Stopped by dealership to receive information about inventory/models and left full contact information (phone + email) to schedule a test ride. Never called back. Don't feel like begging them to contact me. I have since learned from 2 separate sources that Fairfield Porsche has much better customr service, so I think I will go there next.

I buy a new or used car every six months. While shopping on the internet for a 2014 911 with 5K or less miles, I came across Porsche of Wallingford. They had a vehicle that met my needs and i contacted them through cars.com with specific questions. Unfortunately the sales person that received my lead, did not address any of my questions and just wanted me to come into the dealership. This is an internet lead, they need to assume that not all leads are local I am in Delaware and they are in Connecticut. I was willing to travel but I had a few questions about the car that had to be answered. As an internet buyer I search for the best priced car that meets my needs.Instant comparisons on cars.com make that happen.Therefore when I finally reach out I am ready to buy if we connect. Unfortunately a 2 day lame response does not cut it for me. Instead I found a similar car with a responsive internet salesperson and closed the deal in Pennsylvania.

Very informative sales force, more than one test drive, a very fair price by any measure, and easy closing process. Ask for Josh Gomes in sales. He really knows these cars and has a nice way of guiding you to the right options.

I have been an Audi owner now since 2001. I have always used Wallingford Audi for all my service needs on both Audi's I own. The facilities are second to none, there is always a courtesy car available with notice, and the staff is always prepared and courteous throughout my service needs. I must mention two individuals in particular that have always enhanced my experience and delivered what was promised are Jeffrey Albert / Shop Forman and also Mechanic Sal Valenzuela and service advisor Mike Coughlin. There are countless others in and around the service process as well but as a whole this service department is VERY well run and I would recommend anyone to them for honesty and a job well done.

I was searching vigorously for a Daytona Grey Pearl Audi RS7 for my mom. We could not find any in the local area so I expanded my search and came across this perfect car that would suit her. Ron's customer service was fantastic and he immediately sent me photos of the Daytona Grey Pearl RS7 which was in the showroom. We loved it and Ron worked a great deal for us. We went the following Saturday morning to pick it up. I was greeted by Ron and went over all of the details about the car which was very informational. When it comes to customer service Ron is an A+. He knows Audi's inside out. He is very tech savvy and explained additional items I did not know about. Coming from driving an RS5 a RS7 is quite different and Ron illustrated them to me. This was hands down my best buying experience! Thanks!

I have never had an issue at Audi of Wallingford. Jeff Albert has always been beyond professional and sees that my car is done correctly, the first time. He updates as the car is worked on, is friendly, and makes a point to have full customer satisfaction! I don't worry when I drive knowing that the techs, especially Sal Valenzuela, have taken care of my car. I started with a lease on an A4 in 2008, then custom ordered my 2011 A5 which was a lease, then a purchase since I loved the car so much! Jim Anderson took care of me each time and every time I go there for service he takes the time to come over, say hello, etc. Mike and Seth at the service desk have greeted me promptly and courteously every time. (And with the exception of tire swaps and one removal of a nail - I've only needed regular maintenance. Very reliable cars!) They have always taken me in at the time that works for me and work is done is a timely fashion. I think the dealership is clean, up to date, inside and out. I appreciate the Wi-fi, treats and coffee that are always fully stocked. I am sticking with this dealership and encourage others to give it a try and see for themselves.

My Audi A4 had oil consumption problems. After reviewing several websites regarding customers with similar issues at other dealers, I was worried I would have difficulty getting my dealer to address the issue. I was pleasantly surprised that after failing the oil consumption test, my service writer, Michael Coughlin, advised that my car required replacement of the pistons and the rings for the engine. I was provided a loaner vehicle and kept informed throughout the entire process. Additionally, while replacing the necessary engine parts, I was advised that I would soon need front brakes and that my right wheel bearing needed replacement. I was so thankful to have a dealer and service center that is thorough and puts their customers first. Michael was professional and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Audi of Wallingford!!!

I love going to Audi of Wallingford for service on my 2009 Audi A4. The level of service that I have received is like no other dealership I've worked with before! They are always prompt and courteous. I'm regularly offered a loaner car to accommodate my hectic schedule. If I have any issues - Mike is wonderful at explaining what work needs to be done on my car. My needs are taken care of with ease and efficiency. I've also had the opportunity to 'wait' for my car. Love the complimentary snack bar and free wifi..... not to mention very clean and modern bathrooms! Highly recommend this dealership!!!

I have been buying cars from Audi of Wallingford for 10+ years now. I have bought them for me, for my family and for my business. In all I have had 10 purchases. Each and every one was as easy and hassle free as you would want. I'm not big on the typical car sales approach with all of the pressure and the dog and pony so that it is one of the reasons why I will continue to drive over 30 miles to buy a car from AoW. That along with very fair pricing, great service and some of the most down to earth sales folks I have ever encountered. Steve Gilligan, the GM, has always gone out of his way to make sure that I am happy with the car and satisfied with the complete customer experience.

Ron, and Steve have taken care of my Audi sales needs for me and my family for the past 13 years. Jeff in service has taken care of my post sales and service needs for nearly the same amount of time. Steve and all of his staff at Audi of Wallingford have been excellent to work with, and have always delivered above and beyond service and help, given great discounts and helped me custom order several vehicles as well as helped many of my friends. I have purchased cars from this dealership for nearly 15 years. I find the prices reasonable, service excellent and they go out of their way to fix any problems I might have. The general manager, Steve Gilligan, and sales rep, Ron Ayoub, go "all out" to insure that I am happy with my purchase. I have tried other dealerships in the area but none can compare. I have recommended this dealership to many friends who have bought cars and are as satisfied as I am.

Customer service is probably the most important aspect when visiting a dealership and they have never disappointed. The sales staff is extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I feel they are sincerely concerned about my needs and anticipate what I want in a new car. They truly want me to be happy with my purchase and thereby make the customer feel important.
