Maintenance and warranty work was completed as promised; car was delivered to me washed and cleaned inside. Service representative, David, was very engaged and knowledgeable in the whole process; followed up with calls to explain where we were in the process and if there were other issues. He ensured I was fully informed of my warranties coverages and my upcoming maintenance schedule. Diagnosed an unusual noise coming from the rear axel area of the vehicle. Upon isolating the problem, parts were ordered and the rear brake motors were replaced in a timely manner. This was a fairly complicated project and the mechanic did an excellent job.

Great customer service second time around

I recently bought my vehicle from this dealership. The first time I came here, I was greeted by a salesman after waiting for nearly an hour. He let me test drive a car and when I returned, he was nowhere to be found. It was on a Saturday and he might have had other customers, so I just chalked it up to that.Three weeks later after negotiating through emails and text, I met Khalil ZAJ at the dealership. He was very courteous, polite, straight-forward, and patient. I bought a used vehicle so I had an independent inspection done and he had no issue with it nor was in a foul mood by it (it took over an hour for the inspection). During the inspection, he had to step out for some time and was nice enough to text me to let me know he had stepped out. Nothing but good things to say about Khalil; can't say the rest about the other salesman or dealership as a whole.Thanks Khalil for making my car buying experience worthwhile.I gave them 4 stars due to my first experience there, or otherwise it would have been a 5.

David was responsible for managing the service of my car. He and the team at Porsche West Houston did a fantastic job! The car was in for it's routine service, and they found a few little additional items that needed repair, so it was a very effective one drop off service appointment, which took about a week once parts were ordered, etc. Now, having my car back, it is running great and I am pleased with the service. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, with good communication on the status of the vehicle throughout the service period.

Siphoning Costs - Very Expensive

Went in for a check on the surging of the car, and it appears to be a fuel quality issue. The garage removed the poor quality fuel, but I was faced with a bill of over 450USD. Wasn't expecting that magnitude for draining or siphoning back the fuel. Very expensive.

I purchased a used 2014 Porsche Cayman from a non-Porsche dealer with just under 12k miles. The car appeared to be in terrific shape but I had no information on service history for the vehicle. Porsche West Houston performed a thorough two-year service and review of the car in one day. They also answered a number of questions I had about the car. Their shuttle service took me to my office a short distance away and also picked me up at the end of the day. Their facilities are top notch and comfortable. As a first time Porsche owner I felt welcomed and valued as a customer, even though I did not purchase the vehicle from them. Very convenient and helpful group.

I had an excellent car buying experience with Jason Sabbagh at Porsche of West Houston. For several years, I was in the market for a used Mazda Miata. Never could I find one that was in near perfect condition. I came across a used Miata at Porsche of West Houston that looked promising, so I made an inquiry. Within minutes, Jason responded that the Miata was available and that it was a ten out of ten. I scheduled an appointment with Jason for that evening and much too my surprise, Jason was true to his word about the condition. Jason proceeded to show me the Miata and share all of his knowledge as he was a current Miata owner. After the test drive, I told him that I would like to sleep on it. He said no problem and to let him know when I reached a decision or had any questions. About a week later, Jason reached out to me to see if I reached a decision, or wanted to take a second look. I decided to take a second look. Not once did I feel pressured by Jason to make a decision before I was ready. Several days later, I decided that I would like to purchase the Miata, so I contacted Jason and scheduled an appointment. The negotiations with Jason were painless and went very smooth. Never have I had such a pleasant and positive experience buying a car. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone in the market for a car.

Great service for over 15 years

I've owned a 1998 993 C2S since Feb. 2001, and have had it serviced at Porsche of West Houston since then, from 4800 mi to 42000 miles. I've dealt with 3 different service advisors and two different mechanics and they always go out of there way to help and accommodate my needs for service and repair. While the costs of service are higher than an independent service provider, you get excellent service and real attention to detail. I would have switched long ago if it wasn't for their excellent customer service.

I recently bought a cayenne S in Porsche of West Houston. I felt the staff was cordial and patient particularly for a potential client with no track record of wowing a Porsche before. I must have spend a few hours before making a decision and throughout the process the sales rep was a available to answer all my questions and to show me the cars in stock. Delivery process was fine despite some delays with my paperwork.

Overall, the purchasing process was OK. Was initiated via internet and i have to say that communication was much better before the sale. Some things were promised to be complete by pickup, but were not. With time, these things were done. To be honest, the pickup time was only a day/so from purchase, so not much time and it included a Sunday.

My Experience at Porsche West Houston

I recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Boxster S, from Tri Nguyen at your dealership. Just couldnt find what I wanted here in Albuquerque, N.M., so I searched the internet & found this car at your dealership. The presentation was fantastic, so I called, & talked to Tri. Didnt think I would qualify, as I had been denied credit on a 2014 Boxster S here in Albuquerque, just one month prior; one positive thing I had done during this month was eliminate my credit card debt. Tri offered to run my credit, but I was skeptical. He called me that evening & told me I had been approved! Sweet! Still a few problems. Had to sell a car, & get rid of a1 year old Harley Davidson V-Rod. I pulled it off. I had bought a 1996 911 Turbo in 2006 locally, but had to let it go during the recession. But I must say, this Boxster S is the finest automobile Ive ever owned!" Amazing what 20 years of technology can do! And I was fortunate the local dealer turned me down, because this car at your dealership had everything I wanted. The prices of both were almost identical. The car I test drove in Albuquerque was Agate Grey, The car I bought from Porsche West was White/Black soft top. My local dealer's car was a 6-speed manual, yours (now mine!) PDK. My car, Sport Plus, Sport Exhaust, Sport Steering Wheel, 20 inch Carrera S Alloy Wheels, Navigation. The car I test drove here in Albuquerque didnt have any of these options. I asked Tri to have a clear bra installed. He also recommended a K-40 Radar/Laser detector. Awesome! It has already saved me at least 1 ticket! And I had the windows tinted all the way around, at Brandon Lim's request. (Executive Tint in Houston) So I now have a Porsche with everything installed. All I have to do, is drive & enjoy. Tri picked me up at the airport, & I was getting really excited to see my car. It didnt disappoint. I was a little tired, but once I started driving, well, so very thrilled. I went about 800 miles that day, to Las Cruces, N.M. Spent the night at my sisters house, and came home to Albuquerque the next day. Tri has been great, always willing to answer any questions I might have. So needless to say, I am very happy about the whole experience of my travels to Porsche West of Houston.

Since I live in the pacific northwest, and the 911 was in Houston, i was a bit hesitant at first, but once i got the ball rolling, it was as smooth as butter. I called the dealer and was put in contact with one of the sales representatives there named Khalil (probably the main reason this whole thing was so smooth). He told me about the car, I asked for better pictures and we communicated back and forth via the phone and text. He was quick to respond with updated pictures of the car, answered all my questions and a few days later, we agreed on a price. He also filled me in the whole process of buying out of state and how Porsche of West Houston takes care of the entire process, from taxes/titles/fees, to even arranging car shipment if the customer asked for it. They FedEx'ed the paperwork to us overnight, we got it filled out, notarized and sent it back the same day in the prepaid FedEx envelope that they had provided. It was almost easier than buying in person. They've obviously done this before and it was obvious just how smooth it was. I do really have to commend Khalil for being so honest throughout the entire negotiation process and not being pushy at all. He was probably the best car salesman I've ever dealt with and was the main driving force behind the whole process going smoothly. He simply went out of his way to be helpful in any way he could (even answering my texts/calls on his day off) and even hooked me up with an audio accessory for the car that I was inquiring about. I highly recommend Khalil and Porsche of West Houston, especially if you're buying out of state and are weary of the whole process. I'm sure it's even easier when buying in person. I highly doubt you will be disappointed with their service. I'm coming to them next time.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing Experience! Never buy at this dealership! I inquired about the purchase of a pre-owned Porsche: the dealership staff (from the greeter to the sales person were very rude and condescending). The sales person increased their price $2,000 over the online price and then proceeded to add nearly $1,000 worth of other useless add-ons (non negotiable). BUYER BEWARE: all of these additional add-ons (addendums) have no value other than putting money in the dealer's pocket! Porsche of West Houston and their staff don't care about customer service and I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a Porsche to take your business elsewhere! Porsche corporate should be embarrassed to have such a poorly run dealership...

Wonderful, painless experience

I went few days ago to Porsche of West Houston, and the whole experience, from entering into the dealership until leaving with a new Porsche Panamera, was exceptional. Everybody was wonderful, from the Director of Sales, Mr, Dan Kao , to the Salesman Mr. Peter Lobona. They were very knowledgeable, very helpful, willing to bend backwards in order for me to have a good experience, and absolutely NOT PUSHY!!!!. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Buyer beware on trade in values

I bought a used 2012 Porsche Boxster S from them 2.5 years ago .As a client they send me emails with lists of cars for sale.I saw they had a red 2014 Porsche Boxster S for sale recently.I did some research & it seemed around $40000 was the trade in value for my 2012.I took my 2012 to the dealer & they offered me $36000 & were charging $300 for a frivolous protection on the new car.The salesman told me I was way off at $40000 they could best sell it at $42000.I agreed to $37500 for the 2012 & remove the $300 protection.I now see my 2012 listed at $45000.During the last 6 months I have replaced the tires & in August spent $2100 in Porsche West Houston service department having the 4 year service completed.They will have minimum reconditioning costs on the car.I realize they are only asking $45000 & may sell it for less but a $7500 mark up makes me feel they undervalued my trade.I will buying a new Porsche in about 2 years & have the 2014 serviced but it will not be at Porsche West Houston.As a repeat customer I will never come back or refer people I know.

The husband and I decided to come in and see what this particular dealership had to offer. We're In the beginning stages of shopping around, for a new family car. We were immediately and kindly greeted by Mr. Spires. We found he was very helpful and knowledgeable, with regards to all of our initial questions. Car buying is a sensitive area for me, in particular... I want to feel that I am well informed, and all my questions have been answered, but at the same time, I don't want to be pressured or cornered into making a rushed decision and buying just anything, right on the spot. Mr. Spires made us feel very relaxed and comfortable as well as, informed, of our options and about their cars and services. He helped provide us with what we wanted to know, first off the bat. We did take that helpful information with us, as we are only in the initial stages of shopping around. We feel though, we'll definitely will be returning in the near future for a closer look, but after doing our research and comparisons, of course, as any smart shoppers, would. :) Upon our return, we'll surely be headed straight for, our go-to, sales advisor, Will Spires. My mother in law recently moved to Texas. She asked for some help purchasing her next vehicle. She has always wanted a Cayenne. I reached out to the General Manager Kevin Lind so we could meet with him and look at some in stock vehicles. We walked in and were greeted by their friendly receptionist. Right when we walked in there was a White Cayenne sitting on the floor. It was perfect, just what we she was looking for. Ended up working with Jorge in Sales and he had great knowledge of the vehicle & its features. They gave us a very fair deal and made the transaction seamless. We ended up taking delivery on Saturday and everything was all set and ready to go. Thank you so much for the great experience Kevin & Jorge! When she's ready for another one we will return because of the great service. Rene who did the paperwork was also very friendly and explained the financing and options in "Non Car Guy Talk." Overall a great experience! Keep up the good work! You could tell everyone in the dealership enjoyed their job and was more than willing to help.

Be Wary

I purchased a used BMW here at Porsche. The vehicle had a decent price, low miles, looked good and I was promised that it was in perfect condition as any repairs were completed prior to my purchase. After reaching an agreement over phone and email, I flew to Houston from Colorado, completed the deal and drove home. Half way to Colorado, I got a warning message that the coolant level was low. I added a half a gallon of expensive BMW coolant to the tank and continued home. After arriving, I checked the level and saw it was very low again. I contacted my salesman and was told the cooling system was serviced by BMW before I took delivery and the work was warrantied in case there was a problem. That repair order was in my car and after viewing it, saw only 3 hoses running to the tank were replaced.I took the car to my local BMW shop for service and was told the coolant tank needed to be replaced (not covered by previous repair). In addition, the battery needed to be replaced. The original repair order also suggested the battery be replaced, but apparently Porsche West declined to do so. In total, I had to spend over $1000 2 days after purchasing a car that was supposed to be in perfect condition. My emails to the salesman have gone unanswered. Based on my experience and interactions I viewed with other customers while waiting in the dealership, I would not recommend this dealership. I feel deceived and cheated.If The dealership ever responds to my emails and does the right thing, I will update my review. If you're reading it in this negative tone, stay away.

I must say that my experience at Porsche West Houston has always exceeded my expectations. They have very high integrity and believe, as I do, that loyalty works both ways. I have purchased several cars from PWH, and would not ever consider purchasing or servicing my cars anywhere else. The management, service advisors, sales staff and mechanics are always customer focused, and bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. Also, my Wife feels so comfortable with these folks, that she frequently stops in just to visit. They always give her car a complementary wash, no matter how they busy they are. They really are an outstanding group of professionals.

Porsche of West Houston really is great! I am on my second porsche which I have purchased from them which is a 2013 boxster s. I knew the car would be great before I purchased it because I previously owned a cayman s. What I was blown away by was the assistance I recevied through the custom ordering process by Louie Solana. He literally held my hand through the process and suggested items I should order and those I could pass on. We commnuicated frequently through the ordering process via text and phone conversations.We took drives together in the demo car where he pointed out many important things about the new model.During the process I felt like I was being educated more than being sold.Even after I purchased the car he called me to ask how was I enjoying it and things of that nature.Not to mention he saved me nearly 1 grand by suggesting I get the tire and wheel replacement plan.And what do you know couple months in to ownership and 1 nail in each rear tire replaced for free. Great job Louie and Porsche of West Houston!

I purchased a Panamera this summer and could not be more pleased with the car or the purchase. The service and attention I received was terrific. I actually went to Porsche Audi West Houston to look for an Audi and had never previously considered a Porsche. When I could not find a particular Audi that I liked I was then shown the Panamera. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and I was pretty set to buy right then. There was no pressure or sales pitch and I was offered to demo the car for the rest of the weekend. On Monday morning I purchased the car and all follow up service has been terrific. I would highly recommend purchasing your next Porsche from Porsche West Houston.!

Great Porsche Dealership

I only take my Porsches to West Houston Porsche because they offer the very best in service. I am seen immediately when I bring my Porsche in for service, whether or not I have called in advance to let them know I will be bringing it in. Service is always prompt, could not be more courteous and friendly, and my cars are always well taken care of. Both James and Cody in the service department are extremely knowledgeable and take excellent care of my cars, frequently going above and beyond what is necessary. When I have had a loaner car, it has always been a brand new Porsche (I am currently borrowing a new Boxster) or a new Audi. We have purchased several Porsches from Carlos and have always had a very positive and fun experience. I have found everyone here at Porsche, from the people on the sales floor, the service department to the office staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Most of the other reviews sound like they are at another dealer.

Poor customer response

very poor service consider the Porsche brand. They understaff their service dept. Your call never get answered and just get a message to leave call back number, but they've never called back on the same day, sometime didn't even bother to call back. Every service appointment is a frustrating experience to go through. A Porsche owner should not deserve this kind of service.

I agree with most of the posts that when walking into the dealership you do feel very ignored. Then when you do get some service they are very rude and talk to you like you're wasting their time. We brought our car in to get serviced and after a month of having our car they couldn't figure out how to fix the car. We always had to call them about the status of the car and of course we would have to leave a message and wait a couple days before we get an answer back. Well long story short, they've had our car for almost 6 months and is now telling us we have to pay $4000 for parts they changed but yet the car still has the same problem or pay to have more parts to be changed but can't guarantee me if that will fix the problem. Stay away from this place! Of course they will treat you nice if you're buying a car but after that they don't care much about how you're treated.

This dealership has continued to provide poor service. I actually bought the Porsche 2012 Cayenne new because I loved the car. Hated the experience. The service afterwards has been even worse. I've been calling repeatedly trying to get my car serviced, but unable to make appointments. This is by far the worse luxury car experience I've ever dealt with.

Never use West Houston Porsche Audi

I took a 2010 Porsche 911 Carrera, with 3740 miles on the odometer, in for a steering and ignition problem. It took several days and countless phone calls before the service manager, Louis, told me the problem was the battery. Since the car was essentially new, I thought this would be covered under my warranty. Well it was not, they wanted $550.00 plus tax for a new one. I will never buy another Porsche or use this dishonest car dealership again.

Just to be sure, I called to be square the car was an automatic, and was told that they actually didn't have the car, but they did have one that cost $20,000 more. I declined. This is a very BAD dealership and it should not be representing an organization like Porsche. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a new-2012 911-S from them. They sold me a car that they did not have in their stock. They claimed that they would get it from another dealership within a week timeframe. After agreeing with them in the price, I made the deposit and they never contact me back to let me know that they could not have the car that they had sold me. After two weeks, I went back to their shop to understand what was going on and spoke with their sale's manager, Carlos Villaquiran. This man told me that there was not much that he could do and that he had not committed anything to me. The commitment was a problem of his sales person, Errol Hughes, with whom I was dealing with. These guys are so bad in what they do that the car that they tried and could not get it to sell it to me was available in Walter's Porsche in California. I called Walter's and I bought the car through the phone in less than 15 minute conversation. The car was delivered to my house and I am currently driving it.If you are considering buying a Porsche in the Houston area, I would recommend you to be careful with this guys. They did not honor their words and commitment that they made to me.Wagner

I was looking for a pre-owned 2010 or newer 911 4S with low mileage white in color for a price that I could afford. A couple of other Houston dealerships told me that I could not pre-order a pre-owned car. Well Jessica proved them wrong.
