WHO WOULD HAVE EVER GUESSED!

My husband and I bought our first car in 1967 and have purchased many vehicles since then. This was by far and away the most pleasurable buying experience we've ever had. Who knew buying a car could be so hassle free and fun? Both Chris and Dave were totally laid back and friendly and not an ounce of pressure. We saw an ad for the car on Wednesday, made an appointment for the next day, drove the car, bought it and took it home. These guys are awesome. Plus, the showroom and decorating style has a comfortable feel. We would definitely buy from them again and will certainly recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks again for a wonderful, painless buying experience. And yes, we LOVE our Corvette!

Awesome experience

Chris and Dave were awesome to deal with. The wife and I stopped in to test drive a car on a Saturday. We had other things going on, and couldn't make the deal that day. I came back on Monday, they gave me what I asked for on my trade, gave me a more than fair price on the car I was buying, and made the whole process simple. When I left my garage door opener in the car, Chris even drove it to me. I can't say enough positive things about the experience, and will definitely go back for my next car purchase.

Was very impressed with Dave Hales, owner. I'd seen one of his ads, walked in, he handed me the keys for a test drive. Came back, made an offer, shook hands, and I was out of there in about 15 minutes. Wired the funds, and two hours later drove the car home (2013 Ford Explorer Limited, decked out). I have been burned by dealers putting 'add on' stuff after agreeing on a price. I told Dave I didn't care what his add-ons were, when I offered a price, I was offering what I'd write the check for. He said fine, and that's what he did - once we agreed, he backed the value off for his doc charge (the only add on), and gave me the total we'd agreed on. Highly recommended - next car I buy, I'll call Dave up and have him find one for me.

GREAT Used Car Buying Experience

Chris at Premier Motorsports was excellent to work with from the beginning of my car purchase through the end when I got my tag in the mail. I decided to expand my Subaru search beyond Salt Lake City and saved myself $3,000 buying from Chris!! Literally -- same model, same year, same features, same mileage was 3K more at CarMax and the Subaru dealerships. Chris was prompt with responses and gave me a fair Kelley Blue Book value for my trade in. Highly recommend this business.

2012 Mustang

After getting in a car accident with my 2005 Mustang I spent weeks looking for the right Mustang. When I contacted Chris he was very helpful and very honest about the cars. Chris took me out to teach me how to drive a manual and was very patient and understanding, after just a couple days I'm already getting the hang of it. The 2012 Mustang I purchased is nothing short of amazing. It is a Beast. The cars that Chris purchases are gorgeous and all in amazing condition. I would recommend Premier to anyone especially if you want a sports car.

We bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze that was in like new condition and also noticed he had a lot of other nice cars there. They are priced at what you would expect to pay from a private owner not a dealer and they don't try to hassle you into anything. They worked with us and are credit union to get us a better then originally discussed interest rate and lowered the price to meet what we was wanting to spend after all taxes and licensing had been payed. They even stayed late to get all are paper work done and car cleaned, fueled and ready to go. Thank you Dave Hales and Chris Hales! We are enjoying are purchase!

True Professionals!

I called Chris one evening about the Pathfinder advertised. Very helpful. We went to the credit union the next morning and they quickly faxed us all the information we needed to get our loan processed. They worked great with our credit union. My wife rented a vehicle to go over later that day. They stayed late to help my wife and also offered to return the rental car for us the next morning. Chris and Dave went above and beyond. The car was immaculate and fit the description perfectly. We could not be more pleased with the overall service and transaction. I highly recommend these guys!

Chris Hales is VERY Honest

I found Premier Motors Sports through Autotrader.com. I was looking for a low mileage, high optioned Mustang with a six cylinder for my son. After literally researching 500+ cars on every local dealer and online site, I found it at Premier. At first I was hesitant to buy from a dealer so far away in Utah and ship to Ohio. I finally decided Premier had the car I wanted at a price point I was willing to pay. When I finally called Chris Hales, I was a bit crestfallen. Chris told me he had just got off the phone with a lady in Maryland and the car was being sold. I asked if it was sold. No, she needs to get final financing in place, but she intends to fly out and pick up car. I offered that mine was a cash deal and I could wire money today. Chris refused my deal and said that he had promised to give the lady 48 hours to complete her financing. I'm thinking, "How did I end up with a reputable salesman?" Everyone I know would take my deal in a second without a cash deposit from a potential buyer. Short story is that Maryland required in state inspection prior to release of funds, so I was able to purchase car. It arrived exactly as described. Thank you Chris, you originally frustrated me, but I respect your integrity!
