My wife and I brought two cars in at 9:30 AM for "his-and-her" Saturday morning Service. Andy was easy to work with--personable, professional, knowledgeable. Got right to the point, told us what each car needed, didn't waste time. Got us right into a loaner car, and told us he'd contact us when both cars were ready. Total drop-off time: 10 minutes.Andy called us at 1:00 PM (1 hour earlier than expected), cars were ready when we arrived, Service costs were exactly as he'd described.Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, Andy and Prestige Lexus!

Anyone can sell a car as I have two Lexus dealers a lot closer to me then Prestige. Manhattan Lexus and Ray Catena The reason I bought the ES 350 FWD and the GS 350 AWD and now the LS 460 L AWD Prestige service department is second to none Very professional and mechanics that actually know what they are doing. Michael Ceccon goes the extra mile to make sure the clients leave with a smile on their face knowing the work required is performed properly From the minute I drove up Mr. Mark Simpson was there to say hi how can we help you today and the valet service all give a genuine smile as they appreciate customer loyalty. Friendly staff very knowledgeable sales personal and amazing coffee is what keeps me coming back. Manhattan Lexus seems like they are being bothered when I once went there to ask a question regarding the GPS on the GS Ray Catena is a few miles from me and before I bought the LS from Prestige I drove there in an older car and the sales staff looked at me like I had the plague when I asked about a sale brochure. One salesman seemed annoyed that I was there disturbing him from reading a newspaper and drinking his coffee. This not how to make friends and influence people . Shame their sales staff never knew a book cannot be judged by its cover.

I stopped by without an appointment. I had a tire pressure/valve issue. She took care of the situation herself, for free, and I left in short order with a car wash. It's unfortunate that Samantha is leaving for a dealership in Mesa, Az. Their gain, our loss.

Terrible dealership!!!!! After getting two cars from these guys they refuse to issue my refund for the tire plan. Unfortunately the plan provider said I had to go through the dealership. I submitted the paperwork almost four months ago for the cancellation and all they say is we're working on it. Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else if you are considering them!!!

This whole dealership is excellent. Been going there since 1992. The Service Dept. is especially excellent from picking up my car; giving me a loaner to the final bill. If there is a problem or concern they call you to discuss. Mark Simpson a pleasure to deal with.The only problem with all this is that I cannot go anywhere else to buy or service my cars. The service department at Prestige Lexus is excellent. The team is always helpful and provides a high level and high quality experience. When I went to trade in my lexus I waited around for someone to help, almost as if I was being ignored. Once I discussed the vehicles and drove one they came back with crazy numbers. Offering me far less than my vehicle was worth and asking for thousands down with a much higher payment. I was able to achieve what I wanted at BMW and now am a proud owner. The sales department needs to be more competitive and focus more on retention of Lexus Customers. I am in my early thirties and would have been a long term lexus owner if they wanted a deal and offered better incentive to stay a lexus drive. Definitely still chasing the "pursuit of perfection."

I brought my 2011 Lexus GX460 into service department early on Tuesday, August 16. I was 700 miles away from home, visiting my daughter at West Point, NY. Multiple dash lights were blinking, repeating a problem Id had several months earlier here in Cincinnati (and which I though had been resolved). Though I was not a Prestige customer, they made every effort to review the problem and prior work completed. Despite how busy the service department was, the team fit me in and diagnosed the problem. Within an hour, they had diagnosed the underlying cause of the problem.Better yet - they had the parts available me and could get the work done. The bad news was that it was going to be a costly repair on top of the original work Id had done here in Cincinnati. Nevertheless, I was relieved that the repairs could be done and Id be on my way.They didnt stop there though. They contacted the regional Lexus staff, and Lexus agreed to cover the repairs. I was amazed and grateful. On top of that, the work was completed sooner than expected, and in a Lexus quality fashion. Over the next few days I drove an additional ~800 miles without a problem.

Jorge, the Service Consultant, was outstanding. I brought the car in for the 30,000 mile service, and to report a couple other issues, a 'rattling' sound coming from the moonroof, and a sound from the driver seat when the car turned on and the seat adjusts. I ad previously mentioned the issue of the moonroof rattling in a previous visit and was told the track just needed to be 'cleaned'. Jorge told me he heard the noise, and was recommending that the entire moonroof be removed and reviewed. The problem was located and has not returned. Similarly, he decided to just replace the seat track even though he could not duplicate the sound. He ordered the part and I brought the car back the next week. The whole experience was pleasant, and more importantly, the 2 issues were resolved to complete satisfaction.once again, Jorge made the whole process smooth, explaining what was happening each step of the way, and the timeframe that it would require.David Boyle

He was rude and more focused on where I lived rather than helping me and selling a car. There are two other Lexus dealerships near Prestige...do yourself a favor and start there! Skip Prestige, Art and the terrible sales experience.

I honestly feel like part of the Lexus family when I visit Prestige Lexus. I moved here from Boston last year and brought my 2009 RX 350 to Prestige for service and immediately saw how professional, knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. I have since purchased a newer version and continue to use their services. From the salesman Cal Hargrove to the service manager Mark, as well as the mechanics and other staff, I am always impressed.

I just bought certified RX 350. The car is very nice within my budget. Car condition was awesome which forced me to go with Prestige over other dealers. It's easy to schedule an appointment. I like dealing with Jorge Reinoso. He is very helpful and prompt in regard to returning phone calls. Whenever I need service information he is very informative and just makes the entire experience very easy. My vehicle is always so clean and neat when I pick it up and the staff at the Ramsey location is always friendly and professional.

Mike Midulla and the team at Prestige Lexus are top notch. The customer service from start to finish is outstanding. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the receptionist, offered drinks and use of the facilities and are then escorted to the living room setting where negotiations take place to make the deal happen. Mike stayed over 1 1/2 hrs late to finalize our deal and make sure we got everything we wanted. Many thanks also to Gene Santini for working his magic in the finance department. You guys make dreams reality!! This is our 2nd new car purchase from Prestige Lexus, I wouldn't recommend any other dealer.

In February I purchased a pre owned 2010 IS250c and my sales representative Art was great to work with and stated that purchasing a certified pre owned car from Prestige Lexus guarantees me a level of comfort about buying a used car. In May I lowered the top and when I raised it a rattle could be heard. Art said to bring it in and that is when I met John De Santis. John was on his game and asked the rite questions & told me how and what they would try to do to correct the problem.After getting the car back it still had a slight rattle noise which I was ok with since it was a convertible . John called me a few days later and insisted I bring it back !I asked that they update the navigation information system since I noticed that it had never been done since the care was manufactured in 2009 ,When I got the car back the noise was totally gone , the navi system was upgraded and he had a few surface scratches buffed out on the trunk lid.In the past 50 years of buying cars and trucks for my business I have never experienced service like that and will be back when we are ready for a new car.Bravo to Art and John De Santis for providing great service and attention to it customers .
