When we moved to O'Neill 15 years ago, I strictly drove GMC vehicles. That changed within the first few months of living here. I purchased an Expedition the day of Prairie Hill's Open House and have been driving a Ford from that day after. Their expertise as well as fairness made me realize rapidly that you do not buy a vehicle because of the vehicle but instead you buy the vehicle because of the dealer. Jon and his employees have proven that to me time and time again. O'Neill is very furtnate to have such a knowledgeable and honest dealership in our community.

The service department is quick to get my vehicle serviced, they will pick up and deliver it. They are easy to talk to and always keep me informed of the work in progress. We have moved away but always visit the dealership when we are back through. We have even purchased two more vehicles from Prairie Hills Ford since moving away.
Be Cautious
Purchased a new car from dealership this summer and they messed it up after I got it serviced. Not impressed with the customer service.
