I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and have had some good experiences and some bad experiences as well - who hasn't. I am very impressed with the way RBM in Alpharetta took care of me from the minute I walked on the lot. David was great to work with and he could not made my car buying experience any better - it was easy as 1,2,3.... highly recommend to buy your next Mercedes at this dealership!

Dan Berry made me feel incredibly comfortable and never felt pressured or like I didn't belong there. He is very personable and truly made me feel like he was on my side throughout the trade in process. Dan really knows his information when it comes to Mercedes! The dealership has top of the line inventory and is fairly priced. I shopped around other dealers but came back to this one because of the positive and comfortable environment RBM of Alpharetta provides. I will continue to do business with them in the future

Dan sells me my new and used cars while Teresa provides flawless service. I have lost count of the number of cars I have purchased from RBM over the past several years, but my family currently drives four Mercedes. Transactions led by Dan Berry at RBM of Atlanta have been so easy, pleasant, and professional, I have literally gone in for service and ended up driving out in a new car. Dan knows the model, color and options I prefer, and is always on the lookout for the perfect car for me. Dan also lets me know when it is the optimal time to trade one of my current cars. I feel as though I have family members looking out for me. I have always felt as though I have gotten nothing but the best deal possible and I trust, value, and respect Dan's advice. Likewise, when it comes to service, Teresa Cox is the best and easily arranges timely and efficient service visits with loaner cars. I wanted to give feedback on my "first" visit to the service department after purchasing a new Metris in April 2016...Let me back up a bit and state that sales experience was what I expected, excellent, from Mr. Cheek, Mr. Hazelwood and Mr. Williams...This was my first visit to service on 11/11/16 where the experience was poor, from the initial drive up lack of greeting to the end paying the bill!...I had received a "free" 12 point complementary inspection for my vehicle so I set up an appointment for the "free" inspection...I also requested an oil and filter change which I stated that I would pay for...Upon arriving (early) I was greeted by somebody with NO RBM identification and all he said was "where are the keys?", NO good morning, NO welcome to RBM, NO name, NO do I have an appointment, just "where are the keys?"...I was never asked my name, just told to go to the waiting room and someone would find me...A few minutes later the service advisor asked for me in the waiting room, No introduction, NO business card, and the information for what was to be done to my Metris was NOT correct...I informed him I was there for the "free" 12 point inspection and an oil and filter change only...(I later found out his name was Mr. Bucatari)...I also stated to Mr. Bucatari that I had some Metris operational questions and needed assistance at the completion of the service call, he said fine and he would have someone to answer my questions...When the van was completed the bill was also in error, charges were added to the bill for items under the "free" inspection, I pointed this out and Mr. Bucartari said he would take care of it, and he did remove the extra charges...Mr. Williams was there at the completion of the service visit and took all the time I needed for my operational questions...Overall not a pleasant first service visit experience...Should anyone from RBM of Alpharetta like further details or my recommendations to fix these issues please contact me at you earliest convenience...The customer number on the invoice is 384776...Mr. Williams knows who I am...

I had never been on the showroom side until recently when I was in the market to replace my ML. I submitted an online inquiry on a couple vehicles and was greeted with an email response later that afternoon. From that moment on, Kyle Edson was amazing to work with. He made the car buying experience unique by explaining subtle differences between models, patiently letting me test drive the vehicles and finally, going through the best purchase/ lease options. We came across some issues after bringing the vehicle home and Kyle continued to provide impeccable service to ensure we were satisfied.

RBM of Alpharetta provided both a pleasant and no pressure experience. I was contacted by Dan Berry after I submitted an online inquiry. Mr. Berry was very professional and assisted me in selecting the vehicle with all the features I wanted. When I requested that the wheels on the vehicle I selected be changed, he worked with the service department to ensure that the wheels would be changed before I arrived since I was traveling from Northeast TN. Additionally, the day arrived I received prompt service. I was in and out within an hour and half. All my paperwork had been previously completed by Mrs. Thompson. I had do was sign. Just bought my first Mercedes Benz a few days ago, and I can only sum up my experience in one word: AMAZING! After the education and test drive I asked Mike to contact me it he took something in on trade that met our criteria. Within 10 days he located the perfect car; 2014 GL550 Designo. So I left.Two days later I brought my car in for service and noticed a new GLE450 being test driven. When I asked about it, the service Tech said "we got that in yesterday."So, my experience is that they do not want the hassle of making the extra effort to let me know they have a car to drive.I am not a fan of this dealership.---- Since posting this review, The GM has replied and invited me back for another try. I want to be fair and with all the positive reviews. I'll stop back in and try them again. I also visited for warranty service on my 550 and the responsiveness and loaner experience were good.

When we decided to buy an Interstate Grand Tour, I was not looking forward to the whole shopping/dealership experience. What a pleasant surprise it was to meet Sheaffer. My husband had been communicating with him via email and phone, and when we finally made it to the dealership to check out the Interstate, Sheaffer was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgable about all of the features and systems of the Airstream. Not only is he extremely competent, but his honesty and politeness are refreshing. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. He is also very responsive to communications, not only before you buy, but after. As I sit here typing this, he is speaking with my husband who had a question about one of the features. It is comforting to know that service is a priority with Sheaffer and the RBM dealership. I can say that this was the very best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. The dealership itself is very pleasant and everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Vadim was a real pleasure to work with. I called initially just to ask a question about a vehicle I had seen on line. He was VERY helpful. When I called back, Vadim was busy so I asked to speak to another salesman. Fabian was equally helpful. I didn't want to waste my time driving up to see the car so I asked about all the flaws. The two of them worked together and detailed every scratch. Vadim even texted me photos!!! I told him that I was coming to see the car and when I arrived, he had it pulled up front and all ready for us to go on a test drive. The car was great, but I am very thorough, so I took it to another local dealer to be checked. They reported minimal "issues" - including dirty air filters. The car fax showed they had been changed by RBM so I was very suspicious. When I got back to RBM and told Vadim, he literally found the service technician who had worked on the car and brought him out to see me. The technician pulled out the filters right in front of me and showed me that they were in fact clean!!! Mmmmh I wonder where the dirt disappeared to that the Toyota dealer found!!........POINT MADE...RBM are true to their word..... I purchased the car. The process was flawless. I believe from conversations with Vadim and the service tech that they only sell decent cars. Others get sent to auction so they don't tarnish their reputation.

I have been a long time Lexus owner and was ready for a new car. I loved my Lexus but was looking for a change. Mercedes was not even on my list to drive, but decided to drive one based on ratings I read online. I was interested in a 2016 end of year vehicle and first drove the GLC 300 at another dealership and liked the car. I saw a pre owned certified car online at RBM of Alpharetta that I liked and drove to see it. The dealership experience was so much better than I purchased from RBM even though it is 25 miles from my house and the other dealership is 2 miles away. Michael and Neil were good at convincing it was not that far and let me know that the service department will provide loaners if needed. I ended up purchasing a new car and look forward to loving my Mercedes.Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend visiting RBM of Alpharetta even if it is a long drive!

It was time for me to turn in my lease and I had a little over three weeks left to make a decision. I had been working with another dealer and just couldn't close the deal. It was either the right car at the wrong price or the right price and the wrong car! I decided to check the other dealerships in the area and came across RBM of Alpharetta online. I saw an exquisite E350 listed in their inventory with a price that seemed too good to be true. I just had to see it in person. I hesitated because Alpharetta was so far away. After speaking with Andy Sayers, I made an appointment to see and drive the car. Andy informed me he was going to be out and told me that Vadim Russu would take care of me. His last words to me were "you're going to buy that car because it is a beauty." Well, Andy was right! The experience was incredible - who knew that buying a car could be this easy? This was our second experience buying a Mercedes and first time at RBM of Alpharetta. To say the least, our first experience with a different Mercedes dealership in west Texas was stressful, confusing, and disappointing. As our family is growing and our desire to upgrade my wife's car was becoming a more common topic at the house, I was extremely hesitant of going back to any Mercedes dealership. However, being new to Atlanta coupled with a lot of pep talks from the wife we decided to try another Mercedes dealership for a test drive and feel if the experience would be the same. I'm glad we did! Going to RBM of Alpharetta was a great choice for us from the very start. From the receptionist welcoming us to being introduced to Warren Phillips, our sales associate we felt like a valued customer that was shopping for a specific brand for a reason and not just a number to an accounting schedule. The night before our purchase, I requested information and by the time I got up the next morning I already had a voicemail from Andy S and he also sent me information about the car I was interested in. Due to us being about 3 hours away, I called ahead of time and Andy was able to hold the car for me until we got there. We ran into some very bad traffic and arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before closing. Andy greeted us and did not make us feel rushed despite the late arrival. He had the car ready and parked up front and took us on a test drive immediately. While we were trying to get the price within our budget, several employees engaged us and offered us drinks and refreshments. The sales manager introduced himself and was active in the buying process. We have purchased vehicles from BMW, Hummer, and Cadillac and never had such a smooth and pleasant experience. Even though Andy was scheduled to be at the dealership early the next morning he did not rush the process and was very diligent in showing my wife all of the vehicle features and filled the tank up for our drive home. The dealership gave us umbrellas to take with us as a storm was approaching and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Andy continued to express appreciation for our business days after the purchase and even checked in with us a week or so later as well. Due to internal issues at our company the deal was about 30 days old by the time RBM received their check. Order my GLC 300 4 magic due to options I wanted, Michael Pietrzak checked production schedule and it would not be built until December, Mike checked the schedule and found other cars dealers that already had scheduled with earlier production dates, Mike and the RBM staff negotiated a dealer trade which put their scheduled car onto me, Mike worked on this project for over a week and he came through. I will say if you are buying a new or used car RBM is the place to go, modern and up to date dealership with great people, it makes buying a Mercedes an exciting experience.

The entire process was quick and painless from beginning to end. I had no intention of buying a car that day, just came in to look. Derrick and the team there made everything so easy, getting the car was a no brainer. It has all the features I wanted and then some. Normally I think of first class as a pretty normal declarative phrase. No, really, how often do you hear that service was first class; the guy is first class; classy, classy, classy. But what impresses us the most is forthright human interaction. Honesty beyond doubt as noted in the voice, the eyes, the knowledge, the results. Enter Vadim Russo. My wife, Mary, and I were delighted with this man, his knowledge, his patience (our first Mercedes Benz) his personality (hes so understated hes perfect for his job, and Ive casted theatrical projects), his interest in us (he was delighted that our grandson was born during the sales process, and followed up on our wonderful news). Now once Mary and I decided on the C250, a 2013, Vadim and I got to an eye-to-eye understanding quickly . . . over the phone, messaging, and of course in person. The rest was easy. Neil Turry as I understand it was behind the scenes and I knew the first requests were answered and accommodated very fairly. Lisa Brennan was a joy to work with and made our financing structure very easy. Finally, Dian Evans patiently delivered our car as if she were delivering another baby to us; but this time our baby and not another grandchild. It was a pre-owned C 250. After almost two decades of driving a fabulous ML I thought it was time for a change! It was had to do because the ML still looked great, had low mileage and drove just fine. We had been curious for some time about Costco's auto buying program for its members and decided to give it a look. Surely this could not apply to a high-end vehicle such as Mercedes! However, we decided to fill out the online form and give it a try. Literally less than 5 minutes after submitting the form (it was on a Sunday afternoon) we received a personal email from Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta inviting us to come in for a visit so he could explain how the Costco program could save us money. We made an appointment for the next day. Kyle greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were surprised to learn that the prices we were quoted were several thousand dollars less than we had expected. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted on the vehicles and he worked hard to find cars that matched our desires. I decided to wait for the 2017s to come in (about 2 weeks) and he spent the time researching new vehicles being sent to other dealers to find one like I wanted. He was successful and it was diverted from its original destination to RBM with no additional charge to me. During this time we decided to bite the bullet and get two (!!!) new Mercedes so he went through the same process with my wife. They did have a new 2016 SUV on the lot which she immediately fell in love with. We had decided to finance through our bank rather than the dealership for a better rate, but RBM's finance department researched several banks and made it possible for us to do it there for a "one-stop shopping experience."The bottom line is that we drove off with a two new Mercedes (a 2016 GLA and a 2017 GLC) and it was a pleasant experience for everyone. A final surprise: when we were getting the instructions on the new cars, the sales manager appeared out of nowhere to tell us how much they appreciated us putting our faith in RBM of Alpharetta. Now if we can only get another 16 years out of these cars.

When we decided to get the second car for our family, I went to Audi, BMW, Lexus and Mercedes to test the cars in the same class. Dealing with Vadim made my decision much easier, as he truly treated me as family or a friend. I didn't experience anything close with other guys. Most dealers will be nice to you until they get you to buy something, but once you start having questions and your purchase takes longer then they expected it all falls into peaces. Not with RBM. Vadim, really did go above and beyond on his job. I have test drove three different cars, on three different occasions and even took the car home over night. He was nothing buy helpful to the max. Answered all the questions and was very familiar with these vehicles. He even drove me home one day on his own time when I didn't have a ride. He didn't want me to get UBER. When I wanted to test drive a car with specific color/trim options that they didn't have on the lot at the time, he offered to let me drive his own car, as it had the options I was looking for. Who does that?! I mean, really impressed and will come back here for my next Benz for sure. Even after the purchase he stayed in contact with me to make sure everything is at 100%. Couldn't recommend him and RBM more.

George Timmes, the salesmen was very kind and helpful. Everything was great until the finance department tried to tell me that they wouldn't take my check when they took my check the prior week. I don't know what they were insinuating and came off rude. I still don't understand why they would say such a thing when my check from the week prior went through and they didn't seem to have a problem taking my money then (a $1,000 non-refundable check). DIdn't sit right with me. A part from that everything else was great. The sales staff and the service team were very helpful.

On our first visit to RBM of Alpharetta, we knew we wanted to purchase a Mercedes, did not know which one.Ron came out to greet us before we entered the showroom. He went with us to determine which Model works the best for us. Even though it was 95 degrees and humid, he was in no hurry to rush us back inside. Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable about the features of the various Models.We hope Ron is still at RBM of Alpharetta when it is time for us to Purchase again.We never had a Red Carpet delivery. That was nice.
