This is the first time my husband and I actually enjoyed buying a car. Our salesman Tim Harlan was wonderful and very helpful. He's not like the typical car salesmen that we've dealt with in the past. He actually made our buying experience enjoyable. Mike Bucci was very nice too. He made the paperwork very easy to understand. There was no bs...no hidden costs, no pressure for extended warranties and no surprises when it was all said and done. I did most of the work over the internet and had my own financing. I had already owned two Hyundai's before so already liked the product. However, while at the dealership to pick up the car, I felt like I was an after thought since I had already agreed to buy vehicle. I was treated more of matter of fact then as someone that had just purchased a vehicle. Nothing was offered to me or my family while at dealership. Example, water, beverages etc. I could have purchased the vehicle at any dealership but choose Preston due to price and location. Basically, they had the sale, so why put any effort into the closing. I basically asked for the best price and took them a check.

I have had horrible service from this place. From incompetence, to shady practices, to downright lies. The last time I came in, I was charged 100 bucks to look at the brakes. I was told I needed a rotor, a caliper, and break pads for the right rear side only. I asked how much to do the work, and I was quoted $800. I said that was insane. I bought those parts for $150 and did it myself. It would take them 1 hour tops to do this service, yet I was going to get charged $650 for labor??? Very shady Preston Hyundai! Never setting foot back in that garage. In addition, when they repaired the brakes on the left rear months ago, they used the wrong caliper for my vehicle. My guess is that they used something "close enough" that they had on hand to increase their profits even more.

Dave Menges was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was informative and professional. He kept contact with us to follow us through the purchasing of two new cars process and made it a pleasant experience. We spent some time negotiating the deal and a couple people were involved in that process and some confusion happened when it came time to sign the papers. The tone of the dealership became very different toward us when we stuck to our understanding of the terms. The comment made in front of us 4 times by the finance guy was the dealership was going to "eat" the additional money. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable. We were treated with a different feeling when we left also, not by our salesman however. It did not leave a good feeling with us. We have obviously been talked about after because someone in the service department made a comment about us being, 'the people" who got a great deal.

I was greeted quickly upon my arrival at Preston Hyundai. I went to see the new 2017 Elantra and to test drive it. I thought the car was a very nice vehicle but it did not have the options I wanted. Tim Harlan suggested I look at a 2016 Elantra that had what I wanted and it turned out the be even better than I expected. I test drove it to show my wife and we agreed to purchase it. Tim and Mr. Hogue and Mr. Bucci and I settled on a price and financial arrangements and the deal was done. I find the 2016 Elantra to be a much more refined car that the 2013 it replaced. I was treated with respect and without pressure from Ron and Angel. Angel and my wife did most of the preliminary financial work over the phone. Originally we were interested in a 2015 CPO Hyundai Elantra. that we saw on line. Ron also metioned that there were 2 2016 Demo Elantras that weren't on the internet. We talked about one of the demo cars. Ron said that with the demo discount and all the incentives, that he and Angel could probably make it work into our budget. Plus with the demo we would also get the full warranty. Angel and my wife finalized the deal while I was making test drives. Angel found us all the incentives and even found one that was kind of obscure, but we qualified for it When it was all done, Ron went thru all the manuals with me and showed me how to work all the options in the car. He also helped me link my phone via the Bluetooth. Ron and Angel made the whole process seamless and transparent. And they both were very professional. Everyone at the dealer was friendly. Mike does not try to oversell me, not even on our test drive. He was helpful with my questions, and was listening to my needs. When ready to drive off the lot, he took time with me to show me different parts of my new car, even ''hooking me up'' to be able to use my cell phone from the car, a feat I have not been able to achieve ''yet''! Am having the clear coat done now, so when brought it in for this service, Mr. Butchie (not sure of spelling his name correctly) showed me again how to use it. So all in all, Preston has a couple great people on their team, including a woman in service who saw me and said ''What, you got a new car?'' Sorta like visiting with my good friends at Presto Hyundai! I had an excellent experience at Preston Hyuandai. I went to another dealership prior to going to Preston and it was awful!! Josh was beyond helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I feel that I got the best deal I possibly could have and felt I could trust the staff at Preston. Cody McCormick was the sales rep that we dealt with. Truly a professional in everyway possible. Completely versed in the Santa Fe that we were looking at and answered all of our questions. The Sales manager and the finance person were just as patient and the whole experience was one for the books. Cody needs a pay raise !!!! Mike Boyle worked with us by email so that all my husband and I had to do was drive to Preston Hyundai, and sign the papers. He had our new Sonata all ready to go and took lots of time to show us all of the features. He was kind, courteous, and a joy to work with. Went in looking to lease a new car...I had looked at one other place before heading to Preston. I was looking for a sporty car that got good gas mileage. First of all, thank you Angel who helped to make the loan on my car possible being that I just relocated back to Ohio. Thanks to Ron Dugan who placed me into a beautiful trustworthy vehicle. I love my Toyota Camry(Naomi). Lol. I was nervous about driving here in Ohio after living in Las Vegas, I was a little nervous about driving in the snow. The Camry has great tires with great tread. I haven't felt sliding yet. I was also nervous because the car I was driving kept wanting to die on me, the motor was going. When I first started driving the Camry I noticed what felt like some hesitation or like it wanted to stall so automatically I thought oh no, this car is going to die. I felt frustrated. I called Ron and he said bring it right in when it was convenient for me. I brought it in on the weekend and they serviced it and now the car runs like a dream. I don't know what it was. Maybe just needed a real good oil & fluid flush and change, but I now feel relaxed and confident to drive it. I just know that I am going to have many years of fun driving my Naomi!!??? Angel, Ron and the service technician were all real friendly and a pleasure to do business with!! I do and will continue to recommend Preston Hyundai!!!

I first started shopping for my first Hyundai in 2011 and got hooked up with an online salesman Alan. I went in to meet him and had the best experience ever and purchased my first 2011 Hyundai Elantra. This year it was time for me to get a new car and I couldn't have went to anyone else other than Alan. I went to Preston Hyundai and purchased my second Hyundai. Buying experience so easy and stress free. No pressure, all pleasure! Dave answered all questions and made my first new car buying experience the best I could have ever imagined. He worked hard to find my perfect car and I couldn't be happier with all the folks there. Even after the sale, Dave called and checked in a few times and he also happily helped me fix a problem MONTHS after the sale with my blue link. He's a keeper and a HUGE asset to Preston!I received service for my free oil change and to fix a couple things on the car, and they made amazing accommodations to my 3-job schedule. I decided to purchase a new Hyundai to replace my older one. After contacting my credit union I was offered a rate of 5.25% for 72 months, no money down. I went to look at Preston Hyundai for my new vehicle. My salesman was Rob Turczany, a decent person but rather lackluster salesman and we did some test drives. I decided that I wanted a specific trim package and color. I informed Rob of my credit pre approval and asked if Preston Hyundai could compete with that rate. We waited 2 hours, then I was informed that there was no vehicle available in my specified trim and color in the USA. Then the financial manager came back with a rate of 10.55% for 72 months. I DID laugh in his face at that point. I left Preston Hyundai and contacted Great Lakes Hyundai in Streetsboro. I informed Bob Nero of my specific vehicle requirement. Bob took 30 minutes and called me back informing me that he had found my EXACT vehicle in New York and that he would be glad to have it transferred. I purchased that vehicle the next day at a 5.5% interest rate for 72 months, no money down. I DO NOT recommend Preston Hyundai and even will not take my new vehicle there for service due to Prestons' questionable business practices.

I feel we were Treated Very Good and I felt like they were fair on our deal!! But BEST of all,,,I LOVE MY ELENTRA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the past six months I have purchased two cars from this dealership. Dave, in sales, helped me out both times. He was amazing and made the buying experience easy and very enjoyable. Any vehicle maintenance that I have needed, I have also returned to this dealership. Amy, in service, is always very enjoyable. I am always greeted with a smile and a handshake here. When I am in for service, they set my expected wait time with me, before I hand them my keys, and always seem to finish ahead of schedule. All of the maintenance was performed to the highest quality and my vehicle has always been returned to me cleaner than when I brought it to them. This dealership has the whole package and I would recommend anything they offer to any one of my family members or friends.

I have wanted a Genesis coupe since they came out but have held off for the right time and the right price. I found my 13 Genesis Coupe while visiting Hyundai's website. I had been looking for a Veloster but when I ran across a Grand Touring for the same price as the loaded Veloster and in the rare Cataluna Copper color I wanted how could I resist contacting the dealership. I first emailed Preston Hyundai for info. Received a reply immediately from Dave Hogue. A few more emails and a couple of calls and everything was set up. When things changed and I could not make it up to Ohio Dave arranged for the car to be delivered to me at my home. The car was pulled into the garage at the beginning of Dec. and that is where it has sat. This weather must break soon and WVDoH has to fix these awful roads so I can take it out. Do NOT service your car hereI bought a used 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership 2 years ago. I never had any trouble with it at all, that is until I took it in for service 5-6 months ago. I have not had a working car since. They told me it was a problem with the spark plugs. Days later they tell me they dropped a screw into the engine and turned it on. After going back and forth at least 10 times, and having them fix one thing after another including replacing the engine, the engine light came on again. Now they say it's the catalytic converter and that they're not liable for it even though they probably got fluid into it or took it out and put it back wrong.Each time I took it to them they'd say they fixed things, I'd ask them for a written record of what they did, and they either refused or gave me a list that didn't include everything they said they did. They lied repeatedly about what they did, for example the very first time they tried to return my car it was rattling and running rough and they tried to return it to me with the engine broken. Only after I refused to take it back did they admit it wasn't fixed and actually replaced the engine they said they had fixed.Now they are refusing to pay for the converter and they keep trying to get me to trade in the car for a new car after THEY broke it.DO NOT trust them with your car. They will only break it and lie to you about it.

I came in to inquire about a vehicle I had read online. Ron was my salesman and he made me very comfortable and did not pressure me into a purchase. Ron and Angel were great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel like they wanted to help. I got a great deal on a Jeep and I love the vehicle. They gave me a great price and really helped with the financing aspect of the sale. My only complaint is due to a rude email I received from internet sales specialist Dave Hogue. I inquired about the vehicle a few days before that purchase and did not receive any emails from Preston. However, 10 days after my initial inquiry I received an email from Mr. Hogue asking if I was still interested in a vehicle. I responded that I had already purchased a vehicle the week before. His exact response was:"Thanks for asking for me... Congrats on the purchase." I personally work in sales and my company would never tolerate that type of customer service, especially considering I had never spoken to the employee before. I emailed Preston to discuss this situation and never received a response. The email I received certainly made me question the integrity of the company. However, I would still certainly recommend Preston due to the great experience that I had in person.

I'm not very happy the day after I traded in my car, I had remember I left some valuables in the center console. Called they said they would call where it was a see if they could get my stuff.. Needless to say I have contacted them multiple time and finally have been told that they don't know where my stuff went. err so mad don't you think they would keep my stuff for at least a week and if not that long maybe a few days? I was there the day after I traded in my car not a week later

My wife and I were looking for a second new vehicle after having purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS. This vehicle would be for my wife and we were interested in the 2013 Hyundai Accent SE. Rick Scenna approached us and was very helpful in finding the right car. My wife wanted the Accent in Clearwater Blue which was not on Preston Hyundai's lot. The Accent color that my wife desired was located and delivered in a timely manner. Martin Sharp assisted us in getting the paperwork done and was very friendly. My wife loves her new Accent as much as I love my Elantra. We would definitely do business with Preston Hyundai again and would recommend Hyundai to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

I was given the car Oman empty tank with the gaslight on. 6 months after purchasing my '11 Santa Fe I need all new tires and multiple services on the vehicle. We went Preston Hyundai because we had already decided to buy an Elantra. It really was a no brainier to buy the 2012 North American Car of the Year in the new 2013 Coupe configuration as it also comes with the best new car warranty available. Zach was great and answered every question I asked. He was a pleasure to deal with as was Jay. We immediately went to Cleveland for a day and fell in love with our new car. Then we did a few days in Chicago and now we can recommend the Elantra on gas mileage because we actually saw our average mpg displayed at 40...Exactly as advertised. We cant say enough good things about our Elantra Coupe, and Preston came through with flying colors!

I was very apprehensive about buying my new car, but Jay Albanese totally explained and showed the "numbers" to me so I could understand them and he really wanted me to be happy with the car I purchased....And I am happy! Matt Boyer was very patient and helpful explaining how to operate all the features on my new car. He is really good at his job. Martin was very organized and pleasant in the finance department. I have to say the experience at Preston Hyundai was much better than I had hoped it would be. We were looking for a reliable used car and had already planned on visiting approximately 3 or 4 lots. Preston was our first lot. Matt Boyer promptly greeted us as we were walking away from our car. He spent quality time with us and noquestion we asked seemed unimportant to him. The day was unbearably hot but he walked the car lot with us and never once tried to brush us off or act pushy. We saw a car we were interested in however had some question as to whether we could get it financed. Even though our sale was not guaranteed to him he continued to roll out the proverbial red carpet to us. Despite his kindness we told him we had to look further. We drove a short distance to another dealer but were not impressed with the cars. We were proceeding to the third dealer but decided to stop by and test drive the car we liked at Preston. Nothing but kindness and consideration was shown to us. We finally told Matt we were wanting to buy the cars. He introduced his manager to us and we were set up with a wonderful deal and great financing too. We would recommend this dealer to anyone. Our purchase was a 2007 Chrysler convertible.
