Traveling heavy for business I purchase a new car Approx. Every 18 months. My most recent ride has been the 2013 Avalon XLE purchased from Pinehurst Toyota and guided by P.Toyota's outstanding representative Jordan Kelly. The Avalon XLE served me exceptionally well, but after 66k in 16 months it was time to trade. Upon seeking out Jordan again he helped to make what has often been, shall we say, an undesirable & straight up unpleasant experience over the years & He streamlined my new car purchase into an enjoyable, exciting & awesome experience. After Investing a Great deal of time and research myself over the past 30 days I quickly concluded that the Avalon Limited is the car for me. Friday 11/21/14 I purchased the 2014 Limited and so far I couldn't by more satisfied. Thank you to Jordan, Paul, & Orion & P.Toy. team for taking Great care of me again. I will be back when time rolls around to trade.

What a great experience I had. I wasn't really in the market but they had excatly the vehicle I was looking for. I was just searching for pricing as I'm getting ready to depoly for a while and was planning to purchase when I got back. However these guy cut me an amazing deal I just couldn't pass up. The whole team did an amazing job Javier, the general manager and Don were all great to work with. Will be considering them again when it comes time to replace my other vehicle.

I went to Pinehurst Toyota for service on my new Toyota Tacoma. Instead of changing my oil, they didnt drain it and added 6 qts! When I got it back, I went back to the desk and told them it was running rough. The service person got the tech to come look at it. He didnt know what was wrong. I ended up driving to another dealership and they found the problem. It was lucky my engine wasn't ruined. It had 11 qts. of oil in it! Wow, it is hard to believe a tech could do something like this.

Please take me off your service list, I will no longer bringing my vehicle there, everytime we are due for service there always seems to something else we need, I was told that the car battery was on its last leg, brought it to Auto-Zone and checked it and their data showed 80%. The days of bringing in a vehicle for service without having to go through a intermidiate customer service rep who is on commission plus having a smug attitude has finally put me in a position that I no longer want to treated in this manner. We love our Camry but at this time we will no longer buy our vehicles, we will lease them for 2-3 years and when the warranty is up Toyota can have the vehicle back.

When I pulled into the parking lot a salesman was at my service ready to work to get me in a new car he really assured me that I could get what I wanted and try his best to get where I want. Negotiating for a new car at some other dealerships can be about as much fun as a root canal. Pinehurst Toyota is a refreshing exception. I got an internet deal that was real...and really good. The process was smooth and professional, throughout. It concluded in delivery of the exact 2014.5 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid that I'd specified. Most of my interaction was with Charlie Mitts (Internet) and Robbie Person (Sales), both a distinct pleasure to work with, but that description applies to everyone I met at Pinehurst Toyota. Of course a great deal is nothing unless the car is a winner. Consumer Reports gave the Camry Hybrid the highest marks of any car in its class, and it's easy to see why. The car is awesome and has exceeded all my (high) expectations. As an engineer-geek-pilot who worked in aerospace I feel like wearing a Captain's hat when behind the wheel. The icing on the cake is that I'll be saving over $1000 each year on gas (though it has lots of zoom), giving the Hybrid a lower net cost of ownership. My kind of car, my kind of dealership.

Service for you vehicle is ok. However the salesman are dishonest. I was quoted prices and once it got down to the bottom line all the numbers had changed. The gentlemen I was working with "gave" me an additional $4000 on my trade-in value. However, when it came time to purchase, that "$4000" was no were to be found. Poor sales reps. no recommended.

My husband received a "loyalty letter" from Pinehurst Toyota last week offering to negotiate a great deal on a new car for him. Though it did not work out for him, he brought me back on a lark. The last thing I was thinking was that I would end up with a new car. However, they offered me something I could not refuse! I walked out with a new Prius V to replace my 2 year old Prius V. It was the simplest purchase of a car I have made in my life. They even contacted my insurance agent and provided all of the necessary information, so all I had to do was pick up my new insurance card.

I have used the Pinehurst Toyota service department for my family's 3 (sometimes 4) Toyota/Lexus cars since 2000. The service is always properly analyzed, appointments made and kept, service/repair time estimates accurate, costs moderate/acceptable, and the service advisors knowledgeable and professional. The facilities are cramped and crowded, but don't be deceived; these guys are top-flight professionals and their work can be valued and trusted. Ask for Chris or Matt. I bought a car from Pinehurst Toyota in 2005, and the process was smooth and painless. Otherwise, my experience has been with the service department, which is first-rate. The parts guys are helpful and cooperative. Forget your preconceived notions about automobile dealerships at this Toyota center.

I came in for an oil change and was told there were two recalls on my Rav-4. I was prepared to wait for the oil change which this dealership does very quickly. When I was informed that one of the recall service checks would take at least 3 hours, I was taken aback. But my service manager, Matt, had an answer at the ready. He made a loaner car available to me at no cost to me. So I drove a Camry for a few hours before Matt called and let me know my car was ready. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

I was very pleased with the service provided at Pinehurst Toyota. THEY contacted me about a recall on my Sienna mini-van. The caller was very kind and courteous. Even better, they could fix the issue at MY convenience. I couldn't be more pleased with the visit. The service & parts director made sure everything was looked over carefully and he took time to answer my questions. Everyone was just so polite and friendly. As this area grows and becomes more fast-paced, it's so nice to find a place that still has that small-town, friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return.

Matt was very helpful in the service dept. as well as Brandon in the parts dept. Stephanie was very attentive in listening to issues about my disappointment in Toyota concerning the air conditioning issue(due to smells I had to replace the air filter with a charcoal filter at my expense which I thought since Toyota knows about the issue on many, many vehicles and for lots of years, I felt they should pay for the replacement filter). She investigated the issue and came up with the same answer I was given; customer still has to pay for the replacement.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Upon arrival, my car was immediately taken and I was notified the check up was complete earlier than anticipated. I had accidently marked on the leather seat and Todd took great strides in trying to repair. When he was unable to remove the ink marks, he called the detail center for them to take a look at the marks. Everyone was very kind and went above and beyond the call in order to help. My experience was exceptional.

Received a recall notice made an appointment had to rearrange my schedule, received a confirmation of service went to dealer waited 1 hour and was told the part needed had to be ordered, this was after they had confirmed a recall for which they asked me to come in. This is very poor service and now I have to give up another day to go back.

Matt in the service department was exceptionally kind and helpful with a very unique problem we had with frame rust on our 1999 Toyota Tacoma truck. Although they could not fix the problem there he personally made a phone call and got things going for us so our truck would get fixed. Everyone there that my husband and I dealt with were very kind and understanding and went out of their way to help us resolve the issue. Matt must be and should be a very valued employee there with the way he treated us. If it wasn't for Matt stepping in and going above and beyond our truck would have been no more. I just purchased a New Toyota Highlander at another Local dealership. Pinehurst Toy. is the closer dealership compared to where we purchased it. I went by to inquire about programming a Key Fob, which was part of the "sales" deal. Sales Mgr at the dealership where it was purchased assured me that my local dealership could do it ( to save me the 65+ miles rd trip) for me. To tell them that It was "included" and if they had any questions, to have them contact the dealership where it was purchased. Well the salesman that I originally asked about this process, simply stated, "That they would charge me a fee". Even though I explained that it was to be covered/ paid for by the other "dealership" and all they had to do was call them. I didn't feel comfortable with this procedure being left to the guy who didn't want anything to do with it, so I called the original dealer myself and talked to the sales manager, who told me, He would call and take care of it prior to my "Service appt". When I got there, I confirmed that it was taken care of, and it was. Pinehurst Toy. was sending the "Bill" to the other dealership. No Problems. The day of my service was perfect. The sales team greeted me, and took care of my car very quickly. The wait time was not as long as I expected. Overall, the service appt. was an "excellent" experience.

I would like to share my most recent experience with Pinehurst Toyota. My family has been doing business with them for years and at the end of my most recent service I was asked to submit reviews about my experience. So when I got to this review site I can see why. The most recent review is over 6 months old and that review sounds like nothing I have ever experienced. I feel I was always treated as a valuable customer both when receiving service or negotiating a new vehicle. I realize that they are in the business to make money but I always felt I received a fair deal. In about three months I have some scheduled work that will need to be performed and I will not hesitate at all to make an appointment with Pinehurst and in another year, my wifes car will need replacement and guess where I will be shopping

I purchased my Toyota from Pinehurst and must say upfront that the place was dirty, rundown and disorganized. This is a persistent problem since it has been that way each time I have visited over the last three years. My purchase was slow (I did get numerous apologies while waiting) but generally a good experience, with the exception being the shakedown you get when refusing to purchase the extended warranty. She tried all angles to sell me a warranty and didn't want to hear that the reason I am buying my 4th Toyota is because they are so dependable. The sevice department has some really nice employees but is slow and expensive, even if you purchased your vehicle from them do not expect any special attention. Other Toyota dealers within a short drive treat the customers much better and provide small perks such as a washed and vacuumed upon service completion. These little things count and should be considered by Pinehurst.

Rachael was our only point of contact at PineHurst Toyota during the process. She advised us to order the vehicle directly from Toyota. Although initially apprehensive about ordering directly, Rachael was upfront with everything and put us at ease through the whole deal. The promptness in returning our emails and phone calls provided a good deal of comfort with the long distance purchase. Her patience in resolving all of our queries is very much appreciated! We were provided with a competitive pricing for the new vehicle and an average trade in value. On arrival, we met with Tim Dunne who was in charge of the delivery of the vehicle. He made us feel comfortable as he went through all of the paper work providing us with the needed explanations.
