I hadn't bought a car in 13 years and when I went to Ray Catena Lexus in Larchmont, New York it was a dream experience. I can't say enough about Noel Greenstein, my salesman and his manager Ralph. They were so accommodating and patient. I got everything I could possibly want in a car at a great price. Noel explained everything there was to know about the car. Everything went so smoothly with the financing and Noel even dealt with my insurance company and processed the state registration. I have never seen such amazing service. Noel asked the technician Brian to sit with me in my new car and patiently explain all the cool electronic features. When I came back the next day to deliver some papers he asked technician Mitch to review things to make sure I was comfortable. He encouraged me to come back anytime for more pointers since I am older and technologically challenged. The car has features I didn't know were possible. I first saw the car on a Lexus commercial and said to myself, wow! I never could have imaged having one and always dreamed of having a sports car with automatic transmission. And now I do! It is the Lexus sports car, RC 300. What an awesome car! You have to check it out.

He was ok until we made a deposit and closed the deal but after that he just turned his real face and we did not enjoy the whole process. He knew nothing about this car, he refused to offer any additional help, service or information. It was like he wants us to leave and he is rushing for something. I called Steve Richman at Ray Catena Lexus to work out a deal over the phone once I had selected the car that I wanted to lease. I drove to the dealership the next morning. My car was waiting outside for me. I signed the lease, the disclosures, had my plates put on the new car and left the dealership in less than one hour. No hassles, no pressure to buy extras after I signed the lease. I have leased many vehicles in the past and this was the best experience that I have ever had. On September 8th, we visited the Lexus dealership in New Rochelle and were very disappointed with the customer service from the sales person assigned to us. He showed no interest in trying to assist with answering our questions. We mentioned our experience to the receptionist who apologized but at that point we already felt unwelcomed and left with the impression that since we were minorities that our business was not valued. My daughter recommended the Lexus dealership in Westport CT, which is where we purchased our vehicle that same day. We could not have been happier with the excellent customer service. The sales person and staff stayed after 10.00 pm to ensure that we received our vehicle the same day. We will recommend them in a heart beat and are very pleased with our SUV -thanks again to Lexus in Westport, CT.

Steve is great. We talked to him as our current lease was ended that we were looking to switch to a jeep. He asked us to give him a chance and to come in. We went in and talked to him. He showed us the newest Model that is new for 2015 and a model that's been out for a while (but still a 2015). He told us the truth about which car would suit our needs and broke down the pricing with money down, 0 money down and so on. Steve is a great guy. We purchased our 2006 Lexus from another dealership, but had it serviced at Ray Catena. So when it came time to look at a new vehicle, we decided to see what they had to offer. I sent an Internet inquiry which Nancy answered, and then had us work with Noel when we able to come in.Noel was great! He made vehicle model recommendations, and explained a lot during the test drive. We decided to lease this vehicle, and he was patient in answering the questions of first-time leasers. He contacted our insurance company directly for us to ensure the right amount of coverage, and even picked us up from the train station the night we got the car.We really felt that he was working for us, and hope he plans to stay there for a while so we can go to him for our next car!

Had to return our ES350 a few months early. Not sure what the new lease price would be and was extremely surprised with the result. The process was fair, quick, and no hassles at all. Sadly after my vehicle was stolen, I was looking for a replacement and after visiting a few other dealerships, I came upon the Ray Catena Lexus dealership in Larchmont. A friendly receptionist greeted me right away and called Ed Bartoli to help me. He was SOOOOO nice. I have been to another dealership and it was a disaster. Coming here was a breath of fresh air. I sat with Ed and we went over options and numbers and overall was a fantastic experience. I am so happy that I came here. I left there that day very satisfied with the information that Ed provided to me. Ed, kept in contact with me and about a week later I am home with my brand new RC350 F Sport. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and helpful. I am so happy that I came here, and a million thanks to Ed. He was patient, informative, and sooooo friendly!

Turning a Negative into a Positive -- From a bad experience to get into a new Lexus from a previous dealer who I had 4 Lexus cars with to a Great experience from this dealership who I just got my first car with!!! Check out my Salesman Ed Bartoli and his General Manager Ralph Michilli. They live up to Ray Catena's TV Commercial-we take care of our lives and they will take care of our cars. After meeting Ed and telling him what my wife and I were going through in attempting to get a new car from our former dealer (they wanted us to pay for damages as well as the drive off payment for our new Lexus-- remember I had 4 previous Lexus cars from this dealership), he introduced us to his General Manager Ralph Michilli. ; They both looked at the incidental damage near the real right wheel of her car, and just like that, they said we do not have to worry about that car coming off lease. . They will buy it and with no additional cost to us for damages and they will put us in a brand new RX350 at a much better lease payment. WOW just like that! What a wonderful experience. What was said in Ray Catena's commercial was true. Now we can go on with our lives. Sorry I didnt meet Ed, Ralph and this fine dealership 4 cars ago. .

I just purchased my fourth car from Steve Richman of Ray Catena Lexus in Larchmont. I can honestly say this dealership is the best run place I've ever done business with and I've dealt with quite a few over the years. I went up for service on my 1 1/2 year old GS and saw a limited edition LS on the floor. So I wandered over to Steve and inquired about the car. To make a long story short, I drove out with it 2 hours later. Now, I haven't been to many places that can make that happen in such a short period of time. Steve is an incredible salesman who I consider a friend. Again, hats off to Ray Catena Lexus for their unbelievable service and attention to detail. You will not be disappointed with this place. Also, thanks to Cesar for always showing up quick for roadside assistance. Always never more than 20 mins away.

I recently leased a 2015 Lexus IS 350 FSport. I can not say enough about our salesman, Ed Bartoli! From start to finish he was nothing short of perfect. This was by far the easiest lease I have ever done. He is very outgoing and friendly and never once pressured me into anything. He is not one of those uptight salesman that sometimes can come across like all they care about is their own pockets rather then the customers. Whatever question I had, (small or big, or sometimes even silly lol) he answered and was very easy to reach at all times whether by phone or email. Ed was just as great after the deal was signed as he was before the deal was signed. He is the best!! If you want a care free experience, you must deal with Ed Bartoli at Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont. I visited Lexus of Mount Kisco and the only thing I can say is AVOID that dealer and wherever you may be, make the trip to Larchmont, you wont be disappointed! In addition to Ed, every person that we came across that worked there was very friendly. The day of delivery, was more then I could ever imagine. It was again , perfect! Any member of the Ray Catena Lexus dealer were very quick to offer congratulations when they seen me taking delivery of my new car! The technician that also went over my car and all the details with me, Angel, is another gem of the dealer! Very knowledgeable and never rushed me in any way. By the time he was done, there was not one question that I had regarding my new car. I could go on and on about my great experience because there truly isn't enough words to describe how happy I am. We received our pull ahead waiver in the mail for our ES from Lexus waiving 3 payments , We had leased an ES and Rx almost 2 years ago from Prestige ( it was our 5th lease) , the waiver had us coming is August. We were contacted to come in earlier and they would make a great deal. Having trust in Prestige we called and spoke to a very nice salesperson who gave us their best deal, We asked if they cold do better and when speaking to his manager they were close but come in person, worst case would be a promise to the numbers we were given .When we arrived, the color we asked for was not there so we had to go up... absolutely not...we said we expected them to work and go down not up . After an hour the manager Amilio came out and could not be more disrespectful to not only us but his salesperson. He talked down to us, belittled us, and said take it or you will not se this deal again. We said we would call in the morning and they would probably lose us because of how he treated us and lied as well. We were shocked at our treatment.I wrote in to Ray Catena and Mike contacted me this next morning telling me that he and his manager Jeff were so sorry we were treated like this and realize we were disappointed. They told us to come down as it will be worth it. They will not wste our time and do what is promised. When we arrived ,each and every person was kind, courteous and honest. Mike Liberti spent time making sure we were completely satisfied and got exactly what we wanted .. something the other dealer ( one we used 5x) said was in a dream world) ...I do not want to waste more time telling you what went wrong at Prestige as there is a very long list but rather tell you that everything went right at Ray Cstena of Larchmont. The staff at Ray Catena really know how to make their customers feel like royalty. I was greeted with warm smiles by several people upon entering, and my salesman, Ed is amazing. Ed is knowledgeable about the product he sells, (which was NOT the case when I visited another Lexus dealership), he is friendly, and genuine (no shady vibes from this guy). On top of all that, I got the best deal financially from the 3 dealerships I had visited prior to this experience. Kudos to Ralph Micelli and Michael Liberti, the manager and salesperson I dealt with at Ray Catena Lexus. My wife and I have been leasing Lexus vehicles since they were first introduced in America in 1990. This, our 9th, is a 350RX and Ralph and Mike made it the easiest transaction of all. Mike listened to what we said we wanted, asked questions to make sure he understood, and worked the numbers quickly and efficiently. We agreed on a deal with him in less than a minute, a new record for us. As for delivering the car, Mike introduced us to "JT" who not only had an encyclopedic knowledge of the new vehicle but he also knew our prior one cold, so he focused on explaining to us what had changed. We live in New Jersey, not that close to Larchmont, NY, but the trip was worth it thanks to Ralph, Mike and JT.

If you are shopping for Lexus, the Ray Catena of Larchmont is the ONLY place to be. We live on Long Island and my husband must have called at least 15 dealerships around Brooklyn, NJ and Long Island (some places played stupid price games, some did not return phone calls and so on). The one dealership that made the whole experience (twice) easy and pleasant was Ray Catena. The person who made it absolutely perfect is Osama Jacob. This gentleman, yes (I cannot even call him a sales person because he is so much more than that) is absolutely wonderful From the first phone call about a year ago when I purchased my first Lexus to this March when we replaced my husband's infiniti with a new Lexus, Osama was great. We got the best price without million phone calls back and forth, he was honest, respectful, knowledgeable and personable. Always returned phone calls, answered every single question but most of all was extremely helpful. Leaving on the Island created difficulty of returning my husband's infinity in White Planes and getting to Larchmont to pick up his new Lexus...BUT Mr. Osama Jacob made it all possible. He actually picked me up all the way from White Plains and brought me to Lexus dealership. In summary, if you want to have a human experience with a dealership (yes, it's possible) do yourself a favor and go to this guys, no matter how far you live. You won't regret it. And ask for Osama! From start to finish my sales person (Steve Richmond ) was awesome. This is my 6th Lexus that Steve and I worked together on. He was always available for any questions and to help with thewhole process which can be confusing and overwhelming. We found a 2013 Lexus IS 250 that we were interested in. Steve gave a great deal on the car and also assisted in the sale of our car so we would not have to trade it. We were having some difficulties with finding and good insurance company and he even went a step further to get us an insurance policy. No matter how many phone calls with questions, he was always available and willing to listen and assist. This was my sixth purchase with him and I would not think of going elsewhere in the future.

Met with Steve Richman to look at the Lexus IS 250. After some negotiation he gave me a reasonable lease quote and I left a deposit for the vehicle. On the day I was returning my previous lease (Mercedes C300) the Mercedes dealership gave me a much better deal on the new Mercedes C-Class and I decided to go with that car because I preferred it. Steve was initially upset with me (understandably so) and said I would not get my deposit refunded.I called Ralph, the general manager, and he immediately agreed to refund my deposit.It's the mark of a truly professional operation that they treat you well even when you don't buy a vehicle from them. It shows they are aware of the importance of their reputation and that they are in it for the long-term.

Im a little late, but I guess better late then never. I got my is250 in august from Mike Liberti and have nothing but praise for him and the dealership. I know I can sometimes be a little pain in the butt but he was always pleasant and helpful and really worked with me to make me happy and get the car i wanted at a price that i was comfortable with.

From first phone call to driving off, it was simple and pleasant. Ed Bartoli accompanied my test drive, and then, a week later, when I called back, worked on my lease. I really appreciated the no nonsense approach, with no unnecessary pressure and no extra sales talk beyond the essential details relevant to my situation and the car in question. Ed listened to my needs, Maher efficiently worked through the numbers with me, Isaac let me know of service options, and Patrick patiently showed me the features of the car and installed the optional mats on the spot. This place is popular, and once you go, you see why.

This was my second Lexus purchase but my first at Ray Catena Larchmont. It was a non pressure purchase and comfortable setting. Everyone from the receptionist to the General Manager was friendly. My sales associate Ed Bartoli went out I of his way to locate my vehicle which was not in stock. He made the delivery easy and the tech person showed me all the functions. I was also given a grand tour of the service area and introduced to key members in the service area. I would recommend Ed Bartoli to anyone in the market for a Lexus. You won't be disappointed. I have also enjoyed working with Isaac Apostolidis on service packages and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Each experience was conducted with complete professionalism from start to finish. I was never rushed, pushed, or pressured in any way. The pricing is always transparent and fair; I have shopped around and the best deals have always been with this dealership. All pledges/promises are kept, and there has never been a moment when I felt like Osama and I were adversaries. The service operations at this dealership ranks as highly as Osama, although with the quality of the vehicles, there is rarely any curveballs or challenges other than the occasional "fender-bender".This dealership, and especially Osama Jacob, make the buying or leasing experience a pleasure. He was a complete gentleman that took any anxiety out of buying a car. Never once did I second guess the deal that I got. I never had to haggle about price or options in the car. He treated us with such personal attention that I fealt like he was a life long friend. I have leased a BMW from a dealership in Connecticut for years. Since our lease was about to expire, I decided to look at a Lexus on the recommendation of several friends. I was so pleased with the amount of time spent with me by Mike Liberti that I decided to return and take a test drive with him. Afterwards, he listened to my priorities and was able to suggest the type of vehicle best suited to my needs and to negotiate an acceptable financial package. After discussing my experience with my husband , we decided to break our BMW habit.The day we picked up the car my husband came with me. The paperwork was expedited by Mr. Liberti in an efficient manner. He introduced us to one of the managers, and then to Patrick, who explained the ins and outs of driving our new car. Just leased my sixth Lexus RX with this dealership. My experience has always been fantastic....they are businesslike but friendly and very efficient.....I never have ANY reason to complain....either about the vehicles OR the service. Osama calls me WAY before my lease is up to let me know that early termination is yet again an option so that I can jump into a new car before I overrun my mileage allocation. Service has also been VERY convenient for me since they opened the White Plains location as it is just 5 minutes from my house in Tarrytown.

My story begins 10 years ago in 2004 when I first purchased my brand new Lexus 2004 ES via the internet and closed the deal at this dealership during a hard time in my life when I was going through a divorce. The day I entered this vehicle I was comforted by its engineering magnificence, reliability and quality from bumper to bumper. The car never let me down, the dealership service department kept my Lexus in top shape and when I was hit from behind a week ago by 3 cars literally piled up on top of each other, the car kept me safe, I walked away without a scratch but emotionally I was a wreck. I felt like I lost a loved one because it was declared a total loss, the bond of man and machine has exposed itself, tears filled my eyes just thinking about the 10 years of memories I had with my car. I felt I had no one to turn to, I emailed Nancy Sardos about a CPO in her inventory and told her my story she made an appointment for me to meet with Ed Bartoli to test drive a 2011 Lexus IS 250 AWD. When I arrived, still grief stricken they comfort me and had a box of tissues for me to dry my tears and the keys to the car I was interested in. It was great it had the same options as my good old 2004 Lexus touch screen navi and lots of extras, I felt at this point a renewal of hope. After the test drive, we discussed finance options and Ed and Maher Sayegh (I like to call him Mr. Mayor) helped me understand my finance options that would be a best fit. Two days later they had the car ready for me to drive home. I came in just to view the stocvk of lexus rx350 with the idea of purchasinf\g although knowing it nprice wise it may have not been feasable since I had previously visited lexus of Queens and the sales rep told me there was absolutley no negotiation with price for any lexus. His exact words were "lexus does not negotiate prices". So I visited the larchmont lot and there the sales rep Jorge Ares was the and is the most wonder, profressional sales rep I have met in a long time. He reminded me of my wonderfule experience i had 10 years ago with Acura of Manhattan who went through tooth and nail to get me the car (eg:exterior/interior colorwise) I wanted. We sat down. Immediately he discusedded with me my options and reminded me that I always had the option of leasing my lexus whichis what I did with my acura(that I happened to lose in a very bad car accident by a person who ran a stop sign going about 90 miles per hour). He immediately gave me a discount from the start without me asking. There at that moment, although I would never show it, he had me. Jorge Ares was most pleasant, exceptional, wonderl, and exhibited the upmost professionalism. I could sit with him for hours. I am happy he was assigned to me. All I can say less than a week later, I am an owner of a Lexus RX350 2015.

I owned a 2010 Lexus RX350 and wanted to trade it in for a 2015 RX350. My wife and I were happy with our car, we just wanted to get a newer model.Unlike when I bought my Lexus in 2009, I was finding the entire process torturous after visiting 3 Lexus dealers. In 2009, I found the dealerships more willing to negotiate for my business. Now, I felt like they couldn't care less if they sold me a car. I was telling a friend of mine how unhappy I was with the Lexus dealers I had visited. He told me that his son had recently purchased a 2014 RX350 from Ray Catena Lexus through the Costo Auto Buying Program, the salesman was Steve Richman. My friend stated that he was with his son throughout the entire process of purchasing the car. My friend raved about their experience with Steve; that Steve was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to call Steve and set up an appointment to meet him. My wife and I are very happy that we listened to my friend. The price we agreed upon for the car was significantly less than what I had been quoted by the other 3 dealers. Steve handled the entire sale of the car. He never went to a manager to discuss the selling price. Also, after we agreed on the price, I wasn't handed off to a Finance Manager or anyone else. I never felt any pressure from Steve or from anyone else at Ray Catena Lexus.Hands down, this was the least stressful and the most enjoyable experience I have ever encountered in purchasing a car.I would recommend Steve and Ray Catena Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus.

My first leased car was an RX from this same dealership. Since then I have leased a few others but I finally said enough, I loved my RX back then and I want to love my car again so I have leased an RX and I am SO HAPPY! I picked it up last night and all I can say is that I am beyond happy. Ralph, Jeff and Osama were beyond helpful, personable. They made you feel like you have been part of the Lexus family for years. Osama was very thorough and detailed. You did everything and anything he could to make sure I was well informed of the vehicle, its features/functions, price, financing details versus leasing. Osama Jacobs was the reason I signed the lease paperwork at Ray Catena. He was honest, helpful, and fair with helping me find the best deal and made the process painless. This is the third car I am leasing and both previous cars were from different dealerships. This was the best experience I have had so far and the level of service far surpasses any other dealer. I have been car shopping since April at all luxury dealerships and could not make a decision. I just picked up an IS 250 this August and Osama concern for my happiness and satisfaction was the reason I took the car so quickly. His calming approach and emphasis on making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted caused me to make a decision overnight when I had been so indecisive for months prior! I love my car and honestly can say I don't think I would choose a different salesperson or dealership in the future. Today I picked up my third Lexus from Ray Catena in Larchmont. I drove Volvos for more than a decade and was never treated as well as I am here. They are professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. Mike Liberti has been my sales representative for all three cars. Mike is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and needs. He then places you in the perfect car for you. He never pressures you. He allows the car to sell itself. He answers all your questions. He values your time and your business. I cannot recommend Mike more highly. He has made my three experiences at Ray Catena easy and pleasant. This is a great sales representative in a great dealership.In the service department I have dealt with Anna Teniuch. She has stayed late when I have brought my car in late in the day, she is helpful, knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with.Their service is prompt, always done right the first time and they pick and deliver your car. It took me one phone call when I expressed my interest in leasing a Lexus RX350, I spoke with the Sales Manager Maher ElSayegh and he handled me with such a professionalism wearing his white gloves. He provided me with all the information I was looking for including availability of stock and colors. Then I found myself in the dealership next day and actually met with him in person which was a real pleasure and then I started dealing with a Ed Bartoli the sales executive who walked me thru all the details of the transaction in a very friendly and professional way leading me to lease the RX350 and go home with it.
