First New Car Purchase was a success

As a first time new car owner, the process was very easy. Previous purchases were all used and from a competing brand. All of my questions regarding service, maintainance, opinions on option selection and most importantly, letting me choose what's right for me-were all qualities that made this a very good experience. They handled the registration and finance process while disclosing to me the details when requested. I felt like I understood what was going on at all times and Paul was easy accessible via email or phone. Recommended location for dealer purchases.

Best customer service ever!!!! We are beyond pleased with the entire process and highly impressed with Porsches service department in Nashua. We purchased our Porsche at a different dealership and were less than pleased with their lack of service and Porsche knowledge. We were so happy to find this Porsche dealership which renewed our faith in the brand.

I have nothing but praise for Jamie. He helped me tremendously with the entire process of buying a car. Please note: I did not buy a car from him, so there was nothing in it for him, but he made it his mission to make sure I was happy with my first Porsche. He sorted with me through the used Porsche market. He taught me what to look for in a used 911, encouraged me to negotiate a good price, and even allowed out of state delivery at his dealership. He then inspected the car, recharged the battery, and kept it safe until I had it registered. He went over the operation of all dashboard functions as if I were his best long term customer. He gave me freebies that one might expect with a new vehicle, not with a used car from a different dealer. This man is a true pleasure to work with. He is the polar opposite of the standard car salesman. If you need a Porsche and you live in New England, find Jamie Chomo. Wherever he is. And he is at the Nashua Porsche dealership now.

Great experience! Jamie Chomo was exceptionally helpful in getting this car ordered. He was also excellent with his communication about the build/delevery status of this car from when the order was accepted and during every step of the factory build process.His attention to detail during the delivery was second to none!Eric Kneidel in the Business Office made all of the purchase paperwork as easy as could be to get done. The process was was quick and professional. No hard sell for any "extras". The car, well all I can say is WOW!. My 3rd 911 since 2005 and this is by far the most evolved of the lot. I recently purchased a Certified 2009 Porsche Carrera from your Porsche division, and had the pleasure of interacting with Jamie Chomo as my salesperson. While the car was in great condition, and priced reasonably, I think the BEST aspect of this purchase for me was dealing with Jamie at every step of the way. I have purchased or considered many certified luxury cars (BMW, Porsche, Audi, Acura, Lexus) over the years, dealing with most, if not all, of the local dealerships in and around Boston, and I have to point out that Jamie was by leaps and bounds one of, if not, the best sales professional I have dealt with in my past car-buying experience! Jamie was always pleasant to deal with, went out of his way to accommodate my hectic schedule, and was always on top of whatever information or logistics needed to be handled (even before I asked) to make my purchase transaction not simply the smoothest and most expedient, but also the most enjoyable! In my opinion, Jamie went above and beyond to ensure that my questions were answered completely and transparently, and, quite frankly, surprised me with the level of detail and care he put into every step of the transaction.

I had the pleasure of meeting Derek Couture for the first time when I took my '07 GT3 in for a routine annual check up. Before heading to Watkins Glen, just wanted one of the technicians to plug in and do diagnostic check and give the car a visual inspection. Derek completely LISTENED and understood what I was hoping to achieve. Before any work was done, he took the time to talk with me and consult on objective, necessity and associated fees. After work was performed, the technician took the time to meet with me and review his findings.Very consultative, very helpful. I went for service one other time in 2008 and had a much different experience. I am glad I went back to give them a second chance. Now I will be visiting a lot more often. Thank you Derek (thank your tech for me as well), and thank you to Larry B (GM) for hiring the right staff to make the experience much more productive and worthy.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Porsche of Nashua, and be given the time, patience and expertise one deserves when spending over $90,000 on a new car, especially when the sales arm of another dealership can hardly return a phone call. I will give my business, every time, to the people who appreciate it, work for it, and don't take it for granted. I have been a Porsche Audi customer for about 15 years. Out of frustration I contacted Porsche of Nashua, and from owner to sales, all my calls and emails were promptly returned, and in near record time, they succeeded in securing an almost impossible-to-get model. It took real effort and diligence to accomplish this task. Porsche of Nashua,( and Audi of Nashua), gets my business, and my family's business, and I will recommend them to anyone who would like to have buying a car actually be pleasant! I never once had the feeling of being rushed, pushed or sold. A breath of fresh air! This is the way the auto business succeeds, in my opinion.

I bought a new 944 Turbo in 1986 and I still have it. I have loved this car since the day I drove it off the lot at Park Porsche in Lawrence MA. For the last 10 years or so I have been thinking about retiring that old 944 and moving up to a 911. Needless to say I know quite a bit about the 911s. Well, a week ago (Sept 09)I finally walked in to Porsche of Nashua to see what I could do. I was respectfully greeted by Porsche Sales Rep Jamie Chomo, and we spent about an hour just going over the new 911s. I thought I knew it all about this car but I was pleasantly surprised to find that Jamie really knew the car, its strengths and its eccentricities. Even though I showed little inclination toward buying, he seemed to qualify me early and then proceeded to spend whatever time I needed to cover areas of interest and concern. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough (very much in the Porsche mold!) There was no rush to the sale, only a professional presentation of the greatest product. In one 30 minute test drive, he was able to demonstrate the 911's capabilities like I've never seen before. That was a trip! This coming from a guy with over 165000 miles behind the wheel of a 944 Turbo. Once back at the dealership, I made an offer, and after a few very reasonable discussions between Jamie, Ray Souza (manager), and myself, we settled on a price that seemed to fit us all just right. This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. Thanks to Jamie and Ray for helping me reach this long sought goal! I highly recommend this dealership, and particularly these two sales pros.

My wife and I recently (August 25, 2009) completed our purchase of a new, 2009 Boxster S. During the entire test drive and purchase process we were treated with an honest, open and professional approach that ultimately resulted in our purchase of this wonderful sportscar. They never presured us, and they took significant time to work with us. They also took time to introduce us to the entire customer service staff and made us feel very comfortable and valued!Jamie listened to our questions and had a remarkable understanding of the product. Jamie is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling (Porsches). I bought a $30K used vehicle but he treated me like I was buying a brand new $100,000 911.I never felt pressured to buy. Since I bought the car, everyone in the dealership has treated me as an important and valued customer. I am 58 years old and have purchased many cars including BMW and Lexus. Though this is connected to Audi of Nashua, which is known for its lack of professionalism, Porsche is completely different. Porsche is a great place to purcahse a vehicle, Dan Whitmer, Tom Brown, and Harry Robinson are all great guys that are more then willing to help you find the the car that fits your needs. I think that this is probably the best place to purcahse a new/used porsche in the entire NE area. Highly recommend it!
