Horrible service!! I had talked with a guy named sergei last week for 3 days and each time he was giving me the run around that car is still in the mechanics when we had agreed on an appointment to see the car. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know that the car was not ready but instead wasted my time. On the 3rd day, he tells me the car is still not ready and the mechanic fixed the bearing but still has the noise and then has the nerves to tell me if I want to still buy it I can do so "as is" with no warranty. Are you kidding me?! Horrible place with a tiny lot. Do Not Go There! He needs to be out of business!!

Last week I called for an Audi A4. I asked if it was available the guys said yes so I told him I'd be by in an hour. He said ok. I show up an hour later and they are CLOSED. Their door sign said out to auction. How in the hell do they expect to sell canes with this type of service. Nevermind that drove 45 minutes to see the car. They could've said not today or made an appointment if they weren't going to be available. They share the lot with other small dealerships and they were all helpful but couldn't sell me the car that I was looking for. This lack respect for my time isn't acceptable in any industry or realm of customer service. Although the deal in the car seemed great I refuse to ever take my business there. They give small dealerships a bad name

With using the cars.com app, it's important to be able to get timely, accurate responses from sellers or dealers. This was not the situation here. I inquired about a vehicle since it was out of the area and it took over a week to get a response. I certainly wouldn't consider buying a vehicle and dealing with the customer service after obtaining the vehicle if I can't get a timely response as a potential customer.
