SUPRISINGLY GOOD EXPERIENCE

Last weekend I purchased a used KIA Sorrento from Salesman Tim Hogan . The whole process was a surprisingly good experience. I was not an easy customer, I did not need to purchase that day but was planning on replacing my 2003 SAAB within 2-3 months They worked very hard to make me happy, I left the dealership with my car , and for the first time EVER did not have second thoughts about my vehicle purchase. On Sunday I found that a headlight had gone out , I called Tim and he told me to come right back anytime Monday to have it replaced. I was met at the Service Entrance and my headlight was replaced within 10-15 minutes. I would recommend this dealership and KIA vehicles to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I was looking for a midsize SUV and had checked out the Chevrolet, Ford and Mazda versions ....no comparison!!

Looking at 2016 KIA SORENTO

My husband Rich and I were interested in reducing the cost of my monthly car payments by purchasing a 2016 KIA Sorento to replace the vehicle I now have. My husband stopped by the KIA dealership the day before and spoke with a very helpful salesperson, David McCarthy. He was very knowledgeable in the various vehicles and options he could offer that would possibly help us in our quest. The following day my husband brought me in to meet Mr. McCarthy. He listened, researched and came back with a number of Sorentos for me to choose from. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with a salesperson such as David McCarthy. It was also wonderful to find out that my son had recently purchased his car with David being his salesperson. I guess my family gravitates to good people.

The folks at Quirk KIA of Manchester treated me with respect and courtesy. My sales agent, David McCarthy, persisted in getting me a deal I could handle with my budget; I'd recommend him to anyone in the market for a KIA. I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. My wife and I dealt with Dave , who was very professional and respectful. He answered all of our questions. Great experience

I purchased my first new vehicle in 14 years. I was dreading going to any dealership and having to listen to all of the hype and spend hours haggling to purchase a vehicle. After much research, I went to Quirk Kia knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted, and the price I was willing to pay. I was met by Adam Kumis. He made the entire experience pleasant and stress free. My daughter says its feels like she's riding in a cloud with our new Kia Sorento and I couldn't be happier with our new purchase right along with our purchase. Loving your new car is the easy part it's finding the right dealership to get you in the car that can be the hardest part. At Quirk Kia in Manchester the process was was easy from start to finish. They didn't make it feel like a process at all. I'm not sure I've ever been able to say that my car buying experience wasn't a process at all, and a great experience! They made it quick and simple which was perfect and especially where I brought my little ones with me. No playing games over numbers and the price of the car! More like played games with my girls to make sure they were just as happy as me! Everyone was great but Tim went above and beyond to make sure everything went wonderful and especially to make sure the girls were just as happy as their mom when we drove away! I'm already sending my friends and family for the quality of the car and staff !

Best experience I've ever had from anywhere !

Let me start off by saying I absolutely despise buying a new car , so much so that I get anxiety to the point where I almost can't walk into a dealership. Today I decided to look at Quirk Kia because they are new in Manchester. I found a Honda Pilot My wife and I liked online and decided to inquire about it online. We got a reply and headed down to the dealership to look at it . We were met in the parking lot by Tim Hogan . He did an appraisal on our current vehicle and ran numbers for us. Unfortunately we couldn't come to agreement on the pilot and decided to look at a 2015 Kia Sorrento . Hanna I believe is her name (financial Manager) came to us and told us that she could get us where we wanted payment wise as well as the interest rate where we wanted. After waiting a little bit we were surprised that they came to the payment we wanted with gap insurance and maintenance warranty all rolled into it already. We were super happy!! Also let me tell you this we arrived about 5 pm with our 2 year old son in tow and Tim Hogan was incredible , no pressure sales tactics , listened to what and where we wanted to be and he took and occupied our 2 year old until we left just after 9 pm. He wheeled him around the showroom in a chair , took him on a tour of the garage , showed and explained colors of cars they had in the showroom , came over and gave him a Reese's cup. All in all he was friggin awesome with our son and had patience and compassion for him which goes a long way for us . I have never ever dealt with a better person , staff , dealership in my life and I couldn't be more pleased as a customer . Their service , compassion and commitment to their customers is first rate and I'll tell you I've never seen customer service like this from a dealer , mall , store etc . In my life. Tim if you see this you were awesome and I thank you for your commitment to excellence and compassion towards my son. Tim you have earned a customer possibly for life as I will come back every time to buy a car from you when I need one. Hanna you as well deserve praise you were awesome in your commitment to getting us exactly what we wanted and we are super appreciative of you. Awful!!

Had a bad experience the first time, did multiple credit inquiries when I specifically requested not to. I went back recently to give them another try and the manager not only REFUSED to do business with me, but lied to me again on top of it!! Didn't even pull my credit or call for a payoff, just sat there and told me they couldn't do anything. Absolutely awful and would not recommend to anyone!!!

Happy Buyer

Tim was great. He was very helpful in explaining the most used function of the car. He linked my cell phone to Bluetooth before we took a test drive. Tim went thru and explain many of the menu screens making it easier to preset the functions you use daily. Tim was polite and courteous at all times. I would recommend him to my friends.

Quirk of Kia has soul....

When we walked into the dealership I knew I wanted a Kia Soul just because it's cute. We were assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate, Tim Hogan, who showed me the Soul and I fell in love with it. We took a nice test drive that included the high way. He helped us work out our financing and was very generous to our bored teens. A very kind man with a great attitude. I love my new car.

Exactly what I wanted

First let me stat by saying that I hate car shopping... so I went out shopping for a Kia Sorento and decided that I would head to Manchester. I went into the Quick dealership to look and found exactly what I was looking for. I met Tim and he made it simple and easy to by the car... even though he had a family function to go to he stayed and worked with me. Love my Kia

Tim Hogan of Quirk Kia worked with us and got us into the vehicle we wanted. Tim took a lot time with us, was friendly and helpful. He was also great with our children (not always easy car shopping with children). I love my Kia Sorenta! I would recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Tim.

When entering the dealership you are greeted by almost everyone, soon to be introduced to Tim. Tim was such a swell of guy to deal with. Great personalities through out the entire place. Bought a Kia Sorento

My husband & I picked up our new Sorento, this morning, after checking with several dealers.Tim Hogan was our salesman, and I would recommend him, highly...he has a great personality, caring and very patient personality...When we first went into Quirk Kia, we were greeted by Tim...took a test drive..and would've bought the car , on the spot. However, I made the agreement with my husband that we check other places and prices. Even though we found different deals, my husband knew that I wanted to stick with Tim, and Quirk Kia.. I am pleased with our decision, and I know that Tim will be there, if needed...I was also impressed that he took us around to introduce to the rest of the staff, including the service department...all seemed very nice. I will recommend Tim, and Quirk to friends and family...Oh, and I was very appreciative that Tim took the time to show the different functions of the car...very helpful.

Purchase review

I met with with Tim Hogan at Quirk Kia around 10AM and walked away with with a new Kia around 1PM. The entire staff from service to sales to financing were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and and professionals. Tim asked me what I wanted and found the car. He got me a fair assessment of my old car worked with the financials people and gave me a satisfactory deal. He introduced me to everything in the car since it was a new brand for me after 7 Subarus at 200,000 miles each.I would highly recommend this dealership because they inform you of their product as opposed to pressuring you to make a deal.You make your decision on your own.

Great Experience

Great experience! Not only was it a no pressure sale, it was the first time I have ever had a sales person walk me through a car with such detail. From the engine to the interior and all safety info, he even helped me set up my Sirius radio and Bluetooth. He knew how and why the Sorrento received such a great safety rating and also knew so much about the vehicle that I felt totally prepared when I drove away!
