing is needed. They will make a great effort to overcharge you.

I was looking for a 2006 or newer used Corvette convertible. I saw one advertised online at Reedman. They are about 1 1/2 hours from my home. I looked at the car, and drove it. It seemed OK, but I'm not a mechanic. I specifically told the salesman that I just got over having a heart attack, and decided I wanted to get the car I always dreamed of. It HAD to be accident free, no paintwork, and low mileage. He assured me this car was all that and more. It had low miles (11,000) and was GM Certified. Since it was about 2 hours from my mechanic, taking it there wasn't possible, so I trusted them to be honest. I took the car to my mechanic after I purchased it, and he pointed out damage to the underside of the car, probably from running over something. Parts were broken or missing too.This was only possible to detect when the car was on a lift. He then pointed out under the flourescent lights in his shop that the hood had been repainted, and not very well. I brought the car back to Reedman, and confronted the Manager, Mr. McQuistan about this. He had his "corvette specialist" with him as we checked out the car on a lift, and in their shop. They both stood there unable to explain how a "GM Certified" car which had a 121 point inspection could have all this damage that wasn't repaired or reported. Finally, Mr. McQuistan admitted they had repainted the hood, because there was a "paint chip" on it. They "repaired it" again, and replaced the damaged parts. I say "repaired", because the repaint job was so bad that there were hairs, and drips in the clear coat. I took the car anyway figuring that they would do even more damage if they tried to fix this too. BTW, the car didn't come with all the manuals like the navigation system manual. They told me I could just download it from the internet. All this when I spent about $35,000 on my dream car. BTW, another heads up for you. While I was waiting to get a loaner car, another of their customers told me about the nightmare he had gone through with similar unreported damages to a car he bought there, and their pathetic attempts to fix it. I posted my issues with them on a Corvette Website, and many other people added similar comments about them, so it's not just me. Be fore-warned. They lie, misrepresent, and do shoddy repairs just to try to pacify you until you give up. Avoid them like the plague.

Sales personnel were great. Facility is amazing. The only subpar portion of my experience was the paperwork. They got me a great deal on financing and the car was as advertised, but I was from out of state and wanted to get in and out, but the paperwork portion took almost 2 hours, and they already had me approved for financing before I got there. I did not understand that at all. The dealership on a whole was great other than the what I explained. They did go the extra mile and arrange someone to pick me up from the airport. Kudos to Charles and Steve, you guys were great.

I was shopping for a used car and found one on line at Reedman Toll that appeared to match the vehicle we were looking for. We were met by the on line sales manager who directed us to a salesman. We test drove the vehicle and even discussed a price. We did not buy that vehicle as my wife did not really like the color. The price was right but the wife rules. I did receive a followup telephone call from the salesman was was courtious, polite and understanding. He even attempted to locate another similar vehicle. Few dealerships have this quality sales staff.

I had purchased a used car from Reedman a few years ago and found that everyone who worked there was knowledgeable and courteous. I will go back to Reedman to buy a car. Service is a different story. I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. Not exactly difficult tasks. I received my car back 5 hours after my scheduled appointment. Reedman does not view appointments like the rest of the world. There were no problems encountered but then again they had 5 hours to get it right.

If that's what you are buying... I had a dealer named Mayer who rushed me through the whole process because, "his wife was going to be mad at him for missing dinner." I knew this was a ploy so I played along. Everything was working just fine until we sat down to sign the finance papers. He told me that he was going to get the paper to show that it is certified, while I fill out a million forms. When he came back, he told me that the office that deals with that is closed. My GF asked him, "well how do we know it is CPO (certified pre owned) and he told her just look at the car sticker ( which we still have) it says CPO. He old us that he would get us the Certification, not the next day but the day after because it was his day off. We agreed that would be okay. We purchased the car which seems to be in good condition but what do I know I am not a mechanic. Two days later, we get a call from a manager saying that we have to come back down there all the way from BRooklyn, To REEDMAN TOLL AUTO WORLD 2 hours away to GET the car CERTIFIED!!! My GF went crazy! They lied to us, told us that the car was certified just to sell us the car!!! I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau to see what I can do about this. I feel like they commited fraud! My car was supposed to be CPO and in fact it was not. I purchased a extended warranty for close to $3000 which I am sure the insurance company won't be happy to hear that the car is not CPO. Overall, my experience at Reedman Toll Auto World was HORRIBLE! FELT COMPLETELY RUSHED. THEY TALKED TO MY GF WITH NO RESPECT FOR WOMENS INTELLIGENCE. (which we almost walked away) AND ULTIMATELY, LIED TO! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AND IF YOU DO, GET THE PAPERS NOT MATTER WHAT!!!

I purchased my car from this dealership a couple years ago and they made it an easy and satisfactory experience. I needed to purchase a second car and i came back to this dealership. As for service, I do not live relatively close to this dealership, however I still bring my car there for service. My only minor complaint is that just taking my car in for an oil change can take over an hour and up to two. They have an "Express Lube" just wish it could be more "express." Most express oil change shops take no more than 30 minutes. However, this can also show just how busy they are and how many people bring their car back to this dealership for service. All in all, this dealership is A+.

They have some really nice people to deal with at Reedman's. I test drove a used car and some newer cars there and the salesmen were very accommodating. They were busy there each time I went over the course of a week. The manager in the Fiat area was super nice and flexible with figures. The only reason I did not purchase my new car there was because they did not have it in stock. Otherwise, I would have driven out in a new vehicle from them. They're worth the visit.

I had visited several Chevrolet dealers when I was first looking into my new car purchase. I was very pleased with my salesman and the way he made his offer; a good deal with no pressure to "buy now". I would recommend Reedman-Toll and my salesman, Stanley Esposito to anyone looking for a vehicle. As a plus, they are a dealer for multiple manufacturers.

Went in and negotiated a price on a lightly used 370Z that I'd found on cars.com. I was trading in a six-year-old 350Z and after some back and forth (where I had to track down the salesman several times) we agreed on what I thought was a firm price. When it came to signing the papers for the new car, however, the price had jumped $1,000. The Finance person said it was the fault of the sales department for not properly factoring in registration and title in the state where the car would be registered (Ohio). By then, everything else had been signed and I had to make a quick decision. I should have walked away, but the Finance person said I could check with the sales department later and she was sure it would work out. I did so immediately after I signed the papers, telling my sales person the price was $1,000 than our agreed upon price. He said he'd check into it and call me back. I'm still waiting three months later to hear back from him. The next day, I called and spoke to the Used Car Sales Manager. He said it was MY fault that I hadn't told them I was registering the car in Ohio. But I had, I said. I told the sales person a half dozen times that the car would be registered in Ohio, where my trade-in was also registered. The last time I told him that was the morning I went in to pick up the new car. The salesman took my Ohio insurance card and my Ohio license and asked me if the plates were transferring to Ohio. I said yes. All of which I told the Sales Manager, who promised he'd look into it. The end result? The Manager told me there was nothing he could do. He wouldn't even agree to meet me halfway. Two days later, the tire pressure light came on. I took it to my dealership and they told me Reedman-Toll had plugged a nail hole in the right rear tire that was bound to leak once the tire heated up and expanded. Because the plub was so near the sidewall of the tire, I had to buy a new tire. All-in-all, Reedman-Toll was the worst experience I've had in my history of buying cars, which dates back to 1967. Since then, I must have bought a dozen cars -- new and used -- and this is absolutely the worst.
