We spoke with our salesman, Dwayne Welch, regarding the trade-in of our 2012 SRX and purchasing a new SRX. He called back immediately to let us know about a courtesy car that would be available for purchase with just over 2300 miles. He told us specifics about the car and an approximately price. We made an appointment to travel from our home (over 150 miles away) to see the car. The 2015 SRX we purchased is better than a new car because of the discounted price we received. This is the 8th vehicle we have purchased from Randall Motors so they have earned our loyalty. We always feel satisfied with our purchases and appreciate the personal service we receive. I would think with most big car dealers the purchasers aren't greeted by the owner and then the owner starts the finance papers because the finance officer is at lunch. George Randall and Dwayne Welch know how to treat their customers and the service department is friendly and knowledgeable.

I buy Cadillac's and from Randall motors not just because I like the car, but the service and the salesman and the owner are extremely helpful and friendly. It's the dealership itself and everyone involved that sells the car. the whole dealership projects are friendly and helpful atmosphere that makes you want to come back and keep buying from that dealership.

What a nice way to spend a warm, winter San Angelo afternoon. Making new friends, drinking good coffee and oh yeah, going home with a beautiful new car. Seriously, they make car buying very easy. And they saved me having to make a long trip to San Antonio for a new car. Dwayne, my salesman, was very knowledgable and experienced. He questioned me re my preferences and color choices, then walked me directly to a new 2016 ATS that matched my everything. It doesn't get any easier than that! I drove the car, loved it, it fit in my garage very nicely so we went back to the dealership to finalize the deal. While Dwayne was doing his job working up the deal, I sat in the beautiful lobby and was joined by the owner, George Randall, another delightful person. We traded life stories and made great conversation with a good cup of coffee. After agreeing on price, trade in, etc. it was a done deal and Randall Motors detailed my beautiful new car. I proudly drove it home. I am a single senior citizen, and I really value and appreciate the thoughtfulness, friendliness, personal care and concern shown me. I always felt comfortable and well taken care of and in good hands. No areas of concern at all.

I came in looking with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. Dwayne Welch my sales rep was very helpful in explaining the Cadillac ATS and all its features.The best part of the buying experience was no high pressure to buy, no back and forth with sales manager,(have I got a deal for you)just here is your trade in this is out the door sales price. Randall Motors in my opinion is the best in sales and service. For my next Cadillac Randall Motors is the place to go.

I called to ask some questions in the morning, and Matt was very helpful on the telephone. He got a good idea of what I was interested in and I scheduled a 4 oclock appointment. He had all the choices up front and ready when I arrived, was very very knowledgeable about the car and all it's bells and whistles, and there was not a single question he couldn't answer. Everyone at the dealership was very respectful and up front and honest. Mostly, we never felt "badgered or hounded" by anyone, and the service was beyond my highest expectations. I also have never loved a car more than I do my SRX ! Randall Motors is a very classy establishment, and I look forward to doing business with them for many more years.

I made an appointment for Tuesday, July 21st and made arrangements to bring car in night before. I took it in right after lunch on Monday because we found out my husband was to have surgery. I asked Clint that if for some reason, due to the surgery, I was unable to get back to pick it up Tuesday afternoon, could he just hang onto it for me. He was very nice and said sure. Clint called me about 3 hours later on Monday and told me my car was ready. He had gone that extra mile to get my car out so I did not have to worry about that on surgery day. Thank you, Clint!

I was looking to purchase a Cadillac and was just trying to find the right car with the proper color and feature combination. Even though the dealership is 4 hours away from me, I was particular enough to make the drive. I picked up the phone and spoke with Jimmy and told him I was going to drive to see him the next morning and drive it home. I arrived at the dealership and I was immediately greeted by not only Jimmy but the owner of the dealership who told me he appreciated my business. As I was evaluating the car they really made me feel like family as I was introduced to everyone there from the service manager, delivery, and the finance director. They were in the middle of a remodel of the dealership and from the design boards that I saw it will look beautiful. OMG I love these guys and really wish they were closer so that I could have them service my car. By the time I got home my "new" car had 250 miles on it because of the drive. Next time I buy a new Cadillac I will just have Jimmy put it on a truck to save the miles on the car. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone, even if you need to make a drive.

My 2012 GMC Acadia that I bought from Randall Motors was a program car. It has been satisfactory but it developed a problem. The "Check Air Bag" light came from time to time. Eddie Sanders, the service manager, had me bring the vehicle in for service. This turned out to be a bit of a nightmare and a puzzle. The car was in the service shop twice and we thought it was fixed. it worked fine for a few weeks and then the warning light came on again. It was discovered that a new wiring harness was needed. That was ordered and installed and the problem finally was solved. My car was in the shop at lease four times before it was fixed. I was given a loaner car each time without any question. The main thing is they stayed after the problem until it was fixed. The service department at Randall Motors is a credit to the organization. That is just one of the reasons that I have bought 14 Cadillacs, one Olsemoblie, and this Acadia though the years. You can be sure that I will contact Randall's for my future vehicles.Bill Wynne
