Service - oil change

Easy to set up appointment and reschedule (due to weather), loaner available, and knowledgeable service agents - service keeps me informed of the progress and calls when it is ready.

Excellent Purchase Experience

Teddy, my sales associate, was very helpful educating me with all the features associated with my new Porsche. The time spent was just right. I did not feel like it went on forever. I love my new 911 S4!

Professional service

The customer lounge was very nice, and the complimentary food and drinks were a nice touch. Everyone was really friendly, even people who weren't directly involved with me. It was very clean. The service techs were clear, accommodating, and professional.

Great team easy to work with

ZA is the best, upon first impression you'er not sure how to take him. After spending the afternoon with him he really is the only car salesman I can say that I would go back to. Overall a great experience and real easy to work with. I like their honest approach and being upfront with what they can and can't do.

Corey went above and beyond and your driver John is a real nice guy. The repairs were made as expected on my '05 Cayenne Turbo and Corey gave me some real good advice which might work out and save me a heap of money. So all in all I am very satisfied.

quick response to my problem...and the extra effort Corey and Scott made to not only make sure that I had wheels to get to/from work (and home) but the fact they offered me some options. extremely accommodating as was John in terms of making sure when I didn't have a loaner vehicle got me to work and picked me up as soon as he could. amazing staff! Strong Porsche is doing something very right in their hires...and training (seems a lot like the Nordstom family and how for nearly 115 years they have operated a business and had customer service their #1 priority).

Great customer service

Did some research before calling to ask about a 911. The dealer was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions over the phone. He was very patient with me and talked in great detail about the specs and price.

After shopping for weeks, this was unreal...

I checked out the dealership online and inquired about financing before I went to physically look at the vehicle I was interested in and I have to say that after working at a dealership, I did not think that the kind of relationship this dealership has with their banks existed! My salesperson called me to congratulate me on my approval and explained that she lowered the price of the vehicle to get the approval (my credit is definitely not at it's best) After my test drive, she almost forgot to tell me that she had negotiated my down payment to half of what we had originally discussed! The best car buying experience EVER!

I scheduled my Porsche 911 Turbo for its 20K and I/M inspection in Dec 2014. Strong's accommodated date and time and completed all requested service. Called when the car was ready and everything was clean and ready for me. Cory is great to work with in explaining what I need (for any of the visits over the many years we have had our cars serviced - yes, a multi-Porsche household). Scott Nielsen performed the service. I could not be happier with another organization. Always treated with respect and in a friendly manner - makes return visits a pleasure.

Great patience and knowledge

I had a problem with the auto start stop function and admittedly it is a bit technical to get it to function correctly when the temperature drops. They checked out the function and then explained very well, how it functions and what to expect, which I did not get out of reading the manual. I felt like Scott Nielsen really wanted me to enjoy the Porsche.

06 Cayenne Turbo S

In searching for a Cayenne Turbo S I found myself connected to Ted Polevoy and the Team at Strong, from our texts, to phone calls, to our emails everything was done site un-seen. Right from the first minute I walked into the dealership it was first class all the way. Repairs at Porsche of Salt Lake City

I have had my '05 Porsche Cayenne Turbo serviced here for 8 years now. It's been excellent. My most recent experience was having the fan motor replaced and the oil changed. I called the day before and was able to get in the next day first thing; the car was ready in good time, before I had expected it. I continue to take my car there because I appreciate working with Corey Layton. He's always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Experience

Have been looking for a Boxster S to replace my old one. I found one at Porsche of Salt Lake City I liked and emailed them about trying to make a deal. Living in LA, I was unable to see the car other than pictures. Ted Polevoy was great helping me out, ensuring me there were no issues with the car. He also got me a great great deal! I flew to salt lake and the car was everything Ted says it was and more. The store is great and has lots of snacks. You must try the chocolate covered cinnamon bears.. my girlfriends was more excited about those than my new porsche! All and all a great experience. You won't be disappointed

Cayenne GTS

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne GTS from Z A Konarski at Strong Porsche in Salt Lake City. Z A is a real pro and knows Porsche cars and SUV's, he went out of his way to spend time with me and go through the numerous options on the Cayenne, and made the purchase process a breeze. I will be contacting Z A next spring to purchase a Macon for my wife.

My wife brought her 2005 Porsche Turbo Cayenne in. The car was running very rough and the engine light was on.The service department changed plugs and coils and that did not fix the problem.They did a leak down test on #7 cylinder and told us it was bad, so they were going to bore scope the cylinder. The tech said that the cylinder wall had scratches on it.Their suggestion was a new engine. Quoted us $ 32,500.00.We had the car towed away.Meanwhile the dealer we purchased the car from took it to their preferred repair shop.Precision Imports in Salt Lake City. They found that a valve spring in #7 cylinder had broke. $ 2800.00 later the Cayenne runs great.A savings of $ 29,700.00.Believe me, Strong Porsche does not have mechanics. Their techs must not be well trained (or maybe they are $ 32,500.00) trained on selling.
