We stopped in on a Saturday to test drive a Kia Sportage. Ryan Stevenson was lucky enough to get us for the day. I was very upfront that I didn't plan to buy that day, the plan was just to shop. Test drove the Sportage and it was okay. We talked to Ryan about the Sorento and took one for a drive. We really liked this car. Since Ray Skillman is connected to all the other RS dealerships over that way, Ryan was able to have us test drive a Mazda too. I had checked every small SUV off my list. The Sorento really stuck out. Ryan was great, no pressure, but he wanted to make sure we had all the info. Chad, the Sales Manager, asked what it would take to get us in the car. He knew we didn't plan to buy that day. He was just curious. They did manage to make it work for us. The whole experience was great. I did eat a number of cookies while we went through the process. We had not bought a car in years and were nervous to actually make that commitment. We love our Sorento. When we are shopping next, we will start here.

Car options have changed significantly in the past nine years and they patiently went over all of the options with me to make sure that I picked the right car for me. ERIC at Mazda was the most professional and helpful person I have dealt with in buying my car I had a Mazda through a Tom roush budget lot who sold me a car that might have been a flood rebuilt and had a lot of problems and needed repairs only after owning it for 4 months, ERIC was able to get me out of the car and into a brand new 2016 car which I thought was near impossible but he did everything he could for me and I left the same day with a new car and peace of mind, he was battling a stiff neck and still was able to provide me with great customer service and I'm gender specific on paper but he was so kind as to refer to me as the gender I portrayed and identify as, we'll done sir, my experience because of you has been beyond what words can express, thank you for giving me your best!

For years now I have been going out of the city of Indianapolis and to smaller cities to get the kind of service I expect. The Indianapolis dealers did not care if they had my business or not, and always gave very low trade in values and were not willing to work with me and come down on prices on their new vehicles. They also always tried to pressure me into spending much more then I was able to afford. I recently moved to the near northwest side and thought I would try the Ray Skillman Auto Mall to see if maybe I could find a good dealership in the Indy area. And I was very pleased to find out that they were exactly what I would expect for a dealership to be. George Lewis was the dealer I worked with, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me in a good new car within my budget. He never pressured me to spend more then I could and was very upfront with me, which I really appreciated. In addition, after purchasing the vehicle I ran over something sharp and punctured my tire. I was in a hurry so I could get to work that morning and George was very helpful in helping me get it taken care of. To me that is going above and beyond service! In addition, Ray Skillman gave me more then Kelly Blue book value for my trade in and made sure I had the best pricing to get me into the new car I liked. They are a top notch Dealership in my opinion and will always have my business.

Jake was welcoming as soon as we pulled into the lot. He seen to our needs without being overly zealous. The lot did not have exactly what we were hoping to find (a specific package and color manual model) but he laid out our options and made sure we were comfortable before, after and during the process. For this buyer who easily gets buyers remorse even after a furniture purchase, both Jake and Chris set my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my new purchase. Jake was also great at showing us what the car could do and made me feel like my choices were always the right ones. No high pressure gimmicks and he listed to everything I had to say intently. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited two months ago at Ray Skillman Hyundai. I thought I would share my impressions of the car and dealer. Buying a car is rated as a stressful event for most people. I had a very positive buying experience with Ray Skillman Hyundai. I met several sales staff, the sales manager and service manager all of whom were friendly. I am a thoughtful buyer who wants to do my research and would never make an impulse purchase on an investment of this size. When appraising my vehicle, I was given printouts from several resources and an explanation of how the trade-in price was decided. I left the dealership to do my own research and in fact visited two more times before making a buying decision. The appraisal price was fair and I never felt pressured to close the deal nor given tactics like this price is today only. As with all dealerships there were lots of add-ons offered like extended warranties, sealants, etc. They accepted my decisions without high pressure. My experience says you will be treated fairly at Ray Skillman. This is the best car Ive owned since I started driving in 1968 but a statement like that makes no sense without considering the needs and values of the driver. While I have driven vehicles made by all of the major manufacturers, I have only driven SUVs as my personal car for the last 20 years. Historically, getting a vehicle with performance and handling characteristics typical of a sport sedan while maintaining the ability to carry people and things always involved a trade-off, no storage or handling more like a truck. My last car, a 2011 Acura MDX, had performance and handling characteristics like a sports car but could carry family, bicycles, etc. I purchased the Hyundai because of high levels of owner satisfaction, professional reviews, specifications like horse power and legroom equal to or superior to my Acura at almost 10,000 less dollars. The tech options like the touch information display for the GPS and entertainment center rated among the best in class and were a huge improvement over my previous car. After having driven the car daily for two months, I made the right decision. The acceleration and handling are great. I can effortlessly blow past a slowpoke on a two-lane road. In a sharp turn with speed fast enough to cause some slight squealing of the tires, there is little or no body lean. There are programed options for suspension and steering that can be changed to suit the needs of the driver. Fit, finish and build and comfort quality are outstanding. The electronic tech toys like blind spot indicator, automatic lift tailgate and full panoramic sunroof with sliding shade are more in line with what I saw on a higher end Mercedes. Only a lane change warning indicator was missing. Ive been getting between 17 and 18 miles per gallon but consider this is an almost 300 hp motor and I only believe in two speeds, stop and fast. I will never drive an econobox no matter how much gas mileage it gets. If your needs are similar to mine including high-performance, cutting-edge electronics with the space to fit your bicycle and the family Christmas tree in the rear, I see no reason you will be dissatisfied with this purchase at this dealership.

Our salesperson, Barry Morris was fantastic! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He worked with us for over a week to get the car we wanted and to make sure it was in our budget. Barry allowed us to take the same model car home and keep it for a few days while they acquired the car we wanted from out of state. Barry answered all of questions and took the extra time to demonstrate many of the special options on our CX-9. This is the 3rd car that we have bought from Barry. He is very honest and transparent when discussing the various Mazda models. We have owned a CX-7 that we loved, 2 Mazda 3 's, and now a CX-9. The general manager, Vince was very helpful and made sure that our deal worked out. He agreed to get the car we wanted from another dealer one state away. Chris Muhney reworked things to make sure that we had a warranty that matched our lease and that stayed in our budget. My wife and I were treated great, and we left with an awesome feeling about the car we got and the monthly payment. We would highly recommend Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall and the 3 people that I have just mentioned.

I am very pleased! I went to Ray Skillman Automall at the suggestion of a relative who purchased her automobile there a few years ago. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly saleman (Eric). She remembered the name of her salesman and requested his assistance, expressing apologies to Eric who assured us that it was customary for the original associate to assist a returning customer. While waiting for him, I had a chance to view the selections on the lot, and soon found a car in which I was interested. George Lewis was very friendly and kind. He did his homework and "remembered" a few details of my relative's purchase from a few years before. He was not pushy and patiently allowed me to look more closely at the car I was interested in, offering a test drive. Soon afterwards, I was preparing to purchase the car! Dave Canary was equally kind and patient with assisting with financing I could live with. I have no regrets. Unknown to this dealership, I had just come from another location frustrated with lackadaisical service, and I was gun-shy about trying again - I probably would not have gone to Skillman's had the relative I alluded to above not suggested it. What's more, by chance I parked next to a co-worker a few days later who was driving a loaner from Skillman's while her car was being worked on. She noted an equal level of satisfaction and service that confirmed my plan for future car purchases at Skillmans. I have also recommended them to others I know are looking to purchase a vehicle this year! Thanks again for making my car buying experience pleasant and positive.

I recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Ray Skillman. The only way to describe the experience is excellence at its best! My sales consultant was Dorian Smith. Dorian kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. He took time to listen to my expectations and then offered me options that would meet my stated objectives. Throughout the process, I felt that he had my best interest in mind and that the process was all about me and my need. I did not, at any time, feel pressured. We bought cars from Ray Skillman twice.. the second time we bought a "Certified" pre-owned Mazda5. However, it turns out they didn't actually Certify it completely. Now, less than 12,000 miles and less than 1 year into owning it, over a thousand dollars in repairs and items on the certification list were totally missed (i.e. matching tires... pretty elementary stuff). Also Our salesman told us first 12 years 12k miles was bumper to bumper-- apparently that was a lie though, we now find out. Worse, they won't do anything to make it right.

My experience in purchasing a new car was leaps and bounds better than my last experience with another Mitsubishi Dealership that I won't waste time mentioning. First let's start with they lost my paper when I was buying my car (yes paper that have social security number on them) .. Then they had no clue I was coming when I was to pick up my car.. I have admit the sales guys was pretty nice but seriously.. First oil change goes ok besides the fact don't ever get there hand car wash it more like they spray water on ur car and wipe it down hint there is mikes car wash around the corner. This time my fog light hash become disconnected and they r trying to say oh someone kicked it in or u hit something. Let's point the fog light is fully intact lens don't and scratches I think in either case there would scratches on lens.. Never to return to this company as whole again

I live on the south side of Indy. I visited Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall after doing a weeks worth of research. They had a vehicle I wanted to look at. I was greeted by George, who treated me like a customer and not a sale. He made sure he addressed me by name and even included my mother in the conversation. Unfortunately, the vehicle I wanted was not available but George pointed me in the direction of the same make and model, a year older than what I wanted but with less mileage than my original "want". He pointed out all the benefits of this vehicle. Between George and Jake, I was able to drive off the lot with a vehicle that in two days, I am TOTALLY in love with because it drives wonderfully and I can cart my family around. While we waited, George let us sit in a reception area instead of at his desk. I observed other employees walking through the building and if they saw me looking at them, they acknowledged me. Most places see that you have been taken care of already and treat you as part of the furniture. Everyone at least grinned and seemed to like their job. George (and Jake) will never know how happy they made me, but I will and have definitely let my friends and family know that they definitely need to go to RSWAM if they are in need of a vehicle. RSWAM has a repeat customer in me! PS The snickerdoodles were great too!

We've bought two cars at Ray Skillman Mazda West. Each time when we got to the finance office the price abruptly changed. Not for the better. Suddenly there were dealer installed options that we had not asked for or talked about and the price was a $1,000 higher. Suddenly we needed to get an extended warranty because there were problems with Mazda engines that happened right after the warranty ran out. Etc. The sales guys seem nice and they know their product. If you are going to buy there, however, make sure you look twice at the price before you sign anything. If it's different, demand that it be changed. Evidently some people don't want to make a fuss and will let them get away with this. Don't be a sucker. Demand the price they agreed to. It does make you wonder about their service.

My wife and I went to the west side to consider buying a new vehicle from Ray Skillman. We started at the Mazda dealer and began to work with salesperson Drew Farrand. We then went across the street with the same sales person, to the Kia dealer. After some deliberation, and light pressure from the sales manager, we decided to take a Kia Sorrento home to test drive for a couple of days. We really liked the comfort and style and the rebates offered, so we decided to see about buying the vehicle. We spoke again with the salesman and made it perfectly clear that we were not going to finance more than a certain amount and told him where our payments needed to be. They had already evaluated our trade-in so he took all of this information to the sales manager, Chad Anderson. They came back with a document that showed a price that was below the amount we were talking about before taxes were figured in. I thought something was a little too good to be true because it really seemed like they overvalued our trade-in, but we figured that it was the end of the month, they wanted to move the 2013 inventory and every dealer is talking about how they cant find good used cars. We decided to proceed, we already had outside financing approved, however we wanted to see if they could get us a better rate/terms, so he took it to the information to the finance manager Cory Reber. By this time we had already been at the dealership for almost 2 hours. Also keep in mind that we requested to sit directly with the finance manager several times as we waited for another hour and a half while he tried to get better financing. Finally we are in his office finalizing the paperwork and while going over the extended warranty details we happen to notice some numbers at the top that did not jive with what we had agreed upon in the showroom, and if we didnt pay attention they would have had us financing $11,000 more than what we agreed upon. When we told Cory of our previous statements to the salesman (Drew) of the amount we would finance and where our payments should be his response was it was the first I have heard of it. As it turns out the price we agreed upon in the showroom didnt include the payoff of our other loan and in turn they had UNDERVALUED our trade in. We mentioned that this insanity would have never occurred if they had gone over the details with us first and allowed us to speak with the finance manager (Cory) when we asked the first time! His answer of course was thats not their procedure. In essence, even after the rebates Kia was offering we would have been paying MORE than the sticker price for this vehicle. Not only did they waste our day they also put heavy inquirys on our credit that could have an effect in the future. Thanks a lot guys real classy of you! The sad part is that if the sales people would have been up front with us we would have returned to the Mazda dealership to consider the Cx5 we originally considered. While I would agree that we should have caught this trick earlier, the fact that they even attempted to pull one over on us was enough to make sure I will never return to any Ray Skillman West dealership.

My entire buying process took a couple of weeks. I went in and test drove some vehicles. The sales person was excellent and definitely not pushy (Barry Morris). A couple of weeks later, I ended up finding a good deal online and called Ray Skillman to see what they could do about it. I talked to the sales manager and he quoted me a better price than what was advertised on Ray Skillman's website. During my few conversations with him, I asked multiple times about extra fees, which he described to me. He was easy to work with, and I really didn't feel much pressure. After some negotiation, I decided to buy the vehicle. When that time came, there were other fees on there that had not been described to me before (VIN etching, Ziebart protection). It was easy enough to get them removed (just ask!), but I was a little disappointed they were on there in the first place. Just make sure to ask the right questions and you should be good to go. Overall, I'm happy with the overall experience. I'd definitely recommend Barry Morris as a sales person to anyone.

Definitely do not recommend Mazda West. Thought we were close to the monthly payment we wanted until we got to the finance office. We thought we were going to compromise a little and hope that their "Black Friday" deals were going to get us to the payments we were wanting. Needless to say when the numbers were put together we were no where close to what we thought we were going to be. This was disappointing as my family has done a lot of business with Ray Skillman at other locations. This was the last time we stop in at a Skillman dealership and will not refer them to my family, friends, or acquaintances. Very disappointed that we wasted so much time with this place...

I had never had the opportunity to by a new car so the whole experience was new to me. Nick Bradshaw was totally awesome! He had vast knowledge of the different models of Soul available, the little differences and he was so understanding. I was really worried about finance but he and Jared never let me get down - even sharing personal experiences. After the loan was approved and all the papaers signed the dealership was closed. Rather then push us out (after all the papers were signed) he stayed and showed me how to use the many options and made sure they worked! I would recommend Nick to ANYONE who is interested in buying a Kia. I am a confirmed for life customer.

while one understands that buying a used vehicle is somewhat of a 50/50 crapshoot, one sort of thinks that buying one from a reputable car dealer would take some guessing out of the game. I have now spent over$1000 in repairs since buying my vehicle in July and have put only around 2000 miles on it cause it's been in the shop more then driving it. at least they knew to have me buy a used car warrenty that has covered some of the costs.

We went and bought a used ford escape. Then we went later to a new place to get another car. So we called and they are not giving her any credit. When we bought the car they said they would build their credit up. We will never go their again, and neither will our friends or family!

I wanted to write sooner, but I'm glad to finally make the time to comment on the professionalism and courtesy I encountered at the Ray Skillman Auto Mall in February of this year. I had a nearly decade old Saturn that was finally breaking down, and after looking at several vehicles, I elected the brand new Hyundai Veloster. Austin Burns and the team at Hyundai made the buying process ridiculously easy, even letting me take the car home for three days while the trade-in on my Saturn was being finalized. The buying experience was smooth, efficient, and by far the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I couldn't imagine buying a car anywhere else from now on. Highly recommended. (Also, The Veloster is a great car.)

I'm not the type to write reviews but I have to share my experience with others who have dealt with the nightmares of car shopping. I was greeted by the gentleman who ended up selling me my Hyundai Sonata, Nate Olson. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable about all the different brands they offered. I let him know I needed to lower my payment but I still wanted a nice vehicle. He let me know that he would work his hardest to help me out and actually did. Because there were a lot of options, it took a while, but he took the time to show and explain everything to me. The management staff were great too, offering me drinks and cookies...Jim, Jeff and Troy( I believe was everyones name) made me really feel like they were happy to have me there. Cory, the guy who did my contract had the same attitude and took the time to explain all the options to me. I couldn't take the car home right then so they actually delivered it to me at my house that night! A big thank you to everyone I dealt with! Will definitely shop here again

hats off to Andrew Gregoire and John Phillips. While originally looking for an older jeep and thinking I had found one at Skillman Kia, my hopes were dashed but also pleased that the vehicle I wanted was not safe to drive. the first day there they also pointed out a jeep liberty that was really out of my price range. On my 2 nd trip to Indianapolis to vehicle hunt again, I had to stop back at Ray's to pick the vehicle titles I had left for down payment on the cherokee. Andy insisted I do a test drive on the liberty that was still there. I knew I would like it, We had leased one for 2 years awhile back. Well those gentlemen worked it out for me to drive away in that liberty. I was "wow" like every 10 minutes on our hour plus drive home. Andy and John said they would get me into something I could afford and they delivered. And Jared in Finance did a great job of explaning everythingTHanks again guys.

I briefly stopped by this dealership while I was in town looking at houses and met with Andy Gregorie. I told him what car I wanted (after he went through all the options in detail) and hat I wanted it ready for me when I moved to town a month later. With only a $500 deposit he scoured and found me a car that met my specifications. It wouldn't be in until a few days after I got to town so he set me up with a loaner car until it came in and even gave me a full tank of gas and told me not to refill it. There were not unreasonable "hidden fees" and he stuck with the price we negotiated via e-mail. While I was waiting on financing and forms to be completed he let me play with the new car. He even took the time to show me various cool features and set up my phone's bluetooth. The guy who handled financing (Jared) was also friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain all of the options in detail and answer all of my questions. He even let me call in some info later that I didn't have on me. In addition to just being an overall good car buying experience Andy really went the extra mile a couple times. He helped me print and fax some real estate forms while I was in his office, and he called a local restaurant several times trying to find a cell phone we had lost. His service and friendly attitude went a long way!

First impression lasted - Low pressure sales process. All staff very relaxed. Of course they want to sell but that did not affect the process. My purchase process with this dealership even beat my experience from the local Lexus dealer that I did not think could be beaten. A nice feature with the dealership was that the lot was filled with several CX-5 - all cars were unlocked. It was thus easy to open each one of them and get a feel for material, colors and outline of controls. (I hate when the sales person must run back and forth and try to find the key to each car you want to look inside.) Sales person knowledgable on the car. After a short test drive came back a second day and was allowed to borrow care overnight. I gave an offer for the CX-5 that was accepted. As trade-ins I had 2 cars. One price I accepted directly. The other car got its value increased by $1,500 which I then accepted. I walked away as a happy customer. The extra good news - the CX-5 Grand Touring with Technology package is an unbelievable good value. I do not think there is any car on the market, all categories, providing so much value for the money. The only challenge for "men drivers" with this car is - can you accept just having 155 hp under the hood? It actually works fine! This crossover drives like a sport sedan and is great when cornering. Great seats. All tech that you get on a $50K car with the only exception being cooled seats. The car has beautiful design - but that is a person call. Bottom line: Probably a better buy than CRV, Forester or Rav4 as long as you are OK with a few less ponies (= better fuel economy).

I have purchased several new cars in my driving career. One of the best purchasing experiences I had had was with my salesman, Ken Maple, and his sales manager, Troy Owen. They were both professional and personal which lead me to buy from them. I am not one to buy on my first visit to any dealership. In fact, I believe I visited five times before I made my purchase. Had Ken or Troy tried hi-pressure tactics on me, I would have not returned. They were very respectful of my considerations, which is unusual in the auto industry. If you are looking for a dealership that will treat you as an individual and not as this week's sales number, I would suggest you shop at this dealership.

Before I knew it, I had graduated and was ready for a new car. I came back to see Colt Key, my original salesman. I came in with a few cars in mind. While test driving those vehicles, Colt was able to get me approved for a brand new car because the program helped build my credit. I had two experiences with Ray Skillman West Side. The first time,last fall, I was not impressed. I was told the model I wanted would be gone really quick and that I needed to buy NOW. A month ago, I bought my little white Kia Soul, I had two excellent salespeople at two different locations, both of which I would have bought from. Anthony Bell was fantastic. He was patient, kind, and made the deal happen, so I would not have to travel across town. If it wasn't for his demeanor and helpfulness, I would have gone back to the competitor, but it worked out. The financing process was a snap and I drove my car back home all within the space of 2.5 hours. I am very happy with my purchase, and the painLESS buying experience at Skillman's.

I've never been a fan of "Big car stores", but this experience helped change that. I'm an ex-car salesperson and thoroughly enjoyed being on the other side of the desk this time. Nate Edwards, or "tall Nate" as they call him showed a great deal of patience while I worked thru what turned out to be a great deal for us. His care and concern for us in showing us the car, the test drive, thru to the close was both professional, and gave us a comfortable feeling choosing Ray Skillman's. While looking in Indy for this rare vehicle, we went thru the gambit of being pounced on the second we hit the lot,to watching salespeople more interested in smoking and shooting the bull. Not so at Ray Skillman. We were greeted properly, without immediate pressure.....again we felt comfortable here. The F&I guy (sorry can't remember his name) was friendly, offering extras but not pushy, when I declined. Ray, you got a good staff here! Buy their lunch!

Was looking to trade my truck for a mid size SUV. Located this dealer on the internet and researched their inventory online prior to making the trip to Indy. Spoke with their financing department verifying all the information PRIOR to going and once we were there was treated with the upmost respect. Our salesman Barry and Vince were wonderful, patient, and knowledable of the cars and the warranty that went along with it. None of the guys were pushy or tired of us wanting to test drive multiple vehicles. We went in on a Saturday late in the day and picked out what we wanted and started the process of making the buy. Due to our situation being a little tricky with financing it was late in the day on Tuesday before we were in contact with them again to be presented with the best options, which we took the time to discuss back and forth between us and the dealership before finally making the drive back up on Friday to make the purchase. When we arrived the Salesman was there to greet us and introduced us to the finance manager that was there for the weekend who would be finalizing our loan. Terry and Chris(both in the finance department) went over and beyond to get the best deal, pay off our loan on the current truck, and put us into a brand new SUV that we were both happy with. They were very professional and VERY organized. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Tell them WHAT you can and CANNOT do...they will try and make it happen for you. Bryan and Austin were wonderful and made the purchase a pleasant experience! The dealership has a large selection of vehicles and their waiting area is clean with Wi-Fi. Bryan introduced us to the service staff whereas Austin and Avery explained the details of the car (navigation, radio, etc.). What I was most pleased with is someone (I'm sorry, I forgot the person's name) called our home a couple of days later thanking us for our purchase and Austin followed up with us about a week later to make sure everything was going o.k and to see if we had any questions. First of all, I'm a single mother of a soon to be eight year old son. A good friend of mine and my son headed in to Ray Skillman Hyundai on a Saturday afternoon. After being disappointed by a local competitor, I had my game face on. I was not going to be pushed around by any car salesman that day. I was on a mission to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. And that's exactly what I told Josh Guzeman, the salesman who greeted me at the door. Josh was friendly and attentive to my needs. He took the time to listen and had answers to all my questions. I felt very welcome in the clean showroom that had plenty of seating, drinks and cookies and most importantly a tv for my son. I checked on my son often, and not once did Josh seem at all inconvenienced. I really took notice to that. We went for a test drive in the new 2012 Hyundai Elantra and surprisingly Josh drove it first. I'm glad he did though so I could see how comfortable the passenger seat was! He explained all the controls and features to the car and then we traded places and I took the wheel. He directed me to the interstate which I was very surprised as other salesman in the past have kept me on a path of just a mile or so. I really got to see what this car could do! We got back and started filling out paperwork for the car I intended to buy. Everything was thoroughly explained. I even left documents needed at home and was able to use his computer to print them out. After I submitted the paperwork, then it was up to the bank to decide. It was a little bit of a waiting game, but as I said I felt comfortable in the lounge area and I was greeted by many people working in the showroom and always asked if I was taken care of. Josh checked on us as well and updated me in the process. Everyone was so friendly. Finally, the wait was over so I thought. The numbers didn't turn out the way I thought they would. Not having record of a car loan on file made it difficult in approving me, but eventually we settled on something I could afford and it was the best decision I ever made. I am now a proud owner of the new Hyundai Elantra. What a great car! I am so happy I came to Ray Skillman Westside Automall, the Hyundai dealer in particular. I'm just so pleased with the experience, I can't stop telling people about it. In the future, I plan to do more business with Josh and I'm referring all my friends who plan on buying a car, new or used, to Josh Guzeman, the most down-to-earth car salesman who was completely professional and NEVER pushy. I went in with a Kia Rio that I have beat up over the last 5 years. I didn't take very good care of it and skipped some maintenance as well as drove it really hard. It had some issues that were not really within the realm of warranty anymore and I was basically funneling money into a lost cause. I talked to the general manager, Justin Bunte, and weighed the pros and cons of continuing with my car with going into a new car. He showed me the Kia Soul+, which was shockingly amazing compared to my Rio. I drove it around for a little while then came back excited. I didn't know if I could afford it but I wanted it. My Rio had no power locks or windows and this thing had both plus an upgraded stereo system, rear camera and drove really well. It also was really great for hauling my band equipment around. So I spoke to Anthony Bell, my salesman, who went over every last feature of the car with me. I submitted my paperwork and the financing manager came up with some impressive deals. I ended up only paying marginally more for the Soul+ than my 2007 Rio. My interest rate was nice and now I have a reliable car that feels like it is floating as it is driving. The process was really smooth and I recommend this place to my friends or anyone else who is looking for options. Banks seem to be more willing to work with people these days.

Tried to get more info over the phone a couple of times about an ad, and when I tried to confirm the web listing price and description, all of a sudden there was a large mark-up. When I confronted them about it, he said he'd call me back to confirm the price, but never did. I assume it was typical dealer shell game about price. They weren;t going to honor the price listed here on Cars.com.

The facility was very nice and the salesman was fair and kind (but he is no longer there). They mentioned some additional things like an extended warranty and some recovery service for $250 but unlike other places I've been to, they didn't push these when I declined. They had priced the car over the highest blue book value but it does have very low miles for its age and is very clean and they came down a bit from there. I took it on a trip the week after I bought it and am very happy with how it handles and feels. They provided a 4 month warranty which gives me confidence that they will be there if something shows up in that time. It didn't take too long to make the deal, most of the time spent was checking out my trade, cleaning all the stickers off the car and finalizing the paperwork. Overall I was pleased with the experience.
