Sold me a truck that ended up needing $3,800 worth of work for new injectors. The gauge cluster work whatever it wanted to two of the injectors are leaking diesel into the oil called numerous times and I mean numerous to resolve the issue with not one single call back everyone was out to lunch or dealing with new customers power steering pump was leaking transmission mount was broke then my previous truck that they only gave me $4000 for they have up for sale for $13,000 and claim that the truck has no accidents which is a lie because I have been in 3 these people care nothing about the vehicles they sell but only to make the sell and claim to be good Christian people completely the opposite only worried about getting your money and you out the door

I just bought a 2007 hyundai azera from prestige this is my second vehicle purchased through them. Unfortunately the 4th day of having it the starter went. I went there looking for a better deal was told come back with one thousand and it would be no problem to get me in too a 2005 jeep grand cherokee.. well the day i came i went threw a lengthy process.. for them to tell me i needed 2500 down.. plus they had 3 different prices on the suv one was 8995 one was 7995 and another was 5000.. for 3000 down i could go across the street to Palm Chevrolet and get a 2013 Malibu..The staff was nice just a Total disappointment when your told for weeks we could help u with that no problem ....

I can't say enough about Prestige Auto sales, Victor Haddad, the owner Chris Spears and The entire team! I went to the lot with low expectations and frustration from leaving another dealer.I asked for Victor and explained the situtation he said, "Let's see what I can do to help you!" The entire team is supportive and goes out of there way to ensure you are comfortable, listened too, and happy.

I purchased a 2010 car from their Winter Haven dealership 2 months ago from a ex employee Ken (who was a awesome sales man) we had trouble with the performance of our car at first which after several weeks of back and forth got taken care of but still never did replace the tires (dry rotted) which were discussed upon buying the car and now seems to not remember that deal and lost the paper pertaining to the deal. Also when we got the car it was not cleaned out on the inside and was told the 500 down payment went to different fees and also the cleaning of the car, we never received a call back to get the car detailed out and had to pay out of pocket to our own detailer we use. We have had to constantly deal with Dave since Ken is no longer with the company and he has been very unprofessional, disorganized and seems to not care about our (the buyers) concerns. We have had to go in to the office more than 8-9 times turning in paperwork that has been misplaced (several times) or he filled it out wrong. Everytime we go into the office he gives us more excuses on questions asked about the car. After him being extremely disrespectful to me I became very enraged and told him exactly what I thought of him. He also had disrespected a lady from our finance company they told us how displeased they also were with Dave, who cussed and disrespected a employee at their company because he (Dave) was upset he did the paperwork wrong for the 4th time and he (Dave) had to redo it again. We are now riding on our 3rd temp tag because our tag was sent off a while ago and has not came back in yet (a claim that was now made after several different other tales were made.) we have already paid our car payment have full coverage insurance and still in the blind about our tag. We have exhausted all options to trying to get things in order and when calling the main St. Petersburg office they are no help and make excuses for the man we are dealing with, take his side on what's going on or seem to be not caring of the situation either. I would suggest when looking in to this dealership take the negative reviews very serious, I have bought several cars and never have had this experience and as far as getting help your better off looking into other things or possible legal action if dealing with this company.

Ford edge 2013. Bad experience. Didn't budge on price, was 8 months pregnant at time of purchase. Found out the tires & wipes were dry rotted & worn. 5/32nds on tires. Oil light for change came on within the first 2 weeks of purchase, breaks started to grind, new pads & rotars were replaced with in twoonths, white powder coming out of the heating vents, air filter dirty upon pick up. A suckered & funeral brochure stuck in between the seats! Thanks for all that with a new baby!!!!!

Vehicle has bad issues. Can't seem to rectify the issue. Walking from the lot leaving a vehicle you have put $2,450 into between payments, work and parts and down payment is not easy. I would rather walk then ever spend another dime with this dealership. I was a firm believer in the business and it's owner even tho many in the community warned of problems in the past. I'm one to find out myself and guess what I did!

If you are lookin for a hassle free buying experience, this is definitely the place to go. It was a nice change from the typical dealership shtick. Joshua helped me find the right car for me and Chris made me feel valued. So many dealerships know that they can let you go and another person will definitely come and buy the car. After finding a Toyota Tundra on their website, we decided to go down and take a look at it. We got down there 30 minutes before closing and Victor stayed late to ensure that we were happy with what we were choosing and to make sure all of our questions were answered. We filled out the paperwork and heard an answer the next day from Dan. That night we drove off the lot with our truck! Very professional and would buy from them again.

I originally was emailing back and forth with Bree who was very helpful in answering my many questions. When speaking with her on the phone she was very nice. We drive a couple hours to get to this dealership. Bree was not there but Victor was and he was really nice and helpful making sure we were comfortable and that our time was not wasted. The worst part about buying a vehicle is by far the time you spend (half the day) at the dealership. This was not the case here. They were quick and easy. The process was smooth and did not take much time to have us out the door with our truck. Dan was great, helpful, and informative. These are good people which is so refreshing. I especially liked the fact that they played Christian music throughout their building. This was a different experience for us. I have bought about 12 cars in my time but this was really different. Thanks to the Prestige Auto Sales Team! We will be back!

The service here is awesome and speedy! Joshua is very charismatic! Went in at 3 and left at 5 with the car i wanted! Would have taken at least twice as long at another dealership nearby.The only problem i have is that the car wasn't cleaned or detailed at all. I didn't realize this at the time, but the next day i found a spot that had some dried crud. When i took a closer look at the rest of the car, i saw many more stains. I had to detail the entire car myself. Not sure how long they had the car for, but the good dealerships do this for you even if they have to keep the car longer.The price i paid is freat, and the staff is very friendly!

Ive got to start off that I NEVER put nethin online but this had to b posted about these ppl...Went to Prestige Auto to get a vehicle for me n my 2 children but all I got was a piece of xxxx...ive only made 3 payments on it and have had to put new brakes on it already n when we did that we found out Prestiges autoshop had put the rotors on wrong so now the rotors r shot...I had to get an oil change done almost a month after getting the truck which they told me was also just done n when I did that the mechanic showed me that they put the oil filter on wrong so now I have oil all under my undercarriage....had to change all the spark plugs already which isnt cheap...had to change 2 ignition coils which r not cheap aswell and not to mention that the windows n the back never worked which was SUPPOSE to also b fixed at shop and wasnt and they said truck was never n an accident but come to find out it was and the back door is jammed n thats why my message center goes crazy all the time blinking door ajar....called and asked for help in all this and all he could tell me is they was busy n let him know what I find out

I found the car that I've been wanting to buy for several years online at a price that was very affordable. I put in a request for someone to call for more information about the vehicle and was quickly contacted by Jeremy. He instructed me to bring specific things to assist with financing a portion of the vehicle and we scheduled an appointment. I had no expectation of leaving with a vehicle as I do not have the greatest credit. I had an amount in my head that my car payment could not exceed, and I was pleasantly surprised that what Dan was able to offer was much less than that amount. I hadn't come entirely prepared to prove my finances and Chris was very patient, tolerant, and lenient with me by meeting my needs and availing me the opportunity to make other arrangements.The car wasn't ready to leave the lot but the team detailed it nicely, changed the weak battery, aired the tires and checked all fluid levels, and even put gas in it for me before sending me down the road with my vehicle. I am satisfied with the customer service, the ability to find financing, and the car that I purchased.

Prestige Auto Sales is the ONLY dealership I've been to that truly stand by their cars!!! I wanted to upgrade the car I already had purchased with them. My sales women Bree Vandal was AMAZING!! Today's visit was out of this world. Everyone involved worked very hard to make me happy! There were many phone calls made prior, many of them stressful. At one point I wasn't sure to believe anyone's word until this afternoon. The 3 gentlemen I had the pleasure working with really worked hard for me to make me a happy customer! Bob worked relentlessly with Dan to find fiancing, and Jeremy was a pleasure to speak with and take a test drive with. He was very pleasant to be around and let me drive all a over. Jeremy helped with moving things from my old car to my new oneand also took the new vehicle to have some fasteners installed that were missing. Thank guys, you all did a tremenous job!

My husband and I stopped by Prestige of Ocala just to "WINDOW SHOP." We were not prepared to actually make an attempt to purchase a vehicle. As we are looking, we did see a couple of vehicles that caught our eye. Of course the vultures swooped in as usual. Well after speaking with the salesman, we decided to try and see what we could do. Now keep in mind I know my credit is not the best. So the fast talking salesman throws ideas at us and we were to get some information for him (by now he has checked my credit) and discussed things with his wonderful manager. I would think that at that time they should have known, the sale would not be feasible. So we go home and I make a couple of attempts to contact him by phone ( no luck) to give him the information (payoff) he wanted on my car. Once I did get in contact with him he says, so tell me again how much cash you will have? I am like there will be no cash that is what we told you yesterday. So he continued to belittle me by talking about my credit score, car, and that unless we break my car away from my existing loan a deal couldn't be made. Now I told this idiot in the beginning there was no cash, we were just looking and not in a hurry to buy. He made remarks like "well you came to our lot" so you need a car. No, I told him, we don't need a car we were just looking. He insinuated that just because we were there we needed one. This person done nothing but talk down about my car that he has not even seen, my credit, etc. They are very unprofessional. Do not waste your time going here. They will only add a hard inquiry to your credit which will drop your score and then tell you they can't deal!

My brother passed away recently and left me an older vehicle in good condition. I had no use for it and a friend recommended that I go to Prestige Auto Sales and inquire about selling it. We went there and a sales representative got Chris to see us. I told him the story and we talked for a while. The whole experience was very pleasant and without stress, not the typical stereo-type auto sales. Chris was great, got a very fair price and would recommend any of my friends to go there.

needed a car asap, single mom of 3 children and was going thru a divorce and had no vehicle. contacted what I thought was a friend of the family that worked at prestige. He said no problem he could get me in a vehicle. went test drove everything seemed fine. they financed me thru credit acceptance corp. did not know any better. come to find out this car was a total rust bucket within no time had issues with everything underneath, brakes, main frame, exhaust pipe. then the finance co. they sent me thru are total crooks, three years later they are adding all these charges on when I am near my payoff, looked them up they have 477 complaints in the BBB and 100s complaints on google. Was totally taken advantage. PLEASE do not shop there...

We had heard good things about Prestige, but we did not experience them. The first car we test drove was a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis. It was a nice car, but it had problems. It was already on when it was brought out, so we went out and drove it. At the stoplights, the engine was missing, and when we returned, I turned it off and upon trying to turn it back on, it would not turn on. There was also a smell from the engine, which may have been burning oil. A dealership should ensure these issues are fixed before they try to sell a car to an innocent customer. We said we were not interested in that car. The next car we test drove was a 2006 Mazda Tribute. It had very low miles, but it was very overpriced. Prestige wanted $11,985 for the car, when the Kelley Blue Book value was about $6500. We went to look at it a second time, and brought a mechanic friend with us. In fairness, the salesman was very kind and accommodating. The issue came when I did some research on the price of the car. When I researched on Auto Trader, I found the dealership had listed the car at $8750 (they listed two different prices on Auto Trader and at the dealership, which is very dishonest). Regardless, we had decided to buy the car, if we could get it at the right price. We came in, test drove it again, and then sat down to talk. We noted the car had numerous defects, like a broken antenna and several dents. We presented the printout from Auto Trader with the lower price of $8750, along with a printout from Kelley Blue Book showing the car was worth $6500. The manager on duty at that time seemed annoyed, and did not budge from $8750, and gave us that price begrudgingly. When I asked to talk to him, he came in with an attitude and said he would only take $50 off. He was annoyed that we had done our research and did not want to talk to us or deal with us. In short, be very weary before buying here. They are dishonest, and will post two different prices often. For a dealership that calls themselves "Christian," they fall far short of that standard. We will never return there again.

Me and my husband went in to buy our first new (used) car! we were greeted by Victor and Instantly I felt extremly comfortable with him! He wasn't pushy like some have been at other dealer ships! He asked the right amount of questions to get us in the car we wanted. he went out of his way to stay late and help us! we needed to talk about it so we agreed to come back monday! He gave me a courtesy call Monday when we were on the way! the entire visit from walk in to driving away was hassle free! They made me feel extremly comfortable! I found this so called dealership on auto trader called about a truck dealer called and said come look at it and do an app. Drove done there from gainsville only to find out the truck wasn't there did an app made a deal just wasn't going to sign without see or test driveing the truck I called and emailed the dealer for 5 days finally got a call back to be told the deal couldn't be made guess I should of got the hint when the dealer told me I wouldn't want any of the other trucks the loan manager told him to show us because the trucks aren't very reliable think twice befor you go here very shady place

Spent # 5 Hours working out a Deal to Buy....Paid Palm Chevrolet out of my own pocket to check car out....They found 65% of every thing leaking Fluids...And AC & major Engine & Drive Train parts needed replaced....Cost repairs conservatively was $ 6,000.00 with 4/5th's being parts cost....They Show Cased a car with # 167000+ Miles on it...Original owner unscrewed odometer line and drove it...Then hocked it back up before saleing or trading it in showing 67000 Miles....( Impossible!!!! )....85% of all low mileage Corvettes come from this deception....I would not buy a Car from this Dealership....Stated car was in 100% perfect condition....I have a invoice that states differently......

Let the buyer beware!! Have car checked out by your mechanic before purchase. Being from out of town I trusted what was advertised and verbally stated that car was in "excellent" condition. Had car checked out locally and found water pump leaking, drive belt squealing, front brake rotors bad, musty smell fromAC ; all told I spent $1200! Asked my sakes person to reimburse 25% of those costs, got the "sold as is"response. And I'll take it up the chain. Never heard another word fromanyone at this dealership!! You decide on what customer service means to you and what "excellent" condition really is. Had a good experience during the sales process but a really poor post sale experience that would prevent me from recommending this business to others. Hope this is a learning experience for the dealership and potential customers; it reinforced to me to verify before buy!!!

When I visited Prestige Auto Sales, I was just beginning my search for a used vehicle. I never expected to buy in the next 24 hours! The team I worked with dealt with me in a manner that separates them from other dealerships. Their approach is simple. Honest, Fair and Friendly is how I would sum up the experience. They did not try any underhanded tactics or surprises in the negotiating process. They were direct and very clear in explaining the contract. I feel they were fair due to their goal to meet and exceed my expectations with the purchase. We looked at other competitors to make sure that this was the best deal around. I was offered a special internet price that saved me literally thousands of dollars. The dealership is Christian based. You will not find another dealership who will treat you with more compassion and understanding. The entire staff is dedicated to making this experience a positive outcome!

After seeing the particular car that we wanted advertised for sale on the Prestige web site, my daughter and I traveled from Atlanta the next day to take a look at the car. All of the people that we met were friendly and helpful. The test drive with Joshua went well and we bought the car. Chris stopped in and said hello while the paper work was being processed and again just as we were getting ready to drive away. Dan in the finance department was great as was Joshua in sales! The entire experience was pleasant and enjoyable, and far different from other experiences I have had buying a car. I think this is the way business was done in the good old days. He let me look at the truck and had gave me applications and told me whenever I had time for both me and my boyfriend to fill them out so that he could see what he could do for use. Well me and my boyfriend had ended up going back that same day and talked with him not knowing that we would be leaving that exact same day with the truck my boyfriend feel in love with. All the staff was great they were very friendly and talked and joked around with use and made us feel comfortable. Not once did we feel pressured about anything. They really worked with use and did what they could to make sure we got the truck. They were able to get use an amazing deal with a warranty, gap insurance all for 100 dollars less then what we told them are budget was!!!! Found a car on Auto Trader, a 95 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. I live in the North East, and the car is in Florida. I e-mailed about that car April 1st, and spoke with Chris on the 2nd. At that time it was $3900.00 Chris said it was at the garage being evaluated. Spoke with Chris next day and he said the transmission needed to be rebuilt and if I want it as is, it would be 3500.00 or 5000.00 with rebuild of transmission. I said I want the car mechanically sound, and to do the transmission. And will finalize when it comes back and a few more pictures. Spoke with him a few more times, car not back yet. e-mailed a few times, no reply. Then found out that the car was sold. Call Chris, they said he's not there, leave message. No reply So, come to find out, they sold it to Laramie Peak Motors in WY for $7995.00. Talk about selling the car right from under me. It's all about the money, not loyalty to customers. Prestige on 200:At first when I dealed with C.R. and Dan in the process of buying my car the service was great. They helped out with everything and were very patient. The second time I came in to get my brakes serviced for squeeking( because they put extremely crappy brakes on their cars), the older mechanic did not want to listen to what I had to say and wanted to do whatever he had time for. It was close to closing, so he was extremely lazy about trying to fix the brakes instead of making the customer happy.His words were "sorry, theres nothing i can do to get rid of the problem". Well my boyfriend went in to take my brakes there to try and get the issue solved but instead of putting new brakes where the mechanic knew they were bad from the previous time on the front he put then on the back. OBVIOUSLY the car was still squeeking! So AGAIN, I had to make another trip to Prestige. Mind you, I have a job, and live 20-30 minutes away from SR 200 and connot continually skip work to fix a problem that a) should not have been there in the first place and b) should have been fixed the FIRST TIME.When I came back and asked the mechanic why he didnt put the brakes on the car he claimed "he didnt know where the problem was". From his manager's understanding, all cars that have been worked on, have forms that say what/where the problem is on the car, so why would he not pull out the sheet and say "well, the problem was here last time, so lets fix that."? IT'S NOT THAT HARD!!! Someone who does not work there should not have to tell you how to do your job.And for the last time I went there today. When I walked in, I went straight to the counter to recieve my license plate. There was one other customer who came in behind me. While waiting at the counter, not one of the associates asked if I needed help or had been helped. Yet, the customer that was behind me recieved their service first. Now tell me if I am wrong, but if your job title contains the words CUSTOMER SERVICE, then give ALL your customers respect that they deserve when they walk in the door. I would NEVER reccomend Prestige to anyone just because the lack of and the crappy service I have gotten every time from them. The only helpful person at that entire store was the Manager of the Mechanics, Clif, because of how willing he was to listen, give feedback, and continue to give us the kind of customer service that everyone should get.

After doing much online research, we began the offline search for a new vehicle. We visited many, many dealerships, and could not find what we wanted. While we were looking for a replacementfor the primary work truck, I was also in need of something more reliable, as my own car had over 200k on it! I bought 5 vehicles from them. 1st= The truck was junk and had MAJOR safety issues. (Pathfinder)2nd= That truck was good just had to trade it in for a mini van for space. (Mariner)3rd= Was good other than burnt calipers (Minivan- Town & country)4th= We got a truck with a lot of transmission trouble and we had to threaten court because they not want to go by a verbal agreement that was made. Always get things in writing. (Rodeo)5th= we got a vehicle they finally traded even up with the Rodeo. I am also having a few issues with this one. Dave sold me my car and Dan got the financing done. I was happy with both. My highest praise, however, goes to the service department man whose name I forget. - Three weeks after buying my car I had a problem with my battery and battery terminals. It obviously hadn't been checked by the previous service department person. -- I took the car to them and the NEW service man went over my entire car! He cleaned and repaired the terminals and got me a new battery! He was very courteous and thorough. My highest praise goes to this valuable new employee. prestige sold me a wrecked vehical. they gave me a carfax report that stated there were no accidents reported. after paying over 10,000 dollars towards the car i took it to another dealer to trade it in and was given the correct history report on the car. the first thing on the report was 1 accident reported. no one will take it as a trade. i still owe over $5000 on this wrecked car and its worthless! i went back to prestige with both coppies of the vehicle history and theyre response was go after car fax. what a scam! selling people wrecked cars for new car prices.

i bought from them before, years ago, and they seemed like they new what they were doing. but, i recently went in to buy a used pick-up truck. the truck was a bit over priced for the mileage it had and it was also missing runboards (which are stock on all of those models). when i mentioned it to the salesman, he left no room for negotiations and bluntly told me if i don't buy it, someone else will. his tone really took the fun out of buying a truck. its unfortunate because they usually have good people there. i'm about to spend thousands of dollars, i would like it if you at least pretend to care about selling me a car.

I was looking for a used vehicle and was approached by a salesman. I asked him the price and he told me a price that I felt was a little high. I then told him that it was a little over priced and he walked away from me laughing! when I asked if he was laughing at me he got in my face and threatened me. Purchased a 2008 Impala from this dealer. First off the experience was horrible. They pulled the old credit score scam. Then I found out later they sold me a Branded title vehicle that was a rental fleet vehicle from a rental car company. The vehicle needed tires balancing and other repairs. They also charged a 400.00 fee for nothing. The vehicle was located in Orlando the day I was to purchase it and was driven to the lot and I subsequently purchased it. They did no repairs or service on the vehicle. The owner chris spears when confronted with the scams insulted me by telling me instead of developing websites and bothering him as he put it I should join him in line at the soup kitchen. Now he is making up demands as he goes along after being cited by the Department of Motor Vehicles for selling a branded title vehicle. He now wants me to bring in the 2008 model he sold me so he can trade me down to a 2003 model that I traded in. That is somehow supposed to satisfy me which it doesn't.
