My son had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler. We submitted an online request on a vehicle in Rainbows inventory. Within minutes, their Internet Manager, Samantha, contacted us regarding the vehicle. She was VERY knowledgable of the vehicle, and was not pushy at all. She got us pre-approved and has the vehicle ready when we go there. This was the quickest, most stress free car buying expierence. When we arrived to the dealership, the staff was very friendly, and made this a great buying expierence! Thanks again to Rainbow Jeep for our great car buying expierence!

I was having issues with my Jeep Wrangler so I brought it in first thing to the dealership closest to my house. They told me it would be next week before they could even look at my Jeep! So I drove across the lake to Rainbow where I originally purchased my Jeep. Not only did they take care of my Jeep the same day, but set me up in a loner vehicle to take home. The sales people are always more than helpful and courteous!

I was shopping for a car for my daughter and saw one online. Chatted with a lady online about the vehicle and said she would have her manager see if it was available to test drive. She then informed me it was to come in and anyone can help us with that. We were there within the hour and Cody was so nice, patient and very professional with us. My daughter loved it and the service no hassle. He worked with us with price and no hassle to buy. Was going to buy it the following day to surprise her, but Cody was so great working with us we got it the same day. The finance manager was also great very easy and smooth transaction for my daughters first car. Thanks Cody, Steve and finance department for your very professional and no hassle buying experience!!!

We tried to deal with them and later agreed to a deal over the phone the next day. Arranged pickup/delivery and they never responded. Salesman kept saying that he was busy and car was still in detailing. Then the salesman text me three days later they decided they didn't like the price we agreed upon and were not going to sell us the car after all! Never been mistreated like this in all my car buying experiences. We had the check in hand and everything. We were told that we should have made a deal when we were at the dealership the first time. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

Over the years we have traded in vehicles and purchased vehicles both trucks and cars. Mark has always been super helpful in getting us the best trade-in value and the purchase price of the new vehicle. There have been several salesman who have helped us. They have always done a super job of explaining everything we needed to know and more, and they answered all our questions. When we've brought a vehicle in for service that department has always worked to complete it in a timely manner. If we weren't satisfied that something wasn't quite right, they worked on it again until it was fixed. We would recommend them to others. And we will continue to shop with them when the need arises.

Their service is a joke. My father and I both have jeeps and have experienced service from Rainbow. My father had an airbag electronics issue. They claimed that he caused the damage by having a radio changed out. That's false seeing as the radio was changed out by a former Mobile one technician and they have agreements with these same people for electronics work. Then, to top it off, they bent pins over in a connector that created more problems that my dad had to fix himself. Warranty didn't cover it because it was his fault. Then I had engine problems and took it to them. Despite the engine being in good condition, they managed to convince Chrysler that I had been poorly maintaining the vehicle. They claimed oil starvation with little evidence. Then when I asked to speak with the district manager, whom Chrysler has said I have a right to speak to, the service manager Greg refused to arrange a meeting. Bottom line is that the service department is not interested in warranty work for you and if they can find a reason not to cover it, they will.

My wife and I were in the market for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee the dealership in our town did not seem to want to work with us on the value of our trade in. So we took a short trip to the Rainbow Jeep dealership in Covington LA. The staff there was very professional and willing to work with us on our trade in and the price on the new car. The entire sales process was quick and easy. I would highly recommended this dealership and will be returning for all business and service in the near future.

I visited this dealership when I was looking for a new vehicle. I did not purchase here because they did not have what I wanted. However, the salesman Akil was great. He took time trying to find me what I wanted and he got the fact that when I said my budget that was what I meant, unlike other dealerships. He is the best salesman I have worked with to date. I have used the service department as well. The service department went above and beyond to find the problem my van was having. I would highly recommend this dealership for both service and purchase of a vehicle.

The car was sold without a notice after we made a deposit on it. At the same day we negotiated the price etc.. The salesperson informed us after we wired the balance money to their account. w t f? It could happen there, beware...

not happy at all. make sure ask every hidden policies that they dont tell you or else u will end up regretting. i was trying to buy a new car there and they seem to happy to get ur money but every question i ask didnt get the answer for it. i went to see the financing guy and he was sort of weird!

Not everyone but 99% of the ppl there rude and have no service at all! If u do go there make sure to go over every hidden policy they have! Bcuz they will not tell u or answer ur question so make u need to be smart and get their word! Regret my purchase!

I havent bought a car from here, but i have gone with 2 friends who got theirs. both times i was supprised that the guy helping us wasn't like any care salesman I've ever met. he was easy to talk to and didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of my friends, cause they had never bought a car before by themselves. I thought made the mistake of giving them my pgone number while i was there cause i did not need or want a new car, but all i get was a "thanks for coming by" text the next day, and he didnt bug me at all. When i do need something I'm def gonna stop in there again.

Salesman was kinda lame..seemed like he was mad that he didn't make enough off me..sorry I paid cash and expected a fair deal...the deal was ok...but it took almost 14 days to get the paperwork and the salesman wouldn't return my calls..I expected better?.the finance guys seemed pretty cool..but the salesman was lame with no follow up D-

I was at this dealer looking for a used truck. they had the truck I wanted and when I got the financing ready I told them I would like to go home and talk to my wife because the numbers weren't what I was hoping for. They absolutely would not take no for an answer and became very pushy. I eventually walked out after they had me trapped in an office with 3 people telling my why I have to "buy this truck today"
