Took my G350 in for service and was greeted by Mr.Pak i explain what my car sounded like and what it was doing,within 5mins into conversation. Pohanka, you have an excellent employee working for your company. 95% of people you find in customer service dread what they do, don't really care about the job or the customers, just there to collect a paycheck every week. Thanksgiving is already a stressful on top of everything else. I came in to get my RX 450h serviced for my kids, Mike took the time to take me out to the shop and shop me where my water pump was leaking and a possible issue with my radiator. I really appreciate him taking the time to answer all questions and provide a detailed estimate.

I consider myself a realist. I've owned a lot of cars, been to plenty of dealerships and service departments and I've had nothing but ok to terrible service. I assumed walking into this dealership it would have been the same thing because all of my previous experiences had been mediocre, but surprisingly I was wrong. I had a great service experience with a great service advisor. From dealing with him to what the service waiting room had to offer, I was really blown away. I will definitely be returning and I recommend others to do the same.

I'm the type of person that needs to be in and out, no time to spare. I had brought my vehicle in to get serviced knowing I was on a time crunch, I explained to Chris Choa my service advisor that it was important that I get out as quickly as possible due to an appointment I had to make that day. Chris assured me and guaranteed that I would be out in a timely manner and he did just that. He was quick, efficient, super helpful, and overall outstanding. I recommend everyone go see Chris Choa at the Chantilly location.

I've been bringing my business to Pohanka for over 10 years. Early in the relationship, the service was excellent, and definitely worth the trip to get to Chantilly from McLean. However, in the past 5-6 years the quality of service deteriorated noticeably, to the point where I was repeatedly having to make complaints about one thing and another, and no action was ever taken to resolve the issues. Now, with this new review system, customer service has shown a big improvement. Reza Kermanshahchi couldn't have been nicer or more understanding in making certain I got what I came for. The work was finished on time, the car was clean, and I'm a happy customer!

My first Lexus was from here over 20 years ago and customer service was great then. Recently purchased a used Lexus for a non lexus dealer and had an issue with check engine. First place I thought of was Pohanka. Was surprised how much the place has grown. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the people like the consultant Raymon. Kept me informed during diagnostics and fix my car. His helpfulness is part of the reason I will continue having my car serviced there.

Brought both of my cars in for routine maintenance, inspections, and one of them for new tires. On both visits the Service Consultant that took care of me (Reza S.), was knowledgeable, helpful, answered all my questions, connected me with the right experts in Parts, and even delayed his lunch until I was all set and my car brought out to me. As I sat or stood in the lobby, I observed the other Consultants and saw the same interest in exceeding their customers' expectations, and interest in resolving their problems.

I walked in for the first service on my new Lexus and It was quick and easy, well organized, - and courteous service as always. I didn't have to wait long and for my loaner car. I was disappointed that they started to charge the $5 per day for the loaners. They used to have that policy but all my service managers always waived it for being a long time Lexus customer, I guess. It's a small price to pay, but it is the first time I've had to in the eleven years I've been a Lexus customer at Pohanka. It's not a big deal, considering the great service. The place is always clean and cheerful and stocked full of goodies for their customers.

A Pohanka service advisor greets you at your car, and no appointment is required. Car intake is processed promptly, and you are advised in advance of the approximate cost of service, plus the length of time the service is expected to take. While you wait, take advantage of the snacks and beverages, watch TV, or avail yourself of the free secure WIFI in the separate computer lounge. Your car is returned washed and vacuumed.Indeed, there are much cheaper places to get routine service for your car, but my IS has 105K miles and has never left me stranded.

Raymon Tanyos was honest, efficient, accommodating. He looked at me and maintained eye contact which , I feel , is crucial in ascertaining professionalism and quality of product. He was very kind. It was also my observation that all the employees I saw were very responsive, intuitive , of your older clients needs and restrictions. I came in for routine maintenance and it turned out I had a nail in my tire and would have had to pay to replace it. Mr. Tanyos went the extra mile to help me and found that I had purchased a protection plan for my tires, and this service ended up being free- a saving of about $300! The Pohanka Chantilly service department has this business figured out! Having owned 3 Lexus in the past, we came back to Chantilly for our most recent purchase. One of our deciding factors was how easy it is to get your car serviced. Upon arrival for our first service, we were greeted by Ashley, our service consultant. She walked us through the entire process and we were out the door and in a loaner in less than 10 minutes. (She gave us the option to stay in their waiting area that was stocked with tons of snacks and drinks- but we had a few errands to run). A couple of hours later, she called back to say the work was done and we could come pick up our car at our convenience. When you pull into the dealership, you are greeted by someone in the parking lot that takes the rental keys and shows you where your car is parked. You don't even have to go back into the building! The only thing that I missed was a big thank you to Ashley. She was fantastic and this is exactly why we will always own a Lexus!

I took my Car for a tire replacement, after few minutes I was called inside to show the damage done to the frontside of the car when the technician tried to drive it to the working area. This caused damage to the car front side. The car bumper, bonnet and sensors were damaged. I expected the car to be repaired without any records on the history, unfortunately the dealership is using their insurance to get the repairs done and the history would be recorded, which eventually affect my resale value of the car. I will be happy if I see any extra compensation for the damaged caused. Shouldn't,t it be the responsibility to keep the customer happy for no fault the customer. I am being penalized for no Fault of mine. I demand for more compensation.

I was greeted promptly by Reza and he went through the 15K service with me and suggested options. He noticed my key fob was getting a little loose at the junction and said he'd take care of it. Had comfortable wait in the lounge and in about 45 minutes it was done. As he was running through the invoice he presented me boxed new Pohanka Lexus key fob he had run up to the sales area to get for me. As i drove out in my newly washed Rx450 I remembered I hadn't asked to have the VA safety inspection done. I came in and right away Reza Kermanshahchl offered to help me. I was visibly upset because this was the 3rd or 4th time that I had brought my car in for the same reason: my passenger side rear view mirror would not stay in position. It kept turning all the way back against the car and could not be used while driving. Every time I was told nothing could be found and they put it back in position and sent me along. This time Reza listened to me and calmed me down and promised me that they would find the issue and fix it and they did! They replaced the mirror and the motor assembly and my extended warranty covered the majority of the repair. Now I feel safe while driving my beautiful Lexus! Thanks so much Reza!!

I've been working with Pohanka Lexus for years. Just got a new car. The tire pressure light showed low pressure. The local gas station told me that the problem was with the sensor not the tire. After a couple of rounds of adding air to the tire I went to Pohanka Service. Raymon Tanyos was on the job. Check in was quick. Settled in for what I thought would be a while. In no time Raymon handed me the envelope with the two nails in the tire. Needed a new tire. Raymon checked on my warranties and found the tire was covered. New tire was on. No charge. And a free car wash all in about an hour. It was easy.

I came in for an oil change and probable battery replacement on my 2002 Lexus ES300. James not only helped diagnose my issue with the battery, but also helped save me money on a new battery. He was able to quickly look up all my services in my service history and discover that my battery was covered under warranty, which was a complete surprise to me. I ended up saving 50% off the cost of a new Lexus battery! All thanks to James, as I would not have known this. He is ethical and completely transparent in his dealings, and notified me each step of the way as my car was being serviced. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. James Manikath is a gem of a person at this dealership service. He helped me not just with Oil Change but he always goes out of his way to take me to the floor and get my car inspected for any damage, missing parts, etc. I had a loose rear door lock cover, and my SUV is still under warranty, and he took care of that part by submitting it for warranty. He has an incredibly memory. Even though I came to the dealership after several months and in between he may have seen hundreds of cars, he still remembered in detail all the minor issues with my SUV. He is the reason that I come to this dealership only on the days that he is working.

Reza didn't even wait for me to get into the area of the Service Advisors. He met me at my car. Then it got better. I was pretty sure I needed a new battery and was mentally prepared for several hundred $ to get the problem solved on a summer Sunday. But Reza wanted to check and see if the new battery was covered under warranty as the car was about 3 yrs old. I'd forgotten all about warranty. As it turned out the new battery was covered. It was installed and I was on my way, no charge, shortly thereafter.I consider the service I got from Reza to be outstanding.

I honestly can't say good enough words about Freddy. He alone is the only reason why I go to Pohanka Chantilly even though I live in Maryland, and there are many other dealers much closer to me. Freddy is kind, genuine, and honest. For the times that I am short on time, Freddy puts a rush on my service. Other times, he will offer me a rental car if I am having a bigger service. I've also scratched a pole with my car, and Freddy was able to give me great options on how to fix the scratches, saving me hundreds at the general auto body shop. Recently, my husband also purchased a Lexus, and I make sure that he treks out to Chantilly to get serviced at Pohanka as well, and to ask for Freddy whenever he goes. Honestly, the service here is outstanding, and Freddy has been my go-to guy for the past few years.

I had to bring in my Lexus GS300 for regular service. The car has high miles as my commute is rather long everyday. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and worked with Chris chao. He said I did not qualify for a loaner car but he said if he had enough loaners he would let me use one to finish my errands while my car got serviced. I am very grateful for that because it was getting late in the evening. Thank you Chris and Pohanka.

The only thing I can say about this dealership is that this is the best dealership in the Northern Virginia area. I have been going to this dealership for the past 5 years and I always got out with a smile on my face. When you go, please look for Hayden Jang. This place always serves the best quality of service when it is needed. Even though taking care of your car seems a bit hassle of your life, the trip to this dealership is always pleasant. I wrote Pohanka about buying a new Lexus and asking to interact with either the internet manager or fleet manager. I was referred to a sales associate who obviously did not carefully read the contents of my communication or was not given it. I replied to his email by noting that and pasting the questions I raised in my follow up email to him, asking him to respond. He ignored my request and merely asked me to contact him. He even kept misstating my gender.

Came to Pohanka Lexus for routine service of oil change and tire rotation. A simple service turned into finding an unsafe wheel that had damage due to my daughter using the vehicle. Chris Chao was able to identity the problem and worked with me on a price that really made this visit pleasant. Very happy with the Pohanka staff and Chris. Thank you again! I brought my Lexus gs350 for a 30,000 mile maintainance. Chris Chao had excellent customer service skills. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had my cabin air filter replaced at another shop when I was in a hurry and Chris was honest and nice enough to let me know it did not need to be replaced and could remove that from the service. Great honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend for other customers to come to Chris for any work needed on their car.

We recently encountered a problem with our 2015 ES 350 Lexus. We live several hours from the dealership and because of health issues we were not able to make the trip to Chantilly to have the vehicle serviced. We called Mike Wirth, the Sales Manager, to explain our situation. He said he would call us back in a few minutes. Within a very few minutes, we received a call from Mitch Buster, the Night Shift Service Manager, who had talked with Mike Wirth and worked out arrangements to have our car repaired, without us having to make the trip to Chantilly. In addition, they arranged for a loaner car for us in the event that our Lexus could not be repaired at that time. Both Mike WIrth and Mitch Buster went way out of their way to accomodate us in a very rapid time frame and exceeded all expectations in the manner it was executed. It was great working with these gentlemen. We appreciate the excellence they displayed in handling this situation for us. They are the best.

My experience with Mitch Buster of Pohanka Lexus was great! I took my Lexus Rx330 and IS250 in for maintenance service. I had an issue with my new tire installation. They were not correctly installed by CertiPlus. The alignment was off along with low tire pressure. Mitch Buster's customer service was pleasant and detailed. He was able to work with the mechanics team to identify and recognized a solution for the problem within 20 minutes. He also provided me with excellent and professional automotive advise. Mitch made sure my maintenance service was complete and restored to factory standards. He also provided a complimentary rental car for the inconvenience and discount for the service. Mitch Buster customer service goes above and beyond protocol. He took great care of me and I am totally satisfied with my service. Please believe when I say, "great service is Mitch Buster'. In early May my 2016 RX350 sustained hail damage to some of the window trim moldings which needed to be replaced. The SUV was only 5 weeks old and needless to say I was upset about the damage. Thankfully the hood and top did not incur any hail damage as I assume that metal is stronger then the window trim. Unfortunately the weather in early to mid-May was really bad across the US and I was in competition with lots of other Lexus customers as well as the production in Canada for these parts. But thankfully Pohanka Lexus has Kevin Phillips, the Parts Mgr, who has been the only Parts Dept Mgr since this Lexus dealer opened in the late 1980s. Kevin knows how to get parts that are difficult to obtain and it only took him a few weeks to get the ones I needed. I thought it may take months and was pleasantly surprised when he contacted me last week that all the parts I needed had finally arrived. Kevin went out of his way to help a long-time Lexus owner as I have been purchasing and servicing my Lexus cars and SUVs at Pohanka since my first SC400 in December of 1992. He kept me informed of the status on a weekly basis and I could not have been m ore pleased.

Kudos to Doug Moultrie, the Service Director, and Shane Tabit, the Service Manager, and Tej Gill, the Shop Foreman, for the orderly and expeditious way in which they are handling the onslaught of Lexus vehicles that need to have the Navigation and Enform system rebooted after a software bug that was released by an Enform vendor throughout the U.S. yesterday crippling these systems. They have a process in place to get customers in/out within 20 minutes. I was so impressed as I thought my 2016 RX might have taken a few hours in line to have this problem corrected and not 20 minutes. This is one well organized service center!
