From the first test drive, I needed the Porsche Cayenne GTS! What a great looking car that is not only practical with driving around my teenager and her friends but is also lots of fun to drive. Jeromy Boulet made the buying experience a breeze with helping me build the exact car I wanted, updated me along the way of where the car was in line at the factory to when the boat would arrive at the dock. Once the car arrived, Jeromy gave me a great walk through of all of the cars features (and there are a lot!) and has followed-up with me on how the car is doing. If you are looking to buy a Porsche go to Porsche Plano and ask for Jeromy! And when you rub your brand new wheel against the curb, call him up and he will take care of it!

Service/repair

I have a Porsche Turbo S with PCCB's and center lock wheels... I needed a tire repaired, but it's not a car you can run down to any shop to get fixed, you need special tools to remove and replace the wheels. They were able to fit me into their very tight scheduling like I was their best customer, and treated me as if I were getting a very costly repair made. Topnotch facility and staff. Can't say enough about their customer service, and dedication to meeting the customers needs.

Somehow all of my basic service sort of fell into line and I had to get new tires, brakes, rotors, oil change, etc done. From start to finish all of the work was done professionally, quickly and within the cost estimate I was given. I count on Porsche of Plano to have updated and current information about all of my vehicles and to know and understand what my driving habits and needs are when I come in for service. Isaac is amazing and never fails to be on top of all maintenance issues and always returns my car detailed and like new! I can't say enough great things about Porsche of Plano! My salesman, David Loder, also followed up personally to make sure all of the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. He is an outstanding salesman!

I was very pleased with the experience of bringing my 911 in for service as I have been in the past as well. Mr. Devin Tyler was very helpful, courteous and professional. Mrs. Elizabeth McDonald was extremely helpful as I left my copy of the bill at the dealership. I called and Mrs. McDonald was quick to answer the phone, not always my experience in calling, and was quick to help me by finding my receipt on the computer and e-mailing it to me. (She was thorough in verifying I was who I said I was). My only disappointing experience was in speaking with a sales rep (I won't reveal who) about the purchase of a Cayenne, this person said they would e-mail me info on the vehicle (no brochures available) and a link to a site that would estimate the value of my trade-in. I've not received either. I have to assume this person misplaced my contact information. A minor inconvenience that I probably shouldn't have mentioned.

The customer experience continues to worsen

This is the last time I plan to use the Plano Porsche dealership because they have failed to fix issues with rattles, told me a brake noise was normal when I later found that there was a problem, and the latest loaner car was so dirty that I had to take it to be cleaned before I could use it because they had no one there to clean it. Now in the market for a new car, I don't think it will be wise to use this dealership any longer.

Easiest time shopping for a car

Went to look at a used Boxster that had just listed. Car was in excellent condition, price was right plus it was a CPO car so we decided to buy. Our salesman was professional and courteous both during and after the sale. From stepping onto the lot to driving of was less than 2.5 hours and everything went smoothly.

A Customer-Focused Dealership

A few weeks ago, I began the process of purchasing a new vehicle and wanted to learn more about the Porsche Cayenne. I had spent quite a bit of time reading about the Cayenne, but wanted to talk to someone from the dealership who could answer additional questions. Fortunately, the receptionist transferred me to R. Owen Scales. It did not take me long to appreciate both his knowledge and his patience. Succinctly, he wanted to make sure that my questions were answered completely. Based on the phone conversation, I scheduled an appointment to meet Owen at the dealership. While there, I was able to test-drive two vehicles and as a result of the visit, I purchased a 2016 Cayenne with the exact equipment desired. I would also be remiss if I failed to acknowledge the contributions of Nicole Smith, Customer Finance. Her goal was to make sure the vehicle purchasing experience was as painless as possible. I would highly recommend both individuals, and dealership as well.

Porsche Plano - Devin Tyler - Superb Service

We experienced some jerking on acceleration of our Cayenne. Took it into Porsche Plano on a Friday morning and Devin Tyler was our advisor. He offered a loaner vehicle, but we didn't need one as we were leaving out of town for the weekend. While out of town, we received a call from Devin to explain their findings and he told us they were going to order the parts to have it overnight. He also assured us he would reserve a loaner for us if the car wasn't ready when we got back in town. Early Tuesday, Devin called to inform us the car was ready and they'd replaced the transfer case. We are very happy with the service Devin provided. He was very professional, cordial and was great about following up. Superb service!!

I ordered my new 2016 Boxter Spyder 5 months ago. David Loder walked me through the whole lengthy pre order and production process for the Spyder and let me test drive no less than 4 cars to demonstrate the expected Spyder performance. The Porsche of Plano team is absolutely the best in the Dallas area! David Loder was the best car sales person I have ever worked with and for me, that is saying a lot! My car was delivered a full month early and delivered in impeccably detailed condition. The closing process was very fast, very smooth and I walked out very happy with the extras' that I ordered at the closing table. In fairness, I should say that I have been a Park Place fan for many years and I still have a lot of faith in their organization. Had a 2014 base 911, loved it, but was told the Cayman S drives better, didn't believe it because I've tried the base Cayman but not impressive, Mark Laurenzi explained to me why Cayman s is a better drivers car, and wow! It definitely is! Smoother, ride is more comfortable, more responsive, better balanced, except it's lacking 2 useless back seats, love the experience with Mark Laurenzi at Porsche Plano, he deserves to be the employee of the year!

Great Customer Service, Great Salesman!

Rainer was my salesman at Porsche Plano, he made my car purchasing experience wonderful. He helped me when the original car I was about to purchase had already been secured by another buyer earlier in the day. He made it up to me by finding the same model vehicle at another dealership and having it delivered the next day and waiting for me when I returned from a trip. From our first visit to the delivery of our new Macan, everything was smooth, fast, and perfect. Our vehicle was given to us in immaculate condition. My car battery was dead. My service representative offered to send a staff member to my home to assist with either charging the current battery or assisting in the purchase and installation of a new one.Also had a heat related cosmetic problem with the drivers seat. A service staff member told me to bring the car in and it was repaired whilevI waited.

It's been a long process but my car finally arrived - 2015 GT3. I love the car so far. The service was great. Cayman service at Porsche of Plano

Porsche of Plano is amazing. I have gone there for all the service previously on my Boxster and now my Cayman and always get quality parts and unquestionable labor. Last spring while driving thru Colorado my check engine light came on. The dealer in Colo Springs diagnosed the Cat 1 catalytic converter, reset the computer and I completed my trip. Then I drove from Santa Fe to Plano for the work. This past week I again drove the 600 miles to Plano for an oil change, a Thanksgiving visit with friends was the actual reason for the trip. While giving the car an overall look they found that my tires were on the wear bar and the rear brake pads needed replacing. While my "oil change" ended up being a bit more than I expected, I never questioned the additional work.I have gone to Porsche of Plano since it was Boardwalk and previously as The Porsche Store.

Mark and the Porshe Plano team were great!

We wanted a new Macan in the sapphire blue color (the color that was in all of porsche advertisements before it was available to customers). Mark Laurenzi kept a watch for when the color was available and notified us the day it became available. We ordered it then he updated us every step of the way as it came out of the factory, where it was located on the ship, when it got to port, and called us as soon as it arrived. Suzanne made even the paper work for the purchase nearly enjoyable. She is great! This is not my first purchase from Mark at Porsche Plano nor will it likely be my last.

2015 Boxster from Porsche Plano

I worked with Jeromy Boulet and the sales manager on a special order car. Jeromy kept me informed with the manufacturing process, timing, and I was able to follow the car from the factory to the ship and track the ship across the Atlantic to Rhode Island and eventually to the Houston Ship Channel. The car delivery was perfect in every way. Porsche Plano worked with me on the special order after another local dealership was not interested, they only wanted me to buy from their inventory.

Great buying experience! Drove a Macan S in July with Porsche Plano salesman Colin Kurth. He knew the car very well and did an excellent job explaining all the features and functions of the car. My wife and I went home and decided to purchase a new Macan S several months later. I contacted Colin and they had received one the day before that was very near our build spec. We bought it over the phone and flew to Dallas that Saturday. Colin met us at the airport and took us to the dealership. My wife's new Macan S was sitting out front with a sold sign in the window. It was spotless inside and out and looked beautiful. He had already filled out the paperwork so he went over all the details of the car with us and we signed the papers and drove off. The whole process took about an hour and was painless. Colin is a great Porsche representative and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. Poor Dealership do not trust them anymore ! I have purchased used 2001 911 C4 Cabriolet from this Dealership with in a month the top not open but they not honor, i have paid $1400 on it, watch out what they sale and not buy from them at all is the best thing to do.
