Sales associate listed was unprofessional, made me call in to my finance company to get information he was supposed to obtain for his mandatory prospect forms. Made me wait 2 hrs., then when he told me they could not use my pre-approval, he became agitated that I asked for a formal explanation vs the street or industry jargon he tried to throw at me...the sales guy spoke to me in a condescending manner then proceeded to question if I had a downpayment. I informed him that we would not move forward because I didn't like his attitude. I have since submitted an official complaint to his managers.

So I along with my dAughter drove to New Orleans from Baton Rouge to purchase a be a vehicle that I'd inquired about through the internet. I was told the vehicle was available had an appointment for the next morning. Needless to say upon arrival the vehicle had been sold ( per the salesman) and he tried to reach me( never had a missed call) and no message. Well being that we were affected by the 2016 flood and in desperate need of a ride we found another car that was similar. Long story short the salesperson knew my family was affected by the flood sold me a lemon with 3,000 worth of engine work needed to the car. Yes I bought an as is car that last 2 weeks and as told it was only the 02 sensor. This is by far another kick in the xxx by a heartless SOB. So now my family has no transportation due to a dams get over dealership.

I know I don't have good credit which I informed the saleperson, but he assured me that it was not a problem and they could help me, boy was I wrong. I went in to this dealership and purchased a vehicle. When I left the dealership with a 2010 Toyota Camry after putting a down payment of $1500 the vehicle was financed with a company called Credit Acceptance. I had the car about 2 weeks when I got a call and was told that Credit Acceptance would not finance the car unless my co-signer found another person to go on the loan with her because of my credit. I was told to bring the car in so they can find other options to get this car financed. I brought the car in about a week and a half later because during this time I received a payment book from the finance company stating the car was financed and a payment was due that day. I called the finance company and spoke with a representative that stated that the car was financed and that my first payment would be late. So I called the salesperson Rashad who was working with me and told him that the car was financed and Credit Acceptance wanted a payment the day I received the payment book. He informed me that the car was not financed and I needed to bring the car back. I said but the finance company is telling me that the car is financed. After all of the going back and forward between the two companies the car was not financed. I had the car for almost a month. So I bring the car back to find out that my down payment would be held which I paid in cash the same day I took the car home. On top of them holding my money it would be paid back to me in a check form and they would deduct from my down payment for the mileage and the cleaning of the car which the man told me they pay $130 dollars to have their cars cleaned. Now who do you know pay $130 to have a car clean. I am furious by this whole situation they have put me in. Now I am without a car unable to get to work and transport my children to and from school. I have been really messed over by Premier Honda. All of this could have been handled a different way. Now I am out of a car and $1500 dollars.

I emailed Andre ahead of time about a new Odyssey and asked if the price I was looking at was something that would take. He said it sounded reasonable and would just need to see my trade. I told him what everyone else was offering for it (all the same amount) and he said he would still need to see it. I was in town over memorial day and didn't have a good feeling from our conversations but decided to stop in anyway. I asked to speak with Andre and he came out talking up a storm. I'm pretty sure he had no recollection of our past emailings. He told me because i found him online i'd get a good deal but because it was memorial day i'd get a REALLY good deal. He talked to us a for a while and then my wife was going to test drive it. I said I would stay behind with my kids because I didn't feel like moving their car seats and he kept trying to insist my 1 & 3 year old didn't need car seats and would be fine. After they got back he asked for my keys to review my trade in. I asked if it would be quick because I needed to get the kids home. He said 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I asked for my keys to start getting them in the car and he said I should bring their car seats in and let them nap in the show room. I declined that tempting offer and got them in the car to leave. He came out and got annoyed that I was leaving and asked me to come back inside. I said I had to get home but would call him later. He said "man, you're going to make me do a deal in the parking lot?'' He finally gave me his amazing offer which was, $2k less for my trade than everyone else had offered and even factoring in 9k for my trade his total price was still higher than what he had listed the car for online. I went home and told my parents about how enjoyable that experience was and my dad said, "i could have told you never to go there".

Shopping for a brand new car, I knew the exact make, model, style and color I wanted. I went through dealers that were backed by AAA. I had a certificate of the exact car i was getting and the exact price they advertised it at. Im a young female, had an older male family member drive me over where we were instantly greeted by a salesman. I told him exactly what i was there for and he told me he had none on the lot but he could show me a similar model with added features. He went on a pre-rehearsed monologue of all the features i could have, ignoring my attempts to blankly tell him that is not the car I came here for. He had me wait outside while he checked an inventory list. Came back to tell me he had one of last years models, not as many features, but he could get it around my price range. Explained again Im here for an exact car at the exact price they state they sell it for through AAA. He had me come inside to start going over numbers, all the while bragging of his sales record. It soon became clear he did not have the car but kept claiming he could get it. I said I could wait as long as he honors the price until it comes in. He took my certificate to another guy then came back to tell me he could not guarantee that price, even mocked the quote. My family member walked out because we no longer had a reason to be there but the salesman told me to sit and he'll go negotiate. He came back to me but didnt want to tell me any numbers. He wanted to talk to my family member. I had to remind him that this was my money. My car. My business. He told me he could match the base car price to the total AAA quoted me, then he added a few hundred for document fees. A few hundred for notary fees a hundred for a decal stripe some more for floor mats. And then the expected sales tax. The price is now up about 4-5k. I tell him Im leaving and he insists on negotiating with the other man again. He asks how much money I have since Im buying it out right. I tell him that has nothing to do with what im willing to pay. Im here for their advertised price. I walk out to meet my family member at our car. The salesman runs out to our car, to the window of my family member and starts trying to negotiate with him. He shouts out a price thats about $500 over the price we originally came for, claiming we wont pay a cent over that after all of the titles and paperwork. We role up our window and our original salesman and another stand behind our vehicle. My companion is now shaking. Utterly annoyed and angered by these two men. I get out and go tell them that we're going to look elsewhere. New salesman asks if i mind if he talks to my companion. I told him i minded a lot. He starts walking towards the car and i had to scream at him not to step another foot near our vehicle, that we were leaving now. I called AAA on the way home to ask if I'd misunderstood the online quote. AAA instantly accessed the certificate I'd printed, confirmed it was all correct and is reporting the dealership and salesmen who "helped" us. Representative said she'd call us back in the next 48 hours to tell us if they would honor the price but they already lost my business.

Another dealer said that I needed an appointment and could not serve me that day. I called Premier and spoke to Walter, the Manager. He told me to bring my car in right away, and they serviced my car while I waited! They also found that my brakes were worn, so I had them replaced while I waited! They also had the best price. Walter and his staff were great!

WORST experience of my life. First time buying a car on my own and had a horrible month dealing with my used car purchase. My salesman was JOSHUA CRAIG, the floor manager. He was not trustworthy, knowledgeable, or professional. Any defect I pointed out with my car, he simply shrugged his shoulders or dismissed it. He made my buying experience stressful, uneasy, and overwhelming. I still have had to return my car for service on a bad alignment, bad tire, bad CV joints, etc. Even when getting service, CALVIN at the service department made me come back 4 different times for a simple alignment/tire rotation. He lied to me several times when I asked for the manager or salesman, saying they were on vacation. I do not trust ANYBODY there! The culture there is clearly about making profit in any dishonest way. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You are better off paying more money or traveling extra miles elsewhere. It will save you money and peace of mind in the long run. Premier Honda should be stripped of the Honda name and be shut down. Merry Christmas!

I was in the process of buying my car from here and Kevin the salesman was excellent. He let me take the car home to get it looked at and I liked it. Then the problems started. The first problem was they did not clean the car out good. I had to send it back twice for them to get stains off the seat and door as well as the dashboard. Before I drove off the lot they knew I was waiting on the insurance check but they still let me drive off the lot. The check ended up getting delayed so they started texting me harassing me saying the general manager Ashley Collins needed all the money there today if I wanted to keep the car or they would report it stolen by the end of that day. We talked and I explained to him the situation. He told me there was inconsistency in the story when I had never changed what I was saying. I got the bank on the phone and he still has yet to return one of my calls. So I returned the car to him the following day. When I get there the secretary plays a role she is not and tells me I can't bring the car back. Still no general manager and the secretary was really rude about the whole situation. I give them there keys and leave because all in a matter of a few days I've been called a thief and a liar. I refuse to do business with them and I suggest no one reading this does business with them either. That whole situation should have been handled differently. They were not professional AT ALL!

The dealership sold me a BRAND NEW defective 2013 Honda Accord Sport, not even a month ago. After several trips to the service department, I request a swap or refund. In order to get rid of me, the general manager Ashley called the police on me, THREE cars of police showed up, where I was summoned to appear in court for disturbing the peace. I am 5'4 and don't have an aggressive bone in my body and my elder mother was there with me. The service department manager Walter tells me that he can think of only two reasons why I keep complaining about the car. The first reason he gave is that I just don't want the car, and the second reason he gave was that I "NEED" my $4000 down payment back for something else. Now, I am stuck paying a note that is nearly $400 a month on a defective car and I have to appear in court for disturbing the peace, when it was my peace that was disturbed.

I just purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V EX this week (October 2013) and have nothing but great things to say about my experience. However, I really did a LOT of homework prior to any actual physical contact with anyone t the dealership.The reason that I say that is you HAVE to know what you want in a vehicle and what a reasonable price is for that said vehicle. I used Consumer Report car buying report. For $14 you get a full report which includes a LOT of information, but specifically what the dealer pays for the vehicle and what a reasonable price would be where you should start to negotiate from.Also, I would highly recommend making initial contact with the internet sales person and see what offers they can give you. Virtually every dealership has an internet sales person and they are typically paid a salary and will provide you a very competitive price for your vehicle through an email correspondence. You don't have to go through the haggle of going back and forth with a salesperson.My internet sales person (Jeff Dude) was awesome. He quoted me a VERY good price for the 2013 Honda CR-V EX. Once I was sure that this was the vehicle that I wanted, I scheduled a meeting and we sat down to talk specifics. He answered all of my questions, explained the breakdown of the pricing and was not pushy in the least bit. Again, because I had done my research I knew exactly what to expect and what pricing was reasonable AND competitive with other dealerships. There were no surprise "fees" or "add ons". I knew prior to talking to the finance people exactly what my vehicle was going to cost me. Also, another really big selling point for going with Premier Honda is that they include a "warranty for life" for the motor/transmission/engine on all vehicles they sell. As long as you own the vehicle, there are NO mileage or time limits.Now for the financing aspect of the deal...I had secured guaranteed financing prior to going to the dealership. I got a great rate through Capital One and used their online application. I wanted to be sure that I had a "sure thing" in terms of financing before I did any talking with the Honda finance person, Travis. In the end, Honda still had their 0.9% financing rate for 60 months and I qualified for that based on my credit score of 715. Travis also was super helpful and of course I had a million questions during the paper signing process. He offered me the 7 year/100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for a SUPER great price. I had priced out similar extended warranties through my own car insurance (Geico) and other reputable agencies, and they were no where close to the price that Travis quoted me. Normally, Consumer Reports suggests that you stay away from an extended warranty since you should be buying a car that is RELIABLE as it is. But, pricing it out over the long term was such a great deal that I took advantage of the warranty.So...in summary, I had a wonderful car buying experience. I got a great deal on my vehicle, had all of my questions answered prior to signing any paperwork and was not presented with any mystery "fees" or "add ons". I did a LOT of research prior to contacting the dealership and was firm, yet very respectful in expressing what I was looking for. If you walk in there (or any other dealership) with a chip on your shoulder or an arrogant attitude, you will only hurt yourself in the long run. You will "get what you give" and if you don't like what a dealership has offered you, simply tell them that and be prepared to walk away from any deal. There are 100s of dealerships vying for your business. Go with the one that you have a good "gut feeling" from and one that has the best benefits. If you follow these simple rules, the car buying experience can not only be educational but can also be a wonderful experience both emotionally and financially.

We just purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had the best experience at Premier. We were treated so respectfully as compared to another local dealer. The salesmen work tirelessly for the customers and you can tell it's a family at Premier. We did most of our negotiation online and over the phone because we have 2 small children. Corey was extremely patient throughout the entire process and through our indecisiveness. He stayed late and appeased every request and not once showed any frustration. Greg, the sales manager, is extremely kind, fair, and professional--not the same treatment from a manager that we received at our local dealership. Travis, who did our financing, was knowledgeable and highly efficient. Overall an excellent, well-oiled and FAIR dealership. There are fair people in the world!

I went to Premier Honda to sell my 2011 CR-V. The above named salesman told me that they were interested to buy it. They evaluated it and made me an offer which I accepted. Because it was Memorial Day, he told me that their accounting department was not working and would cut the check the next day. He told me to call him at 10:00am the next day.When I called, the salesman told me to call back in 2 hours. I was touristing, did not have a cell phone and calling back at noon was not convenient. I called back at noon and was told to call back at 2:00pm. I was then told to call back at 4:00pm. I finally called the manager and was told that they were reneging on their offer because they had finally looked at the title and did not like the fact that the car was titled in Texas to a person with a California address. They told me that they would bring back the car in 30 minutes. An hour later I took a cab and went to recover my car.I live in Mexico and I had to sell my US registered car in the US. I figured that I would visit New Orleans at the same time. Having received and accepted a firm offer from a presumably respectable dealer, I bought my airline tickets to return home the next day. When they reneged on their offer, I had to cancel my tickets and pay the penalty plus they dragged me for a whole day before telling me that they were not honorable. They never apologized for causing all these problems.

We found a vehicle online and contacted to make sure it was still available. We were told that it was. Contact was made on the way to New Orleans and were not notified the auto was sold. We arrived at the dealership before 12 and about 45 minutes after last contact to find out it was sold. Also, while waiting to let the salesman (not the same one that I had prior contact with-no his fault but did apologize) there was another associate on the phone arguing with someone because apparently they didn't get approved and were being asked to return their auto. The customer was obviously either very worried about getting their car back or their down payment. That associate, in my opinion, did nothing to make the customer feel at ease; however, he did accuse them about lying on their application. Last I checked they require proof of income before a loan can be approved so I'm not quite sure what happened in that customers situation but do hope they aren't out anything. Thanks but no thanks!

This is the second Honda Odyssey that I have owned and the first Odyssey purchased from Premier. I was referred to Mr. Duhon by a mutual friend. This dealership had the exact vehicle that I was looking for and I was offered a very fair purchase price along with a very fair offer on my existing Honda. Mr. Duhon, Travis and my Senior Sales consultant; Bryan Church were all exceptionally great to work with. They made me feel very confortable and there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. Bryan was extremely professional and took his time explanning all of the features to me and my husband;especially the Navigation system. He assured me to call him in the future with any questions. We weren't looking to buy/ lease a new car, and we couldn't find anyone else to help us except Jeff Dude, while he was on a break. Wasn't his department or anything either, but he stopped everything to assist my husband and I. Really showed us all of our options, even bringing us to other dealerships to look at cars. Then out of no where he suggested a 2012 Accord. We didn't think we could manage a new car note, and Jeff helped us so much and got our note down to a little over $200/ mth!! I walked in, told them what superior offered to sell me the pilot at, and they beat. No hassle, no questions asked. I went into premier Honda just browsing and was approached by Mr Riley. He was very friendly and professional. He took me out to the car lot and immediately started showing cars, soon after I was filing out paper work. Before I knew it I was driving away in another car. From the time I walked into the building I was treated with the utmost respect. I was greeted warm and friendly with a smile INSTANTLY. Which don't happen at other dealerships. I was explained in great detail the entire sales process. I was given many options as well as I was educated on how the different programs that were available would benefit me as a consumer. I had my salesman undivided attention. Everyone was extremely friendly and full of information on my purchase. I was introduced to the service staff and was invited to a free 1st oil changed!!!!! I had a problem with the battery on my old 2005 Honda CRV so I went into Premier Honda. I was getting my old beat up car fixed when I was greeted by John in sales. He let me know that I might be able to get a really good trade on my old car and started telling me about options. He wasn't pushy at all and I think we had a really easy friendly relationship. I didn't feel like he was a typical sales person at all. I guess I trusted that he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me. I ended up getting a new 2012 Honda CRV for a similiar monthly payment as my old car. I love my new car and I am so glad John came and talked with me. I am getting leather seats added to my car next week and John said he would even drive to my house to take my car for the day and leave me with a loaner car. Excellent customer service! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greete with professionalism, courtesy, and ethics. Scott didn't try to push a car on us hat he thought wouldn't sit us or be out of our league. This is an update to my previous review of Premiere Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. 40 days after purchasing a used vehicle from Permiere, I am happy to be closing the book on this car buying experience. In the end, Troy Saavedra, the General Manager gave me a full refund. However, the experience was long, difficult and stressful to put it mildly. For the first two weeks after I had purchased the car and had major mechanical issues, I was unable to get anyone from the entire company on the phone. On the rare occasions that I was able to reach Ivy Falgout, my sales person, he informed that there was nothing they could do, that I could NOT speak to the manager or anyone else and that I needed to stop calling. I was told repeatedly that I would get a call back, and not once in two weeks of over 50 placed calls was my call returned. Finally, I was able to get Troy Saavedra on the phone which was a very pleasant change of pace. He promptly sent over a tow truck to bring my vehicle in to service for a diagnostic and set me up with a nice loaner car to drive in the meantime. This was great, until.. I didn't hear from anyone for an additional 2.5 weeks. At this time I had no idea what was going on with my car, what my options were etc. I placed several calls during this period, none of which were returned. Finally, I got a call from Troy who informed me that the car was indeed beyond repair, he apologized for his slow response, and offered a full refund or to find me an alternate vehicle. At this point I was exhausted by the car buying experience and took him up on his offer to find a replacement.I was shown a couple of cars, none of which were on the same level of the car I had originally purchased and the response to my calls remained slow. After about a week and half I felt forced to go through a different dealership and bought a car that I am very happy with. The difference in customer service between the two dealers is drastic.In conclusion, if you are going to buy from premiere, beware. Work with Troy if you can, if he has the time he is good to work with, unfortunately he rarely appears to have time. Never work with Ivy Falgout, he is unprofessional, rude and will rip you off.
