My wife and I spent some time with Thomas looking at the CR-V. Thanks to Thomas-we didn't just look and test ride-we received an amazingly professional delivery of all the terrific features of the CR-V and Honda cars. I have bought around 20 cars over the last 40 years for myself, wife and daughters, and I have never been so impressed with a sales rep as I was yesterday.I so wanted to buy that CR-V for my wife-but she felt better driving a different model car later in the day. Thomas is truly amazing as a person, professional and sales rep and you are blessed to have him on your team.

Stellar service from Mr. Lutz! He was super helpful and attentive to my needs under my financial circumstance. He provided me with all the information I had requested and made everything necessary to get me out same day with a new car lease! Mr. Lutz set up my insurance with the new car and Trey even went ahead and renewed my tag! My experience was unlike what I would expect from a dealership. This was my first car-buying experience, and it was almost perfect. I would rate it a 4.5 if that were an option.Hilary Katzen was very good at helping me find the car I wanted, and being patient with me so that I could think about my choices. She helped me out for about a month, and by the time I'd chosen a car I was very happy. The only problem came when I stepped into the finance office and was pitched warranty, as the guy in the office made it sound like not buying warranty would bring on the apocalypse! This stressed me out a lot, and tainted a buying experience that so far had worked out as I wanted. Hilary's very good at what she does, but because the finance guy scared me almost to the point that I didn't want to buy the car, the experience was a 4.

I was headed to buying a late model used vehicle at another dealership when I made an inquiry at Proctor about possibly buying a new Civic if the price was right, per my pre-approval from the credit union. Joe Gagnon contacted me on a Monday, understanding my time issue with a trip out-of-town and by Tuesday at lunch, had worked a deal for the new car, within my price limitation, with very little effort on my part. I signed the paperwork Tuesday after work and left the dealership with the new Civic. This was the best car buying experience for me in recent memory. Phillip, totally misrepresented a 2014 Honda Ridgeline! Made me drive 7 hours round trip from Tampa to Tallahassee . saying that it looks "beautiful".When I seen the vehicle there was deep body scratches that needed repair, and not just a buff job. It need bodywork for a proper repair., Plus here was shoddy paint repair on both sides of the truck thick over spray. Then offered me a 50 dollar E- visa card... he and Proctor can stick that where the Sun don't shine. John P

As usual, I had a great experience at Proctor Honda when I got the routine service completed on my Accord. I scheduled an appointment on their website, showed up, and waited while they took care of my car. I sat at one of their business desks, connected to wifi, and was able to work. They let me know as soon as the car was ready, explained what was done. They gave me a heads up on future brake work that will need to be done and an estimate of when I'll need to do it. Great for planning and budgeting. They even washed the car.

I have had to deal with recalls from Honda on my van and Honda has made it a very simple and painless process. Honda remained in contact with me and did a routine inspection on my vehicle as well. I plan to drive my van until it dies and when it does, we plan to replace it with another Honda! I have driven rentals oder competitors, but none drive and give me the security as a Honda!

Everyone is wonderful at Proctor Honda, from the owner of the dealership, the sales (esp. Stuart Williams and Mo Baker-Nafal) and service staff (esp. Chuck Browning), and sweet Betty, the receptionist who always makes sure I'm comfortable and have plenty of water to drink. :)I love my new Accord! I'm excited to go on my next long, solo road trip in a few weeks.

Joe's patience with my family and I made this experience very easy. He knew the product and understood exactly what we were looking for. We were very honest with him and in return he was very straight forward with us. We visited 3 other dealerships and none of the competitors could even point out the features on their own vehicles. Joe knew everything about the Odyssey and the difference between each Odyssey model. This dealership overall is extremely clean, nice, and courteous. If you are in Tallahassee or the gulf coast, it's worth a drive to this dealership IMO.

I never liked buying cars. I never liked dealerships, car salesmen, or car financiers. Obie, Trey, and Proctor Honda have changed that for me. I just completed my fifth car purchase with Obie and Trey, and they made it easy and even enjoyable once again. Starting a family and making a lot of changes has been tough, we've needed to trade-in smaller cars for larger ones, but we've come to regard Obie and Trey as friends who we can trust to help us make good decisions for our family. You can tell that Proctor encourages and supports honest, affable employees to be more so, rather than less so. I absolutely love my Honda! Although, when getting my 1st oil change done I was told I would have free tire rotation for life. I've had 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotation in the past. Today I go for the usual oil change, tire rotation and I was now told no more tire rotation for free. It was suppose to be notated on my account. It reads clearing that they have been doing the service without charge on my past 3 invoices and I still get no tire rotation for free. I'm very disappointed with the customer service provided to me today by the manager, especially when I was told the reasoning why I wasn't charged in the past is because they have been appeasing me due to this matter. I cannot believe I was told that. I'm very disappointed! Why in customer service would you even say that!?!? I feel very belittle being that was said to me. I will never buy another Honda again. I do have to say that Jessica handled everything very good and was very understanding when dealing with this situation. She was prompt to look into things and even got the Managers attention for me.

Very much enjoyed working with my sales rep, Joe Gagnon. Going into the dealership, I was ready to have my guard up to the sales people, but every stereotype that comes to mind when you think of a car dealership was simply not the case with my experience with Joe and Proctor Honda. He was authentic, gave me the best price, and answered all questions. He took his time to show me options and I never felt misled or pushed into making a decision. I've previously had a bad experience with Proctor Honda - so bad that I haven't been there in years. I HAD to return last week however, for recall service on my vehicle's airbag. The entire experience last week was stellar, from the service people who answered the phone and gave me correct (and easier than anticipated) instructions, to the person who greeted me, to the service itself, which was faster than promised. Thomas was such a joy to work with. He really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and did his best to accommodate my needs and my preferences. Car shopping can be very stressful, however Mo made it a wonderful shopping experience. He told me all about the features on the vehicle and answered all my questions thoroughly and without judgment. He was very personable and confident without being pushy or overwhelming. I have spoken with many sales people over the years and he stood out among them. When I was ready to buy Mo was not available so I worked with Stuart. Just when I thought Mo was 1 in a million, it turns out Stuart was just as easy and fun to work with. I believe Proctor Honda has the best salespeople in the area. Great car and great experience.

From beginning to end they were honest about the CRV, it had been in two small fender benders, but the car looked great, (I knew it had body work because some of my family is in the auto business) they lined up the car, worked with me on price and found me a great loan, when i trade up in the years to come there is no question i will be back, i drive a lot of miles and just wanted a sound car, a repainted door and roof that was done right did not bother me, the car is mechanically great, and again their honesty about the car will bring me back again, just a good group of people.

I was dreading the day I had to take my car in for a brake job. I mean who looks forward to this? Well, now I have a completely different opinion after getting my Civic repaired at the Proctor Honda Service Center. The staff were very courteous and professional, especially, Ken the shuttle driver, who gave me and others a ride to work and back. Also,in addition to the brake job, they performed a multi-point inspection and uncovered a leaking shock. I feel very safe and secure now, knowing my car was inspected for other potential issues. And after driving my car for several days, I can say my brakes are perfect! I should have expected this though. I bought my Civic from Proctor six years ago and had a similar, wonderful experience with the sales staff. I will purchase every vehicle from this dealership from now on and will no longer fear getting it repaired. I can't thank the staff here enough. They ROCK!

She said the contractor that does body work for Honda was actually there and would ask him to give me a quote. She got the quote and attached it to my service paperwork with the person's business card. She was very friendly and helpful. It's nice dealing with someone who will go out of their way to assist you.

Proctor Honda is one of the best dealerships to purchase a car in Tallahassee PERIOD. All the people who work there are friendly, curtious, and seem as though they care about their customers as people not a number. I purchased a new Crv and the sale process was great! With a little patience, you can negotiate with them for a great deal and they are always offering you food or drinks during the entire ordeal. My recent visit with Proctor Honda was to replace the recalled airbag. I found this experience to be excellent. Personnel was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. They kept me informed as to what stage my visit was entering and I was quite surprised when they called my name as they had completed the work about 45 minutes before the anticipated completion time. The waiting room was very full on this day too! I even replied that I wasn't thru with the reading material that accompanied me for my little campout. He didn't hit me with hidden fees and I feel I paid a very fair price for my car (and got a great price on my trade-in).I've brought my Fit back to Proctor's Service Department several times for factory recalls and oil changes. Everyone there is so nice and helpful - the service is always prompt and I trust Proctor to do great work on my car. I've been taking my Hondas to the Proctor Service Dept. for about 8 years and am very pleased with their honesty and service. I had some work done on my previous Honda and decided to replace the timing belt too at that time. A year later I brought my van in to have the timing belt replaced when the service rep mentioned he thought that I had that done earlier when I had repair work done. He looked up my service record and he saved me from having the belt replaced. Employee continuity and taking my vehicle to the same place for servicing saved me money.My last service for my 2014 Honda I mentioned that I was concerned about tire pressure. I had a blow out on my Ford truck because a tire company under inflated my tires. Before I left Proctor Honda, the service rep made a point of telling me she made sure the tires were checked and what the pressure was in each tire. I appreciated knowing that she really listened to me and understood my concern.

I've taken my car to Proctor Honda a few times and have received terrible service each time. About a year ago I took it in for an oil change and mentioned a few other problems that they should check (like parking brake light on, window not always rolling down). After waiting for 4 hours, they told me that they didn't do anything except change the oil. Another oil change took 2 hours. I learned from that never to use a dealership for an oil change.About a month ago, I took my car in because the air conditioning had stopped working. Despite making an appointment, they told me that they couldn't fix the air conditioning that day, and I should bring it in some other day in the morning so that they could check it out. So I brought it back the next week at 8 am, and took their shuttle service to work. I called midday to check on the progress, and they had no update. I called in the afternoon, still in their open hours, and no one answered. They kept my car overnight without telling me they were going to. Luckily, I found a ride home, but I had been planning on driving my own car home that day. The next day I called, and they told me the fix would be over $700, so I just had them shuttle me back to the dealership and picked up my car.When I asked why they never called to tell me they would be keeping my car overnight, they told me that my "service advisor" assigned to me had been gone all week. They had no idea what happened.I will never go back to Proctor Honda again.

Mike is the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. My wife has severe motion sickness, and finding a car she could tolerate was very important to us. When I explained this to Mike, he pulled the car around, handed us the keys, and said, "Take it out and drive it for as long as you'd like." As soon as we were in the car, my wife turned to me and said, "We're buying our next car from this guy." We'd never heard of a salesperson just letting a customer take the car, but I think Mike recognized that this was a special situation. When we brought the car back, Mike asked how we liked it, and like any good salesperson, he suggested we buy the car that day. But when we said we'd have to think about it, Mike wasn't pushy at all. He gave us his card and asked us to call after we'd thought about it. It took us a few months to decide to buy the car, and when we went back, Mike made the process very easy. He offered a little more for our trade than the upper limit of the Bluebook trade-in value range, and the whole process went very quickly and smoothly. He even called a few days later and asked if the new car was working out well for us and told us to call if we needed anything. We really couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Mike. We'll definitely be going back to him when we're in the market for a car again.

I visited Proctor Honda to have service done on my vehicle for an airbag recall. I had a 7:30am appointment, and at 11:45am I got a call that the car was already ready to go! Everything was in order inside the car and I was very impressed with the promptness of the service.The only recommendation I have is to perhaps find a way to make coordinating the appointment more efficient. The lady at the dealership and I had to play phone tag for a few weeks before we finally talked. If there was a way to speak to someone right away rather than leaving a voicemail every time (for the recall) that would be helpful.

I recently took my Honda CRV in for its usual service on a busy Saturday. Someone directed me where to pull in, and then told us to wait by our cars for a service person. While I did have to wait a few minutes (it was about 9:00am on a Saturday, after all), once my turn was up, Zach helped me and was very friendly. He gave me an accurate time table for my service, and when it was a bit longer than I could wait for, he offered the services of their shuttle. Overall, this dealership has friendly employees, even under pressure.

I had planned to end my RDX lease early and lease a MDX Acura because we were looking for a more comfortable and quieter ride. However, I decided to check out the Honda Odyssey before making my final decision. We were hesitate getting a van because of its size, etc.. However, the ride was incredible -comfortable, quiet, and smooth...The leather seats super comfortable! I loved all the amazing safety features. too. The right hand turn camera is awesome. Loved all of the music options, especially the Pandora experience. We were thrilled with the price. I was able to get out of a very unhappy lease and into one that we enjoy w/o any penalty. Stuart Williams, is the best of the best sales persons. He made sure that we got what we wanted and made sure our payments were doable. We have worked with Stuart before, and I highly recommend working with him. Ask for him by name, you will not be disappointed. He is wonderful! He makes it a fun and personable experience! Proctor has serviced by 2003 Honda Pilot from the very beginning, and I have never had a bad experience. After taking it in for its 150,000-mile service, Victor Whaley explained a number of different mechanical issues that could be addressed over the next year or so, but he did so with recognition that the Pilot is getting up in years, limiting the amount we want to invest in it. I appreciated this sensitivity and his thorough explanations and prognosis.

During a family vacation while driving through Tallahassee in sever weather our accord broke down. The damage appeared very severe. I contacted Zach in the service department and explained my situation, and that is when our worst nightmare turned into the best dealership service experience I have ever had, or heard of. Transportaionless in a hotel away from home we were referred to a more than reasonably priced tow service which picked me up retrieved the vehicle and delivered us both to the dealer. Our personal issues regarding transportation were more than accommodated by the shuttle service and theDriver was proffesional and personable providing information about the sites we passed as though he were a tour bus with the city, easing our tension and distracting our daughters from the stress of the situation.Our repairs were diagnosed honestly and concisely, performed quickly and shockingly affordable. We were not local customers nor will likely return and received this quality of service. If considering a new car purchase imagine the service you would be provided, and if you too are Stranded in Tallahassee I recommend you call Zach at Proctor Honda, he'll get you on the road ASAP and turn a tragedy into an experience worth writing this long review about. My wife and I were traveling to Tallahassee to visit friends. We decided to take a scenic rout. About 80 miles North of Tallahassee in the middle of no where I heard a noise in the front end of my Odyssey. The noise was getting louder and louder. I stopped and checked out the noise. The shroud in front of my left tire that WAS attached to the bumper and fender came loose and the tire tore it up. I was worried it would damage the front bumper or fender or both! I got on my phone and looked for a Honda dealership. I found Proctor Honda in Tallahassee, I called and got Jessica Harris in the service department. She wondered if I could get the van there by four and that was out of the question since it was late in the day and I knew I had to limp along. She said to drive slowly and bring in the van first thing in the morning. I am from Charlotte NC and worried traveling home without a repair would really mess up the front end. I was not sure Proctor Honda would have the part since Tallahassee is a small city. We were in town for a couple days and an extended stay waiting for a part was also troublesome.I met Jessica first thing and she looked over the van. She was very reassuring and told me not to worry about the van they would take care of it. I wondered if she had the part and she told me more than likely but in the worst case they would fix it so I could get it home without further damage to my van. OK, good deal.I was shocked when I got a call from Jessica AN HOUR later telling me the van was fixed. Are you kidding me, that is OUTSTANDING service. My pal took me back to Proctor Honda. He was surprised at the short time it took to fix my van. We checked out the front end and sure enough a new piece was installed and looked great.Proctor Honda and Jessica Harris, WELL DONE! This experience was outstanding. The trip home was worry free. I know my pal is going to let his friends know about my experience.Thank you Proctor Honda, I really appreciate your help.

I recently went to the Proctor Honda Service Center to get the oil changed on my 2014 Honda Civic. Brian Gorniak checked me in quickly and gave me an estimated wait time of 30 minutes. I love that Proctor Honda offers snacks and coffee (the vanilla cappuccino is the best!!!) as well as the best customer service I have ever received. It only took them 20 minutes to change the oil and rotate my tires. I also love the fact that I received a multi-point vehicle inspection and my car got washed so that it had it's beautiful blue color back on display. The price was great, especially for everything that was checked and done to my car. I fully expect to be a lifelong Proctor Honda customer.Also, I would recommend to anyone interested in buying a vehicle from Proctor Honda to work with either Mary Smith or Thomas Lutz. They are both very knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot and are very friendly and pleasant to work with.

I test drove a CRV at Proctor Honda and loved the car, and was also very pleased with the sales associate (Thomas). I never felt like he was pushy or trying to sell me the car - he simply told me about the different options and answered any questions I had. This was a welcome relief compared to all of the other local dealerships I had visited. I found a lower priced CRV at a dealership in central Florida and took their price quote into Proctor Honda in hopes they could match it and save me a 10 hour round-trip drive. Thomas was able to come very close to the price of the other dealership and was very thorough in showing me the difference between Proctor's price sheet and the other dealer's sheet that had been emailed to me. He was concerned that certain items had been left off their quote and my price would increase when I made it to the dealership. Additionally, the other dealership could only offer me a range of values for my trade since they had not yet seen it in person, so this could also affect the price. I wanted a very specific color and there were none on the lot at Proctor. Thomas was able to confirm that one was currently being built and was scheduled to arrive at Proctor within the next few weeks. Less than two weeks later the car arrived and I returned to Proctor to complete my paperwork and buy my new car. There were no surprises, the payments were exactly as we had discussed and the process was very smooth. They also gave me the full Blue Book value for my trade. I am very pleased with my experience so far and would recommend this dealership and sales associate without any reservations.

I had the pleasure of buying a car from Proctor Honda in March 2015, and I can honestly say it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman, Jacob Moreno, was a complete delight to work with, great sense of humor, attentive, not pushy but very enthusiastic, a genuine pleasure to deal with. I deeply appreciated that I was not attacked by a mob of salesmen when I arrived on the lot, I hate feeling like chum in a pool full of sharks which is how I have felt at most other dealerships and all I want to do then is LEAVE. Here I was very comfortable to stay and consider options. I also deeply appreciated the absence of the PA systems hollering for people via speakers all over the lot. It was a peaceful and enjoyable place to do my business and I will absolutely be taking my wonderful new car there for service for many years to come. Just like I will return there again to make another purchase when that time arrives. AWESOME place!! The man in finance was excellent too, but I don't recall his name! Wish I did.

I've been with Proctor Honda for a while now (since I moved to Tallahassee from Miami). I liked Honda already, but I was really surprised when I began having routine checkups and oil changes for my car at Proctor Honda in Tallahassee.The place is beautiful. You can find everything from a beautiful, outfitted child's toy room, to very clean, very modern bathrooms. There's a really nice coffee and snack bar where you can get everything from hot chocolate to special treats like biscotti, to cheddar crackers, and coffee. (And it's free). There are some really wide computer stations so if you have to work while you wait for your car, you can do it in complete comfort. There are comfy chairs and TVs, magazines (if that's what you prefer). I'm a widow, and there are always those stories one hears as women - that this place and that can't be trusted with a car. Well, when I drive into Proctor Honda, I breathe a sigh of relief. I know I'm going to be safe there. You can bet the work they will do on your car will be well done, the staff is so friendly, like family, really, and you know else what I found? That the prices are reasonable!

I had been dealing with a dealership in Dothan with my Kia and had nothing but bad experiences even though I had purchased the Kia new from the Dothan dealership. Mr. Victor from the service department treated me with so much respect and made sure that I was comfortable. When I arrived for my appointment with salesman Jacob Moreno, I had already told him the model I wanted to buy and knew what constituted a fair price. We got right down to business. I appreciated the fact that Jacob did not try to sell me an upgrade or another model. He was courteous and friendly and seemed comfortable with a senior citizen like me, which is not always the case with young sales folk, believe me. The process went smoothly and I am a happy camper. And the coffee is great in the fine waiting room!

I made an appointment last week, but when I first arrived I got the sense that the service department was swamped with last minute bookings, however, the service advisor assured me that I would only be looking at an hour and a half wait. Which seems reasonable considering the effort that goes into checking the vehicle. The Honda Multi-Point Inspection was performed on my vehicle and Victor (the Service Advisor) explained the purpose of the A1 Minder and the eventual B Minder. As well as eased my concerns over the need for the service provided.The worked performed was more than satisfactory and I look forward to many miles driving my Honda.The service has quickly become what I expect when at one of your Proctor Dealerships. Very poor customer service! The guys in the service department was very rude! You would think the amount of money this place charges for a repair, they would have the best customer service but it's the complete opposite. There is no sense of communication and there is a lot of incompetence going on. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place!!!! I have an accord and a civic, and need to maintain them times every year. I know it's always much cheaper for maintenance at firestone, walmart, etc., but I feel more pleasant to do business with Proctor. I tired couple other centers closed to me times, none of their service quality & attitude made me satisfied comparing with proctor honda except for possible cheaper price . Honestly speaking, the most impressive thing is not proctor honda's nice environment but they have an awesome service team: service manger David, adviser Brian , plus, the customer service liaison Kerry Hartley, they always provide you pleasant service. That is why I would rather take longer time driving there and have had my cars be maintained at proctor for years since i moved to Tallahassee. I have also recommended my friends go there for maintenance and/or buying new car when they ask for my suggestion. Of course, It will be better if there is any special discounts for loyal customers for years.

I showed up during a busy time at Proctor Honda for service on Tuesday morning. Brian told me that it would take about an hour to complete my service. About an hour and 15 minutes later, I asked how much longer and he said it was in the wash now and was very apologetic for it taking "so long". 15 minutes longer than said is nothing to the time it used to take me at Toyota with my old car last year so I was more than okay with it! I appreciated Brian's apologies.When I bought my car, I also prebought my oil changes as well, but the disposal fees were not included in the price that I had paid, causing a less than $5 fee that I would still have to pay, which is slightly annoying just because its $5 I don't want to pay. HOWEVER, the lady at the cashier waived this small fee without me even complaining about it at all, which was so nice! She must have known that I am a poor college student. ;) Thanks Proctor Honda Service!

I picked up my wife's Pilot on Thursday from the airbag recall installation and parked it at the house. Friday morning I drove it around Tally on a few errands to get ready to leave that afternoon to go to Atlanta for my parents 60th Anniversary. When I was going home I felt the transmission slip a bit. It happened a few times, so when I got home I called Proctor Honda. I was a LITTLE upset, as my wife and I and our two dogs were leaving in an hour. After the initial 'What did you do to our car?' I was put on with Service Manager David Burch. I explained the situation to Dave, and on a super busy Friday afternoon, he said bring my the Pilot and lets flush the trans fluid and see if it works better. I drove over, feeling the slipping more and more as I drove. When I got there, I feared the worst. Dave got in to test drive the Pilot, and I told him it was bad, and that he wouldn't need to leave the parking lot to find out. He got back, and the tech's pulled it right in. A few minutes later, Dave came and walked me to his office so we could talk. Dave made a point to tell me stories about police work and hunting and life. He made a point to make me laugh and relax some. I can't thank him enough for that massive injection of human touch. Then word came. The transmission was gone. It almost never happens in a Honda. Ours was a 2003 with 138K miles on it, never an issue. After getting the replacement cost, I told Dave we would call him on Monday to talk again. My wife and I felt it was better to get a newer Pilot (she loves them), so I drove over and told Dave. He put in touch with Billy Pierini in sales. In a day Billy had us a 2008 Pilot with really low miles, a great offer with trade in on our old Pilot and a fantastic price on the newer one. We bought it a few days later. Everyone at the service desk, from Chuck Gay on down were wonderful, as well as everyone else we encountered. We can't thank David Burch and the fine folks at Proctor Honda enough. This is an outstanding dealership that cares greatly about it's people and they care greatly about you. Don't take my word, drive over and experience it for yourself. You will want to do business with Proctor Honda, I promise!

I bought a used Honda odyssey and it had the air bag light on and it stayed on, so after researching it I called the service dept to see if I could bring it in to get checked. They set me up an appt for the following Monday I dropped it off before they opened on my way to work and it was done when I got of at 2. They fixed the problem and since it was a recall on the part they didn't charge me for anything not even the labor and the ran it through the car wash. Thanks!

I took my car to Proctor Honda to get an oil change and transmission flush. I was told that I didn't need a transmission flush, which instilled trust in the service personnel (Brian Gorniak); I chose to do the flush anyway. Due to the codes my car displayed, the Brian Gorniak also informed me that I needed a brake fluid and coolant flush...both of which I did. I used to think that going to the dealership was more expensive than non-dealers, but Proctor Honda changed my perception. I will continuing going to Proctor Honda!!

The guys over at Proctor, specifically Jacob and Phil are great and do everything they can to make your car buying experience a pleasant one. This is my wife and I's first time buying a new car and they did not push us at all. Jacob even was ready to excuse himself from the first time he came up if we had told him we didn't want any help. That was so much nicer than being hounded the whole time. Phil is the one who walked us through the paperwork and he did a great job explaining everything and seemed to care about us as people. They helped us get everything set up such as the bluetooth for both our phones and make sure we understood all the features of the car. If you're looking for a new car, don't hesitate to head to Proctor and ask for Jacob or Phil.

It's nice to go to a car dealership and not have to deal with your typical "car salesman." Our salesman was Billy Pierini (hope I spelled that right) and he was the BEST! I purchased a 2013 honda civic from this dealership last July and although it is a good car I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because Harold (the sales rep) pressured me so much and Mike (one of the guys in financing) was not very helpful either with explaining interest rates and giving me time to make a decision. I ended up buying my car at a really high interest rate; I did not get the amount for my trade that I was told I would get by Harold the sales rep. When Harold handed me the keys to my new civic, I drove around the corner and cried. The whole experience made me feel like I had been taken advantage of and I did not feel happy about my purchase. All in all it is a good car and I have taken it to the service shop a few times for oil changes and the service reps and mechanics are all really nice and professional so that is a positive.

Had oil change service when Pilot was new and tire rotation. Had same service performed today with oil change coupon and 15% off tire rotation. When work was completed the bill was for the EXACT same amount. My Pilot only has 13,000 miles on it. In my opinion the coupons are not giving you 1 cent off the work. Also tried to sell me more service than needed at this low mileage. I was very disappointed in the dealership.

I have a 2006 Odyssey and the A/C went caput.The condenser had a hole from road debris. I drove over 45 miles to try Proctor even though another dealership is far closer.I am glad I did.The service writer, Donnie Jones, was extremely helpful as a liason between me and the techs.I was very happy with the diagnosis,speed,and quality of work.I definitely plan on returning for future service needs.

i told the salesman from day one that i would be using my own bank for financing. After the salesman spoke with my banker and told my banker where to send the draft to, then the salesman proceeded to tell me i would have to use dealer financing if i wanted to make the deal work. not to mention the vehicle was very over priced, and i was told the information i gathered dealing with local prices for the same model ,year , and milage were wrong.

I had my car towed to Proctor Honda on Tuesday, March 18th, so it would be there first thing on Wednesday, March 19th. I called PH to ask if that was okay and was assured it would be. I first talked to Katherine and then to Vic. I had several questions and they were so friendly and helpful. Wednesday, before noon, I received a call from Zac, letting me know they had my car done. They had started on it on Tuesday, even though my appointment wasn't until Wednesday morning. Again, every question I had was answered by Zac, quickly and efficiently. When I arrived to pick up my car, Zac walked up and asked if he could help me. When I identified myself, he immediately went and got my paperwork and my key and took me over to the woman who took my money and 'checked me out'. Everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. What a well run organization. I bought my 1998 Honda Civic from Proctor Honda and when I wanted to replace it, I went back to Proctor Honda because of the way they took care of me over the years. When I'm ready to replace my 2007, I'm sure I'll go back to Proctor Honda for my next car.

I just bought my Honda Civic less than a month ago at Proctor Honda. Noticed that it needed a slight adjustment and brought it in to the Proctor Honda Service Center. Victor Whaley greeted me immediately as I walked in the door. He was incredibly helpful and made sure my service experience was quick and easy. Jacob was really helpful in the car buying process because I was very overwhelmed and very under-prepared. He only showed me vehicles that fit what I was looking for and he was not pushy at all when I said no to something. We had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle at Proctor Honda. Dave Saba showed us exceptional customer service as he took the time to explain all the details about our new 2014 Honda CR-V. He is friendly and easy to work with. The way Proctor Honda and Dave Saba dealt with the purchase was definitely a cut above the rest of the dealerships that we have dealt with! Although we live out of town, coming to Tallahassee and Proctor Honda was worth it and something we would do again if we need to purchase another vehicle.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. But above all, my salesperson made the difference. Lauren was knowledgeable, friendly, personally included in the sale, with excellent people skills. She really made this a 5 star experience. The service personnel was great and took care of "all" of my concerns with the vehicle, making me feel confident and safe in driving it. I was given a loaner to use b/c I had an appt to make. After purchasing my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L from Terri Rutledge and Dave Saba earlier this year at Proctor Honda I thought it couldn't get any better but then I took it I for my first service! My genius Honda told me that it was time for servicing, so I signed on to Proctor's website and scheduled the maintenance online. I arrived the next day at my scheduled time and was greeted warmly and professionally. The super staff at Proctor Honda offered me refreshments and I watched tv and read magazines for a little while. Before I knew it, my car was ready to go, all washed and ready. The service advisor made sure I was comfortable and educated about my car. The price was terrific and I was on my way! A+. Not only would I never buy a car anywhere else, I would never take a car anywhere else for service.

The rear air-blower was not working properly when the heater was on. Vic quickly took care of the problem in less than an hour. Vic as always provided excellent care when I bring in my Pilot for routine maintenance.
