We also drove two hours to find the right truck and it was worth it. John Bruns and Adam Kremer were so easy to work with, didn't twist your arm or try to sell me on anything the truck wasn't and was quick to address my questions with a reasonable solution. Other staff took the time to talk to us and treat our kids awesome. Will make it a point to make the drive for the next vehicle.

We have taken our vehicles to Platinum to be serviced ever since they opened and have only had the best care. They are quick to diagnose problems and are always helpful in explaining and resolving issues. We also purchased an SUV from them and worked with Adam. He was very accommodating, courteous and fair. Their prices are great and their service department is just as wonderful. No complaints. We look forward to continuing to use Platinum for years to come.

I don't even know where to begin. First I would like to say, Adam is awesome. He was the first one to answer the phone and helped me tremendously throughout the whole car buying process. I live over and hour away and will be returning no matter how far the drive. This company has completely gone above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse and a week later noticed a couple small issues, and without hesitation gave me a loaner vehicle to drive and fixed my issues. I am completely blown away by my experience. They have definitely earned a loyal, life long customer. I highly recommend giving them a call to see what they can do for you!

I had a power steering leak that happened over the weekend and got a quote from the service department to repair what I thought might be the problem and then asked when I could get it in. I was surprised that they could work me in so fast. They had my van in on Wednesday to repair and determined that it was just a pressure line leak and not the power steering pump that I thought was the problem. They had it fixed and repaired for me by Thursday at noon time and was under what they had quoted the job to be. The service that Mike & Troy did for me was outstanding.

My car broke down several miles away from this dealer and it was late Sunday afternoon. The police called the dealership for me and 10 minutes later the Owner showed up and had my car towed back to his shop. He told me they would be able to get my car back up and running asap, and offered me a free loaner car until mine was repaired. The technicians at Platinum was able get my car up and running the next day...the service was great and very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with everyone who worked there.

Platinum is a very professional organization. They respect the customer and really do good job. I recommend to anyone. I have had many dealings with them and have been pleased everytime. I had one issue where a plastic piece of interior trim was broken during servicing. These guys ordered the part and installed it for me in a very quick mannner. I appreciate the service this dealership provides and will return when needed.

I recently bought a car from Kerns in St. Mary"s, I was very dissatisfied with their service and lies. And the wrecked car they sold me.....Went to Platinum Auto Group expecting the same customer service, BUT instead there was no pressure, no lies and a salesman that was honest, helpful and very patient with me. Thank you Adam! I had a minor problem with a brake and my gas cap, which they fixed immediately while loaning me a Lexus for a couple days. Outstanding dealership, I would recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased my 2006 Buick Rendezous at Platinum Auto Group in 2012. The buying process was easy and the staff was friendly. But, I never thought of them for oil changes or repairs. The vehicle was in good condition and didn't have any problems. I always got my oil changed at a quick stop place and had my car repaired in Minster. But, after my first oil change, the quick stop place didn't reset the button and the light was coming on all the time. Plus, I had a bulb burn out. So, I decide to stop in and ask if they could help me. They reset the button and fixed the light. Then, I saw how cheap their oil changes were and how great the service was there. I have not taken my truck any where else since then. The service staff are helpful, friendly and honest. The prices are reasonable and I feel they are very dedicated to making the customer happy! My most recent visit there was today. Back in January I came in to have the oil change and told them my left front tire was leaking air. They patched it (there was a nail in it). Then they recommended I get new tires, since the tread was extremely wore. I had no idea my tires were gone bald. So, I set up an appointment to change the front two a week later. My truck handled so much better! Today I had the back tires replaced. It only took on 45 minutes! I would recommend them to anyone for a great deal on a nice vehicle and great service or repair on your vehicle.

I recently had problems with my windshield wipers and I heard it was my transmission in my wiper. I had took it in and they had looked at it and it was going to cost approx. $260 for the part and labor. I took it in two days later for them to fix the problem and they gave a lender: 2009 Toyota Camry since it was going to take a few hours at the most. No longer than 20 min goes by and they told me my car was ready to be picked up and it actually ended up not being the transmission in my wiper. All the did was took it off, and cleaned it, and put it back on. Instead of it costing my $260.00 it only cost me $35. I will defiantly go back in the future.

I was very impressed with how quick and easy it was for me to purchase my truck from Platinum Auto Sales. When I was searching for my truck on-line I happened to find what I was looking for at Platinum Auto. I live almost three hours away from their dealership so I called them up to see if I could work out a deal before I drove all the way to the dealership. Dan and I were able to come to and agreement before I ever left my house. Once I got to the dealership Dan put me out on a test drive, once I was satisfied we were able to get the paperwork done in 15 minutes. I never once felt pressured into buying the vehicle, and I want to thank them for the very laid back experience. If you want to buy a car with a no pressure sales experience I highly recommend them!

I want to start by saying how astonished I am by your outstanding Service and Sales teams! I recently purchased a vehicle from you dealership and the excellent service start with Adam. Adam was quick to respond to every question I had via e-mail, which I know had to be difficult. When I was finally able to come look at the vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted not only by the vehicle, but by a salesmen that didn try to pour on the sugar. Adam was a complete straight shooter and I asked him a question he didn know, he said don know but I can find out If I asked that question down here in Dayton where I now live the salesman would have made something up. As far as that is concerned the salesmen in Greenville where I am from originally would have come up with their own answer as well. When people have been through as many sales transactions as I have they can see right through all of the fluff and seeing someone that is being genuine was very comforting and reassuring. To sum up the sale of the vehicle Adam was straight forward, prompt, and professional. I have to let you know how extremely pleased I am with the service I received from Tony Woods! I am a very loyal person when it comes to service because it is hard to find people you can trust. I have never met Tony only talked to him on the phone, but the care he has taken to ensure I was satisfied with the quality and workmanship was hands down the best I have ever experienced! You can tell that he takes pride in his work. It is because of Tony I will be switching from using the same mechanic for 20 years to your service department. You truly have a valuable asset with Tony as an employee! Your entire operation is first class. Everyone I talked to on the phone was polite and courteous. I have told everyone family and co-workers how exceptionally please I was with the entire transaction. One co-work is actually going to call the first of the week to see about a car for his son because of the great service I received. Please share this letter with your staff and let them know that their customers appreciate them and that their hard work does not go unrecognized.

I brought my Grand Prix in to the Service Department at Platinum Auto Group, and did not really know what was wrong with it. From the moment I entered the service door, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. They took te time to explain in depth what my car was doing, and why, they also gave me my options as far as repair. They performed repairs quickly, and at much cheaper rates than I have seen elsewhere. I will definitely make them my permanent place to go for service, and recommend them to anyone that I can. Platinum Auto Group gets straight A's in my book...if you get a chance, stop in to see them.

Platinum Auto Group has the cleanest cars I have ever seen on a lot. I recently purchased an Expedition from there and absolutley love it. Platinum Auto Group actually takes pride in there vehicles. I realized this just from searching around for vehicles. I went to Dayton then to Lima to look for a nice vehicle that I would not have to stick money into it after I bought it. The vehicle I purchased was Clean Inside and Out, The Tires were NEW, The Brakes were New. Just all AROUND amazing vehicle. Very Happy Customer. I will be purchasing all my Vehicles from Platinum.

I went to Platinum Auto with a couple of vehicels in mind, after browsing the lot for a little while I was greeted by a member of their non pushy staff. They were able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicels I was looking at, and I never felt pressured to buy at all. I test drove 2 cars, and was very impressed with the way both of them drove. Both cars were very clean and better maintained than most used car dealerships. Overall I was very satisfied to Platinum Auto and I suggest them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle

I was recently just out and about driving around. Seen a vehicle that caught my eye so I figured I would just stop in to look... well ended up buying a car. Platinum Auto Group is the most laid back dealership I have ever been too. There not your typical dealership that pushes you into a vehicle, they give you your space. Once I decided to buy the vehicle they had me In and out of there in 40 Minutes. Other Dealerships I have been too... I have spent Hours there. I strongly recommend Platinum Auto Group for your next purchase. Great Dealership that is family owned.
