We live in West Virginia and my son found a Chevy truck online at this dealership. Needless to say I was dreading a three hour drive,one way, to purchase this vehicle and even worse, to come home empty handed if we could not reach an agreement on a purchase price. But I was completely wrong. The first day we attempted to make the trip, my son and I got lost and could not arrive before closing time. Our sales person, Caitlyn Long, called to check on us and when we told her we could not arrive in time she actually offered for the dealership to pay for our lodging for the night. Yep, you read that right. They said we could continue driving and they would pay for our lodging and meet them at the dealership the following morning. We opted to return home but made the trip the following day and it was absolutely worth it. We were greeted with nothing but kindness from the very beginning. Caitlyn was outstanding! Everyone went out of their way to be sure that my son came home with the truck of his dreams. Thank you so much everyone! It was a pleasure doing business with you and we will be making the trip again for future purchases.

I was in for an oil change and Laurie J Wilson took care of my car. She let me know what was going to be done (She Checked the alignment on the tires) and approximately how long it would take for the oil change. I did get the front end aligned. I will need new tires soon but will wait until I decide which tires I want to put on my car. Laurie kept me up to date while I waited and she is very good and personable with the people she had contact with. It is kind of nice to have a lady work with you. The waiting room is great with two TV's and they have coffee for those who like coffee . I was probably there for an hour which is good. I have always had good service on my cars at Preston and it is only about 20 minutes away from home.

Son was home for only half day from college (4 hrs away) and check engine light came on.Stopped at Preston on Saturday afternoon, and explained situation and urgency of our situation.Needed checked out and back by 4 before heads back to college.The guys at Preston said it will be checked out and done in a couple hours and it was.My son also commented that they know their stuff, and will most likely now grade any other dealers/shops against Preston and using them at the benchmark.We appreciate them making us their priority!thank you.Michael Chauby

I brought my car in because it would crank but not catch and run. I was told after having it for 24 hours that the fuse box was not grounded and would need to be replaced and the car would then need to be reprogrammed. That was going to cost in excess of $1500. That didn't seem right to me since I had lights, horn, and clock all working fine. I had the car towed to my regular mechanic who after looking at the problem told me that the fuse box was fine and was grounded and that the problem was in the computer. After spending $750, my car works fine. I wasn't even offered a loaner while my car was at Preston's for the 24 hours that they had it.

I wanted a 12 passenger Chevy Express van. I show dogs and needed air-conditioning all the way to the rear of the vehicle for my dogs safety and comfort. These vans are very hard to find. My local Chevy dealer could not get anyone to dealer trade so I went to Preston Motor Group in Burton, Ohio. They were wonderful! Found the van I wanted in one day! They made arrangements to have the towing hitch and brake installed and they are even delivering it to me on 8/25/16 and picking up my trade. You don't get better service than this! The dogs and I are doing a happy dance!!!!!!!!

It is very nice and clean. I like the phone charging station, the free coffee and 2 TV's. The check in was fast and easy. I did not have to wait long to get my oil changed. Brain Kelly gave me recommendations for things that need done to my car, such as a Cabin air filter, throttle cleaning and a front end alignment. I told him not at this time but to put it on my bill as a reminder. No pressure to buy more then what I came for. I really liked not being pressured, because I would not go back if there was. We bought my car at another dealer because the sales person at Preston was not willing to make a deal, but next time we need a car we will try again. We have purchased several cars and always stop at Preston but we have always been able to get the car we like somewhere where else at a better price. They should offer price matching, from dealer to dealer.

I had brought in for regular maintenance. I had an issue with front tire which had a very slow leak.I ask that it be checked. After appointment I was told all my tires were over pressurized so they had to let air out. I got home and when I went to use car again all the tires were flat.The slow leaking tire was not repaired just moved to the back of vehicle when tires were rotated.

I was met by a technician as soon as I parked my car. I told him what my problem was and he knew immediately what had to be done. He checked me in on the computer and told me to wait in a room with coffee and doughnuts. 35 minutes later my car was repaired and washed. Great Service.

Though I have a limited amount experience purchasing cars, I was extremely impressed with Preston. I leased a Kia Optima and their whole process was excellent. From the salesman at the door to the financial expert on the way out, these guys did the right thing for their customer. They were up-front with everything, helping me find the best car for me and me budget, not them. They gave me a fair value for my trade in, and negotiated the terms of my lease right to where I was asking without any hassle or dickering. I have yet to work with the service department, but I'm sure the service there will be just as excellent. Thanks Preston!

Bought a Cadillac in Michigan. I live in Ohio. I then had a low oil pressure light appear. To my surprise I had 3 other Cadillac dealerships in Northeast Ohio that would not service my car even though my car was under a factory warranty. Preston Cadillac gladly accepted my car with open arms. They updated me regularly on the repairs that were being done to my car. Preston fixed my car! I LOVE THEM. I could not be happier with my service. They are professional and kind. I cannot not say enough say wonderful things about the staff and this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to everyone of my family members and friends. All my future repairs on my current car will be done there and my next car purchase will be from PRESTON SUPERSTORE.

I e-mailed 9 dealers asking for out the door quotes on a Kia Sorento with specific colors and features. Preston was the lowest out the door price including fees, taxes. After a long drive there I could not have been more impressed. They not only had the lowest price but I sure the best service. While e-mailing dealers Greg Buber stood out among all for his clear explanations to my questions. They offered more for on a trade-in then another dealership I try to work with. Bill Lane was clear about the possibility of getting the specifics we wanted, etc and in the end they found the exact Sorento we wanted within two days. It had a few extra features and they never mentioned trying to charge us more. They filled the tank full with gas, explained all the paperwork and the features of the car and just really could not have been nicer. As it a 45 minute drive away I not planning to go back soon though they did throw in a free oil change. It was a real breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships and I honestly could not have been more impressed with everything about them.

Paul quickly picked up that I had done research and then treated me like someone who knew a few things. He made sure that we talked about the car until my every question was satisfied.
