A Positive Buying Experience

I ordered a Macan in the over the summer and was told it would take around 4 months to be delivered. That wasn't a big deal to me because I had a specific build in mind and was willing to wait. After I placed my order I had a few minor tweaks to the build and Denis Navas, the salesperson I worked with made sure they got added to the car. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was delivered to me in about 3 months. The actual purchase experience was fine. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours or so. To be fair most of that time included a pretty decent orientation with Denis about the features of the car. I didn't even have to eat the Powerbar I brought along in case the process got drawn out. In the end, I'd definitely recommend Porsche Bellevue.

I appreciated that when I arrived the first free person jumped up to help me with my appointment and took care of what needed to happen next without any long delays or issues. Even though I was assigned a Porsche rep I ended up having three other very competent employees jump up to help me and take care of my needs. Fast, Friendly, Thorough - Excellent Communication

Made an appointment thru the easy scheduling tool, updated it a few times, once by phone, very easy to get thru and update the appointment. Arrived at the dealership for appointment for minor recall check, service light and routine check. Jacob, new service advisor introduced himself, explained process, asked what timing worked for me. 2 hours later, received a call car was nearly finished, gave me just enough time to drive back and pick it up slightly damp from the courtesy wash. My advisor was on the phone, rather than have me wait, another advisor stepped in, started reviewing the service and car condition, then Jacob, my regular adviser popped in to close the loop. It really could not have been a more positive experience. A+ or one Michelin Star!

2017 911 Turbo S

Porsche Bellevue has been great to deal with. My vehicle had a quality issue due to the shipping process which cause the delivery to be delayed by three weeks. Porsche Bellevue offered me a great loaner car and will pay for the first oil change as a gesture of good will which was not requested or expected. Great team all the way from Sales to Service.

Excellent service department

Had a CEL for my '01 Turbo come on, so I took my car in as they are open on the weekends. The service rep mentioned that their more skilled technicians weren't in on the weekends and recommended returning during the middle of the week so an experienced tech could take a look as the car had thrown an indiscernible CEL the week previously as well. Brought it back during said timeframe and the techs were able to diagnose a boost leak that was throwing the code. Nothing huge, so driving it around isn't detrimental in any way. I opted to not have the OEM replacement y-pipe (the piece that failed) and instead am going to pursue aftermarket products that have been shown to have better longevity. Long story short, great location, very friendly staff, and Mason G. is extremely easy to work with. He's very good at what he does and would recommend him to anyone looking for a service advisor for their P-car.

Took my Porsche Cayenne Turbo in for service. They had the service paperwork set up and I was in and out with a beautiful Porsche Carrera loaner car ready for me to use while my car was in for service. The estimate they gave me was right on what they quoted me and Jake the service person was very nice to work with. The work done on the car was very good and the car was ready when they said it would be. I would recommend this dealer for work on your Porsche.

Great experience at Porsche Bellevue

Both of the sales staff that I dealt with were personable and very knowledgeable about the Porsche products they offer. I was uncertain whether I wanted a Cayman or 911, but through my research and the process of test-driving several different cars, I decided on a 2012 911. It took me some time to find just the right one, but I love my new car. I found the sales process to be painless and the support staff very helpful. I recommend Porsche Bellevue without hesitation!

Service

Dealer paid for repair on protective tape when the manufacturer wouldn't cover it(Xpel). Bird crap seeped thru the protective tape. Mfg. response was disappointing.

Best service department ever

I have been going to Bellevue Porsche since our first Porsche in 2007. Since the beginning, the people have been the greatest part of the experience. I love my Porsche, which I pretty much expected, but it is the people and the quality of service that was the most surprising and welcome aspect of finally buying a Porsche from Bellevue porsche, formerly Barrier porsche. Andrew, Jacob, and Angelique are the face of the service department, but the people under the lift are also very great to talk too and take the time to make sure my particular car is ready for anything. I will buy another Porsche, (my third and final) and it will be from Bellevue Porsche.

Ordered a Porsche 911 Carrera S last October and received it in May. I worked with Horst Kiessling throughout this whole process. He did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress of my order. We arrived to pick up the car and found it front and center in the showroom being carefully detailed. Nice touch! The purchase process was very pleasant and efficient. Horst really went out of his way to educate us about the systems in the car and make sure he answered all our questions. Since then we get regular emails from Horst making sure we know he is there anytime to answer any questions or resolve any problems. Very very satisfied with the whole experience and the car is incredible.

New Porsche facility is stunning

Jake Weaver and the techs at Porsche in Bellevue took excellent care of me on the servicing of my 2004 Porsche Boxster a few days ago. Since my Boxster is lightly driven, it was my first service in two years. (Whoops.) Service is not inexpensive at this dealership, but the quality is high. I suppose if "inexpensive" had been my priority, I would have bought a Hyundai. But then I would have been miserable for 11 years, and would have missed the joy of hearing my Porsche snarl at me when I wind it out.

The salesman (Greg Dickenson) was knowlegeable and very helpful. He built a car on his computer screen that depicted the options that I thought I would like. Greg was a valuable in helping me determine the benefits of my choices and was not reticent about not recomendng some options. Greg product knowledge and Porche background was important to me in making the decision to buy the make and model car I purchased. There was no pressure but the information was presented clearly and precisely for me to make my decison.

Excellent overall experience

Ahren (sales staff) was my first point of contact for my car buying process. I had planned to visit Porsche, Audi, BMW and Lexus to look for a luxury SUV. Ahren was great and listened very carefully to my needs. He wasn't pushy at all and even recommend another fantastic salesperson at Audi to ask for.In the end, no SUV could come close to the Cayenne. Ahren worked patiently with me throughout my decision process and managed to help me get better financing than I had been quoted at USAA (which is tough to do). Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

Used car experience

I purchased a used auto as an internet, out of state purchase. Finance,license and registration were very complicated, and the staff was helpful and knowledgable. Trouble shooting and estimates

Had to tow vehicle in with electrical problems. No sure what problem was (wouldn't even jump start). Concerned about charging system. Called Porsche of Bellevue and met them with tow truck at service area. Donald Bryan met me, gave me the various issues that could be causing problem, reviewed past history of servicing, gave an estimate and advised he would get back to me once problem found. Long story short, he called back we agreed to proceed with work and vehicle was ready at end of day. Cost within a few dollars of estimate. Great facility, great service and not the first time treated so well. Now under new ownership so hope it will continue.

Customer Service gone Bad!

This dealership has no respect for customer service. The salesman acted nicely but seem rude at the end. I asked for a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in, but the salesman wouldn't allow me because I had to buy the car! I haven't set foot inside the vehicle and already asking me to buy? Come on this is a joke! How am I suppose to be interested in a vehicle if I cant test drive it!? Plain Horrible experience!

Bad Customer Service

This dealership is a joke period. I did not like how the way they treated me, very disrespectful in my opinion. l was looking at the 2007 BMW 335i 2dr coupe with 23k. When I came in, I felt a like a scapegoat thinking I was some type of low class individual. The salesman I spoke to about vehicle was Matthew Hayward. I was interested in the vehicle but I told him I wasn't ready to buy. I asked if I could test drive to see how the car felt to my needs he said, "sure". The salesman didn't even bother getting keys to show me inside of the vehicle! How am I suppose to like a car if CAN'T TEST DRIVE IT nor get a feel for if can't get in it! He also told me I had to buy the car in order to test drive! That just no make any sense to me! Just plain HORRIBLE! I will not be going to this dealership again! Horrible customer service and I'm very dis-satisfied!

Limited selection but educational and accommodatin

We went to the Barrier Porsche showroom and were redirected back down the hill to another lot where the Panamera's were lined up outside. We were greeted immediately and shown the two used Panamera's available. We test drove both cars and our salesman explained the features and how they dictated the difference in the two prices.
