When I drove up I was helped quickly. Jamie took great care of me. I wanted to go eat breakfast while my recall and oil change were being done so he set it up for me to be taken to ihop and picked back up. He also gave me several recommendations for things I wanted done to my truck. He also gave me his card and called to check back on how things went with his recommendations. The service did not take as long as I anticipated. They even washed my car on the outside. I was taken care of well!

Had vehicle for service, which was suppose to covered under extended warranty,(confirm by Jacob), no work done or replied back for 5 days and comes to find out, he misunderstood warranty coverage and didn't do work or call back to let me know about no service done. So in total my chevy sat there 2 weeks with no work done. Would rate negative 3 if there was option. Stay away from this dealership, they like to take advantage of being only chevy dealership around.

Was billed for more hours of work than they had the vehicle. When I questioned the number of hours I was billed for, the service manager replied that he bills the number of hours that the computer program tells him to. I asked him, "If your computer program tells you to bill for 10 hours and your mechanic only worked on the car for five hours, how many hours are you going to bill me?" He replied, "I'll bill you for the full ten hours at $100 an hour." He told me I had to see it from "his side."Be warned if you plan on having your vehicle serviced or repaired there. I'd give them zero stars if possible.

service is the worst ...drove 45 miles for a 9:30 appoint for schedule maintenance was there for 6 hourswas told later that I did not have an appoint

I purchased a new GMC Terrain from Prince of Albany. The dealership is a very pleasent place to do business. The Sales People were excellent, Joel was the best, he was jam up and returned calls, text etc. I had a great experience with the credit managers and all who were involved with making my car experience the best it could be. I am grateful for a company like Prince of Albany to be located in South Georgia. I truly had a great buying experience and will do business with Prince in the future. I highly recommend Prince of Albany for your car buying experience and hope that you will ask for Joel when you go to Prince to buy your next car. They gave me a great interest rate and lowered my payment by $57.00 dollars from what another dealership was going to charge me. I encourage everyone to do business with Prince of Albany.

Frank Barry and the entire sales staff at Prince of Albany were excellent to deal with. Frank is straight forward, professional, knowledgeable, and a xxxx of a nice guy. It really was a friendly and comfortable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them aain. They have gained my confidence and trust.

Prince Chevrolet of Albany's service department is not the dealership to take your vehicle to if it needs to be serviced. The quality of work that is being done by this Chevrolet dealership is not the best quality and their turn around time for getting the vehicle serviced and back to the customer is just plain awful (even if an appointment was made). I would advise anyone looking for Chevrolet vehicle servicing to try another location; perhaps Langdale Chervolet in Sylvester, Ga.
