First new car
Devon did a great job helping me find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained the features and I didn't feel pressured to buy. My new Kia Soul is the first car I have purchased in 15 years and I'm very happy I decided to buy. The only negative comment I have is that there are couple dents in my back leather seats from the seat belts being pressed into them over the time the seats were down. The dents won't work their way out and are visible. But I put down the divider and all is hidden and good. I think I can live with that. Thanks Kia. I love my new car.
Purchase
My overall buying experience was great at Kia. This is the second vehicle I purchased from there. My salesperson Amber was great!!The only complaints I have are that the parking is very limited and sometimes service can take a while. Other than that I would definitely recommend others to purchase at Premier Kia of Kenner.

Job well done
Car wouldn't start. Had car towed to dealership at 4am. I left my car and keys at the dealership unattended. I left my keys in a box behind the service door with my business card attached. Jason called me promptly and early at 655am and immediately got working on my problem. less than 5 hours later my car had been tested, the problem was diagnosed, the alternator was changed, paid for, and ready for pick up.

Received an email saying they got my request for info. And nothing other than that. If the car was sold at least let me know. But I got nothing.

2011 Sorrento, transmission problems. Ray handled the problem quickly and with as little inconvenience as possible.
Expected good service, received good service
Came in for a 60,000 miles service. I originally went on line and started a chat. I wanted to know how much would it be and what was involved. I could not get an answer on line timely, so I called the dealership. Ray answered my questions an even offered a 10% discount as a loyal customer.

I found a Dodge Durango through their site off Cars.com and I contacted them to see if they still had it. I traveled 3 hours from my home to buy the vehicle with cash in hand. I called several time before I got there to let them know I was on my way there and not to sell my vehicle .They said it was there and they are waiting on me. When I got there they sent us to the back lot where they have used cars at with a young salesman. They told him once we back there to tell us the car I wanted was sold but I was free to choose another off lot. They said they sold vehicle I wanted 45 minutes before I got there and 20 minutes earlier I had called and they told me on phone it was there. I was so mad ,So before you even think about buying there you need to make sure they have vehicle and can send you paperwork on it being there. I should of asked for papers to prove it was there, but I took them for their word. They wanted to get me there and sell me another car I did not want.

He was very helpful, I called to see if I could get my oil changed that day. I was in at 3 and out by 4:10. Considering I didn't have an appt. I was fine with the wait. I also had some concerns with my vehicle making a weird noise after it rained and he checked that too! The only thing I wished is for the front part of my car to be vacuumed like the other companies that do oil changes do.

Wonderful place to buy
The reason for my visit was a routine oil change. I was helped right away, and was treated in a very considerate, professional manner. From what I can tell, the service was done correctly. My only disappointment is that I had to wait for 1 1/2 hours. For something this "routine", I may opt for a more expedited service such as a 5 Minute Oil location.

I was not greeted by anyone when I first arrived at the dealership. I had to walk inside the showroom and ask around for a salesperson. Alex was very pleasant.He was young and it was easy to tell that he was still learning. For many of the questions I asked he had to walk in the back to get an answer. I understand that it takes some time for a new salesman to learn so this really didn't bother me. His youth and eagerness more than made up for his inexperience.

At first I thought that I would be unable to get a new vehicle because I did not have any money to put down. Then before I knew it Mr. Brian came back and said that I got the car. I was very pleased and excited. The one thing is that I had presented a certificate for $500.00 off and a free ipad, but I never received that ipad as of yet. I called the office but the lady has not returned my call.

Awful Service Experience
I had a 2006 Rio. I had just replaced a timing belt and had brought the car into Kia for another check up. I had needed some recall or warranty work and also needed to replace the catalytic converter. Upon the dealership inspecting the car, told them to replace the converter and all recall and repairs that needed be done under warranty. They had to order the catalytic converter so I was in a rental until the car was fixed. I was not kept up to date with the service. I was told my car would be done in about a week. My car was in the shop for almost 3 and while they were giving me the run around I was stuck with $300 rental bill. I called to check up on the vehicle and was told that the part was in when in fact it had not arrived for another 4 days. I know I was getting warranty work done but the service was awful. Will never return. In fact, bought a new Hyundai a year ago and requested at least 5 times for Kia to take me off of their call list and yet they still call me to tell me I need work or service on the car I don't even have. Worst experience ever. They are obviously desperate for service.

My experience started with another sales person from Kia calling about car specials being offered. After arriving at Kia the person who called me did not acknowledge me, but told another salesperson to come and speak with me. Mr. Corey was told a different story than the one I actually told him. But what made the difference with Mr. Corey is that he said "Ms. Carleen I don't know what you were told but I am not like that and we are going to start over. He said my nane is Corey Love; how can I help you?" From that moment on I knew something positive was going to happen. I generally have good experiences at Premier KIA however, this time my car was at the dealership for 5 days while waiting for a fuel pump to be ordered and replaced which left me and my infant son without a car the entire time. Would have been nice if a rental had been offered.

My expereience with Premier Kia has been very positive. I have gone in for 2 oil changes and replacement of one part and the service department has been awewsome. When one walks in the service dept. immediately to the left is the most courteous and helpful young man. He will do as much as he can to assist you with your vehicle. This young man is really an asset to your team!

Salesman didn't take the time to show us Kia's used car stock once I told him my price range which was between 5 to 6k. Tried to put us into a dump of a car with an arrogant attitude and now I see on their website there are a number of used vehicles in that price range. Sad! Now I remember why I can't stand these ppl.... Made a deal down the street...Thanks Kia!

I was looking at a dodge challenger and it was fully loaded and I went to the dealership told me that if I wanted he rims then I would have to pay 2,000 extra but online everything was for 19,986 and they were going to charge me 24,000 without the rims DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP,,'
Not for Everyone
Although my sales person was friendly, the rest of the staff is awful at this dealership. Every time I've been in the dealership they are arguing with customers. Twice I have seen customers leave because of the quality of the customer service. The place is also pretty junky on the inside. And, I called them for two days on a status of my loan to never get a response back until finally today(someone who's not my sales man) called me back. I am going back up there today to decide if I will buy the car or not. The only reason that I want to buy it is because I like the car. Out of every dealership I've ever bought from or been to this is hands-down the worst one as far as customer service goes.
