I just had the most amazingly positive car buying experience in my life. Our salesman James Dupuy quickly made my wife and I feel very at ease and had us laughing and smiling within minutes. Once we got to the finance department it was even more positive. Our finance director Rob Baar was so awesome. He truly made us feel confident and treated us like long time friends would. Making the experience so positive. They even sent Joseph Henson to walk us around and show us every little thing about the feature of our new truck. Seriously couldn't have hoped for a better experience than Rairdon.Thank you guys!Sean and Sarah Kilgus

Tried for over a week to simply confirm an "out the door" price so I could show up with a check to purchase a vehicle. Apparently, that is not possible. I have given up on this dealership, and would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

BEWARE of Rairdon dealerships! They may charge you and say they provided a service when they really didn't. Went to have my Jeep serviced at their Kirkland location and was told they did a tire rotation (yes, it is on my receipt too). Due to a tire sensor issue, I went to their Monroe location and was told by the service advisor "obviously they never rotated your tires". No apology from the Monroe location and no offer to rectify this issue. I emailed the Kirkland location twice and still no response. This is why dealerships and service departments have bad reputations. I bought 2 cars from Raridon and they will NEVER earn my business again.

A long time customer.

Kudos for Jerrry, shuttle driver at your Kirkland facility. I recently had occasion to use your shuttle service and found him to be very efficient, friendly and a great conversationalist. We learned that we both had spent careers in the Alaska fishery and seafood industry although we were not acquainted at that time. We also found that we have many mutual friends in that industry. In my view, Jerry is a good representative for Rairdon.--Richard C. White

Our initial experience was ok. We choose a car listed on the internet with special pricing: a dealership discount plus a financing discount. When we challenged the numbers in the financing report when their was supposed to be a discount, Patrick in finance, could not explain the numbers to our satisfaction. We went to speak with the Manager and he got quite defensive and even told us that it was simple math and why could we not understand? My entire family (3 competent adults) said the numbers didn't make sense and all we wanted was a reasonable explanation. The discussion was getting no where (plus I don't like to have my intelligence insulted when I'm trying to purchase a car from someone), so we left. Needless to say the customer experience was horrible (we were there for 3 hours) and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The dealership manager (Jeff) should never insult clients. I also don't understand why the finance person (Patrick) could not explain the numbers to the satisfaction of the customer. So disappointed in our experience.

My personal experience with Kirkland Dodge was exceptional. The car of my dreams arrived at 9:30am, and by 10:30am Odinn drove from the dealership to my residence in Lake Stevens and picked us up and brought us back down to the dealership in Kirkland where we experienced efficient, friendly purchasing experience. I found the entire staff at Kirkland Dodge to be exceptional. I look forward to going back and buying another vehicle from them in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe and friendly atmosphere to find a family vehicle. Thanks again to everyone at the dealership for my 2016 Scatpack/Shaker Challenger.

Customer Service: 1.0 Buying Process: 2.0

Went there looking at a used 2014 Challenger RT and felt that they were trying to push a deal on me and " for a little bit more money " I could be in a new 2015 in the color that I wanted. I agreed to have them propose a deal " as long as the 2015 had the same options ". I was there from around 10:30 to 4:30 and was worn down by the sales / finance process and was glad to leave. Don't get me wrong I was treated well during this proces but felt that I was pressured to make the deal " today " for it was the end of the month and that Jesse was doing me a solid with the purchase price and in finance, Patrick was insistent on me purchasing the Service Maintenance Contract. I was tired and hungry when I got home so I grabbed a bite to eat and starting reading the owners manual but decided that the best way of learning the car was to sit in it. Well low and behold " no auto start and nav " like the 2014 had. I called Rairdons and got ahold of Jesse and he said that he would get back to me. Numerous calls Sunday and Monday, nothing. Could not get ahold of him. Finally as a fluke he picked up on Tuesday and stated that my vehicle is nav READY ( as was the 2014... But the nav worked fine during my test drive with the first salesman ) and that he over looked the remote start feature but since the 2015 has a different feature " sport mode " the remote start is a push and that he would look into dealer pricing for these features to be installed onto my vehicle. He got ahold of me on Thursday and said that it would be cheaper for me to go to cartoys to purchase and have them install a nav and remote start feature. I feel that I am in possession of a 90% vehicle from what I wanted and agreed upon. Granted before I signed any paperwork I should have verified that it had all of the options that the 2014 did. My bad here. As for Patrick in financing, it is one week later and no call back.... His voicemail box is full so you can't leave any messages and when you talk to someone else in finance they will either direct you to Patrick's voice mail or in my case send him an e-mail or having Jesse saying that he would personally have Partick call me. You can't even get ahold of a Sales Floor Manager. Customer service after the deal is done is poor! I do have to point out that the first sales rep " Naser " and The delivery manager " Joseph " were top notch and at least I have had contact with Jesse now. I personally will not recommend this dealer because of their lack of customer service after the fact. Take this with a grain of salt but do your homework before and during a purchase. As a side note even though I had a pre approval letter from my financial institution they wanted me to sign a credit application and when I balked at it "they insisted that it would not be used as a credit app but just to make sure that I was who I stated I was.... Go figure, come Monday it showed up on my credit report.

To start with, this was going to be a surprise for my wife and to be honest, I knew I would be buying a new car from someone but wasn't sure who was going to get my business. I saw an ad for one model I was interested in and contacted the Internet manager Richard. He called me back and we set up an appt. I was greeted when I walked in and was introduced to another salesperson, Zizi. She was very nice and polite without being pushy. She explained the car features well and made it a great experience. When I brought my wife in to pick up the car later, we went over the car with the delivery manager, Joe. Even though my wife was a bit overwhelmed with the all the new options and menus, he was very patient. Start to finish, I cannot stress enough how this was one of the better car buying experiences I have had.

I was interested in a specific town and country vehicle advertised as available on their website. I was already planning to by one but had not yet find the color combination and trim package we wanted. I spoke with Brandy Porter via e-mail and she assured me the car was in the lot and indeed had the upgrades and color I wanted. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10 am. We showed up on time. making a grueling trip in the rain along 405 on a weekday. I guess you know where this leads: We ask for Brandy. She greets us with "Hi" and we are told to sit in chairs for 20 minutes. Then she returns with, "I'm sorry, that car sold last night. We will just have to locate you another one!" Give me a break! All she had to do was call or e-mail us that morning and we probably would have arranged another visit -- if the car really was sold and they could get the same car from another dealer (which I doubt, since I already searched the entire Northwest via internet). Her flip attitude and expectation that we would buy anything from someone this unprofessional and rude was shocking. We told her that, and left immediately. She still sends emails as though the incident never happened. There is something wrong here. BTW, we bought a Toyota Sienna from the dealer up the street. Great experience.

Never again! I recommend you steer away from any Rairdon location. If you have a problem, especially when buying used, then too bad. The staff were rude and completely unprofessional. Ask to be removed from their mailing list - forget it, they'll happily spam away.. I have persuaded a number of friends from even considering these guys and making their purchase elsewhere.

I have to say I am shocked to read all the negative reviews. My purchasing experience could not have been easier, and I went to the dealership without my husband AND with my 5 year old son! I traded in my 2011 BMW for a 2014 Dodge Caravan & could not be happier with my decision. I love my van, ample room for my son and his "stuff". I was treated respectfully and the purchasing process was efficient and smooth. I have and will continue to tell my friends about great experience I had purchasing my vehicle here. And..the service dept is great too. I feel I am given personal service and first class at that. Thank you Kevin!

This was an absolute nightmare of a place to go. I set up a meeting to go view a Jeep Patriot, and when I arrived no one had any idea I was coming. Not only that, but the car I was supposed to drive wasn't even ready to be taken off the lot. The car was dirty and had old magazines laying on the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Military brothers & sisters...beware! on 07/06/2013

Customer Service: 1.0 Buying Process: 1.0 Overall Facilities: 1.0

It is very difficult to summarize what a horrible experience I had at this place. For your own good..."buyer beware." Especially military, our lives are difficult enough as it is, we don't need places like this taking advantage of us. But unfortunately I learned the hard way. Internet/phone conversations were only meant to lure me in. They would provide no specifics through online/phone conversing, only come in, come in, come in and that's the only way they will answer questions/concerns. When I walked into the dealership I stated that I was interested in a specific vehicle I saw online. The guy told me to wait a minute while he got someone to help me. After 40 minutes a sales person approached me. There were only about 3 other customers there, so the extended wait was definitely not because they were too busy. And it is obvious why. Then I was just passed around from sales person to sales person (Brandy, Vinnie, Paul) every time I questioned anything that was either thrown in front of me to sign or if I asked for further clarification with any concerns. Basically they gave me the runaround. Every time I asked anyone a question they would just redirect it to someone else. Then when asked, they wouldn't have an answer so they would just start talking about something off topic. The finance office was no better. The same over the top and unnecessary pressure to stop asking questions and just "hurry up and sign" was the atmosphere. I was being hurried and rushed to just sign away from this Sonny character. I also received a rude lecture telling me not to worry about any details that I had concerns about because I was getting a great deal. He continued and said something along the lines that they are overpaying me for my trade-in, and he can't even believe that they are selling me the new vehicle at this price. He further stated I was lucky and should just be grateful because the dealership is losing so much money with my sale. All of this being said as he threw what I assumed was an invoice down on the desk. Even the GM, Chris made comments such as, "you better do this or else" and "I'm not in the business of repeating myself, I only say things once" to me. I think his dealership scare tactics are a little outdated. Everything said and done, I am embarrassed that I was taken advantage of by seasoned professionals who unnecessarily hassled me with anxiety and uncalled for pressure. But, I finally found a dealership that has a professional staff who is ethical and creates a comfortable and family friendly environment - West Hills Jeep in Bremerton. I just bought a new vehicle from them last week and couldn't be more satisfied and proud to (only) be their customer and a part of their family now :)

Very unprofessional. Won't recommend

Saw one of their wranglers on Cars.com at good price, called them and was told it is available. I went in the same day. When I arrived, I was told that the jeep I saw online was sold last night (though I was told otherwise over the phone). They found another one, with similar specs, but the price was bumped by 200 bucks. I didn't wanted to waste my long trip to dealership, so agreed to go ahead with the sale. Then I was told that I cannot pay in cash and must finance through them; and if I want to pay in cash, I must pay an extra $1000, as they make nice money on financing. So I had to agree to the financing and had my credit check done. Then finally when we were ready to sign the deal, the numbers magically were switched and an extra $1000 was added to the base price. When I protested, I was told that I am mistaken and the price on the paper was the price I earlier agreed on. It was three strikes for me, so I decided to leave. Before leaving, I did showed the salesman the email from them with the correct base price. He then countered that probably his manager made a mistake (really?), and he can get it fixed. But I had enough and just left. I had bought my last jeep from them in 2011 but would never go to them again after this experience.

Do your research! on 06/26/2013

Customer Service: 1.0 Buying Process: 1.0

Star rating: 0 Purpose: My experience was so demeaning, disgraceful, and torturous that I do not want any customer looking for a Jeep to fall into the trap that is Rairdon's of Kirkland. Summary Points: - I signed a lease for a Jeep Compass at Rairdon - Decently bad experience with salesmen bullying me into prices because of my situation; inflated prices after verbal agreement - Rairdon "attempted" to deliver the car a day late from the agreed upon date, and someone damaged the car en route while transferring it from a different city - they broke the lease - I got no car - Rairdon made no effort to remedy the situation - I signed a lease-break contract, meaning I would get back any money I put into the lease signing - Rairdon cashed my down payment and I have visited 3 times to get a check for the amount, unsuccessfully thus far Story: A person totaled my car. I had a 30-day rental stipend with my insurance company to get a new car. Days into that stipend I went to Rairdon's Jeep dealership to look at Grand Cherokees and Compasses. My salesman was very straightforward, but trusting may be pushing it. We threw around numbers on a lease for a Jeep Compass. He mentioned that the lease offer he was willing to give me was so low that they company was actually losing money on the sale, but he was getting a kick-back for making a sale which is why he said he willing to draw it up. True? False? You decide. After, I did what any car shopper would do: look around at other dealerships to compare prices. Over the next couple days the Rairdon's salesman did not contact me. I called him to further discuss the contract, and he changed the numbers we discussed earlier. That happens. From there, I was going to call around and he started texting me claiming they'd have the best price. In these messages, he told me if I would come to his office he would give me the car at $X down for $Y a month with some other details. I go in the office to sign the contract. He said he would write up the contract at $X down and $Y+$18 a month. When I showed him our text conversation he said his boss wouldn't let him sell it at that price but "who cares about $18 a month!" I should have walked out, but there were no cars at that price. He then brings the contract. It reads $X down and $Y+$18+$8 a month! Unbelievable. I only signed the contract because I was running out of time with the rental and I just wanted that car. This was after hours of waiting for my 720+ credit to be run and him saying the car would not arrive for a few days because it has to be transferred from another state! Days later I call. He says it did not arrive and wouldn't be there any quicker no matter how many times I call. After a couple days of him responding similarly and having zero information where the car was, I talked with the manager. The manager said the contract stated I would receive the car within 10-14 days of lease signing. Knowing Rairdon, if it says 10-14 days it means 14 days or more. So, on day 14 my salesman texted me saying I should call the manager at his office. The result of the conversation was that the person responsible for moving the car backed it up into a pole that day and they would not be able to follow through on the contract! I get no car. At this point, I depended on having a car because my rental car stipend was had almost run out. Rairdon did nothing to remedy the situation: NO rental car as I continue my car search, NO money off on any other leases, NO care to keep me as a customer. This is when I stopped dealing with Rairdon. I signed the terminated lease contract and never wanted to see them again. There is more, but no characters left. Point was they cashed my down payment check. When I tried getting it back it was like pulling teeth. I still don't have it yet!

Great prices and selection. Very Professional.

The dealership is around 200 miles away from our home yet over the internet, Rairdons seemed to have fantastic new vehicle prices and selection. We called to research replacing a 2008 Toyota Corolla Matrix with a 2013 Jeep Patriot. We found them to be friendly, patient and willing to work a great deal. They answered our questions and even returned our calls & emails over the following month. While dealers within 70 miles only had 3 Patriots combined, Rairdons had around 15 on the Kirkland lot and more on the way. We made the trip on a Sunday and even though the sales staff was quite busy, they allowed us to test out many vehicles and worked with us as a team rather than a competition. We never felt pressured and even took time out to have lunch in the middle of it all. We expected to drive home in our Matrix, discuss the different options, sell the Matrix privately and return to purchase the Jeep at a later time. The new Jeep was a fantastic value (best we found in Washington and Idaho), it was exactly what we had identified as what we wanted (FWD, stick, A/C, cruise and light color) and they were willing to make a trade in worth not continuing with a private sale. The finance manager needed to catch a ferry, yet he even held over to finish the paper work and then catch back up with us to return some forgotten personal items. The entire experience was well worth the 400 mile round trip, we have already suggested the dealership to others and when we are in the market for another vehicle, will be returning. We gave the dealership 5 out of 5 stars (Excellent) for Facilities, Buying process and Customer service because they were better than good in those areas.

Rairdons Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland didn't try to get me a good interest rate. I had to find one on my own after they said they could only get me 10.9%. A day later I got a 2.9% rate from a credit union. I sent the check to the dealer which the post office confirmed. The finance lady (Wendy) is calling my phone telling me she wants her money.. This dealership is not professional what so ever.
