Followed Rayco cars on line for a year. Finally pulled the trigger and drove up there from Bath Pa. Went to look at a classic Dodge Super Bee. Drove home with a cream puff C6 Corvette. Mike Lynch ... Friendly no pressure easy Goin kind of guy ! Lots of good quality cars,Kinda like a pet store, ya wanna take em all home ! And yes the Wife approved of what ever I brought home. I purchased a 2008 M/B CLK-350 coupe in September. First I drove by to see the vehicle, then came back during the week, late afternoon. I was able to test drive the car, learn about its history, reviewed the options available, and matched all of the points listed in the free car fax -- which is very helpful when traveling 90 miles each way to see a vehicle. Salesman, Mike, was great to work with - very accommodating, George -- appraiser was fair on my 2001 M/B SLK320 trade-in, and Martina -- who handled finances was very detailed. She even called my Insurance Company to transfer insurance in advance of my picking up the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for that special import or high-end car. My only disappointment is that I live too far away to take advantage of the Service. Based on my early days working on cars at a large auto-center, I saw the shop to be clean with excellent results all around. I am adding this dealership to my routine "favorite" browser. The staff at Rayco was utterly professional. The service manager Jesse and the team at Rayco were able to diagnose and solve an issue on my RS6 that the factory dealer couldn't get done. My car was in and out much faster than the dealership estimate and is purring like a kitten again.. I fully recommend that if you have a performance machine that needs attention to detail, and only the finest work, go to Rayco and no one else!

If your looking for a dealership that has a wide variety of exotic and exceptional cars you should consider this dealership. Compared to other dealers they had the lowest mileage and best condition cars I have seen. Trade in values were very fair and the entire experience was extremely painless. Nice people, smooth operations, and quality if not exceptional cars to consider. I would recommend them and will likely use them again in the future.

I was looking for a BMW Z4 , 2006 , 07 ,08 hatchback . Rayco had one of only 1354 produced and with only 11,470 miles one owner. The web site is very easy , set up alpabet , great pic's , easy read. I contacted thru their web site and Mike Lynch was back to me in short order , zero pressure , knowledge of the car I was interested in and easy to speak with over the few days prior to my hold and purchase. Their cars are clean and well represented . The Austin on the floor was hard to pass on , but the BMW was my target. Would I buy again from Rayco , yep.Fred Vassau , Denver

Had a very good experience at Rayco practically from the start Martina in finance I feel did everything in her power to get me into to a car a i wanted. And I am very satisfied with my purchase! They did not even want me to take the vehicle until it was thoroughly checked and detailed and having spent my whole life in the automotive business I feel the whole hole staff was strait forward and to the point with the whole process, and that is what I look for in anyone that I deal with! Fast, Fair and Pleasant. After driving 4 hours to finalize the purchase of a 20 year old Porsche, I found the vehicle description provided in advance by our sales person to be accurate and fair. He was also quite knowledgeable and when challenged by any technical questions or issues there was staff available to make a quick analysis and solve the problem. I would recommend this company and in particular our sales person to anyone for the purchase of a high line vehicle.

Car fairly priced and some very good employees. But some management actions promised after delivery took months and others never fulfilled, including return phone calls. Basically told to spend my time and funds to fulfill some of their promises. Not the end of the world, but lack of results was frustrating and will no, in good conscience, recommend to others.

I recently purchased a 2008 BMW 7-Series that (unfortunately) turned out to have some pretty significant issues. Had the car into the Rayco service department several times during the first few months, to correct some "minor" issues (engine oil leaks, worn u-joint, etc). Things got worse, and it turned out that the engine needed a complete valve seal replacement - a known/common issue with this particular motor - but typically several thousand $$$ worth of repairs. Rayco was very professional about honoring their warranty commitment, and facilitated all of the repairs at no cost to me. Although the job took a few weeks, the Rayco service folks worked through an extremely tough job, and got my car back to me in perfect condition. Special thanks to their Service Manager, Dan, who was always very courteous and professional, and kept me informed throughout the whole job. Also thanks to the service technicians....this was no easy task, and I know they put a ton of time and effort into the repairs. Thanks guys!

My wife has been looking for a Smart car and has always pointed one out when driving in town. I got on the internet and was looking at Shelby 500's when a Smart car popped up on the site with the mustang. I told my wife here is your car and she wanted to go see it right now. We stopped at Rayco and my wife took it for a test drive and that was it, she had to have it. We were told the car had only been on their web site for 30 minutes!

I stopped in at a Pep Boys just east of Harrisburg and came out to find a man and his wife admiring my Lotus, so we talked sports cars for a bit. He was driving a Porsche that he said he had purchased from Rayco (having bought several cars from before). He recommended them highly, and since I am often in the Scranton/W-B area, I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon a few weeks later, just before closing time. I was impressed at the variety of very nice cars, most with low mileage, and at what seemed like very reasonable prices. I ended up speaking with Mike, the principal owner, and asked if he ever got Maseratis, since I didn't see any on the lot. It turned out I was looking in the wrong place -- he had two. Even though by then it was well past closing time, Mike took me out on a test drive of a very pretty 2006 Quattroporte. He drove it first to demonostrate and explain the F1 Duoselect transmission, then let me drive it pretty hard, up and down some windy roads. Long story short, I ended up owning it a few days later. Martina, Mike's wife, handled all the paperwork & payment details, and could not have been nicer.After I had the car a few days, I couple of minor issues cropped up (rear cup holder clip and trunk latch), so I took it back in to have them addressed. The service guys were extremely helpful and got my problems sorted expeditiously, and at "no charge, of course".This is a very special car dealership, given their inventory, pricing, and personal service, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

It was our good fortune that Dave was working that day and approached us and started the ball rolling. Dave was very knowledgeable and professional without being the least bit pushy, he gave us the information we needed and let us make the decision that was right for us. I drove down to look at 2 of the corvettes they had in stock. After walking around the lot for 5-10 minutes no one came out. I thought they would have plenty of staff to help at 3pm on a Wednesday. I left. I'll give my business to someone who takes the time to acknowledge me. I wouldn't have bothered to write this review, except that my friend had a similar experience last year. He actually had to walk in and look for a salesman. I guess they are too focused on online sales to deal with walk-in business.

My husband and I took a trip down to Rayco and left with a beautiful car and a very pleasant experience. We traded in an antique vehicle and were offered a fair trade price. Mike, the owner, took a great deal of time making sure we were well informed about the car we were purchasing. Our experience at Rayco was not only a very good one but I intend to see them the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. To my surprise Mike called us the day after we purchased the car to see if we were pleased with it.....unheard of. They are very reputable and obviously care if Customers are satisfied .

I drove 531 miles to the dealership with a cashier's check and a car trailer to purchase and pickup a 1965 Austin Healey that was described in their ad in Hemmings and on their website as "fully restored" and "flawless inside and out". The car was anything but. The paint was gouged, the driver's door sagged to the point where it partially covered the rocker panel and the "total restoration" was nothing more than a paint job without even benefiting from the removal of simple trim items such as the door sills. Additionally, the passenger side door glass was badly chipped along the top edge. Needless to say, I drove the 531 mile return trip with an empty trailer. I have asked Rayco Eurospec to change the wording of their ad to accurately represent what this car is and to reimburse me for the expenses I incurred because I relied on their misrepresentations of it. I have not gotten a response. Stay away from this dealership and never, ever, buy a car from them sight unseen. They are liars.

Justin and Martina made buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee as simple and painless as I have ever experienced. I looked at the vehicle on a Sunday when they were closed and we did everything else over the phone. We arrived the following Saturday at 2pm and after a short test drive with Justin, who knew the vehicle from top to bottom, Martina had the paperwork ready for us to sign and we were back on the road at 3:15pm. Rayco is an excellent place to buy a used vehicle. My son was looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and the one listed by Rayco looked brand new. I drove by and saw the vehicle on a Sunday, when they were closed, and was very impressed with the overall appearance of the vehicle. I called and spoke with Justin who said it was in perfect shape. We were able to do the entire deal thanks to Justin and Martina. They made the entire process so easy I was amazed. I made a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle and when we arrived the following Saturday at 2pm, we drove the vehicle, and when we got back to the lot Martina had all of the paperwork ready for us to sign. Justin attached the temporary plates and we were on the road at 3:15pm. Professional, friendly and fast. Truly a first-class place to buy a used vehicle.

Justin K. was very nice and knew his cars. I told him what I was interested in and he suggested the cars that I might want to look at. There was no high pressure sales pitch and told me that his background was in the service department. I put a $200.00 deposit for the BMW convertible that I wanted to buy that day. I called him to say that I wanted to pick up the car on Monday (this was Thursday) and the car was ready and very nicely detailed that day. The owner of the Rayco Eurospec Motorcars was very polite and explained all the paperwork that I had to sign. I would recommend Rayco Eurospec Motors very highly. The only complaint that I have is that the owner did not fill the tank with gas when I suggested that she do that. Took my car to this dealership for changing bearing on a front wheel as I needed the repair done soon. Gave me a decent price that was a hundred dollars cheaper than the car dealership. Left the car in the morning. Received call later indicating that the bearing has siezed to the axle and had demanded more money to replace the axle. I got suspicious and asked him to pack up and took the car to another shop in the same area who was almost half his price. The new shop replaced the bearing without a problem. Either his mechanics dont know what they are doing or he is overcharging. Will never use his services again.

Overall the process was very smooth. This was an out of state purchase so I had to rely on the dealership's accurate and honest description of the car. The car arrived as described. The only glitch in the process was handled quickly and amicably and to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Rayco Eurospec Motor Cars offers pristine and desirable vehicles, both foreign and domestic. The inventory is remarkable, with plenty of special vehicles to consider. I found a "one-of-a-kind" pristine condition 2007 Mazda Miata Grand Touring on their lot, and I knew it was what I wanted on first encounter. Great exterior and interior that hit all the right buttons. (Highland Green with buckskin leather interior and a retractable hardtop.) The car has been a source of pride and pleasure for the past 11 months. And I love to drive! The sales person, Paul was a consummate professional. The finance manager, Martina, made the numbers work. The purchase experience was very satisfying. I know I got the right car at the right price from the right place. While I can't imagine ever parting with my Miata, I can imagine buying another car from Rayco. I'm certain another "right car" will show up on their lot. And I'll know when I see it...

I bought a Porsche 944 turbo from Rayco in Feb of '09 after I got back from Afghanistan, so I've had a couple years of experience with Rayco and my experience has been wholly positive. They were very accomodating on some changes I needed made to the car before accepting delivery, and they performed some expensive maintenance on the car and went out of their way to accomodate my schedule and needs. I purchased a used 2005 Cayenne from another dealer (Rayco didn't have any in stock), but since purchase Rayco has done all the service and maintenance on it as well. They've performed non-routine maintenance to my specification, using aftermarket parts that I provided.I take all my cars to Rayco Euro in Kingston, including a beat-up old Volvo 850 and my wife's Mazda3. There are those who claim bad experiences, but they've always treated me like family and they've been in business for decades, so they must be doing something right. Rayco will be my first stop in the not too-distant future when I'm ready to buy again.

My wife and I have been bringing our BMW X-5 here for years. Always great service and if there was ever any problems they were more than happy to correct. Customer service is great and always willing to help. My daughter drives the X-5 and it was getting up there in miles (147k miles and 2004) when I had a problem with the fan staying on even when I turned the car off. I called on a Saturday when service was closed but Martina said she would give Charlie (service manager) a call and see if there was some type of quick fix. She called me back and told me what the issue probably was and to drop the car off. While onsite I noticed they had a nice looking Black BMW X-3. I asked them to work up a price if I traded the X-5 in on the X-3. They worked up an attractive offer and my daughter now has a nice slightly used BMW X-3. It was a Saturday and they stayed past business hours to make sure I was taken care of and could take the car home that day. Great experience and would buy another car from them!

I would not recommend going here...WAY OVERPRICED...very unfriendly and bad customer service. I was willing to give them some good business, but it was like it didn't even matter to them. I had scheduled an appointment to get my car detailed 4 days in advance, but apparently there was a "misunderstanding." After being told to drop my vehicle off the night before and place the keys in the key drop; Rayco didn't know what to do. Literally. I received a call a few hours before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle asking me, "what do you want us to do?" Rayco (one of their salesmen) at first thought that the keys to my vehicle were to one of there cars. I couldn't believe it. I had an appointment to get my vehicle detailed and Rayco never even had it scheduled, after telling me drop my vehicle off the night before. They then said that I would have to wait another day so that they could start and finish my detailing. I had my appointment scheduled on that day for a reason...not on a different day because you guys screwed up. If you want problems and a bad experience...go to RAYCO!

Rayco sold me a vehicle with an existing tailight problem. After a passer by noticed my rear left lights were out I took it to Rayco for my yearly inspection, told them the problem and they said they would fix it at no charge. One year later when I took my vehicle to Rayco for its yearly inspection the service person alerted me to the fact that my rear left tailights were out and needed to be fixed. I reminded him that this was an existing problem prior to me purchasing the vehicle and it was supposed to be fixed a year ago. The service person said he was unaware of this issue however he agreed to fix it at no charge. One month later I was again warned by my brother who was standing behind my vehicle as I was backing out of my driveway that my left tailights were out. I also had an issue with my power steering that I took to be fixed while I had my second inspection being done. The power steering problem was fixed properly however 6 weeks later my brakes totally failed. I had my car towed to a local repair shop and the mechanic with over 40 years of experience said that power steering fluid was placed in the brake line which caused the brakes to go bad. Coincidence? I alerted Rayco to my car's new problem and the findings of the local mechanic and questioned him how my vehicle passed inspection with the tailight and brake problem. The Rayco service person claimed his mechanic has over 18 years of experience and that this would not happen in their faciltiy. He offered to fix the problem at a ball park rate which was higher than 2 other estimates I received to fix the brake problem. Rayco did offer to fix my vehicle again but at this point I lost 100% faith in their company. In addition when I purchased the vehicle one of the perks for buying a vehicle from Rayco was that they offered free lifetime PA state inspections as long as I owned my vehicle. I didn't notice at the time however when I recently looked at my last billing statement Rayco charged me for the state inspection. I have also had to replace all 4 tires that were on the vehicle when I purchased it and had only put 10,000 miles on the exisiting tires before they had to be replaced. So far besides my normal monthly car payments I have spent over 3,000 dollars repairing a 3 year old vehicle with 28,000 miles on it at purchase time that was "Bosch" certified. I've only put 13,000 miles on it in 2 years and all this occurred during this period. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I purchased a 2002 Thunderbird from Rayco Motors in August 2008 ( 7 months ago). The car had 18,250 miles on it when bought. It now has about 21,000 miles. Last month, the battery died and this month I took it in to our mechanics and the rotors are shot, the brakes are bad, the pads are almost gone and it is leaking brake fluid. When I called the dealership the sales manager about the problem he would get back to me. The service manager called me and said that there is nothing they will do about it. I am STRONGLY recommending to anyone purchasing a used car that they never use this dealership! Although my salesperson was nice their service department destroys their customer service!
