I had my 2015 Corolla serviced on Oct. 13th. The wait time went so fast as I spent it in the lounge area. Also, had a nice visit with Paul Langseth who sold me the car. I absolutely love my Corolla. When I went outside to get in my car, I thought I had a new one. So clean and shiny. Back home in Alexandria, my carpenter even commented on how my car looked. Thanks for the great job and letting me know everything is really good with the car.

This is the most helpful, caring car dealer I have ever run across. We have such confidence in them that we take our cars there for EVERYTHING (even the tires). They are always looking out for us and in this day and age that is appreciated!!!

I drove 3 hours from the the Minneapolis area in order to get the 2014 Corolla that I wanted. Scott had the car on hold for me, I took it for a drive, and I drove it off the lot a happy customer. The vibe at the dealership was very laid back. I did not feel pressured which was nice. These guys know their biz.

I contacted Quality Toyota when I saw a car they had listed on Auto Traders I had been looking for, it was middle of the afternoon when I called from 55 miles away, with closing time 6p, Pete figured it would 5:30 before we'd arrive & offered to be available to show us the car. I rather knew I'd be buying even before driving it! The business manager to make the paperwork as efficient as he could, considering it ended up going to after hours.

Went to look at a used car at Quality and ended up with a new Corolla. Zero interest rate and money back was the clincher. It was first new car my wife and I have ever purchased and was very impressed with Pete T the salesman who was super to deal with. The sales staff at Quality Toyota displayed extreme professionalism. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or tricked. I walked out after buying exactly what I had planned to buy. A good used car with gap and an extended warranty. Price of the car was fair. As a former car salesman, I was impressed by the ease of the process.

I found Quality Toyota while searching for a used Toyota Prius. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. I did not get a pushy vibe as I didn't commit or buy right away. They even stayed late after I bought the car since I had a two hour drive to get there. I wasn't rushed through the buying process and they took time to explain the car and go over some things to help me. I would definitely recommend them and will buy from them again!

I just bought my fifth new car from Quality Toyota this one is my second Prius. I wouldn't dream of buying a car anywhere else! They take all the stress out of the experience for me. Every department has great staff who have been so patient and helpful in educating me wether it's a new car sale or for service. I know They have integrity and honesty in their dealings with customers(which is a big reason I keep going back) for my car purchases. Special thanks this time to Mike and Monte for setting up and explaining the technical stuff for me, and always to Paul T for running such a great place to come and making me feel welcome every time. Of course I also have loved every one of the cars I have bought and they require so little maintenance! I'm grateful quality Toyota is available to me and recommend it to others.

I had my car in the body shop for repair. They got the car in really quick after the accident and it was repaired in 3 days. When I picked it up the whole vehicle had been detailed inside and out. It was just like the day I purchased the vehicle in May 2015 - completely clean. Thanks Quality for the great service and going the extra mile to please your customers.

My late husband and I bought our first 2007 Sienna from Quality Toyota and had the most positive experience and knew "right from the start" that we would continue our relationship with them. My husband passed away January, 2010 and in October of that year, I purchased a 2011 Sienna again from Quality Toyota (my first buying experience on my own). Brian S. was so very helpful and just very recently, I purchased a 2015 Sienna from Quality Toyota and Rich L. also made that experience a most pleasant one. In addition, Erick S. was most helpful in explaining all the paperwork involved. Mike H. and all the other wonderful employees in the Service Department have always worked with me and given me such great service. I feel like "one of the family" when I have to bring my Toyota in for the recommended servicing. I travel quite a ways to have this service but it is well worth the trip for the great service and friendly, knowlegable personnel at Quality Toyota and I highly recommend them to my friends as well.

Well I can't say enough how great it is working with Rich to buy a car, over the years I have bought 3 vehicles from him. He is very knowledgeable, quick to key in on what you really want or need and just a really nice person. Highly recommend coming to Quality for a pleasant car purchase experience. I also just had my 5,000 maintenance service done and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Had my appointment scheduled as requested and I was in and out of there in a reasonable time. I have purchased several cars from Quality. The 1st being a 2001 Highlander and the most recent a 2015 Highlander. The organization isn't like a typical car dealership, which is a very good thing. Everybody is honest and answers questions with understandable diction. If somebody doesn't know something they will ask someone else and the answer is one you can count on. Their service prices are fair and you can trust that they are done right. Toyotas are great cars and the people at Quality make them even better.

I drove home yesterday, May 8th, in my new 2015 Corolla. What a ride! Such a difference in the comfort and features from my 2011 Corolla. This new vehicle is my 5th one that I have purchased at Quality Toyota and I have several reasons for returning to this dealership. The friendliness, helpfulness, and well qualified people who work there is unreal. Every department gets an A plus from me. I also like their large waiting area when I come in for service. I just bought a brand new 2015 Toyota Camry, which I love. I wasn't even looking to buy a Toyota at all. I was looking at a Ford Fusion. After going to Quality Toyota and working with them to drive a few used vehicles on their lot, I began to open up to the idea of a Toyota, mostly because I really wanted to buy a car from Quality Toyota. This is a top notch company in every way! They treated me, a woman, with so much respect - something I wasn't getting from the other dealerships I have worked with over the last six weeks of the car buying process. There was no high pressure sales pitch. They simply wanted me in the car that would be best for me...and actually meant it! Then, when I checked the reviews on the Camry, it was a no-brain decision! I love my Camry and I love Quality Toyota!

We are only giving you five stars because it won't allow us to give six. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had, and I've bought probably 15 vehicles over the years. We bought a new Highlander and absolutely love it. It is an exceptional vehicle. The price we were quoted when we first contacted Quality Toyota was $2500 less than we could find at a Fargo dealership after a week's worth of haggling. We found Paul to be kind, honest and a joy to work with. Erick (finance manager) was also very nice and definitely knows what he's doing. And just before we drove our new Highlander off the lot, Blake showed us its many features and was very thorough and engaging. I really have to say that when Paul sold us this car, he had no way of knowing that he also sold us every car we will buy in the future. Six Stars. (Ha! I found a way to beat the system!)

We discovered Quality Toyota by accident, taking someone else there last year to pick up a new car. Of course, we had to look around, and the kind, no-pressure attentions of salesman Paul Langseth brought us back this year when it was our turn to buy a new car. Paul worked with us wonderfully to get us exactly what we wanted, and then took as much time as we needed to explain everything to us. Without a doubt, this has been our best car-purchase experience ever. Eric continued the 5-star performance by clearly explaining all of the warranty options. We would not hesitate to recommend Quality Toyota to anyone.

Bought a 2000 Toyota Avalon from Quality in FF. Nice car, have put 100,000 miles since I bought it. During the buying process I asked the salesman if the 90,000 mile service has been done, he said he was sure it had been. I checked with the service dept. and the timing belt and spark plugs had not been done. They were willing to do that service as part of the sale. I did buy the car, it was a local trade in with 100,000 miles on it. They kept the car and did the service (work was well done). After driving the car for a few day I noticed some suspension noice in the back. Brought it in for service and was told it needed new rear shocks ($800 or $600 with non Toyota parts and a more limited warrenty). I brought this up to the owner and after several meetings and some heated words he did agree to reduce the price of the service by $100. I later found mismatched tire on the car that I did not bring to the dealers attention-just bought new tire, drivers side electric window went out($500 fix) done at dealer, went out again, they refixed. Since then it has gone out again-I now get my service done at another place in town. Car is still running with routine maintence. They do have some nice vehicles but I would have it checked out by and independant serviceman.
