Dave Bryant was the best car salesman that I have EVER dealt with. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the easiest ever. Pinckney Chrysler prices are good their deals are fair and they work with you with no pressure to get you the best deal possible. I would have no problem coming back to Pinckney Chrysler to buy another vehicle in the future.

I had some vehicle problems the day I was suppose to go on vacation with the vehicle. I was worried that the vehicle would not be done in time for me to leave, I would have to reschedule the entire trip. I let them know what was going on and they moved my vehicle ahead and it was done and ready to go in an hour. change of mind

At first I had a great review of Pickney Chrysler but, that has changed . I was given one key for my car and not a second one. They never had a second one. They sent me on my way without telling me that there wasn't a second one. They told me I had to get one done by a Honda dealership at my cost per our sales person. Who sells a car with one key ????

Experience Like No Other!

Reluctantly, my husband & I needed to purchase another car recently. It was a purchase we were not prepared for nor looking forward to. Great Cars with Great Customer Service

we purchased a Cherokee in jan...all in all the experience was ok...the cherokee we were showed as new had almost 1000 miles on it...due to this the salesmen offered a service package to us oil change a tire rotation for two years no charge. very good we thought that was fair. I'v been in for service 3 times each time the service people don't know anything about the tire rotation at no charge and try to charge me. I have told them about this and my salesmen said he would fix it...its not fixed...I really want to like this place its close to my home and the people seem nice, but im so frustrated with this I don't ever want to go back!

Excellent customer service, smooth buying process

Our salesperson was a gentleman and had a professional, yet personable demeanor through the whole buying and trade-in process. He was very responsive and knowledgeable in addressing our questions and any concerns we may have. Our experience was better than any previous buying experience with three other dealers in the region.

Used Car Sales

Went in to look at a car found on the internet. It was just as described. Test drove it, made a deal, did financing and back home in a few hours driving a new car.

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating overall is because the service that was done took longer than expected. In saying that, however, It appears that the work was done well. My car is running very well. I also appreciated the fact that I had another problem that needs repair...eventually, but they were honest about just watching the problem instead of immediately wanting to charge me for another service fee. Assuring me that it could wait without being a safety issue or causing more damage to the car. Erica, the manager, also kept me informed of the progress of my service and did compensate me for the delay in finishing the job as expected.

Purchased Used Car

My Dodge Caliber was totaled in an accident and I had to find a replacement vehicle with very little time. I bought my Caliber from Pinckney Chrysler originally and have had it serviced there for eight years. They have always treated me very well so, if course I went to them first. I wanted to get into another vehicle with very little out of pocket after the insurance settlement. Keith Ditmore, my salesman, went to work for me and did an outstanding job. He was patient with my demands and really seemed to sincerely care that I got into a vehicle that I would be happy with. I bought another Caliber, a year newer with fewer miles. They went through the car from bumper to bumper, made some repairs, switched out the wheels for me and delivered it to me at work. One of the greatest things about Pinckney Chrysler is their Free Tires For Life program. I had this program on my old Caliber and they switched it over to my new Caliber at no charge. Thank you so much Keith for doing the very best you could for me!

We purchased a used car from the Keith Ditmore. The process was very easy and we were very happy with the service. Even after we purchased the car and left we had a minor concern with the appearance and they took care of it promptly. We like to purchase local and this dealership is friendly and great!!

FIrst Purchased Vehicle on My own

My family has bought many different cars from this dealership, so when I needed to purchase a new car I came here. Dave Bryant was my sales consultant and gave me a few different things to choose from and I found my first vehicle by myself with the help of my grandma for a co-signer because of my age. I was able to purchase a 2012 Chrysler 200!

Started off great, ended horribly.

I came to Pinckney Chrysler to lease a ram truck with the intentions to buy after if the truck proves to be good. Dustin the sales guy is very nice and seems generally like an honest guy, but still he is a typical sales guy. I asked for a few things on the truck nothing crazy but things I wanted and since I'm paying full price that's what I should have. After spending about a week or so searching for my truck. Dustin said he found one with everything I wanted and more. But he says I have to sign all the paper work before they go get it. Kinda shady but I understand. I looked him in the eyes and asked are you sure everything I wanted is there? Without hesitation he replies YES. So papers were signed and they send out a guy to DRIVE my truck from Indiana and deliver the truck late that night. When I finally get a chance to look at the truck in the daylight I find out that the truck has the wrong wheels. And a bunch of paint defects. The paint is being taken care of by the Chrysler corp. so no big deal. The wheels on the other hand, I was told they will not be able to help me because I signed the paper before delivery for those type of wheels. I am very disappointed in this dealership for one, not double checking to make sure things were right and ready. 2 not handling this professionally and fixing their mistake. I have asked to speak to the owner on this subject and was refused and told if he wants to speak to me he will call. No call yet, not holding my breath. The sale manager is very rude and disrespectful. Dustin admitted they were the wrong wheels to me but told his manager different. I can not ever do business with dealer or recommend any person this dealer. I'm glad I held off to post this review. I almost posted a good one based on my very first experience with these people. Sorry so long. Hope it helps.

I wanted to let people know that i had a fantastic buying experiance at Pinckney Chrysler. I started on a new Jeep Wrangler and ended up buying a 2009 Jeep Wrangler. I had a great salesman in Brian Carruthers. With his patients and understanding of my finance situation he went above and beyond to get me a great certified Jeep Wrangler. First Car Buying Experience

Going through my first car buying experience, I am glad this is the place I chose! Great and friendly staff in all departments. My salesman, Keith Ditmore, was available anytime I needed anything and was not pushy at all (like at other dealerships I had visited). He was very friendly, easy to talk to and willing to help any way he could to get me the vehicle I wanted with the financing I needed. He got the buying process going before I even got there which made things move a lot faster. Another thanks to John Sypniewski who was able to answer all of my questions about the extended warranty and the carfax report with elaboration. He explained everything in a way I could understand which is helpful for a female buying her first car! And also, Scott Mayes for getting me an even better interest rate even after all the papers were signed! I actually look forward to returning to get my regular maintenance done here. The entire experience was a pleasant one!

Fantastic Staff

This has been one of the BEST car buying experiences we have had. Keith at Pinkney Dodge went above & beyond to help me pick out the BEST vehicle for my mother without ANY pressure towards pricing or trim packages!!! Just pulled out every Journey that I pointed to & let me test drive. I drove everything from a 2.4L thru the AWD 3.6L, basic to loaded. Needless to say we picked a FANTASTIC Limited with a 3.6liter & Loaded with everything including Heated Steering Wheel!! Went into the Dealership & told him I wanted to have EVERYTHING ready so all she has to do is sign........He came back with an OUTSTANDING price, got it all together, all she had to do is walk in & sign. Great Salesman/Bad Company Policy

I ended up having a great salesman. His name is Dustin Marich.He was introduced to me by a friend, while I was looking elsewhere for a vehicle. He was not pushy or acting like the 'ususal car salesperson'. I'm sure you will know what I mean. He was also able to answer all my questions, and if he didn't know the answer, looked it up while I was there. My only complaint with the Dealership is that, I drove away, with my new car, with just a little over 1/4 tank of gas. I do not understand why, when I am spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle, they cannot afford to put $50.00 worth of gas in my new automobile. As for the Jeep Patriot, I really love the car, how it handles, and it is perfect for my driving. But................where are the automatic lights? I have many pluses on the car, and the one important item was left off. Come on Designers.................not too much to ask for in the light situation!

Great small town place

The people are very nice, i may have waited a touch longer then I thought but they have a nice lounge with coffee and tea that I was able to have while I waited. Salesman were very nice smiling and asking how I was.
