Priority Toyota of Springfield is Number 1! I've been an owner of four (4)Toyota pickup trucks since 1988, including the Tacoma and the Tundra. I was also the owner of a new Corolla Tercel Coupe back in 1980. I know my Toyotas, and I know my dealerships. Priority Toyota of Springfield is the best - hands down. I just purchased a 2017 Tacoma SR5 4X4 Double Cab, experienced no pressure tactics, and couldn't be more pleased. Kudos to my Sales Consultant, Hector Amaya, who is the best Sales Consultant I've had the pleasure of working with during my 36-year association with Toyota; and to Daniella Vargas, Financial Manger; and to Aaron Tschirhart, General Sales Manager; and to Dwayne in the Service Department, who was responsible for seeing that my vehicle's undercoating was done professionally and on schedule, or in this case 30-minutes ahead of schedule because of a pressing commitment that I had to honor.

I NEVER write reviews but am making an exception today because Leo is one of the best sales people I have ever encountered ANYwhere (much less at a car dealership)! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He helped me to find the exact car I wanted at the amount I was able to pay! Very knowledgeable and professional from the moment I entered the dealership to the moment I left in my new car! He was also very patient with my lack of knowledge and was able to explain anything I didn't understand thoroughly and completely. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed. One thing I hate is having to hassle and spend hours at a dealership, but my recent buying experience at Priority Toyota of Springfield was the best ever! The process was very smooth and I got the best deal in the Northern Virginia area! Mo the finance manager exceeded my expectations, was very knowledgeable, and provided with some very competitive financing. He also explained in detail to me all my warranty and maintenance options which made me feel comfortable in purchasing the extended coverage to give me piece of mind that if anything went wrong I can simply bring my vehicle to the dealership and not have to worry about the expense. I would definitely recommend Priority Toyota to all my friends and family, make sure you ask for Mo in the Finance Dept. and you will be in great hands!

We just purchased a new Highlander from Priority Springfield, VA Toyota. From start to finish it was a great experience. Our sales rep Asif Aryubi is an absolute pro. He touched all of the bases, listened to our needs, and was not pushy. We had no intention to purchasing that day, however, at the end of the appointment we were so comfortable with the entire experience we went ahead and bought the car. We found the entire staff at the dealership to be knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I would be remiss if I did not mention also Jonathan and Catherine in customer service. All in all, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in my 79 years. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a used s2000 from the used car department and dealt with EARL, his manager JAIME and the finance manager NICK. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Earl was very professional but wasn't too pushy and his manager helped me get to the right price. NICK got me an aggressive financing rate and the paperwork was very smooth.Even the service department was a pleasure to work with. James was able to order a very rare 2017 Tundra TRD Pro for me when all other dealers in a 40 mile radius told me they weren't available yet for purchase. The truck took a bit of time to arrive but James followed up with me on a regular basis with updates, and because of our constant interactions I had complete faith that he was taking care of me. Sure enough the truck arrived and James promptly notified me. I recommend James to anyone looking for a knowledgable, honest, eager, and thorough salesman who isn't just looking for a quick sale. Scheduled for an oil changed one day ahead. I requested a full synthetic oil with warranty discounted price $59.00 include tax and service fees. Today, I brought my 2010 highlander in for an oil changed; an hour later, oil changed was completed, technician used conventional oil with $38.25 include tax and fees.I made a complaint, he said because my SUV required 5W30 conventional, this dealer carry only 0W20 full synthetic. Should they consult with a customer before the service? No, they do not. A technician said he will redo, it will take only 15 minutes, that is not good excuse or good make up. A manager was standing behind but do nothing to make a customer satisfying. 2 out 3 services was not satisfied. Definitely, I won't come back.

Yesterday the left (driver side) windshield wiper arm was completely broken off my car. I live in Fredericksburg and took my car to the Toyota dealership there. They didn't have the part, so they gave me the number to Priority. I called the parts department and they had one left in stock. They pulled the part and held it for me. I hopped on 95 and went straight there. I got the part along with new wiper blades and went to the service department to see if they would be able to install the part especially because it was raining. Instead of making me wait for what I'm sure would have been at least 2-3 hours, they grabbed a mechanic and took care of it in like 10 minutes. They only charged me for the parts, no labor. I couldn't have been more thankful. It would have been awful trying to drive back down 95 without a wiper. Anyways, thank you so much Priority Toyota for taking care of my car and for the amazing customer service.

I looked everywhere for a deal to fit my budget. Nobody could even come close on a new Corolla and no other manufacturer can compete with the reliability of Toyota. I had to change my budget to get what I wanted which was well worth it. I bought from Priority because their salesperson Todd Carlson knew his stuff. I could get the same price anywhere but I felt like Todd would take care of me even after the sale, which he has. Everytime I buy vehicles the sales person will never pick his phone up for me or even get back to me ever again. Todd answers my texts and phone calls everytime! Even when he is busy he returns my calls after I leave him voice mails. No doubt he will be getting referrals from me everytime I hear of anyone needing a new or used vehicle! Big shout out to Priority on a job well done!

I initially met Paul at Alexandria Toyota, but when he moved to Springfield Toyota I was determined to move with him. For twenty years I've been taking my Toyota Camry's to Paul Sonnhalter for service. When Paul started working at Priority Toyota Springfield I immediately started taking my Camry's there. Paul is a true professional and got the service records for both my Camry's set up with Priority Toyota right away. The first time I called him after he moved to Priority was because the starter on my 2004 Camry had worn out. When I got my Camry to Priority, Paul knew what needed to be done, got the vehicle in to be serviced, and set me up with a ride to the Springfield Metro Station so I could get to work. On my return trip he had a Priority vehicle pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Paul and the Priority service department had my car ready for me, washed and fully operational again. That's what it's like to work with Paul and the Priority Service Department. You know ahead of time they are going to be ready for you, get the service done, and have your vehicle ready for you in the appropriate amount of time it takes to service it. Paul is well known by his customers as a service manager who looks out for them and their vehicles, makes sure the work is getting done right, and keeps you informed on the status of your vehicle if you wait at the dealership for it to be serviced. You'll never have to look for another service manager or dealership once you take your car(s) in to Paul Sonnhalter and Priority Toyota Springfield because you'll get outstanding customer service and superior vehicle maintenance to keep them running for well beyond 100,000 miles.

. I really wondered if the hybrid Prius Two was for me as I viewed everything going on on the dashboard. However, James Hibbert was able to answer all my questions from "Do I really have to know all this stuff? (No.) to explaining all the components under the hood. I was switching from a Lexus 400LS and feeling the same way I did as I changed from my Canon AE1 to a digital Leica and Nikon. I was feeling resistant.James has taken a course on all this technical minutia, was tested and certified so that's the secret to his ability to rattle off all the specifics. And if he didn't know the cross over comparisons from my Lexus to the hybrid he said so. From experience I know not all salesmen do say so and one has to stand around listening to well known nonsense (because I also did my homework). This is the kind of service I appreciate. He is not a high pressure salesman preferring rather to let the quality and specifics of the Toyota speak for itself while acknowledging that you understand this viewpoint too. The Prius Two has an ergonomic dashboard that is very appealing. It's clean look should make for easy detailing. And since I'd done my homework I got a very good and fair deal on the 2016. This is the right time of year to buy because of the dealer incentives. The Priority type dealership also was new to me. I've lived here for over 35 years and have seen most of the dealerships in both states. This one is just a year old and feels like an airline terminal, has a Starbucks, a complimentary coffee machine, and free manicures one day a week! It looks like good branding to me...pretty snazzy. The only thing that could top it is if Zaha Hadid who designed the BMW showroom in Leipzig, Germany were still alive and started doing US showrooms. She designed the Transportation Museum in Glasgow, Scotland.

I have a 16 year old Corolla and out of the blue the inside door handle on the driver's side just snapped off and tiny springs went flying onto the dashboard. Wow...what an annoyance. I called Paul Sonnhalter on a Thursday around 11 am, wondering how long it would take to get a new handle. And after 16 years I didn't expect to be able to match the color. Friday morning Paul called to tell me he had the part, and an exact color match. Couldn't believe it...less than 24 hours! I went in that day...took my laptop so I could work while waiting for the car to be fixed. I had barely read any emails when the car was ready...maybe 30 minutes ? This was outstanding service! Thank you!

The best description of the Service Department is unimpressive. They are poorly organized and actions are uncoordinated. I strongly recommend you get a service associate and only work with that person. I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment when it was convenient to me vice when my normal service manager Jason Baker was available. I have visited this dealer twice for service. The first time my scheduled appointment was "lost" even though it had been reconfirmed through their system. However Jason took care of getting me in and getting the work done. The second time, I got my car in, but when I arrived to pick it up I found three "immediate attention" actions identified. When asked why I didn't receive a call to address these while my car was already there, the response was "we called..." Yet the only call received from Priority that day was a short - "You're car is ready" and the caller immediately hung up. Frankly the service department is poorly organized and managed. Everyone is in too big a hurry and as a result you ARE NOT a priority and attention to detail suffers. I want to call out Jason, Simpy Behl, and Richard Wagner for their support and professionalism. I will chalk the other associates I worked with as "having an off day."Priority will get one more chance to improve this AVERAGE review. After that I will look for another dealership to service the four Toyota's in the family.

James Hibbert was very help full ,we went on test drive , he went over the truck with me , and made sure I would feel comfortable driving the truck , they bid not have the coler I wanted (met, gray) , hard to believe because they have the most truck on the lot then any other Toyota dealer around ,But he was able to get it for me ,,he had the truck reddy for me when I arrive, we had already agreed on a grate price, , we look over the truck , and a show me a few more thing . , the a true sale man, that want to sale truck and cars , just read a few more reviews, ,, a young lady talked with me adout aftermarket , sale , undercoat, wax, ect... Sales staff of Oliver, Hector and Jim Carey were excellent. Financing staff Daniella and her supervisor were atrocious. I spent all day (08/29/2016) working on a deal, price and payment. I signed a contract only to be called at 10pm and told it was going to increase by $3000 because the finance manager(Daniella) doesn't know the difference between adding and subtracting. I requested to be called the next day to address this issue. I was not called so I began calling at around 230pm. I was told by Daniella that she was with a customer and she would call me at 330pm. At around 5pm I called back and was told she left for the day. I requested the finance supervisor and left a voicemail. I've had no response from that individual. I called back and requested to speak with a finance manager who was working and was told by the receptionist that the finance manager said to just come in, he was busy. I live an hour away and chose your dealership because of two previous car deals, I could have does business closer to home. I called again and spoke with Jim Carey. Mr. Carey listened to my case and made the effort to have someone contact me asap as well as notify the finance director and the general manager. Unfortunately no one called. At 917pm on 08/30/2016 Daniella called me telling me she had gotten me a discount of $1200, a .25% decrease in my interest rate and that my payment was going to increase by $20+. I told her that wasn't going to work and the general manager needed to call me. I have a signed contract. If this was so important someone should have contacted me earlier. It's clearly not a priority because it's 530pm on 08/31/2016 and no one has called. If you can save me $1200 and get me a better interest rate then you should have done that to begin with. My future business will be going elsewhere. Clearly customers are not the priority as advertised.

Friendly, helpful people, that consistently take good care of my cars. They are very good about keeping in touch if you drop a car off for repair. They will call you to discuss what they found, give you estimates for the different things that they recommend, and only do the work you agree to. The estimates are usually close to the actual costs. The work is usually done quickly, and their shuttle bus to the Springfield Metro station is a handy way to get to work if you drop your car off with them on a weekday. Thanks!

Very disappointed in the service experience here. I made an appointment to drop my car off and have an alignment performed. I arrived an hour early and met for the first time Paul Sonnhalter my assigned service advisor. He told me that his best alignment guy wasn't in that day and said he would be in tomorrow morning and if I wanted I could leave the car and it would be completed first thing next morning. The service dept opens at 7 am on Saturday and I call around 1030 and was put on hold 3 separate occasions for 10 minutes or more each time with no one ever coming back to answer the phone. Each time I gave my name and year and model of car and each time was put on hold. I finally get fed up and arrive at the dealership at 11 while carrying my phone on speaker still on hold. I walk by my service advisor and not a mention of what the status is and finally Carroll Hymon helps me all while he is already helping another customer. Come to find out Paul had never entered my name or car in the computer system and that's why no one could find my car. What would've happened if something happened to my car with no record or transfer of vehicle proof. Keep in mind this is an $85k Toyota Land Cruiser. Finally the manager Bobby comes out and immediately tries to get to the bottom of where my car is and get it immediately into service. This was supposed to happen first thing this am and if I hadn't come in thy would have forgot about my car. Unacceptable. Bobby also acknowledged that the car should've been entered into the computer immediately and that most likely Paul had forgotten. Car dealerships make a living and keep the lights on via the service dept and I can easily see this place failing for inept and forgetful advisors. If you do decide to go here work with Carroll or Bobby. On the sales side James Braxton greeted me when I first arrived and even though he had never met me not was I buying a car he has gone above and beyond to help me get to service and be my advocate. If I could give a negative star review I would. I've now wasted a quarter of my weekend because someone doesn't do their job. An excuse of "well we service 300 cars a day" is not acceptable. If anyone wants to roll the dice with their car here hopefully they know where it is. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call updating me to the status of my car instead of putting me on hold and not communicatingUpdate: still waiting and Paul came over and gave me a half hearted apology. Apologies are for the person apologizing not for the person being apologized to. It only makes you feel better not me. Paul says " I want to come to you like a man and apologize, I don't recall saying first thing in the morning but if I did I'm sorry". Thanks but no thanks for your half hearted apology. First off why wasn't my car entered in the computer system when your manger said that is policy. It more seems like you just forgot. Secondly you DID say first thing AM as I had plans around 11am and had you said afternoon or late am I would've never left the car.

This review is based on the service department at Priority Toyota. I made an online appointment for my ToyotaCare 10k service. I should have known at that stage that something was wrong as it would not let me choose 10k service for my 2015 Toyota Rav4. The only service recommended was 5k, with a 30k service suggested??My appointment was set for 7/12/2016 at 3:45pm. I show up on time, and walk into the service advisors area. Multiple service advisors sitting and talking to each other, with one service advisor assisting a customer. After waiting approximately 5 minutes for any advisor to acknowledge me, I finally walk down to one who is working at his computer. I advise I am here for my appointment, to which he asks if I know my service advisor. I advise I don't think I have one as I set it up online. He asks for my name, and asks if I have an appointment. I advise I do, and advise I received 3 confirmations of appointment, a voicemail, text message, and email. I attempt to show him the email to which he replies that he can't read that. He tells me its important to know my service advisor but he is continuing to check for my appointment. None of the 3 confirmations I received listed a service advisor. He finds my service advisor, and directs me down to him to sign in. I patiently wait my turn, which was complicated by the fact that they lost someone's car. Literally, a customer had requested the car have a car wash, and the service advisor could not find the keys/paperwork for the car. I advise I am there for the Toyotacare 10k service. I am told that it will be about an hour wait. I accept and go sit and wait. While waiting I witness several other circumstances that made me regret choosing this dealership. As an example, customers are told there cars are ready, handed their paperwork and then left to wait at the cash register for another 10 minutes. Literally 10 minutes I timed it using my phone. There did not appear to be any reason for the wait other than the Priority team felt like it. I notice signs up advising that valued customers can text to find out the status of their car. I text the number and do receive a message back, but it simply advised that texting was not available and I would need to check with my advisor. I wait until the hour is up and then go to find my advisor and ask for status. I am told it will be another 10-15 minutes but that he will come get me when done. I wait 20 minutes and then get up to go check on the status again. I can see my car sitting in the shop, apparently done. I go and ask the cashier if they have my key. They check and do not find it. I tell them I can see my car, and I need to go as I have kids to pick up. I also request to speak to the servie department manager. After waiting about 2 minutes, the manger, Richard Wagner, comes to see me. I ask him if making an appointment truly means that if I show up at that time then my car will be taken and worked on at that time. He agrees and advises that I should have been given an approximate time for the work to be finished. I let him know that my advisor, Adam did tell me approximately an hour, but that I was only here for the 10k Toyota Care check. This is essentially a tire rotation, fluid top off, oil change. He assures me he will close out my paperwork asap and bring it out to me. I stand at the cashiers desk and watch through the glass as he goes out, checks the computer for a few minutes then goes to my car and pulls it forward. He then proceeds to walk back to where it was parked, pick up a piece of paper, walk to the trashcan and then go to another car and proceed to move it behind mine. He then walks back to the computer and fiddles around some more before my advisor finally comes in with my keys. a 3:45 appointment time, to which I was on time, and I end up leaving the dealership at 5:30pm. Save yourself some needless hassle and frustration and visit a dealer who actually understands customer service and cares. In the Northern VA region these dealerships are a dime a dozen and all accept Toyotacare. As for me, I will not be back to this one, not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have my car serviced there.

This is a nice new service center and customer service is exceptional. Carroll Hyman happened to be the next available service manager when I brought my car for service here over 1.5 years ago. Stopped by to deal with Paul who was a nice guy but he was busy so I ended up dealing with William Park!I explained to him that I was closing on a house and was unable to buy a Tacoma for several weeks but he still took couple of hours to explain the differences between each model and took me on a test drive on 3 different models without a complaint!Then he followed up with me to see how I was doing and the new house situation went, so when I was finally ready. I called William Park to talk about the TRD off road in beautiful blue I loved!He explained to me that the truck I wanted was sold (go figure, it was about 2 months before I finally went back) but if I gave him a deposit, he will personally make sure the truck I wanted in the color I want will be here!So with a little bit of worry, I gave him a deposit and my god! He drove all the way to northern pensylvannia to pick up the exact truck I wanted at no extra charge!He called it the "customer service done the right way" and boy was he right! It's safe to say I am highly satisfied with my beautiful blue Tacoma and my sales guy William Park.I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new Toyota!

I liken the service department to a zoo or a kiddie playground. A lot of people running around, appear to not be doing anything except playing around with co-workers, giggling, and not helping any customers. I took my car in at 9:30am for an oil change. I called at noon, no one could tell me the status of my car. I called back at 2:30, still no one had a clue. Each time I called they promised to call me back with the status, but no one ever did. I got off work at 3pm, went to the service dept., you guessed it, no one knew the status of my car. After checking for about 15 mins, they told me it would be another 10 minutes to do the paperwork. I talked to a svc mgr about my dilemma for a simple oil change, but they seemed disinterested and downright ignored me as they were looking at their computer doing something else while I was explaining my dilemma. I only went to Priority Toyota because it is close to my job site. But I regret that move and will NEVER return there again. They are truly unprofessional there and the place is literally like ZOO! I normally go to Passport Toyota -- where everyone is professional and they keep you informed about the status of your vehicle. TAKING MY CAR TO PRIORITY TOYOTA WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO ARE CLUELESS ABOUT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVIC IS ABOUT.

Horrible service. Don't go there! They say parts are ready when they're not. I've gone in person THREE TIMES asking for a certain part, was told it was in, and then when I went in for service there was no record of the part being ordered. I asked for one service and they performed another unnecessary one, making me wait an hour and a half. They don't tell you when your car is ready from service. AWFUL SERVICE.

Starting from my first online contact Kumar and Paul did everything possible attentively listening to my concerns and offers and making accommodating concessions. I had a very disappointing experience at another car dealer in Northern Maryland before my visit to Priority Toyota. I was told by a very good friend of mine that I would be treated like family at Priority. I went in a little nervous because I haven't purchased a brand new car since 1998. I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and her demeanor set the tone for my visit. I ask for Amar Rana which was my contact from my very good friend. He introduced my to James Hibbert and from that moment we started conversing about what I was looking for and I felt very comfortable. They told me that the Metallic Gray TRD-Off Road in a manual that I wanted was not available until the middle may and it was the 21st of April when I came in. I was a little disappointed but not surprised considering that the combo I wanted especially in a manual would be hard to find. Instead of me waiting, they told me they could take care of the paper work and give me a loaner until my truck came in. I didn't ask for a loaner, but to be honest I wasn't expecting it since I had a friend drop me off at the Priority. I was assuming that I would have to call my friend back and have him pick me up. James reassured me that everything will be alright and it was. While waiting for the paper work James took me on a test drive with the loaner vehicle which was similar to the one I wanted. He pulled up in a TRD-Sport and it looked very nice. Up to this point I new I wanted a Toyota Truck without even a test drive. From the moment I sat in the TRD-Sport I was already convinced that I had made a good decision. James explained all of the features of the truck and very knowledgable about the vehicle that you will not find on a brochure which is very nice to hear. Anyone can memorize information, but providing information that is not on the brochure just reassured me that he knew what he is talking about. Everyone I've met was very professional and easy to talk and with smiles on there face. To make a long story short if you are looking for a Toyota dealer, than I wouldn't look anywhere else then Priority. From the receptionist to the sales staff, finance, customer service representative and to the barista you will not be treated like any other customer, but you will be treated how a person should be treated, with respect, professionalism, honesty and all with a smile.

I went in with an idea of what car i wanted to get. James Hibbert and Herbie Rivera were very receptive to what i came in there wanting as well as helped me to find what would best meet my needs. This being my first car purchase, i felt very much in control of the situation unlike in other dealerships in which I felt pressured to view other more expensive cars unlike what I went in there wanting. James helped me one on one test-driving and was very patient throughout the whole purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles in question and was kind enough to walk me through how to operate them while also checking in the next day to answer any other questions I may have had. Leaving that day, I can thank both James and Herbie for helping me to get my new vehicle which i am very happy with and hope to use for years to come. With this team dynamic, and open and accepting climate i plan on coming back when i need a new car in the future, and am recommending their service to my parents in their pursuit of a new Prius.

OK, so my Truck failed inspection at a Service Station near my house. It failed, according to the Service Station, because my Parking Brake Light did not illuminate with the ignition in the 'ON' position (dash light and systems check), however, the Parking Brake light does illuminate with the Parking Brake depressed. The Service Station checked and checked and could not find out 'why'. I was charged for their troubleshooting and was advised to take my Truck to Toyota since they did all that they could (Truck sill having a failed sticker). Enter Paul Sonnhalter, the Service Lane Manager. Paul listened to the story and said, "I'll call you back within a half-hour", I figured, yea, right, I'll get a call some time tomorrow. Silly me,.... Paul DID call back and said that he checked with the Virginia's State Police, Inspections Department and they told Paul that certain cars and trucks, with my truck being one of the models, is operating as built and should not have failed for that issue. Wow, I was floored. I had spent many hours with an O'scope tracing signals, gave up, took it to a local Service Station where they checked things too and none of us could find the supposed 'issue'. Paul went completely out of his way to prove that the Truck is good to go and should have a valid 'passed' sticker. He gave me something in writing to show the Service Station so that they would 'pass' the Truck. All this at 'no-charge'. OK, now it has a 'good' sticker. All is well. Now, more about Mr. Sonnhalter,... He is an excellent reflection of Toyota's Mission Statement to treat everyone with dignity and respect, to include going completely out of his way to help me when I was totally beat-up trying to get a clear inspection. With mediocrity running rampant and 'good-enough' being the Mantra, not so with Paul. I cannot express enough how happy and lucky I am to have had the complete pleasure meeting Paul. Do not fear the Dealership people, these guys and gals are not the Reaper!. Priority Toyota is the Priority for folks like us trying to make ends meet. Thank You Paul Sonnhalter and also a big thanks to Richard Wagner, Paul's Manager, for backing up Paul's efforts. Being a VN Veteran, I formally Salute Paul and Richard, along with the entire Priority Toyota Staff. Give them all a visit, you will not be sorry. A Class Act, bar none!!!

We bought 2 new vehicles. Our experience at 2 other dealerships turned out to be a nightmare, they couldn't explain their #s to us and how they got to a false payment plan. I'm a #s person/analyst, it's what I do for a living so I didn't think I was asking a wrong question. Alex and James were extremely pleasant to work with. They stayed with us until almost midnight to finalize the deals and we left not feeling ripped off but with a huge smile on our face!! Priority makes you the priority!!!

We have moved two hours from Priority and live five minutes from another Toyota dealership, but make it a point to plan our maintenance around our visits to Northern VA. One of the idiot lights came on when I was not in NoVa and I went to the local dearlership. I told the service mgr that I just moved in and that leaving my service mgr in NoVa (Paul) was like leaving family, which is true. I can always find a new hair stylist or dentist, but service managers like Paul are a rare breed in my experience. He is the face of Priority for us and creates a First Class impression of the dealership.

I bought my car from Kay Jennings Toyota before it was absorbed by Priority, and my previous experiences with Priority Toyota Springfield were not great. Im glad to say that todays experience has changed my tune.I had my 20,000 mile service done today. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, and within a few minutes of my arrival, Paul Sonnhalter came over, had me sign my initial paperwork, and told me the routine would take about 90 minutes, which I expected. I told him that my cabin air filter needed replacement, and he made a note of it. (I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday because Priority offers free manicures on Wednesday, but I was too early. If you want a manicure, schedule your appointment for 9:30 AM or later on a Wednesday!)About 10 minutes before my car was due to be ready, I texted a number posted in the dealership for customers who wanted updates on their vehicles. Within a few minutes, Paul came over and let me know that it would take a little longer because the evaporator box was mildewy and they needed to clean it out. About 10 minutes after that, Paul came over to tell me that the hose that connects the evaporator box to the exterior of the car was broken and needed to be replaced, which would add to the time. I work from home and wasnt in a rush, but Paul was very appreciative of my patience nonetheless. I had my newspaper, so I was fine waiting a bit longer.When my car was ready, Paul led me back out to the bay to collect my car. I expected to pay about $50-75 for the cabin air filter replacement, but Paul waived my expenses, thanking me for my patience. I appreciated Pauls updates and his wonderful customer service. He was very kind and gave me his number in case I had any further issues with my cabin air filter. This is what every service rep should strive for!

I had never been to Priority Toyota before yesterday when I had to take my car to a dealer as part of the airbag recall. The original letter from Toyota said it would take two hour or more to replace the part. However, the letter did not say this was a two visit process, each to be more than two hour long. Yesterday's visit was to inspect the part but I was prepared to sit for several hours. It was started at 9:22am and finished WITH the new part by 10:25am. I was very happy to not have to wait several hours. Luis Galarza was the hero of my day! He had the part and went ahead and replaced the faulty piece and I was on my way to do my other errands. Thank you Luis for taking the initiative to get the part so quickly and helping me to get on with my day.I was very impressed with the waiting room for customers at Priority. It was huge/spacious and had plenty of upholstered chairs and I didn't feel lie we were all on top of each other as we waited. There were complimentary donuts and coffee as well.Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Priority Toyota. Thanks, guys!

I am not one that ever goes to the dealership to have work done on my car because I have not found the customer service or actual work on my car to be worth the increased prices. My recent experience at Priority Toyota in Springfield has changed my mind completely. First, walking into the service bay was entirely different from what I've experienced before. It was huge, clean, and orderly. It was a breeze to drop off my car and find a service representative to help me. It was the service representative himself that sealed the deal for me. The work on my car was going to take multiple days, but he worked overtime to complete all the work we had discussed by the time I needed to leave for a personal trip, even having the presence of mind to overnight parts for me. All of the work we discussed was done well. He even noticed a few things that we did not discuss but saved me another trip on another day to have my hub cap put back on the wheel and complete my state inspection that was due that month. With four children in toe, it's not easy for me have work done on my car and I was incredibly grateful that he noticed those few extra details to save me time in the future. Priority Toyota is not like other dealerships I've been in before. It was organized and service oriented. I will be back. The atmosphere is great, and the people are great.

I used to hate going to this dealership but now I have a wonderful Service Advisor named Paul Sonnhalter. He is kind and doesn't seem like he only wants your money. He listens, fixes the problem and you leave NOT feeling like you've been beat up.

The staff at Priority Springfield Toyota are extremely friendly and professional from the moment you walk in the receptionist were nice and greeted me with a smile. James Hibbert is a exceptional Salesman at the time of my appointment he was finishing up with a prior customer however he took the the time to come and introduce himself to me and offered me a drink and not only that he called me on my cell to let me know he was almost finish and to apologize for me having to wait and when he finished he gave me his undivided attention and was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and just an overall cool down to earth guy that main focus was to help make my car purchase experience as less stressful as possible major kudos to James Hibbert. and also I must give a thanks to my finance manager he was a very nice guy and very professional I'm so sorry I can't remember his name and also the customer service representative I think her name was Katie was very nice and had a dynamic personality . I must say the entire staff was nice I've yet to remember a time when I've visited a place of business where everyone that crossed me in passing or i made eye contact with smiled and said hello.

Paul has taken care of my family's four Toyotas for many years. I was thrilled to hear that he was now at Priority, which is much closer to me than when I would drive all the way to Alexandria Toyota just to use his service team. I have had poor experiences at other Toyota service centers, so I was dreading looking for another place to take my cars when Paul left Alexandria, but now I still have Paul. He makes sure that work is done right on your car the first time, he communicates clearly and often with you, and the only surprises that you get are when he finds ways to make sure that you get whatever service deals the dealership is offering at that time. I trust Paul and his team and that means the world to me.

I've had a few rough car buying experiences in the past with other dealerships, but my experience with Mr. James Hibbert at Priority Toyota was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove away in my new Toyota James was helpful in every step of the process. There was not pressure and I was not treated in the condescending manner I had come to expect based on past experiences with car dealerships. I was in the market for a new Highlander and Priority was the closest dealer, so I read the reviews (almost all positive) and Todd Carlson's name kept coming up. I stopped by the dealership (spacious, clean, and relaxed) and requested to see Todd. He was very friendly and informative, assessing my needs, wants, and constraints, and suggested the Limited model. There were more expensive options, but he never pushed those on me. He spent an inordinate amount of time working through the optional accessories with me, and we took a lengthy test drive. After that, he spent 20 minutes explaining in length all the features of the vehicle. Then we talked colors - the dealership did not have my first choice in stock, so we discussed 3 other configurations, and I decided to go with my first choice. Although Todd was eager to drive to a Maryland dealer to pick up my desired vehicle, we agreed to wait a few days so I could make a more informed decision - he applied no pressure to make the deal right then. He encouraged me to ensure I did my homework, got other offers for my trade-in and financing, etc. I came back a week later as agreed equipped with all kinds of data, and we quickly negotiated a selling price, including matching the best trade-in I had found. Once that step completed, Katie came by to further explain (in great detail) all the optional accessories available for my vehicle. She also applied zero pressure to purchase any of them, and was very understanding of my opinions on some of them, but did offer rather attractive package deals, so after some generous negotiating on her part, I ended up including some of them in my purchase. Finally, I sat with Nick Smith in the finance office, and he went over the exhaustive details of the Toyota warrantee, including what was not covered, and then explained the advantages of each of the extended warranty options. Since the dealership is nearby and I plan to have my vehicle serviced there anyways, some of these extended warranties became more attractive to me, so we settled on a couple of them (Todd had made it a point to take me back to the service area where I met a very friendly service manager, Chris Agyekum, who stopped what he was doing to make me feel welcome, giving me his direct contact information and encouraging me to call him directly if there were ever any issues with my vehicle. After recently moving to Northern Virginia, I brought my car here for the first time to take part of the Priorities for Life (specifically oil change and state inspection). I had previously gone to the Priority Toyota in Richmond, and I have to say that I enjoyed my experience so much more here. They were able to get me in on the same day for an appointment (something that would never have happened in Richmond), and everyone was super friendly. Also, they didn't try to upsell me on everything, like you see most other places. So far so good. I hope they keep up the good work.

I followed Paul Sonnhalter here, after being his customer in Alexandria since 2007. (He is outstanding!) I had a negative experience at another Toyota dealership, and it was worth the 45 minute drive!I knew I could trust him with my car's repairs, and needed an honest opinion. I had a very positive experience with my check-in process, the politeness of staff, and installation of a factory warranty. The building is beautiful and everything is in great condition! It is a good place to wait, with a coffee shop, manicurist, WI-fi, and TV. (The staff was also very accommodating as I needed to heat up my lunch.) I gave it a "4" because I had a scheduled appointment and still needed to wait over two hours. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will return! This is my new "repair shop!"

This was the best service I have had in years. It was OUTSTANDING from the agent who walked me from my car to inside the service center (classy), to the agent at the service desk, to the service advisor, to the mechanic, to the parts department ( I wanted a net for my trunk), all the way to the cashier. The facility was beautiful and very clean. I have been going to Lexus for over 14 years, and this waiting room was nicer and cleaner than theirs. This was my first 5000 mile check up and therefore my first visit to this service center. I was taken on time (actually early) and we finished up early too. I was having no trouble with my 2015 RAV 4, but when I drove home, it actually seemed smoother. So a special thanks to the mechanic too. And as I said before, it was done on time and again better than Lexus (who is known for it's service) but with me the last couple of years kept me waiting an hour or more almost always)But most of all it was because of Paul Sonnhalter, the Service Advisor. I know from experience that how smoothly an appointment goes is usually because of the Service Advisor who can make or break a service experience. He was very patient with my many questions, very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and assured me he would help me out at anytime; a very nice gesture. He even helped with the trunk net. I was scared to go to another dealership, as I said, I had gone to the same dealership for both a Lexus I owned and then one I had leased. I was use to quality service in the past for many years. I was nervous about buying my Rave 4. But it has turned out to be a quality SUV, with many nice new features, great gas mileage, and now rides even smoother than before. I was horrified about going through the car buying process with a toddler. Priority Toyota went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Managers, Sales Associates, Finance, and even the Cleaning Crew were so accommodating and helpful through the whole experience. Dinner time was fastly approaching and I was getting worried that we were going to have to delay the process. Nope Sean our Sales Associate told us not to worry and ordered us a pizza. What kid doesn't like attention and now pizza, my daughter was in heaven. The buying process was smooth and painless. Priority Toyota is my New Home for Car Shopping needs.

Your sales staff Hector, Mgr. Stan, Christina, Holly Winters were a pleasure to work with. I was first drawn by the look from the beltway and how much more you are adding to the place. I stopped one afternoon and spoke to a gentleman, better not mention, he discourage me to test drive a car (Avalon that had jsut arrived), then he showed me from the outside an suv by toyota, RAV4, that was just turned in because of dirt and dog hair he did not want to really open the car. It was close to his closing time, and it was drizzling outside. He was truly in a rush and I was not impressed with his sales etiquette. Next morning a very professional assistant to the sales team called me and wanted me to know who she was and I explained to her my experience at your dealership. She then told me about this RAV4 she had me so taken because of her delicacy in how to tread a customer that was already turned off about the dealership. I explained to her I had managed a car dealership in SE Washington a few decades ago, and that the experience I had the day before just told the story behind the reviews in Google. I allowed for her to tell me her side and I was truly satisfied with what she had. I then went back to the dealer and the salesman was there. I told him who had contacted me and he showed a dislike about the person that had contacted me. He told me she should not have called me and him not know about it. From then on, I only contacted her, I figured he had more than one issue in his life. Holly referred me to one of the sales she had worked with and finally Hector took over and I was in my happy place. He kindly showed me the car, was the type of sales I enjoyed doing. I then dealt with Stan, and as he always smiled and we both shared our stories with reviews and mine with the dealership following my decision to come back only because of Holly. This morning I introduced myself to the GM and I was once again please to have the connection to all involved in the purchase made. More in google reviews.

This is my first bad review I have ever written, but I feel like I need to say this. I recently purchased a car from this dealership a few weeks ago. The vehicle was a surprise for my wife to be our first family SUV. We had been saving for a long time. My wife was thrilled when she got the car and absolutely loved it. The outside looked amazing. The inside was a different story. The first question my wife asked was "did they even clean it?" It looked like they had rushed when cleaning it. There was stains all over the ceiling and seats. There was food particles all over the dash. I spent 2 hours cleaning it out to make it look real nice. Not really something I want to do when I purchase a vehicle.The second part of this review comes from when I looked over the receipt. I noticed there was close to 1500 dollars on "Dealer Add-ons". I was not sure what this meant because it was never mentioned to me. I tried to contact several sales managers to explain this for me. One sales manager got back to me and explained that this was a "Re-conditioning fee" standard on all used vehicles. I thought this was a little off because the vehicle was not even cleaned properly. He offered to E-Mail me the re-conditioning report. This was never done. I then went back and looked on the website and could not find anything that said there was a re-conditioning fee. It has all the other fees listed, but not this one. So I guess all the used vehicles have an additional $1500 fee? I contacted him numerous times and he never sent me the report. I then contacted the General Manager and several other sales managers and have heard nothing back. I also just found out the dealership sold me the car with 2 SAFETY RECALLS on it. This car was for my wife and 1 year old daughter to ride in. Thankfully they were not in an accident.

I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to buy a car at Priority Toyota of Springfield. I had the worst experience of my life purchasing a car there. It took more than 2 months for me to get a license plate and the finance department sold me a financing plan that Toyota National wouldn't approve. I signed a contract and they made me resign a new contract even though it was entirely their mistake. The Director of Finance and his entire supporting team lack basic professionalism and competency. I was disgusted by my entire experience and at several points almost just returned our new car and walked away. Never go here under any circumstances.

It took more than 2 months for me to get a license plate and the finance department sold me a financing plan that Toyota National wouldn't approve. I signed a contract and they made me resign a new contract even though it was entirely their mistake. The Director of Finance and his entire supporting team lack basic professionalism and competency. I was disgusted by my entire experience and at several points almost just returned our new car and walked away. Never go here under any circumstances.

I live very close to the Toyota Springfield but for the past several years I have been driving to Toyota Alexandria due to one particular service advisor, Paul Sonnhalter. I had tried the Springfield location a few times but always left dissatisfied with the service and knowledge of the service advisors. Recently, Paul began working at the Springfield location so I went other there today for an 80K check-up and oil change. As usual, he spent quite a bit of time talking to me about recommendations/future car needs and never tried to push services that weren't needed now. I can fully trust his recommendations and other than that, he is a really nice guy! I have purchased 6 Toyota's and the last purchase of an Avalon has been the worse. I have never been so disappointed. The car was given to us with a mechanical problem that could be heard when driving it. This means the Priority did not bother to complete a Pre-Delivery inspect of the car before handing it over to us. I brought the car in for repair 2 days later. The service department is not well managed or organized. They didn't have the appointment in the system or didn't ask enough questions to find the appointment. The rental car process was also complicated. I was asked for car insurance information and had to give my credit car for the loaner. I have never had to do that for another Toyota dealer before. Priority did make the needed repair, but the next morning the Malefaction Indicator lamp came on. It did not go off with a tightening of the gas cap. So now in less than 5 days, the brand new Toyota Avalon Limited is going back into the shop for its second repair. The Sales Manager, James Hibbert, asked how things were going for our recently purchased Tacoma. I guess I should not be surprised that he hasn't responded about this poor experience for our newly purchased Avalon.

Let me first say and yell that "I ABSOLUTELY HATE BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP!!!" I prefer to stick pencils in my eye than deal with a car dealership. However, I now have to change my comments after dealing with Priority Toyota. My experience with this dealership was absolutely wonderful! I give them the highest recommendation ever!!!! I dealt directly with Mr Paul Ramage...he was awesome! I again say, "He was awesome!" He knew that I did my homework and therefore our conversation was straight and direct. I never have trusted anyone who works at a car dealership. However, Mr. Ramage was again, fantastic and I trusted him wholeheartedly. His deal with me was better than what I was willing to pay and therefore, our deal was wrapped up quite quickly. I trusted his entire demeanor and sincerity. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Mr Ramage to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Out of five stars...I give this dealership and Mr Ramage a rating of 6. I live in MD and I purchased a vehicle there about two months ago. The process was fairly smooth and I was informed that they will process and handle my MD tags and send it to me. Almost 2 months later I still do not have my tags. I've gotten a MD inspection, which the dealership told me will be taken cared of. I've been calling the dealership for bee a week now but no one seem to know what the heck is going on. The persons I last spoke to about the my tags apparently no longer works there and no one knows has any idea what to do. Every time I call, I keep getting transferred to a voicemail that never calls back or would just hang up on me. My temp tags are about to expire again; yes, I'm on my second set of temp tags. This is definitely not what I would expect from a new Toyota dealership especially when I paid $400 for the tags, $600 processing fee. In addition, my vehicle apparently has a defective AC condenser but since it's past my 1 month/1k miles warranty I guess I'm just assed out. I guess I'm just wondering why I was charged over $700 for the reconditioning fee. My overall assessment of this place is that their #1 "Priority" is to take your money and once that's done, you count on them to ignore your questions or do what they are supposed to do in a timely manner.

ZERO STARS! What a HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING experience!!! Two dear friends and I visited this location, as one friend had brought cash to purchase a new vehicle she had looked at/test-drove a week prior. I came to help with the negotiation aspect, as I had recently purchased a car. Much of the satisfaction early during the process was a result of Mr. Jerry Cho, who exhibited excellent customer service that one typically only experiences at luxury automobile dealerships. As we attempted to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle, my friends and I were accosted by the sales manager, Mr. Paul Ramage. Mr. Ramage failed to greet us or introduce himself to us, but he successfully interrupted our price discussions with Mr. Cho. He repeatedly made condescending remarks and verbally attacked & undermined Mr. Cho's expertise & experience in front us and in front of other customers (stating he was providing 'unnecessary' details to us, persistently alluding to us that Mr. Cho was incapable of being a good sales representative, falsely accusing him of restricting our test-drive to the parking lot only (when we had personally specifically requested this as we had already done a test-drive the week before), etc.) - Mr. Ramage was completely unaware and ignorant of the seller/client relationship that had already been established. More appalling was his discriminating verbiage and body language directed at Mr. Cho, as he was persistently witnessed as being annoyed with Mr. Cho's accent and offensively berating him to repeat all of the details he had already successfully provided to us prior to the interruption. He also made false disrespectful accusations that we were not 'serious' customers and that we were merely 'playing around,' when in truth, we had already informed Mr. Cho of our serious intent to purchase that specific car in full cash. Mr. Ramage belittled us by stating several times that nothing was up for negotiation and that he refused to listen to any offers from us. He then proceeded to insult our intelligence by pretending to negotiate; he repeatedly added and deducted the same figures-the final amount never changed; we had clearly indicated several times to Mr. Ramage that we held advanced degrees in mathematics, but he continued to insult us. As he proceeded to add and deduct, he slowed his speech down considerably and asked "do you understand what I'm saying?" It was clear that he was discriminating us based on our race and his assumptions that we did not understand English, which again, we reiterated to Mr. Ramage that we were engineers/educators. He continued to deliver further insults to our intelligence by 'quizzing' us on the car technology - with a discriminating tone directed at the women, questioning us with "do you know what a rear view camera is?" or "this is a sunroof, do you know it's capabilities?" Not only was he discriminating us based on our race, but also our sex. You can bet that I had bluntly informed Mr. Ramage that he was extremely rude, disrespectful, and offensive with his unlawful actions. We informed him that we would be severing our relationship with this dealership. Not surprisingly, he did not offer an apology and offensively shrugged his shoulders multiples times, asking no one in particular around him in a condescending tone, "was I rude?" On Priority Toyota-Springfield's website, it clearly states that (a) "our friendly, professional staff is here for you," (b) "we would be happy to assist you in your car buying process," and (c) "[we] strive to provide a great customer experience." Mr. Ramage failed to comply with what we had believed to be their mission statement. In addition, aside from Mr. Cho, no other employee or manager took an initiative to help remediate the situation when it was quite clear how extremely upset we were. They are in dire need in re-evaluating Mr. Ramage, its hiring process, its company's code-of-conduct/policies, its mission statement, and how this dealership wishes to represent itself in the DC metro area. We brought our business elsewhere and bought a '16 vehicle at a fair price the following day.

What got me to the dealer was Priority's low price on USAA's buying service, which the dealer followed through with. But it was Sean Hawes' effort that found the right car for me on their lot to sell me on the dealership and close the deal on the car. Sean is an all-American veteran from a family with long ties to car dealerships, so he knows the auto business and could answer my questions and meanwhile entertain with interesting stories to add perspective and make car buying a pleasant experience. I had him running all over the lot, which he did with endless energy and amazing good humor. I test drove 2 cars and sat in a handful more, and then I chose a Corolla. A few times after the sale, I called and texted Sean with questions and always found him happy to help. Looking back a month later, I have been happy with my decision day after day knowing that what I have is exactly right for my needs. I just bought a new Toyota at the Priority Toyota Springfield dealership. Well, my new car happened to have a 1-in-a-million issue that caused me a problem on day two of ownership. Naturally, I was very upset and (having been down this road before years ago with a Ford), I "girded my loins" for what I expected to be a long, tiring, lonely and disappointing fight to get the issue fixed the first time and forever. Let me tell you that my expectations were very wrong and my experience was absolutely refreshing! My salesman, Todd, went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my issue, support me and work on my behalf every step of the way. He actually cared about my post-sale experience because it represented his and Priority's reputation. How different is THAT!?He called me often to keep me appraised on status. He even came in on his day off to coordinate the service and make sure it was a top priority at the dealership. This was wonderful but unexpected, because most salesmen forget who you are two minutes after they close the deal. Todd was and is very different in the best way. When my car was fixed, I went to pick it up. Of course, my expectation was that the service technicians would simply replace a bunch of parts and HOPE they fixed the problem. I was wrong again. Dwayne McClain, my service manager, searched me out in the lobby, introduced himself, then personally escorted me back to the technician who diagnosed the problem, then proved to me that his diagnosis was correct, and replaced only the part that was faulty. Wow! That level of expertise is something I only expect to see on the Velocity channel on cable TV! It was truly refreshing.Finally, I knocked on the dealership's general manager's door, Amar Nara, to share my pre/post-sale experience with him. My expectation was that I would have to talk with a slick general manager in a defensive crouch, looking at his watch, while I shared my tale of woe. WRONG again. Amar's primary and genuine interest was my satisfaction - period. Another WOW!Bottom line, my experience at Priority Toyota Springfield was 180 degrees different that my jaded expectation. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Great dealership with superb customer service and knowledgeable sales staff. We went in to trade in a used vehicle as we needed a bigger car for our growing family and our sales rep Todd Carlson helped us from beginning to end making sure all of our questions or concerns where answered about the vehicle and even financing options so we could get the best value for our trade ins and our budget. He never once pressured us or lost any patience with our requests in getting the best vehicle we would need. All in all I would definitely recommend this dealership and Todd Carlson as a returning Toyota customer. We had purchased our previous used vehicle with the help of Todd as well who helped us then tremendously.

The worst car dealership I ever been to. I went to buy 2015 Toyota RAV4 and trade my 2014 Toyota corrola Sport edition. It seems that the sales person doesn't know what he was doing the whole time. Stan Gutierrez came to me and he time and I waited for 3 hours. The manager name Stan Gutierrez came and he told me my car worth $7,500 cause it has minor scratch. My car is 2014 sport edition fully loaded with Navigation System, Back Up Camera, sunroof, leather seat, alloy wheels And it has only 20,321 miles. I know my car is worth more than $16,000 and I went to his office and I showed him the Kelly Book Value & NADA the trade value is $16,000 and I'm asking him only to give me $13,000, cause it has minor scrach. When I ask him to show me how he came up with $7,500. I found out this guy put my car as LE model (which is Base Model) , roughly condition, $80,000 miles, what he did was he made all the change of computer to lower the value of the car down. When I conferted him, he trying to lie and make up excuses. He didn't think I know everything what he was doing. I won't recommend any one to go to this dealership. They will rip you off.

i tray to reach the service for tow hurs I Ben transfer from operators mor than 10 times to the service and each time going to the voicemail I left the voicemail and nobody call back Even I call Mr Bob the manager I left him voicemail too didn't get response I am so disappointedMy half a day is gone for that oil change

Our new Highlander is clearly the best, most complete vehicle we have ever owned. It has so many features that attract our attention each time we enter the vehicle. While it is only inches longer than our 17-year-old Honda Civic, it is so large inside that it makes it so easy for me as a handicapped husband to get in and out with ease. We can't say enough about the Highlander. It is the one car from which we could not walk away. We just bought a car (4 runner limited edition) from this dealer after checking out from 3-4 other dealers from near by. Great experience! Usually I hate to go to shop for cars. Most of the time I feel uncomfortable in the process. However not this saleman. His name is Luis Concha. Instead of being pushy and forcefully, he made you fall in love with the cars. This young man has a lot of knowledge in cars. He can tell you all the different in the model of cars, at least all model of 4 runners. We are older couple and he made us feel comfortable and respectful. He is also very patented to go between his manager and us. I can go on and on to say good thing about him....but I think his team manager also deserve some great words. His manager name is Paul. He is not difficult to make a deal with. He gave very reasonable price that make it hard for customer to walk away. Like Luis, he is very respectful to his customer. He always walk around to make sure the customers are happy. In addition, he makes sure to thanks the customers for the businesses. Before we left, Luis, the saleman, also gave my husband a hand on experience of how to use everything in the car because we this is quite a "high tech" car and my husband is not that great with computer or technology. I highly recommend this sale teammates! This team has gain our trust and our business! We are definitely coming back to them in a few years when my son need a car!

Once again, this past Saturday (June 21,2014) I was forced to ask for assistance in regards to my superb Blue-Tooth / phone settings available in my new Corolla. Upon entering your dealership, I was greeted bu Mr. Ricardo Grant ( Sales & Leasing Consultant) who followed me to my car, proceeded to get in, and before he allowed me to drive a few minutes with him after precisely explaining the science of using my device, he allowed me to take notes which will be very handy. I would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone! I purchased my vehicle from them 2 years ago and they have been going down hill in customer care since then. They lie and treat you unprofessionally. It has been so bad that I traded my Toyota in so I would never have to deal with them and I am still having to trying to get refunds on my extended warranty and they lie about getting me my refund on that as well.
