I was looking to buy a 911 convertible and they had what I wanted. Showed up and looked at the car for about 20 mins. no one came out. Had to go in and hunt someone down. Just my opinion but it seemed I was treated more like a nuisance than a customer. Anyway, finally got the key to take it for a test drive. Minor issue with the convertible top and the car was slow starting. Thought it could be a battery issue. Test drove it and it seemed fine. Got back, turned the car off and on several times, still slow starting. Asked salesman if he could have that looked at and his reply was "are you gonna by it?" seriously? not sure any one in their right mind would buy anything broken and then HOPE it will get fixed after the purchase. So after all that he said he would have it looked at and get back to me. That was over 3 weeks ago. Thought they were more on the ball with that considering I was seriously looking at purchasing that vehicle. I guess if you don't walk in with a bag of cash they don't take you seriously. In any case, I shopped around more and found another one at a different dealer and any issues with the car were already being taken care of prior to my purchase. If they gave me a car not sure I would ever go back to this dealership.

Bought a used BWM 128i, I'm in Texas so customer service is important to make the transaction fair and smooth for both parties. The online pictures shows a service light and I was guaranteed it would be reset by the time I take delivery. When I got the car, service light still on and was told just need to have BMW reset the light. Well after getting it diagnosed, turns out it was a failed module and potentially headlight - looking at min. of $600 to $2k in repairs. On the flip side, they did took about $1k off the price on the negotiation but would still prefer this being disclose upfront or sell the car in the condition stated. Great customer service but not sure if I would use this dealer for another used car purchase! To be fair, I'm in Texas and can't really just go back...review my differ if that was an option.

I explained to Bob the noise I was hearing and he knew EXACTLY what was wrong. He assured me that I was able to drive the vehicle to the dealership. Bob greeted me promptly upon my arrival and began service right away. In about 2 hours, Bob called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready. The cost for the service was the same as the estimate. I was very satisfied with the service that I am committed to continue to drive Porsche vehicles for a long time.

This is the third purchase I have made from the dealership, and once again...they exceeded my expectations! I purchased a 2013 BMW M5 with low mileage. I first saw the car on their website, and I must say that their description and photos were top notch. The car was "as described" on the web, with no surprises. I was quite impressed that it was all waxed and detailed for the test drive. Their pricing on the M5 was VERY competitive. I dealt primarily with their general manager, Aaron Zielinski. Having dealt with Aaron before, he made the purchasing experience QUICK and PAINLESS. Haggling on trade in pricing was kept to a minimum, and was reasonable. Will definitely buy from Rizza Porsche again. I recommend this dealership for purchase of ANY high end automobile with confidence...and without hesitation!!!

Having just had my 911 serviced due to a collision I picked the vehicle yesterday and was given a less than complete invoice; one that exceeded the cost of my deductible with no corresponding documentation. While questioning the the Body Shop Manager his attitude, and he had one, was blase and proceeded to walk away while I still had questions. Today I decided to go over his head and speak to the Service Manager and surprise he had the same attitude repeatedly challenging me while continuing to display not the slightest sense of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since he ultimately claimed he had to talk with the Body Shop Manager and would call me -- HE NEVER CALLED!!! While it may be a great place to purchase a car and they may have qualified technicians the management staff is seriously making me consider not buy a new Pan. The sales staff has worked with me for some time and I would not like to let them down but if this dealership hires such poor management in the service department I have to take a real hard look at them before moving forward.

I flew in from Baltimore to look at a '09 Carrera S from another local dealership and coordinated with Bob Belcher to have a PPI done. Bob was the first to greet me in the lobby, took my prospective car for a quick spin and got the car in the back to his guys to inspect. He assured me that his guys would give it a solid head to toe inspection and report back. His initial gut feeling about the car being solid was right on point, confirmed by his guys. While the PPI was being conducted he made sure I was taken care of and hooked up to wi-fi. At the conclusion of the PPI he reported back all of the issues with the vehicle which, although nothing he would hold reservations about, it gave me some room to negotiate with the other dealer. Just prior to sending me on my way he personally took me to the service desk to settle up and stated he wished I lived closer so he could assure the car and I get the level of service needed with trust and confidence absent at many dealerships. Bob's straight shooting, no B.S. approach gave me the comfort and confidence to make to make a purchase on a vehicle, my first Porsche, from 700 miles away from home, without my shop having laid eyes on it. I am very grateful for Bob's upfront and honest opinions and facts, qualities not common in my previous dealer experiences. Bob Belcher is a superb representative of your dealership.

My wife and I just purchased a Brand New 2013 Porsche Boxster S today from Joe Rizza Porsche and have to say the experience was Excellent. We dealt with their Internet Sales Manager (Chris)and it was an extremely smooth process. We were able to establish the price with Chris via email and line up our financing thru their website. When we went to pick up the car, all the paperwork was waiting for us, the car was cleaned, it had a full tank of gas and the Satellite Radio had been activated. The entire process at the dealership took about 30 minutes which included the car walk thru. According to the Finance/Sale Manager (cause my wife and I lost count), our report showed we have purchased 22 cars in the past 10 years...well I would put this experience at the top of that list. Just purchased a used Cayenne this weekend at this dealership. Worked with Chris W, who every step of the way was nice, professional, and prepared. I was very nervous about the whole situation as the dealership was a solid 4 hour drive from where I live in Wisconsin. Chris provided me with information as I requested it and had our papers ready to go when we arrived. My trade in was a 05 Cayenne with a bad transmission and our camper. We bought it last year and decided we were not camping people. Not what you would call an easy trade it, however he worked with me and gave me a fair price. The car was as advertised, and I had to drive it home 4 hours, and did so with no crazy issues popping up.

I purchased a 2007 Porsche Boxster S that I found on Cars.com from Aaron at Joe Rizza Porsche. He was absolutely terrific as a salesperson - i have never bought a car online without even seeing it in person, and was a bit apprehensive at first. However, after a number of non-pushy calls with Aaron, I felt very comfortable with him and the car was just as advertised - overall, excellent condition. The pricing was fair, and he arranged for the transportation to me in Florida. The only thing at all to mention was that the bumper had been touched up a little with an airbrush, and he was not aware of that. However, when I received it, I noticed a very small hint of an overspray on the grill, and Aaron checked with the technician who was able to describe exactly what he did. Even with the very small overspray, the car looked great. I would not hesitate to use Aaron again, and would highly recommend him.
