I have never had anything but praise for this dealership as I have always been treated right from the sale through the service. I just purchased my fifth vehicle from Prince Automotive and feel good about the way I was treated. Andy Smith got everything swapped from my 2015 to the 2016, put a leveling kit on it, and realign the front end in less than 3 hours. Robert Smith got all the finance work handled in 20 minutes. Randy McCullar swapped the Onstar account over and walked me through the new apps and made the transition very smooth. Andy always goes out of his way to help with any problem and makes sure I'm satisfied with my truck. The service department always does a good job with any problems.

I recently had my Acadia serviced at Prince Automotive of Valdosta, and I was extremely happy with the service. The service department was clean and organized, the drop off and pick up was hassle free. I will definitely be returning for future servicing!

I came to this dealership to trade in my car to lease a new car, and ended up leaving without any success of another car. After dealing with their poor customer service for 2 weeks, I finally decided to just give up. They gave me my wrong credit score. I had to switch car dealers TWICE because I was not satisfied with the consistency and motivation to find me a car as I expected. The communication among many staff members is poor towards their customers. One car dealer would tell me they have the car that im interested in located in their lot and another one would tell me they don't and have to get a different dealership to drive one down. Very frustrating experience. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I Finally own the car of my dreams...the one I couldn't afford.....or I didn't think I could. Then I met Larry Simmons. Very professional and to the point . No playing games, just there to level with you and help you get where you want to be. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Larry and would recommend him to anyone. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered and I felt at ease. And to have the owner of the dealership come out to meet you shows the personable atmosphere of the dealership. Prince Automotive and Larry Simmons.....a winning combination!

I just had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful Grand Jeep Cherokee from Jacob Williams & Joshua Lehman at Prince's Outlet Lot. I went to see Joshua Lehman at the Prince Outlet a couple of weeks ago and told him I was going to be in the market soon for a new vehicle for my wife. We ended up hitting it off and I told him I would be back to buy a car from him. I came back this past Valentine's Day and bought my wife a Chevy Cruze - she loved it! Last month Joshua Lehman helped me find the perfect Chevy Silverado. Just about a week after I realized my dome light was out and a rubber lining was missing on the roof of my truck. I called Joshua & he assured me everything would be handled and transferred me over to his manager, Jacob Williams. Jacob was quick to make me an appointment with their service department to get everything taken care of. I received no hassle or run-around. I came to Prince's Outlet Lot in search of a dependable car. I have bought from buy here pay here lots before and have had horrible experiences. When my wife & I got out of the car to look over the vehicles we thought we wouldnt be able to get anything. Joshua Lehman came out and explained to us that it was more than possible to get approved. He even told us about his personal experience getting approved just a day before and convinced us to at least try. We are now the happy owners of a beautiful Nissan Altima! Thanks to Jacob Williams we were even able to get a great warranty for our vehicle as well! We are very satisfied.

I came in this passed January & saw Joshua Lehman to buy my wife a vehicle. I originally bought a 2013 Mazda 3 and brought it home to my wife but she felt it wasn't adequate for what she wanted. The next day I took it back to the Outlet Lot to see what could be done & Jacob Williams was very nice and understanding and promptly took the vehicle back and honored the 3 day return policy with no questions asked. We then went on to purchase a Kia Sorento that my wife absolutely loves! They were very friendly, honest and easy to work with.

I was in the market for a new Chevy truck and had nearly given up when I arrived at Prince's Outlet Lot. Joshua Lehman greeted me as soon as I arrived and after a little small talk and Q & A about my wants and needs, he promptly brought me inside and showed me a beautiful 2009 Chevy Silverado LTZ on the internet that soon became mine! It took only a few minutes for Joshua to find my perfect vehicle which was such a relief compared to all the other dealerships I had been to with little to no progress. I came in to Prince Automotive's Outlet Lot this past October and purchased a beautiful 2010 Chevy Traverse. Joshua Lehman did an excellent job of making me feel welcomed and at ease the whole time. He answered all my questions and addressed everything as a very friendly professional. By the end of the process we were all laughing and talking like friends. Jacob Williams did an excellent job getting us a great deal and we were very pleased on the total outcome! We recently bought a brand new 2014 Chevy Malibu. Shawn is absolutely amazing. He took care of every detail before we went to sign for the new car. He communicated with us step by step and I never felt like I was out of the loop. When I got to the dealership to pick up the car and sign the paperwork he was waiting out front for us and had the car pulled up front. Ronnie walked us though step by step how to use every feature of the car and was fantastic. We had our two young kids with us, who were very hyper and excited, he was extremely patient. Signing the paperwork was fast and thorough. They even gave us two free years of oil changes and tire rotation. We will return again to Prince for all our car buying needs!

Had a great experience at Prince Automotive. The salesman, Shawn Parrish was friendly, knowledgable and most of all not pushy! We agreed on a price before I drove the 100 miles to test drive the vehichle. Shawn even came in on his day off to meet with me. The vehicle was exactly as described on Cars.com and actually exceeded my expectations. Thank you Shawn & Prince Automotive. I love my 2011 Suburban!

Purchased my used 2008 GMC Yukon from Prince Automotive of Valdosta. Thinking Dealers were reputable, I went to them for regular servicing, too often paying higher that what could be had at local shops. But again, trusting they would service the vehicle and let me know if something was wrong mechanically. I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on. Technician calls and says it's the Vapor Canister Vent Solenoid. I asked if it's covered under the AUL Service Contract I purchased with the vehicle, they said it is "not covered". They wanted $379.00 to replace them part. I asked how much the charged for just the part, they quoted $99.00. I googled the part and found it for $33.75 at Parts Geek. Youtube has a video showing in clear detail how to do the repair in under an hour. You can also get your vehicle's check engine light diagnosed at any auto-parts store for free. Prince charged me $88.00. In short, I'm done with Prince Automotive, and never again will I purchase another extended warranty. Waste of money!!!
