Horrible customer Service
The vehicle I brought broke down in less then 2 mos and Pollard offered nothing to try to resolve the issue. I have bought several vehicles from Pollard but never again.

Justin was awesome! We talked about what I was looking for, when he found it he called me up and brought it to me to test drive where I work. Then he and Clayton had all of the paperwork drawn up when I went in so all I had to do was sign, SO EASY! I love my Nissan Rogue - the BEST car buying experience I have had yet!

I have been buying my vehicles from Gene Messer. This last time I went in the salesman or rude the service is bad at Gene Messer Ford and Toyota especially the Toyota I was told to give Pollard a try Pollard took care of me 100% and I will be by my vehicles from them from now on and so will my son.

Different family members and I had bought from Pollard before. Called salesman, let him know what I'm looking for and when I arrived at dealership he had 4 different vehicle ready to show. Salesman not pushy and give time to make mine.

Got the new car and it needed a oil change, they changed it, but back tire had 3 nails in it, like really, now have to pay like 70 for a tire It's all good though I got the tire fixed and it only cost 7.50 So sorry I was mad cause I was gonna have to pay like 70 for a new tire Tevin Holmes an clayton were awesome and nice Tevin helped me get a car and I appreciate that But sorry for the last review I was pissed cause of the tire
