have purchased 3 vehicles from from Primetime, and have a very good experience with the Raj (hopefully not misspelling his name) and jay the owner, cant say there hasn't been a few minor problems with the vehicles but they have stepped up to taken care of them every time. i will continue to purchase and refer friends & family to them as well. people who think buying a used car with higher miles are without a few glitches are naive. i have found primetime to be a great dealership to work with and will continue to do so.

Smooth operation. Modesto and the management team are definitely Hall of Fame players. If you need a vehicle, you have to visit them. The name says it all "PRIMETIME". Like Neon Deion Sanders. The best at what they do!

Very helpful staff. Willing to help. Understood my feelings. Only had a couple of minor issues. Had to look up car fax on the site myself. l Was not told of a recall on the vehicle. Also keyless entry broken was not willing to replace it. Just try to give me their wholesale price. Other than that I was very happy with the sales finance and vehicle. Thanks Primetime.

I purchased a 2000 528I bmw from them. And in just one month of driving, it has needed axles and rear brakes replaced even after the dealer told me the brakes were brand new (lies). Also the keyless entry stopped working after a week. I contacted the dealer which was rude, and said that it was sold as is. My advice to anyone thinking about buying a car from them, is to look up the dealer reviews on Google. 1 star rating. Don't be fooled. There are a lot more unhappy customers

Found a vehicle on Cars.com, called the dealership . They had the vehicle ready when i arrived. The loan process was easy. Overall very professional, will recommend to friends, family and any one I know searching for a vehicle.

Purchased a used SUV. This process could not have gone more smoothly. The total process, including financing through them was a little more than 2 hours. Rate was very competitive and we got a quick answer. The negotiation on the price was reasonable, no long haggling fight or wear you down tactics. The facility was in line with what you'd expect on Fulton Avenue.

Make buying a car as easy as it should be, no waiting for hours at a dealership trying to haggle over the same numbers over and over. Good prices take it or leave it type of place. Willing to work with you and make a deal.


Confusing communication

The car I got was in great condition and it was a hard car to find. But rethinking this, I would have rather taken a weekend and went to Oregon to shop for this car.The negotiated price of a meager $500 less than the selling price was never honored. At that point I was running out of time to shop, and they knew it. Shopping alone as a female and being on a job/time constraint didn't help. The staff was nice enough, but it isn't an excuse to not listen to your customer. They didn't communicate clearly their intentions with the title and registration, as I'm not a CA resident. I explained I wasn't going to register it in CA. Taking extra time to help me and provide service a bigger dealer would (titling my car in the state I live it) or giving me a one time use permit to drive the car to my homestate and register it there. They also pushed using their bank, which had a higher APR, which they told me it would not, for a loan first. I pushed to go through my bank, and they finally listened. Overall, I learned to never shop alone. They do have a good selection of cars, but really could work on effective communication and listening to their customers, even if it mean more work on their end.

wonderful service,my daughter got her first car over 5 moths ago from this dealer (primetimeautos) .this car in excellant condition,run good and very very clean.now we just whent back to the same guy(sammy)and got me 00 ML 320 .very clean clean and drive really really good,i love it, manager sammi and sales man very nice very polite,thank u again guys,well see u again for soon for my son car.

whent there for 02 camry but when i got to this dealership that car was already sold .i end up geting 1999 camry le with very low milles 89k.that car was in exelant condition .sale`s man ana manager wa very polite and very nice (good customer service)
