I just leased a Terrain and the salesman, Peter Cimorelli was wonderful. When we went to pick up the vehicle he was the first sales person that ever showed us/me how to use the vehicle!! I have never heard of this before unless I have just been buying from the wrong places. I would recommend Prime to anyone.

At Prime it is.I had been to a couple of GMC dealers and they were all the same. All they cared about was selling me a car, any car. All I could think was that I was a victim of a "Glen Gary, Glen Ross" type of conspiracy. It was terrible and frightening. But I was sure I wanted a Terrain, so I looked arounf and found Dealer Rater that gave Prime GMC a lot of excellent reviews.I was happy to find that Prime GMC is affiliated with Prime Inifiniti. I had bought a used car from Prime Inifiniti and it was surprisingly good, so I went to Prime GMC with intentions of leasing a Terrain.At the dealership I was able to walk around without getting harassed by any hovering buzzards. I was even in the showroom for ten minutes just getting comfortable in the backseat of a Terrain, when Mark Beecher introduced himself with casual conversation. He was not practicing the ABCs according to Alec Baldwin. Oh no, Mark Beecher's only concern was my happiness. He, and Prime, finally figured out that happy people will buy cars without having to go through turmoil and fear. He never even said that we better act fast because these deals won't last. I couldn't stay long and when I left Mark never asked for my phone number. Another salesman at another dealership figured out my phone number from my driver's license, which he used to relentlessly bombard me with inflated ( and maybe fictional) incentives to buy from him.Mark is nothing but an honorable gentleman dedicated to making friends and building trust. He made sure that I got the exact car I needed and wanted at a fair price. A price that I'm sure could be beat, but I'm happy with my deal. He sent me over to see Ravi McDonnell to help with the finance, who is also a gem of a guy.We are a two-car family. We plan to lease another car in 18 months, and I'll trade this one in 18 months after that. We expect to get the next car, and the ones after that, form Mark Beecher at Prime GMC, with Ravi McDonnell handling to numbers.

I went to this dealership initially to just look at a car to which they advertised. I found the price was not in my range but was asked some questions then shown another vehicle. I had no intention to buy or trade but after being shown this vehicle, a used SUV with low mileage and all the options I was looking for. I sat down with Mike to negotiate a reasonable price after a test drive. The dealership took my car as a trade after they test drove and appraised it. I must admit, this dealership worked with me until the price I desired was achieved. I certainly will recommend this dealership to others and return again. Thank-you!

I just recently bought a brand new 2016 GMC Sierra Denali from Prime Buick GMC in Hanover, MA. and absolutely love my new truck and the experience at the dealer. I bought 2 other vehicles from this dealership before when it was Columbia Buick GMC and had such awesome experiences with them, and was not disappointed this time around. The sales and greeter were very happy and helpful and they took care of me as soon as I enter the doors. As for my truck, well this is my first Brans new vehicle that I have ever bought and absolutely love the ride and the comfort of the seats. That was one of the issues with my 2005 GMC Envoy SLT. The drivers side seat felt like it was worn or had no support, even though it was heated leather with the lumbar support. Any ways, I love driving my new truck, and if I ever need another vehicle or hear of anybody looking for a new vehicle, I will be shore to point them in the direction of Prime Buick GMC in Hanover, MA.

My husband was looking to buy a new truck. I urged him to purchase a brand new 2016. We researched dealerships all over the South Shore. He wanted to buy an American made vehicle. We live in Hanover, so we went to Prime Buick. The sales associate we worked with, Peter Cimorelli, was tremendously helpful. He was assistive without pressure. After the purchase of the truck, he made the process simple. Peter even obtained a Vietnam Veteran license plate for my husband which never had before and he programmed our phones into the truck system. I would strongly recommend this man to anyone seeking to purchase a new car or truck. He is phenomenal. And after we purchased the truck, I brought my car in to be detailed. it looked brand new after Neil and his staff completed the work in the Shop. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Northeast if they are in the market to buy a new car or truck. When it comes time for me to trade in my car for a new one...I will definitely return to Prime Buick. Peter Cimorelli made it happen and my husband is thrilled with his new truck.

Went to the dealership to buy a 2016 Acadia give them $15,000 down come to find out the Acadia they sold me had a recall on it so I couldn't take it off the lot a week later still don't have my car something's wrong with this picture has going on two weeks they still don't know what's going on it's time to ask for my money back

After months of visiting other Buick dealers in the Greater Boston area, we paid a visit to Prime Buick in Hanover. We were pretty certain we wanted a Buick Enclave, and Prime Buick had the best selection of any dealer in the area. We met with Peter Cimorelli, who is relatively new (about a year or so) at Prime but has sold Buicks for many years. Peter was very knowledgeable about the different trim levels (we were interested in the prime and leather models), and helped us pick out an Enclave with the features most important to us. The negotiation process, both with respect to the final price and our trade-in vehicle, was as easy and straightforward as I've ever encountered at an auto dealership. And when we went to take delivery, Peter exceeded our expectations in terms of explaining the various on-board electronics (of which there are many on the premium trim model). We will enthusiastically recommend Peter Cimorelli and Prime Buick GMC of Hanover to all of our family and friends.

My car is currently on recall so I called Prime Buick GMC to make an appointment to have the necessary work done. The person I spoke with explained that the parts needed to be ordered specifically for my individual vehicle, so the appointment would need to scheduled a few weeks out to ensure time for the parts to arrive. She took down my VIN and we scheduled the appointment. I arrived for my appointment this morning and was told they didn't have parts for my individual vehicle, but they would check to see whether any parts they had ordered for other customer's vehicles would work for mine. I waited upwards of 45 minutes while they looked into whether the parts they already had would work and was ultimately told they wouldn't. Parts for my car would need to be ordered. I asked why the parts weren't ordered when I originally called for the appointment. The man who was dealing with me tried to make it seem like it was standard procedure to have the customer bring the car into the dealership first, so that the mechanics could ensure the rest of the car was in good working condition prior to ordering parts to address the recall. He said GMC wasn't going to put the money in to address the recall if other things were wrong with that car. Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous in your life? I asked why no one told me that when I first called to schedule the appointment. I asked why, if that was the case, was I not asked to bring my car in weeks ago to be checked so that my car could be fixed today as promised. I asked why, in fact, I was specifically told that they would be ordering parts in order to fix my car when I brought it in for the appointment. He didn't have answers for me, but he did stick to his guns that they had done absolutely nothing wrong. I'm a pretty understanding and laid back person. If he had simply taken ownership and acknowledged that they goofed, it would have been fine. It's because he tried to b/s me with his asinine story about making sure the rest of my car worked before they ordered the parts that I'm livid. I'm pretty understanding and laid back, but I'm also not an idiot. And for the record, in case you're reading this, Prime Buick GMC in Hanover, while I was on the phone with General Motors opening my complaint against you, I asked whether it's standard practice to have the customer bring their car in to make sure it works before ordering the parts and guess what? It's not.

Walked into to Prime dealership after having a very bad experience at MGee Toyota. Met David Tibets.. asked him about a specific Silverado that i was looking for. He went above and beyond. He asked me about my wish list for the car & got more than i asked for almost $5000 off. The GM of Prime Buick/GMC was amazing. Didn't have to haggle for price or anything. The truck was delivered on time. over all an amazing experience. The sales man David Tibets even called me the next day to make sure i was completely satisfied with the truck and if i any questions. Will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone

The whole process was painless! Being a woman buying a car can be daunting, especially when asked, what does your husband think or is your husband coming in to look at it? My husband wouldnt care if I came home in a golf cart as long as I was happy and it fit the budget. This did not happen at any point in my experience at Prime. I was lucky enough to have Kyle as a salesperson who clearly loves cars (as do I) and knew the Verano in and out. He was well versed in the car and could answer all of my questions, and I am tough. I tested him with specific questions about the engine to the trunk and he passed with flying colors. We also discussed the other cars that I had shopped elsewhere and we compared features, which was helpful in my decision process. Kyle had my new car in the showroom ready for me when I arrived to picker her up. He was also amazing at going over all the features and making sure I understood how they worked. He helped me get my phone in synch with the computer and had me ready to go in no time but I didnt feel rushed. The dealership itself is beautiful and every single person I encountered was friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Tony Torpes, my finance guy. I originally had my 2008 GMC Sierra in for routine service and was contacted by Kyle Alexander about any interest in trading in my current vehicle for something newer, less miles and if the deal was right would I be interested. Of course I was, and due to limited used truck availability for what I was looking for, we started looking at new vehicle options. In the mean time, Neal Simmons also helped me on a call when Kyle was unavailable, and he was clear that he was there as a team player to help me. Kyle put together a comprehensive package of options for purchase and/or lease. The purchase offer was more attractive as Kyle did a great jog in identifying the best GM offers and some additional flexibility on the trade in to make the deal work for everyone. With a bit of a down payment, I went from 2008 with 84K miles to a 2014 with 172 and a very manageable payment. The vehicle has every bell and whistle and Kyle made the deal happen. He took the time to sit down with me for over an hour to find out what I really wanted and what was important to me for any potential purchase. I would defintiely recommend Prime and Kyle

I had been looking for a vehicle for some time and found one at Prime Buick that I liked. When I arrived I was treated like I was buying a new vehicle for thousands more than a used one at a lower price. Ravi McConnell, my sales rep, was outstanding in every way. He listened to what I wanted and made sure that everything was done to my liking. He introduced me to the people who would help get me on the road and explained what each would be doing for me. The business office was highly efficient and got me going in no time. By the end of the night I was headed home in a beautiful new (used) vehicle that ran like a dream. I had no hassles and no hustles - just top quality service. And my Jeep is wonderful. I am 67 but the car makes me feel 20 again. My father had recently purchased a new Terrain from Prime GMC. He had told me about his experience with Ravi and how everything was so easy. So I went into Prime GMC shopping for myself. Where this was my first time buying a brand new car I had certain "demands" as to what I wanted. Rather then push anything on me, Ravi took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted in my new car; GMC Sierra, Crew Cab, leather, heated seats, black interior, and exterior color but red or brown...you know the basics! The next step was seeing what they had in stock that was fitting my demands or at least close to it. Ravi was extremely respectful during the entire process as we walked across the lot looking at a few trucks before we took one for a test drive. During the test drive he explained all the features on the vehicle and was unbelievably knowledgeable about every aspect. When it came down to negotiating Ravi and the Prime team were able to meet me right where I wanted to be! I got there at 4:10pm on a Friday night and was signing for my new vehicle just a few hours later! I took delivery of a 2014 GMC Sierra Crew Cab SLT on the following Monday morning. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and overall experience with Ravi and the Prime Buick/GMC team. I would absolutely recommend Ravi and Prime to all my friends and family.

I came to look at a Jeep Liberty and drove it away the same day. I had looked at about 30 cars previously but never bought one until I met Ravi. My wife and I wanted to go to look at a new larger car than my Regal. We decided to stop in early before to many people or sales persons were there to get an oil change and maybe ask some questions about turning in my lease. We were pleased to find Dennis Grabowski there early. We started to go over some Ideas and he was very helpful. Soon we were on a test drive in a new Acadia just my wife and I which is a nice touch. Dennis started getting us some pricing information and we decided to confirm the new car transaction that morning, believe me we never do that, buy a car in one day. I purchased a pre-owned suburban from Ravi who went out of his way to make sure I was able to see the vehicle with out even having to go to the dealer. He actually brought the suburban to me. Ravi made buying the vehicle very easy and pressure less. I set up a time to go to prime GMC to purchase the SUV and I told Ravi I had a very tight time frame we brought my 3 year old son with us and we were in and out in 2.5hrs with trading in our SUV also. It was the first time that I have ever bought a vehicle from someone where I wasn't pressured into the deal. The dealership was very clean and accommodating to me and my family. We have been buying vehicles in Hanover, Mass. at this location. This is now a Prime dealership and we can say that the changes are wonderful and the dealership just keeps getting better. They have the best staff here both old favorite and new. Everyone is helpful from the general mgr. David to the sales mgr.Jesse to all the support staff here. You never feel pushed here you just always feel welcome, doesn't matter if your here to drive a car or everyone crazy:) really they are here to help make this a great experience. And that is something they do and do a great at. From Nick and Alex in the parts dept.you need it they'll find it, never a problem they cant fix.When you call or come in Courtney is always there with a smile or ready to help you on the phone. Our favorite is the repair dept.they have shown us over the years that they can tackle any issue and customer service is what they pride themselves in. They are the best at what they do and we have had only positive experiences for the past 10 or so years. And it keeps us coming back ! I never, ever rate anything as "excellent"...it's just not practical. Ravi, our guy, went far and beyond, and way- I mean waaay, out of his way to deliver my truck. After a few times of thinking we had a truck secured, and with some bad weather on its way, Prime found me a truck, however 300+ miles away! Ravi drove down and back in one day to make sure I had it ready for registration and pick-up the next day!

I like dealing with Prime GMC. I signed my second lease in one year with them this past week. Even though there are 2 GMC dealerships closer I still seem to travel the extra miles to come to this one. I dealt with Russell both times and he was great. I even told him my concerns for time and he made sure that we were accomodated in and out by the time I needed to be. Bridget was excellent also in her dealings with us. We felt bad like we were rushing them too much but they were both great and courteous which goes a long way in my view. I reccomend coming here to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali from Prime Buick/GMC. My sales person Dennis Grabowski was familiar to me from a purchase made in 2008. To my amazement Dennis recognized me, my wife and remembered the vehicle we purchased 5 years earlier. Dennis is very pleasant to deal with, no games and answers questions honestly and if he did not have the answer he quickly found someone who did. I had to order my truck because there were none available. I worked with Dennis and the sales manager Jesse to order the truck to my specification. Although it took GMC almost 2 month to complete the order Dennis kept me informed of the status. Upon delivery I felt both Dennis and Jesse were as excited as I was. I really enjoyed working with Mike. He was "real" from the start. I appreciated that he took me away from the dealership to check out the cars, that he took the time to test drive multiple vehicles with me without ever making me feel like it was taking too much time. Mike was new at the dealership and his style seemed a little more honest than refined. It was easy to talk with him - and also to get down to business crunching numbers. I feel like he understood what I was looking for and helped guide me in the right direction. If I was working with someone else a little too salesman-ish - I know I would have left quickly!I am very happy with my decision - and have not purchased a used car before. Mike made sure I left with nice mats, an extra fob (electronic key) and all in quick turn around time to "catch the boat". He also arranged for the window scratch to be fixed at another time. Overall, my experience was great with Mike. I even had a fever the night we were haggling over price and trade in with the managers and survived it! Mike took the extra time needed to develop a relationship that seemed much nicer than what I would expect from a car salesman (no offense!) And because of that, I felt I could trust him, which ultimately led to my purchase.

My wife and I met Mike Bergeron at Prime Buick. Mike was friendly, down-to-earth, and listened to our needs. He showed us a Goodwrench certified 2011 Enclave and we were sold on the spot. This was a great replacement for our 2005 Rendezvous; it had more power, a better ride, and a beautiful cranberry red color. Mike took us through all the features of the car including making a phone call with bluetooth. Mike introduced us to the finance staff and followed up to make sure we got the start up services we needed. He kept in touch by phone to answerany questions and told us we could call anytime. The best car buying experience I have had yet. My sales person, Kyle brought the car into a small show room so I didn't have to check it out in the freezing cold (20 degrees with a very strong wind). When I got the the showroom/garage my car was the only one in there and the doors, hood, and trunk were open for me to get a really good look at the car. Dear consumers who are tired of marketing fecal matter and prefer honesty from real people who know sweat, tears, and who still believe in the American Dream, despite how many people--high to low--want the American Dream to be dead, I went to Prime Buick, first and foremost, because I followed the man, Kevin Cowden, who ran the service department at the SAAB dealership I got my cars from since September of 1997. So many times, I have shared with people that the most important part of buying a car (a lawnmower, a snowblower, etc.) is not the car itself; rather, the service department. I am very handy, but what makes me "wicked smaht," is that I am smart enough to know what I do not know. I know only the basics regarding car repair. Which means I need to have a level of trust with those who are telling me what needs to be done to fix my car (not, yet, since my car is brand new). There is a reason for stereotypes, people fulfill them. Wall Street earned its reputation. Politicians earned their reputation. Union workers earned their reputation. Car salesmen earned their reputation. Etc.. It is the good ones that have to separate themselves from the stereotypes. People get hyper-sensitive to stereotypes, I dare say, because they are guilty of falling into the stereotype, instead of "the one" who is showtime, who is the exception, who does wake up every day thinking, "I'm going to work hard today. Today may be my day!" After Kevin introduced me to the men who are the "deal makers" (my term, not theirs), I was introduced to a hard working man named Ravi McDonnell. If anyone has seen the movie "Untouchables," they would appreciate Ravi McDonnell. My deceased father is from Ireland, he came to America on a boat when he was 17 years old. Ravi is about as Irish as much as I am Indian. It's a compliment. Ravi is a scrapper. He works hard, almost to the point of annoying. But, it is a good "annoying." Good because he clearly cares and does not leave any stones unturned. He wants to be doubly, triply sure you (me) are all set. Then there is Bridgett (?? spelling). She handles final paperwork. I felt I was getting called into the principal's office, since she sees your "dirty laundry" (credit score, handles the financing); although I never had a principal with such charisma. Professional through and through. I forgot to mention, the "deal makers" at the firm were straight. I could tell they "get it" when I was with them. I know they need to make a profit so they can turn the lights on in their building and pay their bills. But, at the same time, they are not in the business of giving people financial colonoscopies. We negotiated within 30 seconds. "Done and done." The only thing a person has that is worth anything is his/her word. And one's word encompasses his/her values/worldview. I elaborate because 99.9999% of all those who read this do not know me. So, I give the extra "color" in my words so as to give you a baseline to judge. Kind of like a lie detector test starting with monitoring basic questions . . . "What is your name?" "What is your birthdate?" I am taking the time to make this recommendation because I try to treat others as I wish people would treat me. Do I hold my breath waiting for reciprocity? No. Nevertheless, I still try to treat others as I wish I would be treated. This dealership "gets it." Anyone who needs a reminder of what The American Dream is and who is seeking the "dream," stop in Prime in Hanover, MA. I cannot speak to their other locations. "What I have written . . . Myself and my wife went with our two kids to buy Infinity at prime Buick GMC, We met with the sales person Ravi, He took care of the test driving with myself and with my wife individually, since we wanted to avoid the hassle of fixing and removing the car seats, Ravi never bothered even one bit, though it was a weekend, he could have got two sales, in stead of spending 5-6 hours with us for one sale. I never saw him without a big smile on his face from the morning to the evening till we left the dealership. He offered us lunch, ordered pizza delivery for us, He was so kind hearted human, he got my kid some snacks and soda, He did everything without any selfishness, we felt like as if we had gone to visit our relatives, we did not feel like that we went to car dealership, where all these years we felt pressured and rushed.. After researching for months, I decided I wanted to lease a new GMC Acadia. I swung by Prime Buick GMC to get a good look at the interior and that's when I met Ravi. Ravi was great. I never felt pressed to make a deal, he simply asked me what it would take to get me to drive away in a new GMC Acadia. Seeing as how I still had 6 months on my original lease, I really wasn't looking to close a deal. I simply threw out the best number I could think of and we took it from there. Next thing I know, he gave me the keys and told me to pick my wife up with my new car. Now, I don't know about you, but I'm used to car dealers falling off the face of the earth as soon as you drive off the lot. However, in the days that followed, I got multiple texts and emails to see if I had any questions about some of the newer features of the Acadia. Ravi even offered to give us a full personal tutorial of the car from bumper to bumper. I opted just to read the manual, but I have to say I was impressed with the offer. Can't say enough good things about him.

My husband and myself went to Prime Buick GMC last month looking for a brand new Buick Enclave, which we had already test drove in couple of places, but we did not get a great customer service, which I am very particular about, my husband is too particular about the same. When we went to this dealership, we were little skeptical too, till we met with the sales person Ravi McDonnell, He was so respectful, very professional and informative. He was not over smart like the sales people we met with in the other dealership. He was very concerned about exactly what we wanted, He listened to all the needs exactly what we wanted, he took notes of everything, he went and brought the right vehicle how we wanted. My husband liked the manners of a sales person ( for a change) of walking away, when we started to discuss about the vehicle ( personally) and when we started discussing about the numbers etc.. After purchasing another vehicle a few years ago from a dealership in Kingston, MA and having a very unpleasant experience with the salesman, I was leery to have to do this again, so it was a pleasure to work with Ravi when it came to purchasing this vehicle. He was very informative, available at all times, even on his day off and has a dry sense of humor that makes you want to speak with him. Also, the two Business Managers I dealt with, Bridget and Douglas were so, so nice to work with. Ravi also explained to me all the benefits of leasing, and I think in a couple years, I may be doing that and will definitely go back to Prime Buick GMC -- as long as Ravi, Bridget and Douglas are there!

We recently purchased a vehicle at Prime Buick GMC. Our sales associate Ravi McDonnell made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. I, myself, did not even want a new car, I was happy with my old car. My husband felt it was time to get a newer vehicle, Ravi understood that and was not in the least bit pushy about selling me a car - such a change from our past experiences. He was caring and so friendly, he wasn't focused on a sale, but making sure we were happy and comfortable. We looked at the inventory and found a car that we liked. Ravi's patience with not only my reluctance to buy a new car, but, with our 3 children during the shopping excursion was exemplary. He got them snacks and soda's and made sure they were happy, even colored with them while we dealt with the finance dept. My husband is not a fan of cars salesman, but has nothing but great things to say about Ravi. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and wouldn't let us leave with it until we knew all the features and was sure we were 100% satisfied. The transaction was painless, we went in on Sunday and took delivery of our car Monday afternoon and I am now happy to have my new car!

Dennis G. and Douglass Q. are the best at what they do. My first contact with the dealer was Jennifer via the internet. Jennifer contacted me quickly and listened to my needs in regards to what type of SUV I needed or wanted. Jennifer had my 3 top choices reserved and waiting for me upon my arrival. When I got to the dealership Dennis meet me at the front and top my family and I for a drive. Dennis stayed with me upon all the way through to financing which at that time he introduced me to Douglass who worked with the banks to get me finance over the weekend. I recently purchased a new GMC Sierra 2500 pick up truck at Prime in Hanover MA. I was extremely satisfied and impressed by my salesperson, Kyle Alexander. His product knowledge, presentation, and followup made for a totally satisfying experience. I had previously shopped at two other local dealerships and found their followup to be lacking (the dealer to the south didn't even call me back ONE TIME). Kyle called me back promptly and presented me with a deal that we could both live with at a very fair price and continues to stay in touch with me to this day. I had a number of accessories installed prior to taking delivery. There was a problem with one but Kyle arranged a loaner for me and had it fixed quickly to my complete satisfaction keeping me in the loop at all times. I recently purchased a GMC Yukon XL from PRIME. I searched online for a quality preowned vehicle. I wanted something as we travel and include our grandchildren when we can. Jesse Bongarzone was the salesperson we dealt with. He showed us the vehicle, we took it out for a test drive and my wife fell in love with it. We explained to Jesse that this was what we had to spend and we gave him our best offer. We did not have to deal or bargain with any other sales people who try to make a hard sell for more then we had to spend. The offer was excepted with no hassle. (GREAT) We drove away with a new car. Note that it was a rainy, misty day. When we arrived home the sun had come out and the car had dry'd out, we noticed some paint bubbles and peeling where the car had been repainted. Up front we knew that the car had been in a minor accident. In the wet conditions we did not notice the peeling paint bubbles. Called Jesse and he said bring it right in, we will take care of it. They gave us a loaner and 2 days later we had our car back and it looked brand new. Jesse called several times to inquire if we were satisfied, did we have any concerns, is everything OK. I wish we had known about PRIME when we purchased my wifes new car a couple of monthes earlier. PRIME is a much better dealership. The personnel, the best I have ever dealt with. NO HIGH PRESSURE. He sat us at his desk where we chatted about what type of vehicle that I wanted. He asked what was important to me in my next vehicle? He showed us three types of Buick sedans and explained the differences between them. My decision was a Buick Verano because of its size and comfort. Dennis asked me if I had any special color that appealed to me. I prefered a darker color vehicle because I previously had a Silver colored Buick. He pulled up a Gray Verano that I immediately fell in love with and decided that was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Pricing was very important to me because of my budget. I purchased the vehicle after he explained how Prime prices their vehicles to the customer. No games and I really appreciated it. It was my first time at Prime Hanover and Matt Sorgman greeted me warmly from the initial handshake. After browsing every make and model online, reading reviews and visiting dealerships, I set my heart on the GMC Terrain Denali and located one 45 minutes away. I knew no one at the dealership because I ha been test driving other models at the GMC locally, but after chatting with Matt for ten minutes, I received even more information about that car than I had gotten in all of my online and dealership research. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. He made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, and there was not one point where I felt pressured in any direction by him. After taking it for a test drive, I knew I wanted to purchase the car. Matt made the process easy and painless on his end and while it took a long time for paperwork he stayed with me for the duration: 2 hours after closing time! When I became agitated he went to help speed up the paperwork and when I came out of the office he was still smiling and gave me his number to call if I had any other questions. The next day there was paperwork that needed to be re-signed and Matt drove 45 minutes to my job so I could sign them and drove back to the dealership to process paperwork. Several hours later Matt graciously returned to deliver my car! I can't tell you how excited I am with my decision to purchase my first GMC with Matt. I am so thrilled with this car and would not hesitate in a second to go back to Matt at Prime Hanover, MA or refer my friends and family to him. I know when I am ready to buy my next car I will seek him out for his A+ customer service.

My overall experience with Prime Buick GMC in Hanover was wonderful. A lot of that is thanks to Ravi Mcdonnell. I had contacted Prime when I found a Chevy Equinox online that they had for sale. From day one they were quick and efficient, and made the whole process easy for me. The internet sales manager had called and emailed me immediately after I sent them an inquiry about the car. When the car was ready for me to come look at it, I brought my dad with me. We walked in and were greeted, and upon telling them my name they knew which car I was there to look at and went to get the internet manager. She came out with Ravi, introduced us and he brought us out to the car. After checking it out, Ravi took us for a test drive and during the drive we learned that he actually was given the sale very last minute, literally right after we walked in the door. His professionalism and kindness gave us no hints at that. From the first minute we walked in, he made us feel comfortable. We ended up being at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours (Because I bought the car!) but it did not feel like that at all. Ravi showed us photos and told us about his daughter and family, which family is very important to myself and my dad. We didn't feel like he was pushing "family" on us like at previous dealerships that would always sound like they were reading from a script when bringing up family importance to us. While waiting for the sales manager at times, he showed us photos of his grandson on his computer and told us stories about his sons. We had a great time with him, and he was even nice enough to buy me some snacks from the vending machine when I had mentioned I was hungry. Everyone there explained everything to me thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable and informed, and made my first car buying experience perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My biggest thanks to Ravi, and the other employees there who stayed late to finish my paperwork and make sure everything was covered! I'm getting my car Monday and I couldn't be more excited!

We were helped by sales consultant Ravi McDonnell at Prime Buick GMC in Hanover, Mass. Mr. McDonnel picked up our sale when the sales consultant we had talked with earlier in the day was not able to help us in the evening. Mr. McDonnell had all of the paper work and information in order for us and we were quickly able to come to an agreement on the sale. Since we came about an hour before closing time, the transaction went longer than closing time and Mr. McDonnell stayed with us until all of the paper work was completed. When we picked up the car several days later, again, he had everything in order and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He offered to help us with canceling our license plate on line since we went from an owned car to a lease car, something he did not need to do. He also spent a lot of time with us going over the many features of the new car. We had visited another Buick dealer in the area a few days before and were not impressed by the service we got and subsequently did not buy a car from them. The contrast between the two agencies was enormous. Prime is professional, thorough, ready to do business and puts customer service up front. Mr. McDonnell and Prime's excellent customer service closed the deal for us.

Great Experience with Ravi.We have been shopping for a Three rowed vehicles all over, comparing prices and features etc.. Last week we ended up going to Prime Buick GMC. We were greeted by a sales person name Ravi McDonnell. We decided not to spend too much time there with my kids, they were already tired of this from the morning, I told Ravi that we did not have too much time and could not spend more than 20 minutes. He was very accommodating and said not a problem, we were looking at the Enclave.. He was very hospitable and loving with the kids, got them snacks, soda and put Nickelodeon channel to keep them occupied. He did everything very professionally including the trade appraisal, test drive, explaining about the features of the vehicle and my kids were entertained too, they did not complain like when they were at the other dealerships. When we finished everything and ready to leave, it was almost we spent an hour and half, which we did not even feel it, because of the customer service given by the sales person Ravi. We would definitely want to consider buying the Enclave because of the service we got from the sales person. My husband and myself are very happy, we will surely go back to buy from Prime.We have posteponed the new car purchase for a month or two. - Karen

My wife and I went to Prime to look at a vehicle she saw online. We were ready for an upgrade but very hesistant to make a snap decision as we were unsure if we wanted to buy or lease. After looking at the car we came to see we went inside for assistance. We were greeted by Ravi McDonnell who was very friendly and put us at ease right off the bat. We talked to Ravi about what we wanted and what our situation was and he catered everything to our needs. We decided to lease a 2013 GMC Acadia. At this point we were turned over to Jesse Bongarzone the Sales Manager. Jesse worked with us to get the deal we were comfortable with. He went back a couple of times and finally we were able to make the deal. Both my wife and I have had bad experiences buying and leasing vehicles in our day. The experience with Ravi and Jesse at Prime was our reward for that. We had a great experience and we could not be happier. In fact, Ravi handled a minor miscommunication for us is a completely professional and timely manner. His integrity proved to be beyond reproach. After going to sevral other truck dealers and getting the (Hi Buddy / Pal) from the sales man then the run around. I was prepared for more of the same from Prime GMC, to my suprise the sales man Mark Beecher was polite, courtous, very maticulus in seeing that i got what " I " wanted not like those other salesmen in the other dealerships who didnt seem to care about the specefics of what i was looking for. Mark was great seeing me through the procces making sure i recieved as many dealer insentives and discounts as possible. As a bussiness owner myself it was refreshing to see that Prime & Mark Beecher didnt waste my time with the (Price game) and not only wanted the 1 time sale but put in the extra work for customer loyalty. I recently purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain SLE2 from Prime Motors in Hanover. I had Dennis Grabowski as my salesman. I was completely satisfied with this purchasing experience. We recently purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia from Prime GMC in Hanover. My salesman was Ravi McDonnell. Ravi was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. On the day we actually bought the car we had been spent a long day test driving cars at another dealership and after we were unable to reach a deal with that dealer we called Ravi at 5:00 on a Saturday(closing time) and he said he would keep the dealership open for us. He stayed after hours to help us out with the deal. On the day we took delivery he had the car detailed and waiting for us. He ran through all the instrumentation to ensure we knew what everything meant and he even helped us set up our On-Star account. We were very satisfied with his service and would recommend him without reservation.

My truck was totaled, and I needed a new vehicle. Prime was recommend by a family member. I walked into Prime and met Ravi MCDonnell. I told him I was interested in a suv, I told him options I was interested, and we were on our way. He showed me everything that I asked for and in my price range. We test drove several different suv's. I must have been there over three hours looking at cars. I was still up in the air on what I needed, but I was never rushed. I told Ravi, I was going to look around for a different brand. I thanked him for his time and left. He thanked me for being up front with him and wished me luck in my search for a new vehicle. He gave me his card and told me if he could be of any service to me, just call. After a week of searching, I was right back to Prime GMC, Ravi was thrilled I had called him back, he emailed me specs on two of the original vehicles that me and my wife looked at. Ravi told me he would have both vehicles ready for my to test drive. I ended up leasing a 2013 GMC Terrain. I can not express my gratitude to Ravi and David Slayter for making the process of leasing the vehicle so easy. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, 15 to be exact. Any this way by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Ravi was helpful 100% of the time from the beginning to the end of the sale, going over aspect of my new suv. Ravi took great care of me since my wife wasn't available he let me take the car home for the weekend so that my wife and I could test drive it together. Ravi never pressured us so we bought the GMC Acadia when I returned it from my weekend test drive. I will certainly give Ravi a call in another 5 years when I get rid of my Honda Pilot.

I have been driving only Cadillac Escalade and BMW for more than 7 years, I went to look for my third car at Prime Buick GMC in Hanover. The Cadi STS and Jaguar XF caught my eyes, I went to inquire, a sales consultant called Ravi McDonnell greeted and took me inside to help me with all the details, he was very helpful and informative. I told him very clearly that I was shopping!! He said that we call it an information day, not to worry He put me at ease with those words, I took both the vehicle for a test drive, I kind of liked it, but I was not very sure, since I had never bought a used cars.. But the experience I had with Ravi, was a great one, which is making me thing that I should surely buy when GM comes out with 2014 Yukon XL Denali! I will like to give business to Prime GMC because of the sales persons customer service, was great! Even the General Sales manager was very Accommodative without any pressure. I will surely send some friends to Ravi. This is the first time in my life, I felt no pressure and compulsion in a car dealership. I wish them all best.

I went to Prime to look at and test drive a Yukon Denali XL. I was introduced to Ravi McDonnell as my salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgable about the car and was able to answer any questions I had about it. I was upfront with telling him I had another car I was also interested in and planned on test driving and he encouraged me to do so. Ravi encouraged me to take the Yukon home for the night, and what a great suggestion that was. He was so accommodating, even coming in on his day off to help me with the extended test drive! I am still in the "thinking" phase of my purchase but so far Ravi has been wonderful every step of the way. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Ravi.

I've purchased several vehicles here, previously when it was Columbia Motors, and now as Prime. My most recent purchase was a vehicle for my daughter. Dave Delaney was a great support as always, but the sales person I dealt with was Ravi McDonnell, went out of his way to accommodate locating a vehicle at another Prime dealership, arranging for a test drive at their site and when I decided on the vehicle I wanted. In addition, Ravi coordinated the sale and registration, as well as a full inspection and cleaning of the vehicle that was delivered with a full tank. Worthy of mention, when I made the decision to buy, I had to fly to Germany the following day and they held the car and did prep work while I was away. When I retuned, I made the call to insurance, and 24 hours later I surprised my daughter with her new sale completed, insured and registered car that she absolutely loves!! It didn't end there, there were some minor cosmetic issues to be addressed after the sale, and Ravi made all the appointments with service and met us in the service area to ensure our needs were met. Not the typical "after sale" experience one would expect, but one that we hope for. Well done again Ravi, we will be back again for sure.

I did a lot of research and determined I wanted to purchase a Chevy Silverado. I determined that I could not afford a new model and found the perfect model at Prime GMC Buick. Upon arrival, a gentleman named Ravi approached me and asked if I needed assistance with anything. I advised him of the vehicle I would like to see. We did some brief paper work so I could take a test drive. When I went outside for a test drive, the vehicle was already started with the AC blasting on the blistering hot summer day. After the test drive I knew I would like to purchase the vehicle. Ravi worked with me to get the payment I was comfortable with for the correct amount of months. I was a proud new owner of a fantastic vehicle, but even after hat Ravi did not stop assisting me. I noticed a few minor issues with the vehicle and Ravi assisted with setting up an appointment so the service department could take a look at the vehicle and fix the issue. The entire experience has been a pleasure and I highly recommend Prime and Ravi.

Just recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Prime. I have no complaints with the vehicle but experienced the worst post sale service. Vehicle was finalized and paid for on 6/01/13 which was a Saturday, was told by the Finance guy the car would be registered for me the following Monday or Tuesday. I didnot take delivery on the vehicle until 6/11/13. For some reason they had no clue how to register the car in Rhode Island. They put an additional 500 miles on my car by taking 4 different trips to the registry and VIN check station Each time I was told my car would be ready that day only to get a text message late in the day letting me know they failed again. Here is where they went wrong: 1st trip: Got the vin check but left too late in the day and missed the registry 2nd trip: Made it to the DMV to be told they needed forms signed by me 3rd Trip: Wnet to DMV with forms signed by me to realize they needed to be notarized 4th trip: finally registered the car but didnot inspect it because they left too late in the day They failed to realize that all they needed to do was have a limited power of attorney signed by me at time of sale and they could have registered the car in one shot. It baffles me that the finance guy, sales manager and salesman had no clue this is how an out of state transaction is done. For the inconvenience of them holding my car for 11 days while I paid insurance and interest and them putting an additional 500 miles on the car they gave me a coupon for a "free oil change" and "detail" that has to be used within 30days and they backdated the start date to 6/01...WoW way to go Prime you really know how to make things right. The most frustrating part was that I had to initiate the calls to get a status on what was going on. I was continually lied to as to what was happening. Very poor experience, go eslewhere and avoid this amateur shop.

Like everyone else, I visited more than my fair share of dealerships before buying from Prime GMC in Hanover, MA. My husband and I were in the market for a used GMC Yukon or Chevy Tahoe with low miles. At most dealerships, we had a very typical experience-- pushy salespeople, lots of games and gimmicks, and lots of running back and forth between the sales person and the manager. However, working with Prime was a totally different-- and far better-- experience. We were greeted right away upon walking into the dealership and introduced to our sales person Michelle Curran. She showed us the cars on their lot that fit our criteria and took the time to listen to our needs without being pushy. They didn't have what we wanted on the lot, but were able to get a car for us within a few days. When we went back to Prime to see the car they brought in for us, it was labeled as being on "hold" for us and fit the bill exactly. When it was time to talk money, Michelle was reasonable, straight forward, and there was very little haggling. We told her what our bottom line was, what we wanted for our trade, and we were able to settle on a fair price with only one consultation with the manager. Overall-- I found the experience positive and I walked out feeling good about my purchase. I would definitely recommend Prime and Michelle. As a note, the dealership is going through a major renovation so it's not as nice as some others but I imagine their new building will be great. If you're looking for a positive-- no-haggle/hassle-- professional experience with good customer service, I recommend Prime Buick GMC.

What a great experience I had with the people at Columbia especially Walter Dale and Steve Smith. I came in with expectations and they worked with me to make not only the sale but a pleasant sales experience. Both Walter and Steve are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I applaud Walter for his years in the business and his desire to treat the customer with respect. I also want to thank Steve who worked with me in putting a deal together even after he left for the day. These folks get an A+ from me. Even though we didn't end up buying from these guys, I wanted to write a review. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Russ, who accomodated our requests to drive about 5 different cars on the lot. We were able to get so much information regarding what we liked and didn't like. Russ is very nice, not at all pushy, and went along with whatever we wanted without question. If we said we didn't like it, he said okay. If we said we liked something else, he went and got the keys. After a fruitless search (our needs were pretty specific-- AWD, leather, sunroof) Russ took our info and called us every day to check in. It wasn't a pressure pitch, it came off as very good customer service since we were actively searching every day. It felt like we had someone helping us out, which was nice. Although we ended up finding our vehicle somewhere else, Russ certainly earned my customer loyalty through his hard work and dedication to finding us a car. I would send my family and friends to Columbia for a new or used car.

After searching around for a new Buick Enclave I was able to find the right color and interioir with basically teh options I wanted at Columbia, unfortunately I arrived after the dealership closed. Brian,Steve and Mike were more than willing to stay late and try to get me into my vehicle. Well we didn't come to an agreement that night and teh vehicle later sold. Steve and Brian were able to source another vehicle with almost all the exact options I wanted and worked to get me to the price I needed to be at. I now own the vehicle and everything from signing to pick up went great.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had in buying a car! This is the 8th car I've bought in my lifetime (I'm 46). I didn't feel the usual game-playing tactics that most salesmen use.
