My New Car Experience

My salesperson was very personable and understanding to my needs as I was in a car accident and my car which was barely two years old was totaled and I was not looking forward to purchasing another car due to the bad experience I had with my previous purchase. Needless to say, I won't go back there and I did not fill out a survey. Don was very empathetic with my situation and did not push anything on me that was out of my price range. I particularly don't like talking numbers (monthly payment etc) and he wasn't pushy like some salespeople at car dealerships can be. I love my car; I was really leaning on a Nissan Juke I was test driving at the time, and on my way to a couple of other dealerships just to weigh out all my options, but I couldn't pass up the great deal and Hyundai offers the best warranty around. I tell everyone that I found me a cute little red number that fits me perfectly and makes me look red hot! My Hyundai Elantra GT is just that; a cute little red number and it is a perfect fit for me and my needs, and the red color is perfect. I love a red car.

2016 Tucson Purchase

2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited sales experience

I was looking to replace my 2011 Elantra that was a total loss due to Hurricane Matthew and decided to return to the same dealership where I purchased it from because I had a great experience buying that vehicle. Within a minute I met salesperson Don Lounsbury and we started talking Elantras. I told him what features I had on the 2011 and he explained what trim level was comparable on the 2017's. Then we looked at the inventory on the lot and took a test drive and then worked on the pricing. A couple of hours later we reached a deal.

Not going back if I can help it...

So, I've never had a superior experience with Priority Hyundai. I've waited hours in the waiting area, after working all day and they hadn't even gotten to my car yet. I had to bring my car back. I let that go and came back. This time I scheduled an 8:00am oil change and dropped by car off at 7:30a... well, after waiting for them to open the doors after 7:30a. I requested an oil change, tire rotation and car wash to be done by 4:00p (even though I was scheduled first thing). It was after 4:00 and I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was put on hold, to be told they were finishing up and I could head that way. Once I got there I waited to get checked out. The poor service rep was hustling to get everyone taken care of while another rep was slow-porin' it next to her, not helping check out anyone. Jaclyn was the only thing that got this review a "fair" rating. She was polite, quick and personable. I didn't even notice until the next morning b/c I was in such a rush to get home and it was getting dark, but my car did NOT get washed even though it was on my invoice. And I'm not even sure my oil got changed b/c there was not a new reminder sticker on my windshield. Who knows if my tires got rotated... I should have marked them. I will be taking my vehicle to Priority Toyota next time.

Great Experience

I recommended my daughter, whose car was destroyed by water damage due to hurricane, visit with Don Lunsford because we had bought several cars from him before. Her visit turned out very well and she got a Hyundai Tucson. Her experience was excellent and I decided I wanted to trade my 2013 Tacoma Quad Cab on a Tucson so I went to the dealership. After driving one, I decided I wanted to try the Elantra for better gas mileage as I put about 50,000 miles a year on my vehicle. I drove several vehicles and finally settled on the Elantra Limited. The whole process from arriving on the lot to departing with the new vehicle was less that 3 hours. I do need to share that this is the 11th vehicle that either I or my family has purchased in the last 30 years from Dennis Ellmer since he bought the old Kline Chevrolet. I will continue to purchase from him in the future!!!!

Very happy with this car buying experience. Used USAA Car Buying program. Was quoted a price that never changed. Experience very similar to that of buying a Saturn. Quality product, friendly service at rock bottom, no haggle price. Dealer also went out of the way to provide every discount imaginable, ( Veteran, teacher, flood, USAA Guarentee price, etc). Greatly reduced the stress and aggravation generally found with purchasing a car.

Goldie is rude and disrespectful, with no customer service skills. I was in tears when I left there because of a situation I did not cause.If I could give them a negative number I would. Cindy she is so sweet and kind and always willing to help. I continued to go there because of her . She makes that place better. unfortunately the day this all happen she wasn't there.

The staff was very knowledgeable. The soda machine did not work and they did not have any cold beverages, only hot water. They were tough negotiators but overall it was a good experience.

Delivery process needs improvement

The buying process was great, just the car detailing and the attention to detail for the delivery process needs improvement. Even the window tint installer left a scratch in the tinting. Doesn't seam to be any quality assurance.

We recently purchased our 2nd and 3rd Hyundais from Priority since 2012. My husband had bought his from a different dealer in 2011. After going to Priority with me in 2012, he swore that was the only place he'd go from that point. Quickest buying process. It takes me longer to go grocery shopping!

He took ous out on several test drives despite the late time of day and heat in late August and was always helpful. He is the main reason we will come back to Priority for sales and service. First leasing experience

Staff worked with me to find payments to fit my budget and locate the car I desired at another dealership. Provided me with a loaner until it arrived. Was able to discount price offered when vehicle arrived with scratches on dash. Car's gas tank was not filled upon departure, but settled on future receipt of 1/2 tank when I return for servicing. Donald was patient and followed up with me. However, was minorly inconvenienced when I had to return a few days later and sign a page of the contract that had been overlooked.

Good service

Great sales team and sales men, finance Manager was very pushy on selling the aftermarket warranty which I did not like and then after I finally purchased he was less of an A**, Detail dept was slack on their quality of workmanship.

Overall good experience. Salesman was very helpful and was outstanding going over everything with the car. The Finance guy had an obvious negative attitude toward me when I did not purchase the extended warranty. He was very unprofessional, I should not be slighted because I did not want a service.

This is the 2nd car we have bought from Priority Hyundai within a year. Roy(our salesman) was great, he was very helpful when helping is pick car for my daughter. Great experience leasing a 29016 Tusan

I contacted Dwayne Beale that my lease was going to be up soon and told him what terms I was looking for in leasing another Tusan. He got right on it. He researched what he could and could not do and was in contact with me several times. He called and asked me to come in. He had the paperwork. We discussed what I could do and we agreed on a Tusan. I consider him a friend, I leased my 2013 Tusan from Greenbrier Priority with Dwayne. My husband and I have either purchased or leased or helped grandchildren to buy six Hyundai automobiles.

Service Dept Has Spiraled Out Of Control

Service manager Fred Kearns' apathetic attitude has inspired his techs who worked on our vehicle to virtually have no attention to detail and zero sense of urgency.

Selling new car damaged front tag was not on had to come back 2 days later. Made many attenlts for fender damage . finally had to call gm for results. I feel like a new car should be checked before delivery.

Overall the dealership was straightforward and provided the vehicle at a reasonable price. The detailing process could have been performed better but the car was being taken in the next day for painting/under carriage protection.

Time to change!

I was previously a Checkered Flag customer.....since 1987. Things changed there and not for the better. I came to Priority mostly because of the lifetime engine guarantee. I get all the maintenance checks done on my car and I feel that you just cant beat their guarantee plus all the other services they have. The people were really friendly and helpful and the service department was impressive. I feel like I will be a longtime customer with Priority and I know I made the right choice.

My expcerience with Hyundai

The sales person was on point but the way time was way too much. There was only one finance person there that night and there were lots of families waiting and while the finance person did his best to get us in and out, it was a huge inconvenience for everyone. There needs to be a better system in place.

Our experience with this dealership was much better than we had expected, the salesperson and manangement were great to work with. I would however like to add that the showroom did not meet our expectations...especially after being at the fabulous Priority Toyota. We believe that it is due for a major upgrade/update - it looks very dingy.

This is my second car I've bought from Priority Hyundai. The car buying experience could not be any better as far as I'm concerned. I purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and have been to a lot of dealerships and Priority is heading shoulders above all of them. There upfront and they don't try to hide anything from you. They're there to make money which I understand but they're not there to blister you. Don and Donald were great to work with it would definitely do business with either one of them in the near future.

Great Sales Team and Service Department

I had visited this dealership for maintenance on my previous car and was impressed with the efficiency , friendliness and speed which my car was serviced and ready. The customer waiting room was one of the nicest I have ever seen! So when it was time to turn in my lease and lease a new car, I knew I wanted to go to Priority Hyundai first. The salesperson (Roy La Berge) greeted me upon arriving with a big smile and made me feel comfortable from the start. From beginning to end the whole leasing experience was wonderful and every staff member I worked with (from finance, to discussing options) was very friendly and informative. This will be my Hyundai dealership for all of my future service and leasing needs!

Had been thinking about trading in my '12 Elantra for a new Sonata... So I paid a visit to the guys at Priority Hyundai and they had a good selection and had a car that had all the features I wanted. Not where I expected to purchase from but glad I did

JC and Dave were amazing. I had a few snags because of my bank not understanding some of the process that needed to happen so that kept me there much longer than expected. That doesn't reflect any towards the staff at Priority or the customer service I received. They were great and actually helped with me being able to complete my process spite the misunderstanding with my bank. A friend recommended Priority Hyundai after I had left Carmax unhappy with their selection. I am glad she did. I was treated like a friend or family member from the moment I walked up. I was unsure what I would like to look at since I had never thought of or owned a Hyundai but JC walked me through the selections and it was love after a few test drives. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Donald was great.

I wanted a new santafe when I came in. They told me they didn't have any so we went with a 13. Later to find out they did have a new one. So I came back to swap and that's when they changed the trade in value with out mention. After talking price is when I noticed the change and couldn't get it back. After all that they were great. Don was very supportive the entire process.

Hyundai Greenbrier is on "Fleek," the staff is personable and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle you purchase is the vehicle you want. The don't try to blow smoke up your butt to get you to purchase from them. I really enjoyed my car buying experience. When I came to your dealership I did not have an intention in purchasing a car that day. I was merely looking around at the models of vehicles. My Experience at Priority Hyundai

Great car buying experience. Everyone was extremely nice. Only issues were that my manual and extra set of keys couldn't be found, so I had to pick them up later, and I wasn't quite sure where to go when I came back for paint sealant and interior scotchguarding.

I wasn't expecting to or in the market for a new car, but the test drive of the Sonata Limited put me in the market. I liked the fact that I wasn't pressured and that the car did most of the convincing. I also like the Priorities for life that other dealers do not offer. It will keep me coming back to Priority.

Allen Small was my sales person, he greeted me upon arrival to the dealership. He listened to my needs and was very willing to help me narrow down my car search. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and its technologies. He lead me to the car of my dreams. Phil K. Was very helpful during the financial process in purchasing my vehicle/loan. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to questions I had regarding the loan. The lady who helped schedule my first appointment was a delight to work with and thoroughly explained how to work bluelink and the extra packages available for purchase. The only negative experience I had while purchasing my car was when a higher up salesman was very pushy on me buying the car that day after i expressed I did not feel comfortable commiting to purchase that day.
