I went in to get a clear mask and the windows tinted on my 2014 Cayenne GTS. The clear mask came out so transparent that it is almost impossible to see. I've had this done on at least 8 other cars in the past and this was definitely the best job I've had done. Great job guys.The service advisors were also exceptional. My car already had the windows tinted but I was wanting to go darker. The advisors showed me the different tint options, told me what tint was on the car and explained the advantages and disadvantages of adding a darker tint. In the end, I decided not to go with a darker tint and the advisors could not have been nicer and more cooperative. These guys showed that they really want you to be happy with your car and are not just pushing sales.Great job all around in the service department. I won't go any where else for service on my 2 Porsches.

We purchased an SQ5 from Ian Torrey, we couldn't have had a better experience purchasing this ride. Ian's no pressure, laid back style really worked for us, his test drive alone had us sold on this car. From his knowledge of Audi performance, driveability, features and enthusiasm for the Audi name, really hooked us. Who wouldn't want to buy a car from Ian, once he shows you the way it handles on curvy roads and describes what you can expect from your new car. We didn't even have to deal with the dreaded "let me have you talk to my manager" talk, they were fair priced and Bob in finance was professional, thorough and straight to the point. We were also very impressed with the Owner presentation and the follow up after we left the dealership. Ian was a pro and gave us excellent customer service. I had a used Audi that was on it's last legs. For personal reasons, I was in need of a vehicle quickly. I had a contact at Prestige in Warren Kaye who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He showed me both the new and used vehicles he would recommend under my circumstances. I chose to go with a used vehicle which wold suit my needs at the present time. He showed me four cars that would fit my specs and budget. He was terrific and helped me at every step of the way to get exactly what I need. No sales pitch, no high pressure. He simply listened to my concerns and prescribed exactly what I need. I would highly recommend Prestige for their wide selection of automobiles to fit every need and budget. After taking my car to a couple private garages and getting crazy quotes for $9,000 to $25,000 worth of work that needed to be done (including nearly $600 to replace a headlight that clearly works just fine on both low beam and high beam), it was nice to feel like my car had been thoroughly checked AND that I was talking with someone I could trust

Prompt attention at check in. Service completed in about 2 hrs, 15". Seemed a bit long, but guess ok. No concern about this visit, but when having tire repaired in Vail for nail, it was noted that the left rear tire was very woren on the inside edge. They questioned that it appeared to be out of alignment. The rest of the tires, which should probably be replaced sometime next year, did not have the same wear pattern. Question if there was some issue when summer tires were put on and aligned. All of the tire work has been done at Prestige except the nail repair, as I live in VailThanks. I had the pleasure of dealing with Scott at Prestige. We could have purchased the car from a dealer closer to home (which we also visited). Any dealer can show me the car...Scott sold me the car, by which I mean he had answers to all my questions, particularly those technical in nature. He stayed on top of me to keep me warm, as it took a few weeks for me to have time to complete my due diligence, without being overbearing. Finally, locating the car and negotiating a deal was painless. I know where I'll be going for my next Audi/Porsche. And Bob's guidance through the purchase docs made it a breeze, spending far less time than I have recently at other dealerships.

I presented the symptoms I was experiencing with my vehicle, Ethan was able to get me in fairly soon. I received the call confirming the issue was my breaks had been serviced prior to my purchasing it by a non Porsche service facility as the rotters were turned and not completely replaced as is normally done. It was also confirmed that the blower motor for the heating and air conditioning was going bad. Service was preformed on both in a timely manner and the vehicle is running like it should. This is now the third time I have had service from Prestige with an overall pleasant experience.

I arranged the sale from Oregon. Graham was very honest and clear about the condition of the car. Based on his assessment, I arranged a flight to view the car. I was not disappointed. Car was exactly as described. I am not back in Oregon and completely happy with the whole experience. It is unlikely that I will buy from them again due to my location, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We were headed out of town on a family boating vacation when our Cayenne developed a coolant system issue. We made it to the dealership on a Sunday evening and dropped the SUV off with the boat still attached. Dave Stribling, the Service Manger, and his team set us up with a dealer loaner with a tow package and got us back on the road. In my experience there are very few dealers that would give you a loaner to tow with. This is exceptional service and one of the many reasons I choose Porsche and Prestige Imports. We made it to our vacation destination on time and had a great trip. My Cayenne was repaired when I returned and the work exceeded my expectations. This is a great Dealership.

We we buying a certified used vehicle, but you wouldn't know the difference because the staff treated us no different than customers buying a new vehicle. There was no hard sales tactics, only a fair and balanced negotiation that was very pleasant. Also want to hail the guys in the workshop who do the actual repairs. Pricing is a bit challenging, I have to replace my Audi front windshield and the quote is pretty expensive, still deciding what to do. Actually, I just came in to get a piece of chrome trim on the drivers side (door sill) adjusted so it aligned from the front door through the rear window past the C pillar. I thought it would be a warranty item or related to the driver's window replacement that I had performed at Prestige last year (the trim had been aligned properly previously). I was told when I picked up my car that it needed to go to the body shop and have the hinges adjusted and it was not covered either by warranty or the result of the window replacement.

Both Michael and Graham knew the features and functions of the new and used cars very well and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. They were genuinely interested in helping us select the car that was the best fit for us and not like a lot of local dealerships that are only interested in selling what they have on the lot that day. We took a few months and looked at several cars before we made our final decision and could not be happier with the car we ended up buying which was different than where we started in the process.During the process, Graham kept us well informed of different options from used to new cars coming in and also the complete process of configuring and ordering without being pushy.Great job guys. I emailed my regular service advisor to schedule a 35,000 service for my S4 and got a very quick response from service manager filling in. After a few emails back and forth, after hours mind you, working out a time that worked for me I was setup with a perfect drop off time and a reserved loaner vehicle. Service was completed quickly but I was able to make it back to the dealership before closing and they were totally fine with me keeping the loaner another day. Pickup was great with my car waiting for me the following morning.

I had a coil go bad last week and had to have the Cayenne towed to Prestige. Since the shop was booked for a few days, Trace arranged for a loaner. When I came back to pick it up I noticed the Check Engine light was still on after I'd driven a few miles away. So I turned around and brought it back. It turned out that the O2 sensor fuse had also blown (along with the fuel pump fuse that they'd already replaced), so nothing serious. I think Trace was embarrassed that the tech hadn't caught it before the car left, but it wasn't that big a deal to me. Overall, he gave me fantastic service!

Prestige seemed to work with me well on finding a way get my 1 year old TDI off my hands. Due to the VW EPA issues with the TDI and I wanted to bail 1 year into the purchase on the trade I was set to be in the red . I still ended up in the red, but I think that the loss was minimized as much as possible. I actually loved the TDI quite a bit but can envision a future of issues stuck between government regulation and uncertainty of how VW might retroactively correct the problems.

I have a 2014 A5, was driving and light came on within a few minutes tire not frame just tire went down the road, had to emergency stop. Phoned Audi immediately for their Road Side Service, the police were there first but Road Assistance was there within 45 minutes, after taking to Service I was immediately given keys to loaner FREE of charge. To date my car yes is still there but service was amazing especially COREY and now with collision needing more work than anticipated. Alex has been wonderful as well, something keeps coming up so it went from 2 weeks now maybe will be another 3 before I get my car back. However the ENTIRE dealership has stood behind their product, this is my 2nd Audi and I can tell you won't be my last. FANTASTIC customer service all around from sales to service, they always go the extra mile!

I contacted Prestige Imports through their website about a used S4 that had just been listed. Jeff Hayes contacted me from the dealership and did a great job getting me pictures and info before the vehicle had even gone through the service department to be fully checked out and detailed. Once the vehicle was available to test drive Jeff worked with my schedule and worked to get me everything I needed to make sure this was the S4 I had been looking for. Once a price was agreed upon and the sales process continued the Prestige team got even better. Great explanation on the CPO process and coverage, great finance staff, really made the experience great. Very nice to see a dealership working this hard to make all customers feel great about their purchase not just those looking at new vehicles.

The vibe at this dealership was very relaxed and friendly. I never felt an ounce of pressure from anyone, especially, Derrick Holley. The transaction was quick. Derrick personally went through the car with me to highlight the features. He also made himself available to answer any future questions. So when I had a warning light pop up on the car several days later, he very knowledgeably walked through solutions and gave me his personal cell phone number to call him with any more concerns.I also loved the selection of used Audi's. I had been searching for a new used car for months. And I found the perfect car: looks, mileage, and price. I am picky and this car was nearly immaculate.

I was blown away with my experience buying a Q5 from Prestige Imports in Lakewood. They were very helpful from the start, listening to exactly what I was looking for and searched tons of lots to find a Q5 that was even better than what I had envisioned. Unfortunately, issue after issue came up and finally, the motor blew and their "service contract" didn't cover it or anything else. I went to Prestige looking for the right used car. I'd heard good things about the dealership and their customer service was second to none. My experience with my salesman Sean Farshchi confirmed this. Sean was incredibly helpful with helping me figure out what it was I actually wanted. He made sure to find out all of the things I was looking for and what was important to me in a car. Sean is extremely thorough and I was genuinely impressed with how much he knows about cars; not just Porsche and Audi's either. His knowledge of many brands is extensive. Sean didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Never pushed me, but always guided me. He really made a huge difference in my purchasing experience and I actually feel that he helped me to get the best car for me. That's what made the whole buying experience through Prestige so enjoyable for me. The feeling that my salesman actually cared about what I was getting and how I'd be affected by taking the car- the right car- home with me. I have to admit that I was very nervous to buy a car, sight unseen, from a dealer in Colorado when I live in California. Prestige offered the car I wanted, but the thought of wiring over $100K to a company Id never visited made me nervous. I found listings for their car on eBay, Autotrader and on the Prestige website. I reviewed the Carfax and searched Google for the VIN to find out as much information as I could about the car. I researched the dealer for reviews, D&B and even Google street-view. There was no way I was going to wire this kind of money to a private individual I had never met, but I felt comfortable knowing that Prestige Audi had been in business over 40 years and of all the information I found out about the dealer, nothing seemed out of place. I finally contacted Sean Farshchi, their internet sales manager, via email and asked a lot of questions about the cars history. He was responsive and exact in his emails, simply answering my questions but not trying to push me to make a decision. I had been watching the market on this car for several weeks and had a good idea what a fair price for the car was, a price where the dealer would make a profit and I would feel I was paying a reasonable price. I decided to make a proposal via email, which we negotiated and then settled on a price. I think the best thing about dealing with Prestige Audi and Sean in particular is that he is quick to respond, accurate in his emails and not pushy. He was very helpful, explaining the remote purchase process and shipping options. I then received a Fedex with detailed closing papers and payment options, which I signed and sent back right away. I was a little bit nervous that they might sell the car to someone else while the paperwork took a few days to go back and forth, but Sean said he would not and he lived up to his word. Shipping was arranged with a company that Sean recommended. I have to say that Sean was very professional and a pleasure to deal with and I would, without hesitation, recommend purchasing from him and Prestige even if you dont have the opportunity to go and see the dealer and car you are getting. I am completely satisfied with this transaction. And I love the car (an Audi R8 Spyder).

I have been remiss in filling out these surveys in the past and feel terrible about that as I know how much feedback can impact so many things. While negative feedback may be given priority for addressing issues that may need immediate attention I hope that positive feedback is recognized with as much levity and importance. I truly cannot say enough positive about my experiences when I have had to bring my Audi in. From the pleasant and bubbly(not in a bad way) interaction with personnel for scheduling service to the personal interaction with the staff when I am at the dealership. In particular, Rob Ellison really steps up to the plate, and then some, to ensure that I and my car are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. He is very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and friendly. You can tell he cares about the customer and takes pride in doing a good job. I just purchased a new 2012 Audi A7 from Prestige Imports and had an outstanding experience. Scott West was so easy to work with and it began several months ago when my parents purchased a new Audi Q5 from Scott. Scott was fantastic with my parents and made them feel so comfortable - that meant a lot to me. I accompanied them on their test drive of the Q5 and the minute my mom got behind the wheel - the car was sold. Scott was very helpful in teaching her about the controls and how to handle the car - without any pressure.That experience brought me back to Prestige about 8 months later to work with Scott on a new Audi for me. My wife and I currently own a BMW X-5, but the new Audi's and the previous experience with Scott brought us to Prestige. Again, Scott made it so easy for me. I test drove an A5 and an A7 and he really helped me understand the pros and cons for each vehicle. I've recently test driven BMW's here in Denver too and while they make nice cars - I just don't get Scott's kind of outstanding service from the BMW place.I should also mention that my nephew is looking to get a pre-owned Audi as he finishes his last year at Duke University. I had to fly in from Salt Lake City and I didn't give Sean much notice. He arranged for Dean to meet me and we did a test drive. Dean was both patient and reasonable. I've been a customer of Prestige since the '80s ... the reason I return to buy Audis is the superb service and attention detail shown by Rod ... consistently. This experience involves a number of new and a couple of used vehicles. I've also bought Porsches (different salesperson ... sometimes not as good). In this latest interest, Rod went over and above to find the car my wife and I wanted ... even finding the right color with the right interior, not something easy to do at all. We recently bought a new Audi A7 at Prestige to replace our 2007 A6 which we also bought at Prestige. Sean Farchchi was our salesman in 2007, and from the first visit we were very pleased with him and our experience at Prestige. We also had all the servicing on the A6 done at Prestige, and have been satisfied with them. So when we decided to buy a new A7, we called Sean to set up a test drive. My first impression of Sean was that he is very knowledgable on all the technical aspects of the car, and that was important to me. He answered all my questions better than any auto salesman I have ever dealt with. He is also quite personable, and we got along very well from the first visit. Our visits with him were always enjoyable, never rushed, and he was almost as excited as us in buying the cars. I'm exceptionally pleased with the A7, but when it comes time to buy a new car, I'll call on Sean first. Rob Ellison has been our service advisor most of the time with the A6, and he has always been efficient and easy to work with. The work has always been completed when promised, and I like that we get a nice Audi as a loaner.

I originally went to the Boulder Dealership to look at the Audi Q5 back in June. I went back to purchase a vehicle but felt I was basically escorted out the door. I was trying to decide btw a Lexus and an Audi. I called Prestige, asked them if they took 'Friends and Family' along with did they have a Q5 2.0 T to drive. They did!. Don spent 2hrs with me, test driving, going over why he loved Audi's, explaining engineering design and details to me. He basically sold me the car. He was fun, knowledgeable and great to work with. I have had my Porsche serviced with Dave since he was running the shop now he is the Service Manager. He has always taken the time to make sure my Cayman is in top track condition. Dave not only works with Porsches but tracks them as well this translates into his intimate knoweldge and passion for Porsche. I took my TT in for service. There were several warning lights on (EPC, ABS, etc) and the wiper fluid tank was leaking. I have an extended warranty. The warning lights were be caused by an old battery that needed to be replaced. I requested parts be returned (the only other Audi Dealer in Denver violates this request every time and often times doesn't do the work, but charges for it). The warranty wouldn't cover this so Amber told me I would pay 1/2 the total diagnosis and the cost of the battery. I confirmed all of this in email and told them to proceed with the battery with the understanding that I would only pay 1/2 the diagnostic cost if the warranty company covered the wiper fluid issue. They replaced the battery and the warranty company covered the wiper fluid issue. Despite this, both Amber and Scott insisted that I had to pay full diagnostics because there were no diagnostic costs on the wiper fluid issue. After discussing my written authorization for the battery, Scott said he would look into it and call me back. When he called back they honored what they told me and charged me 1/2 the diagnostics.Less than a week after picking the vehicle up the ABS light was on again. Scott did a great job taking care of me. He offered to come pick the vehicle up and give me a loaner vehicle. He also said I wouldn't pay diagnostics as I had already paid them to diagnose this. I dropped the vehicle off and left with a loner vehicle. That afternoon the vehicle was ready. A sensor was bad and the warranty company covered all charges.I recommend Prestige because they honored what they said and provided great service. I rate them a 4 for quality of work only because I had to return within a week to have the same problem taken care of, but they did fix it.

I had a great leasing experience with Dave. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He remembered me when I was back for my 5000 mile check in. I have worked with Scott a couple of times for routine services with my Q5 and he has been great as well. My wife and I were looking for a recent model used GMC Yukon Denali in the Denver area and we came uponan internet ad for a 2009 for sale at Prestige Imports. We called the dealer and spoke with Don Wagner who was informative and friendly. We decided to see the car and meet Don in person. My first impression of Don was good - not your typical push salesperson. He showed us the car, answered our questions, took us for a test drive, and then sat down with us to negotiate. The Denali was price 5K under most in town, most likely because it wasn't an Audi and they wanted to sell it fast. Don help us negotiate a very fair price for our trade-in as well and in about 20 minutes we bought the car. Thanks to Don, the whole processs was fun, laid-back, unpressured - not your typical car buying experience which can be as fun as a dental visit! I told Don I was eventually going to replace my aging 4Runner, so on a whim, I test drove a Q5 before we left. I highly recommend it along with all the other Audis. They're great cars. Bottom line - Prestige made my car buying experience fun and painless. Ask for Don Wagner. He's the man.

I dealt with Mike Sorenson, the service manager. He does his best to try and blow steam up me. I was asking him about the new 997. He said that is a really great car. Going on and on about how he had a test car for a couple months. Then I asked how it would compare to the 996. He flat out said that it had nothing on it and wouldn't even touch a 996. The handling was poor.When this was going on we were standing in front of my 01 996. I would think that he wouldnt talk bad about the previous generation 911 from PORSCHE. I think that they should get someone else in there to manage the service dept. Rick Schneider and Billy Lindauer do a GREAT job. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.
