Do not trust a word this dealership tells you, they lie! Even with proof they will not refund the money they overcharged! even the possibility of BBB rating loss does not seam to bother them.

These people are thieves! They stole an extra $600 by saying one thing and doing another. They quoted me $8495 out the door and told me the bank needed at least $500. They then made many mistakes on the paperwork and kept restarting it and ultimately got me to sign paperwork $600 higher. I went in to ask why they did not apply my $500 dollars cash off the price, they came back saying I agreed to pay $500 out of pocket and finance my quoted price, by telling me that if I look closely that is the finance amount. The sales person said it was the price of the car. I said so explained this if that paper said I was to finance $8495 why did you put $8565 on my contract? They then demanded I leave! I am suing!

Chrysler refuses to honor its warranty! I have a brand new 2014, 2500 HD Ram and Chrysler refuses to repair a part that has failed! My DEF showed some diesel in it from pumping DEF at a truck stop and Chrysler says there not responsible. You can't built a quality truck and have parts that cannot withstand the environments that they are exposed to!

Doing an online search I found the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the options I wanted at Poway Jeep. The Jeeps with these options were 'in transit' to other dealerships in the area but the one at Poway Jeep was in the available inventory and also had a dealer discount which seemed odd for a brand new model. Thinking this was too good to be true I called ahead to ask if the vehicle was still available and the friendly woman who answered the phone (Isabel) said it was. I went in to take a look at the Jeep that afternoon and committed myself to buying it immediately. They honored the dealer discount and I got a good deal on my trade in and a good price on some additional accessories, an extended warranty, and a maintenance contract. The finance department (Jeff) even beat the terms of my bank's pre-approved auto loan! The salesman (Martin) made the whole purchase experience pleasant and was extremely patient and helpful as we moved my stuff to the new vehicle. The next day I noticed that there were troubling differences with the new maintenance contract compared to my past maintenance contract with a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When I raised this issue to the finance department (Jeff) he literally bent over backwards to resolve the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. He followed up with me every time he said he would which is a rarity in customer service especially in my experience with previous dealerships. It turns out some features of the maintenance contracts changed from 2010 to 2015 but I was 10,000% satisfied with the resolution we came to. The excellent attitude to customer service extended to my interactions with the service department (Gary), parts department (Joe), and 'The Jeep Guy' (Jim). I've never felt inclined to write a review of a dealership experience but I feel so well taken care of and so amazed at the level of customer service I received that they earned it. Thanks Poway Jeep!

My husband Gary and I have purchased many cars in our years, but have never had a dealership treat us with such bad service. Two weeks ago we very excitedly purchased a 2014 Jeep from Poway Chyrsler Jeep Dodge Ram. We made sure when signing the finance papers (on a Sunday) that they were getting the Jeep we wanted - the VIN number was on the contract we walked out of the dealership with. It was located in another dealership - it would take a few days - we trusted them handed over our pink slip/trade in and signed all contracts. We called on Monday to check in - and was told it would take 3-5 days - THEN we were called on Tuesday and we were told the Jeep was no longer available - My husband was actually asked . . . what were we looking for in a car? We were upset - so upset that we called the dealership that the Jeep was being transferred from. Guess what - the Jeep we purchased was sitting at the other dealer - I was asked if I wanted to test drive it . . . I called and spoke to the Manager at Poway - his name is Shea - I asked Shea to go to the dealer and pick up the car he sold me - I asked him to speak to the General Manager - he refused. My husband went in that afternoon - picked up our pink slip and all paperwork - then we did what he wouldn't do - we drove up to the other dealer and purchased the same car TWICE (yes I have two contracts with the same VIN). I have placed a formal complaint with Jeep over this dealer. I have my Jeep - which I am VERY happy with . . . not happy with what I had to go through to get it.

My husband and I purchased a Jeep from this dealership - and never received because they did not secure it from the other dealership in a proper professional manner.We ended up driving the 75 miles to the other dealership and buying the jeep AGAIN. The service department was extremely helpful and they had knowledgeable people on hand that I could talk with about the problem I was having with my wife's car. The only problem I had was that they didn't call me when they had finished working on my wife's car. Everything else they handled extremely professionally.


Worst car buying experience

One of the worst car buying experiences. After purchasing a pre-owned vehicle that was supposed to have been "rigorously inspected" it turns out both the front and rear breaks and rotors were bad. This car was supposed to have been under manufacturer service contract through BMW but because this dealership replaced the breaks with non manufacturer breaks it nullified this warranty. The BMW dealership told us all of the breaks were bad and it was dangerous to drive this car with these breaks. How can a dealership sell a car that could possibly be hazardous to some one and deny any wrong doing. In the end we payed out of pocket for these to be replaced after they refused and this was a couple of days after purchasing this car. I'll try and get my money back through small claims but beware of this dealership if you're in the market for a car.

This was our first Jeep buying experience, I was VERY impressed with how much our sales associate Zareen knew about the vehicle line she was selling. My husband is a car guy and he knows she knew exactly what she was talking about. The best part was that she was genuine, kind and seem to care about our time spent there. She had a "manager" in tow, she diffinately did not need him, she could have done the deal without him, the experience would have been totally awesome without him. She gets 5 stars!

About a month ago I bought my first car, which was a 2014 Dodge Charger, from this dealership. I took a test with a dealer by the name of Daniel. He was very helpful and understanding of my initial distrust of him due to the many horror stories I heard regarding the car buying process. Daniel made this process very easy and stress free for me. I don't know if this a normal thing or not, but we even exchanged numbers and just within this month, he has contacted me a couple to check up on me and the car. After the test drive, when I showed interest in the car, I began speaking to another gentleman regarding pricing. I did not intend on buying the car on this trip, but I decided to buy because the dealership gave me a really good deal on the car. I will admit, I did feel some pressure, but I believe that some pressure should be expected when dealing with car salesmen. I definitely felt like I could leave at anytime and would have done so easily, if they were not willing to work with me for a good deal. In the end, they were very helpful and got me into a really good car for a really good price. In the time since I've bought the car I have had no problem at all with getting in contact with people at the dealer, which is something I've heard people have had problems with elsewhere. Even after the deal is done, the whole dealership has continued to be very helpful and friendly.

So. Went and checked out inventory at another nearby Dodge dealership yesterday. They had a lot of pretty nice trucks, A lot of Single Cab Shortbeds, like mine. Mine's nicer, for me, by far. But these are way more tricked out Shortbeds go faster. Less weight. They handle well. Not Quite ideal for towing. But they get the job done. And I like one Passenger... I'm not talking about Chevy's, or Fords..But you should see the One Ton Dodge/Ram Whatever, 4WD, they have down at Poway Dodge, The One Ton's have the 4 link Coil Rear Suspension, new for 2014. Sorry Chrysler, Ram, Jeep. It's a pretty nice Truck. Now, I don't need anything that Heavy Duty. But, If you do... I'd hop on this pretty quick. Work the deal. I've already got a new Truck, a 1500. It's pretty nice. They sold it to me for a very good price. It was a deal. I hopped on that quick. Cars are not cheap. But I think a person could get a pretty good deal on this One Ton truck. I'd keep the stock Rubber. I like nice Factory Wheels. 17's.. Tires, are not cheap. But I wouldn't change a thing an that truck. If I could afford it. I like the Heavy Duty Stuff though. If your going to pay the kind of money they want for cars nowadays, you'd better go at least a little Heavy Duty, Now, If it's sold when you get there, don't say I didn't tell you.... And in closing, with my Regards to Mark K, you'd better be running on, "Heavy, Heavy Fuel."

Went in just for a test drive and talked with Jim. He was a great guy who knew a lot about Jeeps and you could tell he had a passion for the vehicles he was selling. I gave them my budget and they did everything they could to get under what I could afford and I ended up driving away with a brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler. They were very helpful and the staff was great. I would recommend you give them a chance to make a deal that's right for you.

So. Poway Dodge. I usually go in there for parts, or to speak with a Tech. Chris, the Service Manager, runs an awesome crew. I am a Dodge guy. This is my19th car, and my 7th Dodge. I like my Dodges. Chrysler makes a good car. They always have. If you compare the values of Historically significant Vehicles, you will see. I don't mind going into a dealership, and purchasing a vehicle. These people are nice people, and all of the people who work here, are quality individuals. Every single one. This Dealership, Poway Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram, is by far the Best. No question. Absolutely... In all areas. My salesperson Breen, I have known for a while. He is a great guy. He hooked me up. Big Time. He knew what I drove, and what my needs in vehicles were. He made a point to call me up, when a super nice truck, that fit my needs came onto the lot. It is a very nice vehicle. Nothing fancy, but just what I needed. I got a Smokin' hot Deal. Yes, He, and Poway Dodge, sold a car. But in doing that deal, they were thinking of me, what I needed, and they handled it. For me. It was the easiest, quickest, most pleasant buying experience, hands down, by far, I have ever had. I have done a lot of deals. This was the best. If you are in the market, or just want to stop in and talk cars with some super cool people, go down there. You will see. They are The Best.

Initially started out by contacting the internet department and speaking with Karen. She was very helpful and after determining that the car I was looking for was not available on her lot, she located a vehicle at another dealership which had most of what I was looking for. I negotiated a price over the phone and made an appointment to meet in person at the dealership. When I arrived I met Karen who then introduced me to Breen. it was he who assisted us from that point on. He was very helpful as well and guided us through the remainder of the process. Once I took possession of the car he explained all of the features of the vehicle in detail. I also received a follow up call from him a few days later. All in all, it was a good experience.....I got the car I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay and was pleased over all with the service. Also, have to mention Jeff in Finance who helped overcome a small glitch with our lender.
